A lonely Christmas eve just got worse when I essentially fell for a fake ad. Was a dumb thing to do but now I'm still lonely, still horny and more broke.

This girl is a serial liar. I been trying to see her a few days but couldn't due to schedules. She was flipping out earlier saying she was getting booted from her hotel so dummy me, booked her a room through priceline (hid all my info).
Guess you can imagine what happens next. She went dark. She later texted saying she had to switch rooms yada yada yada.
I texted her from another number and she responded right away. Then told her there was a rip-off report (this one that hadn't been posted yet). She then tries to lie and say that she was attacked and forced against her will, mind you, I have never seen this person.
She's at the Days Inn North off Fletcher. Avoid at all costs.
I have her full name. Has a record as well. Blow her up with no shows.
Had a buddy (he is not too bright) last week that went to the casino where a woman picked him up. He took her to his house, she gave him a BJ, then he took her back to casino. Next day he discovered $400 was missing from his night stand. So just beware that some pros are working out of the casino. Of course us mongers are smarter than that. I will get info tomorrow. She announced her intent after he placed the cash on the nightstand. But that was after she told him what she offered. So I pretty much knew he was taken. No LEO or CI would offer an act or discuss services then turn the tables with threats of arrest unless it was a scam. I'm open to all opinions and comments since I really am trying to figure out what happened and I was not in this situation. PM's are also fine if you would like.

I also didn't freak out over the "bust", but I heard movement in the other room and wasn't interested in an encounter for the small amount of money invested. I'll plot my revenge another way.

She claimed her supervisor was Officer Gomez.
Said I would be "ROR'd" with a criminal citation and notice to appear unless Gomez was cranky.
Said if he was cranky, I would be arrested and my car towed off property.
During her whole speech, it was her alone standing up talking to me.
She claimed her children of the night group was responsible for taking down the backpage adult section.
There are several clues in her behavior above. After she said her spiel, I stood up and told her I was leaving and to be careful as not everyone was good at controlling their temper. I then walked out to my car and left.
Some things were confusing to me:
The condo still had a Christmas tree up with presents under it. Lit.
She willingly showed her tits (there were amazing) when I said I didn't want to discuss specifics.
She insisted on chatting with me for about 20 minutes before springing the busy routine. We even discussed bs stuff, not even anything related to the matter at hand.
I've got a few ideas to restore karma, I'll keep you posted.

Did some info gathering. It seems the same fucks that scam me on MULLENS also has a place on LYKES in the same condo complex that scammed Mr. Jimmy.
Like Mr Jimmy said, we need one or some of our brothers with teflon balls to teach these fucks a lesson. I'm pretty sure she's not alone.

It actually happened a couple of weeks ago, and saw a similar ad on CL up again. Made contact and it was same girl. Scam is, you go to room, leave donation and then a few months later "crazy" guy barrages into the room. So you're left with the option of dealing with it and trying to get the 100 back or just walking away. Anyway, I picked the latter. Anyway, just doing this to hopefully save someone else a headache. And yes, I know I messed up by giving up donation first haha. Here's the info:
Name: Amy (goes by, can change).
Location: 4th St Saint Pete (Posts on CL in Tampa section, may move, as location changed twice so far).
Contact: Last four of phone 2923 (I hope last four are okay to post, cell # also changed, probably using app).

Sure she'll move somewhere else. Most of them do that anyway as they wear out their welcome at each place or fail to come up with room rent. But when their ad reappears, she'll have to tell the mark where to go to give her the cash because there are only so many idiots who will cashapp it sight unseen. And you'll know if you're at the right place when you see their car in the lot (which they're not going to just dump or switch out).
Sure she could also change her name. In her latest ad (dated 2/19), she's no longer going by Ashlin. She now calls herself Mistress A. Very tricky. But even if it was something completely different. She's still using the same number. But even if she changed her number, she's still using some of the same pics. But even if she eventually changes those too, unless she changes everything all at once, you'll be able to follow the chain to figure out its her. You get the picture. They just ain't that smart.
Ultimately, one thing probably won't change. The scam itself. And though one might lose track of her for a time, if she keeps playing her game someone will report it and others will be able to put 2 and 2 together to figure out its the same old Ashlin. Its hard to outrun a reputation. This may be the wrong thread for this one, but I thought I'd share. I contacted the number from an ad (long since removed) a couple of weeks ago, exchanged some texts (not using my everyday number, of course), and ended up not setting an appointment and avoiding any questions about explicit acts, saying "I'll be in touch again if I'm available. " A few days later I get a call from a number I don't recognize. I normally don't pick up such calls, letting them run to voicemail, but I answered this one. Here's where the familiar scam begins.
The voice on the other end of the line identifies himself to be an officer with the Tampa PD, and that "this number was found in the phone of an underaged sex trafficking victim. " They further asserted that the girl's parents were notified, and they had an in limine order to divert the perpetrators. All I need to do to avoid being arrested for solicitation is pay a $5000 fine. Of course, they'd be more than willing to take this payment right away. Also, please note that the call is being recorded, and if I don't consent to be recorded or terminate the call prematurely, officers will be immediately dispatched to arrest me.
Now, this is all patently BS, but because I was feeling playful, I did ask for a badge number (fake one provided, "54698 F" and asked for a number so I could call them back immediately, to which I was told that would constitute a "premature termination" of the call, and would trigger the arrest. I was, however, told I could Google the number showing on caller I'd, which would attest to the legitimacy of the call. So I do give the scammer props that they went to the trouble of SIM spoofing their cell so the caller I'd showed up as the TPD non-emergency main number. I also give them props for the "fake police radio transmission" background noise on the call to lend an air of legitimacy to the proceedings. Also, knowing that Florida is a two-party consent state with respect to recordings of phone calls, and that if you don't consent, or aren't made aware of the recording, the call must be terminated was a nice touch.
Anyway, the SIM spoofing and on-call background noise was enough to prompt me to share so that everyone knows this is out in the wild.
