I'll leave it up to your imagination what happened from that point, but I'm happy to say that it was worth the $140 I gave them. .

I've still done both recently but not comfortable at all with it. I prefer private residences now and go through a careful screening of the neighborhood and surroundings. If I don't like what I see, I bolt. Friday 4/7.
