I have been on the board for quite awhile as a lurker, but decided to put up some reports. Due to the reviews I have stopped by sunrise 6 times in last 6 months. I never had a bad experience yet and have always left happy. I have yet to get a massage by Julie. Seems even twice when I got there and was only one there she usually gave me off to one of the other girls, so I am hoping to experience her. But if you want a good t / s and massage followed by release of tensions you won't go wrong here.

No. I heard the new sheriff is cracking down on a lot of different things and PMC was one of them. Also heard the owner forgot to renew the business license. With all the rumors flying, it is unlikely we will ever know what happened for sure.

I want to say the Palm Tree AMP is under new management and its gotten a lot better service wise. I have been a few times in the past but was not impressed but this time was nice. It started out with a 10-15 min steam sauna before the ts. I had Sophia who was a little older and a tad thick but she was very good and asked if I had any pain which I did in my lower back. Sophia did great and on the flip we talked and she said the best way to tip was to leave it on the table before the session started so she will know how you want to be taken care of. Next time I will know but still gave $1 for FS. And after she made sure to finish with some good lower back stretching.
I know I don't have alot of post on here but I've been lurking a long time. I still think sunrise is the best for your buck with good looking staff but if you want a good bang for your buck try the Palm Tree.

I have been going to PMC since 2005. I moved out of town & frequently come back (when the weather is cold where I live now) & make my usual stops at PMC. Over the years my favorites were: Tiffany, Stephanie, Kiley, Zoe, Divine, Serena, and others I am forgetting. I did not get to meet the two new gals, but anxiously was hoping to see them. Last time I saw Gia & Kiley. Can anyone send me Stephanies contact information, because I am traveling to Melbourne this weekend & didn't get to see her the last time I was at PMC. This is such bad news, so depressing to see this happen. I am optimistic & hoping this is temporary. I have searched the news and seen nothing about a bust or financial foreclosure. Anyone's help is appreciate. I knew something was up when the website was not updated. I tried to call but the phone has been disconnected. Any Seniors, please PM me with more info. Sad day!

Since I'm in the Brevard Co area for a couple of days, I wanted to validate what I am hearing is true about PMC. I drove up and on the door their is a sign that says "We're Closed" I also noticed a big moving truck, so they must have been ordered to vacate the property. I would stay away, Leo might be monitoring. Stay safe everyone

Well of course it was not the Sara I was hoping for and she was done with my hour time in 1/2 hour. She told me come back and she "will make up for it". Well that didn't happen and that will stick in my head as why I choose Sunrise. Angie is a hot little spinner and her skills get better with each visit. CeCe might not be as cute but she has the best techniques for a very happy ending.

Had a hankering for some relaxtion the other night so I figured I'd head to the beach. As bad as I wanted to go I had this strange apprehensive feeling, but forged ahead anyhow.
When I got there the place was as busy as I'd ever seen. Guessing by the cars in the lot there were 3 in there before me. I was going to wait outside, but decided to go wait inside. Got to the door, and a fellow patron walked out as soon as I grabbed the door. Get inside and the door between the front and back opened up and Angie was escorting yet another patron out. Seeing as how I scheduled with Angie this was an awkward moment for me, and judging by the look on her face, it was for her as well. After all that the session started and progressed exactly the same as it had the last time I was there, same options, $, outcome and experience. She walks me out the intermediate door and all I can see outside is flashing blue lights. Not thinking straight at first thought to myself"son of a ***** I shoulda stayed at home". Luckily they had someone at the 7-11 "pulled over" at the gas pumps. Can't say I've ever seen that situation before, but on the way home thought maybe they wanted there presence known. Either way I won't be back there anytime soon. I've got a bad feeling the hammer is going to drop on that place, but I sure hope I'm wrong. I needed a reason to get away from the hobby, and this was my wake up call. Be safe out there guys.

Before I left today to go back home to the Northeast. I went to gas station close to PMC. Across the street was 2 vehicles monitoring the area. I pulled in where they were parked because it peaked my interest. Everytime a car would pull into PMC, Leo would pull out and investigate who was coming & going from that driveway, and probably run their licenses to see if they had a reason to pull them over to question them why they pulled into PMC. They have this place on total lockdown, stay away if you want to avoid trouble. Stay safe, and RIP PMC. You will be missed.

Was same .8 for hour massage and table shower, very attractive younger girl who I got and the other women working was older but would not have minded her as well. Been there 5 times or so the past year. Certainly nothing special, as one can expect a standard AMP dream. Have had several sessions with Cindy and she was decent with the TS, massage, etc, and I always left happy. Would only use the back to park and enter-the front on US 1 is too exposed for any type of discretion. Also for me, King is the closest place, and getting to Sunrise from the south Brevard beaches can be a pain going up A1A (especially if its tourist season or if its cruise day at the Port)

I stopped going to King because the ladies weren't that attractive or playful.
Ok, I have to admit when I have been proven wrong. The last time I went to Palm Tree it was a disaster and I reported it as so. I stand by that experience, however at the extreme prodding of a buddy I gave it another shot if for no other reason than to shut him up. I must say it was a pleasant experience. The lady I had previously no longer works there. I know this because the one who was spent 10 min explaining in detail to me in broken english she wasn't and they were all better now. They were. I had a good session and left happy about it. I will repeat.

Sunshine is not a replacement for PMC. Sunshine is a massage parlor. PMC was not. You will not get the same service at Sunshine as might have been available at PMC. If you want a nice relaxing massage with good looking girls who are very friendly, you will enjoy Sunshine. If you are just looking for a quicky, look elsewhere.
I've been on the forum for a while not really posting a lot tho. Now PMC is gone so I have to try to find some alt. I see a lot of talk about sunshine and I'm just wondering are the girls decently attractive? PM or comments back would be appreciated.

Dreamt I was Was up in the area and remembered some recent reports. Never noticed the place before, but decided to try it out.
Met by Sofia. Short Asian lady with a very nice rack. Paid for the hour and tried out the steam sauna. It was ok, kinda boring LOL. Went to TS where she washed from head to toe (even shampoo). Got me nice and clean, payed attention to the front and rear of my special areas.
Went to room for massage, medium massage. Nice. Then flipped for fun. She was very open to what was going ot happen. I had my tip ready and we went to town, though donation she was asking seemed like a lot. She settled for what I had and I finished very happy.
I would repeat with a little more $$ and probably get the whole enchilada.

Attempted to go to Palm Tree given the recent reviews but there was no place to park with all the paver trucks and fork lifts blocking the parking area; Nerver the less all the workers hanging out in the parking lot. I guess after 5 is the time to go. Sooooo. I ended up at Tokyo. At one time it was my ATF but due to staff rotations went south in my opinion. TS was thorough and I was squeaky cleaned. Massage was good but not great. Stanard AMP finish, kinda lack luster. Never could really understand the girl I saw name no matter how many times I tried. She was 40 ish, thin.

Unforgettable services that place was great walked in one time and the guy called all girls out to line up. It was like a shopping spree. Pretty girls must of been 6 or 7 that day. I wish the AMP's would let you pick your girl

UFS was my favorite, Boardroom then Xanidu (if you recall that one). When Body Magic first opened they were a lot of fun but once they were popped were never the same so I haven't been back. For incall establishments were relegated to the AMPs now.Every time that I went over to the east coast, I always stopped by UFS. Clean establishment, hot girls, and always a lineup. The one girl that I saw more often than others was a girl that went by the name of Amy. Cute blonde with HUGE knockers.

Back to Sunrise to see AngieI too had to see what the new management has done for the place. In the past I had been burned. Called ahead and parked across the street in the doctors office lot. Went for the hour .8. Standard TS standard middle aged mamasan. Once in the room, she started joking that I should leave a tip on the table before the massage. I explained to her that the tip is based on the service. I decided to meet her half way, telling her I would leave .2 on the table but she had to work for the rest. After I got comfortable she had a walk in customer. She excused herself to greet him at the door, then came back in to my room and actually told me that she was going to help him real quick but not to worry that he would only take 10 minutes. As I started to protest, she slipped out. And returned 20 minutes later. At this point I was pissed, but she assured me that she would make it better. She started an average back rub and then 10 minutes later told me to flip over. I asked about the hour that I paid for and she actually told me that the hour was almost up! At this point I had been there about 40 minutes with 10 or 15 minutes of Actual contact. I told her to get on with it and she went at top speed paying no attention to my requests to slow down. Not worth the $, not worth the time. She mentioned to me on the way out that next time if I tipped more up front I could get anything I wanted. So if you are up for a gamble, FS may be available. As for me, next time I will head back to Sunrise or scope out the new girls at Body Magic.

The lack of TS at the new place might limit the options. Marika is good with the massage.
It sounds like Marika has moved on. She has been scrubbed from the BM ad on BP. (Pun intended). That means BM has lost Charmaine and Marika. The latest ad has pics of Kat and Jenny (the blonde) and an unidentified younger brunette-might be worth a visit there as well.

In the area so figured I would go visit Sara. She remembered me, and we had a great time. Laid my tip out after undressing, this let her know I was looking for an upgrade. Had a nice steam and shower. Service seems to improve once she gets comfortable with you. Nice way to end a long day on the road.
Master diver, you are correct. Stopped in last week for a nice massage. Julie didn't disappoint. Laid hour fee + tip on the stand. Was taken to the shower; Julie didn't miss a spot; and became a little frisky. Back in the room, she brought the other young lady in for a quick peek. Massage started and was fantastic. The flip and finish was GREAT! Thanks master diver. Can't wait to return. Maybe I'll go for a 4 hand massage.

Yeah it's the same Marika from Cocoa. I saw her about 3 weeks ago. She said she was opening her own place. I just haven't made it in yet to see her. I will miss the slip and slide since they don't have a shower.

What does Marika look like?The one I knew what a little shorter, good body, nice size top, brunette, generally attractive and nice. She has to be 48+ from our conversations, but if she hasn't much I'd see her again without thinking twice.

Gave another go at king spa the other day. Did not disappoint. Facility always nice and clean, was taken back by younger women table shower was right on. Massage was great not to hard which is what I prefer, with a great finish. If I had any complaint was at the end when getting dressed I tipped .2 which I only had 100 on me and 80 went for the hour massage. Did not part take in anything overly extra. Giving her the .2 she kind of had a weird look on her face and started saying what hard work she does, I assume implying I should have tipped more. I have always tip .2 for standard massage so was kind of annoying. Especially since they were saying they had no customers all day. But anyways little bit of a pet pev on my part, for everything else was fine.

I go to have fun and if the masseuse is In a bad mood or having a bad day to me their attitude is 90% of the tip.
I am no cheap guy and agree that from some of the past reports some have tipped WAY to much.
I see it this way; we all would like a little more extra service from time to time and there are a few times we get just a very little extra once in a great while. If the tipping was low for just the standard hand shake, they my go the extra now and then for the extra tip. When they give me that sad smile for .40 a GOOD massage and leave happy, I let them know they could have increased the tip.
Then you have places like BM that want a tip as much as the door fee up front. They go a very little extra farther and is a little funner but now your paying a FS price with no guaranty of FS. If BM girls would start out so high they would see a lot more biz.
I really like BM and have gotten some very good massages and some times I would just like or need a good massage and quick hand shake and off I go. But not at their price. That's why our favorite AMP will always stay a lot busier. Problem now is that they seem to be getting way to busy which leads me to wonder how long until someone shuts them down.
After taking a break for awhile, I recently saw Wendy again. I have to say she was in top form. Very sweet, caring, attentive and open to suggestions. Always gives a sensual experience with no upselling. A sight for sore eyes, she likes to talk and does so pleasantly. Reviews here are mostly accurate. Her place is in an office building off Palm Bay Road, about 3 mi. From I. 95. Easy to find.

As other people have reported, Marika has opened her own place off 192 in Melbourne. The lack of a TS at her new place is a deal breaker for me, as Marika's body slide was her specialty to me. Also was somewhat annoyed with my last visit with her at BM, as there was some outrageous upsell that appeared at that wrong time. Was my 4th visit with her and her tip expectations had increased approaching absurd, especially being an established client of hers. Yikes.
Just sayin', but the BM tip schedule for a 50 something masseuse doesn't work for me. Hence my wishes to check out Tiffany (the brunette) or April. (and maybe Jenny).
BTW. For those who are interested, Charmaine unfortunately passed away back in April. Kind of sudden and definitely sad. She took great care of me on several occasions last year and will be missed. RIP, Charmaine.

For me, first visit the basic rate was 80 for the scrub and rub hour. At that time, Marika gave me a three tier menu. 80/100/120. That was livable with an English speaking provider and the overall environment. I am a more of a middle of the road dreamer, so not a big deal. However, that was then. They have a wide range of combo massages and specials that gets you in the door.
Next visit was with Charmaine. She offered middle of the road dreams for the same 100. That was good, and I repeated several times over the summer.
Latest visit with Marika in April 2013 was the upsell time. Middle dream was up to 150. Rapport and goodwill did not seem to count, and I told her not a chance. 120 was fine for her.
Do not know if this is result of continued crappy economy, new owners or whatever.
What I did after my first visit and upon my first meeting with a different masseuse was to ask at beginning,"what is your tip schedule?" so there are no compromising moments where you can't negotiate properly. I personally do not mind most tip schedules, just don't want to be taken for a ride or shocked / suprised. If a somewhat inflated tip schedule breaks one's budget or hampers the experience do yourself a favor and don't bother. Not worth the aggravation.
I think trying BM for yourself initially and seeing what the overall donation requests are would be a good start. It will be more than an AMP and you need to decide if it is for you. Speaking the English language to one another is refreshing and may be worth your while.
Since my bar was set with masseuses in their 40's and early 50's (yes, that is correct) , any similar tip schedule with the younger gals, namely April and Tiffany are in my wheelhouse. Never met them, but pics are on the BM website. Hope to check out one or both soon.

Just got back from a trip across the state, stopped in to see Sara. Nice time in the steam sauna, then a long powerful massage. No rush service. She was very interested in what was bothering me and after she finished up asked if there was anything else she could work on. Nice.

Stopped in middle of the day mid-week. I decided to try this one again as the last time they left me sitting in a room 20 minutes waiting before I walked out. This time it was very quiet and no other customers. I went for the standard 30 minutes and paid the usuall 60. Guided in by Linda, I am guessing 35-40 Korean. 34B with a tiny ass. She is wearing a thin top with bra and loose jeans shorts. The session starts with light massage and every chance I get I am going for some type of contact. While she is rubbing my back, I am full on rubbing her ass and working my way into her panties. On the flip I ask her to remove her top. When she doesn't, I open her bra and take out her titties. During the well lubed HE, I open her shorts and they drop to the floor. Lets put it this way, after the session I really needed to wash my hands.

EEProbably had a customer and wouldn't come out. Good if you are that customer, bad if you are standing at the door. There are 2 ladies working there. One I'm told to be part time so not always around. Small operation. Bad parking. But pretty good once you're in.
Happened to be in the area again and decided to ck Palm Tree again and got lucky.
Lets just say that the steam room was great the TS was very good and the massage was also great.
Overall a nice experience and will repeat.
The parking sucks.

A Couple of weeks ago I visited Massage Matters, a new massage facility off of 192 near Wickham in W Melb. It is a clean facility with a nice relaxing atmosphere but there is no shower. Maria was the only provider available when I went there. She is an older brunette in her mid to late 50's, a little heavier than I like but with a voluminous rack. She was very pleasant and clean. The massage was very well done. On the flip her top came off and she enjoyed having the puppies suckled. The HE was good but not exceptional. A little more expensive than nearby Zen Spa but it was nice to not have to struggle to communicate. I will retun to the facility because it is convenient but I hope they have some younger providers on my next visit.

Visited with Tiffany today at the BM. Excellent overall experience with a very personable masseuse. Her pic is on the BM website. Early 30's at best, only a belly piercing and no obtrusive tats. In fact none that I could see. Chose the 65 dollar special for the scrub and rub. Will repeat for sure. Most excellent dreaming for 45 mins. She states she has been there a couple of months. If you have previously been to BM, it is helpful to drop some names. Her comfort level increased dramatically once she realized I was a relative regular. I know this sounds weird, but Charmaine's mom is the receptionist and first chance I had to console her for her loss. I am sure she confirmed my previous visits.

By all appearances it is just a legit salon. It has been a one masseuse situation to my knowledge but it has been a year and a half or so since I've been there.
When they advertised a sale on massage about 3 years ago and indicated it was an Asian lady, I thought I'd give it a try fully expecting only legit massage. They had just one room for massage, I believe there are more now. The walls did not go to the ceiling so everything could be heard; as far as I know, it is still that way. I made an 8 pm appt (they closed at 9) and no other type of work was being done. The lady, Julie, led me to the room and I got naked while she was out. Payment was afterward. She mentioned that 8:00 was a good time for appt. She wore jeans and top over bra. I left the covering towel as loose as possible and basically got rid of it. She did not complain but was businesslike. She did a fine regular massage. I rubbed on her as I could but she ignored it. On the turn she put the towel back up. More good massaging as I edged the cover down all I could. At the end, since it was pretty ambivalent about extras, I moved her hand to my junk which she quickly took away but was not offended. I acted sad. She suggested I do it myself for which she provided lube. So I did and she caressed a bit to help. She emphasized that I had to be completely quiet. Sorry that was so long but I wanted to be clear about what I think is / was offered.

If it is $60 for an hr long massage, that is a fair price. A TS and HE would be a bonus, but I don't anticipate those offerings especially since they also massage women.

It was with Julie and I think Sara was the other girl's name (it was a while back, shortly after Sunrise opened). It was kind of interesting but I never repeated because I felt like Julie was more adventurous when she was by herself. The standard services were provided by both. The best part was the experience of being touched in more places all at the same time. FYI I tipped pretty heavy and in advance to let them know I wanted to experience as much as possible.

It is in an industrial park area that looks a bit rough, but the parking lot is safe. It is *not* walking distance from the clubs and restaurants that are in Ybor City proper. Name of the club changed quite a while back, but still known to the Tampa mongers as Ybor Strip or just YS. Was a regular there from 2004 to 2010. Quite a hopping place. The place has seen its ups and downs, but has been a consistent club for me during my many business travels in those days. YS and the Mons by the Stadium have spoiled me for life in regards to the Strip Club scene.
I know this is a Massage section in Brevard, but one can catch up to speed about YS (sorry, will always be Ybor Strip to me) by perusing the Tampa Strip Club section of USASG. It seems to be a very happening place right now and would rather suggest a fellow monger that is in Lake Wales to trek on over to Eastern Tampa for such entertainment. Most likely much safer and more fulfilling.

I was in the area last Thurs around 7 and decided to give Palm Tree a go after not having been there for a while. In my first review I said I wouldn't repeat. Well, I did and I regret it. This time I had Judy, a slightly plump Asian. She gave a good massage, not a great massage. I did ask her what her name was on the phone since she does not post it.
My suggestion is not to give up on her, keep trying and you will get lucky hopefully.

So compared to other wonderful massage options out there, this place is not as good. But I think they are new to the AMP business that we are accustom to. More talent is on the way. Time will tell.
I rested my eyes and dreamed again of TM. I went back on a Wednesday evening in hopes of seeing the new lady arrived that week. Linda brought me to the room, Julie had a nail client. Again no towel covering. Linda is older and typically short. She was doing a fine medium massage when Julie entered and took over. Once I let her know I needed some real work, she massaged the sore muscles very well. Julie did more good massage after the flip. I was teased well. So I decided given the new manager ad etc. A Toffit. Have not see any post about this place in long while. I can remeber when Kim first opened this place and had many a good times there. But she left and now many owners later. So I went for the Thai massage. DON'T GO. My skin is still crawling from the filth. Everything you sould not do in term of cleanliness. JokerTake Cesar's advice. I've been going to MP's for a long time and my practice has always been to tip first, without saying a word. I have never gotten ripped off or recieved poor service. I have, however, caught hell for not leaving a better tip as I was exiting but this was the exeption and not the rule. I tip no more than. 4.
I think the up front tipping proves that you have been there before and that you know how the game is played.

I went for the hour, and left a generous tip on the table. The TS was modest at best, non sensual, and a little short. She was very friendly, and teased a little. The massage was OK at best, in fact I was really hoping it would have been better. She never really teased any while performing the massage, which I enjoy. She made some small talk, but was difficult to understand. Made two trips to Sunrise over a week span. Drew Angie both times but had a nice chat with Julie too. Excellent service both times but a little more so the second time. I have been to sunrise now at least a dozen times over the last year and half. I have never had a bad time. I have never tipped before the service I have always tipped after depending on how good experience was. I believe they get more comfortable when they know you have been there before. My last experience I had went late one night and had a full house. Julie was very apologetic and I told her I come the next day. Not sure if it was because I came back and they made up for it but one of my best experience to date. I believe I had Cindy table shower was great as always and lead to great massage. As I went to sleep my dream became very alive. She removed her threads and went into a nice long HJ with roaming on her to all areas. I went to Comfort Island Massage at 8pm on a Thursday. House 1hr massage with TS .6 Pretip .4.
The lady whose name escapes me was about 5'3", nice body, pretty but not beautiful wearing shorts and a tshirt.

Having read the reports and being in the area I dream't of a trip to Body Magic.
I found it a bit hard to find as it was tucked behind some trees / bushes.
It was before noon and the 1 woman there was busy. I only had to wait 10 min before redheaded Cat came in. Short a bit chunky but not too bad. Nice smile and personality.
Did the 45min special for. 65 and a tip up front that she was happy with.

Met an old friend at this little out of the way oasis. She is always so friendly, flirtatious and gives a heck of a full body massage. As reported earlier, this is a clean place with Jacuzzis in each room with a central table shower room. There is also a sauna you can use. The time with the American girls seems so much more relaxed when there is never a language issue involved. The time you pay for the room is a value now days and the tip you give the girl is something to be decided with each girl based on your wants and needs, bearing in mind that all of the girls are licensed and are making a living just from the tips. Met an old friend at this little out of the way oasis. She is always so friendly, flirtatious and gives a heck of a full body massage. As reported earlier, this is a clean place with Jacuzzis in each room with a central table shower room. There is also a sauna you can use. The time with the American girls seems so much more relaxed when there is never a language issue involved. Needed a massage and Angie at Sunrise wasn't working until later so I stopped in at 520 Massage located in Cocoa Beach in the White Rose shopping center. The woman you first see is not who'll be performing the massage. This is my 4th time there and I have never had to wait (or shuffled from room to room) and always have had a pretty twenty something girl with a nice figure. This last time was no different. Thanks to all the members, after reading some good reviews about Sunrise I decided to give it a try. Early last week I went there late in the evening and was greeted by Julie. I asked for Angie but she was out until Friday so I decided to give Mimi a try. TS was amazing and the massage was ok. Some roaming was allowed but after the flip it was a different story and the menu was wide open. I had the best HE ever. Would definitely recommend Mimi. Finally done with my break from the hobby due to life, and I stopped in to Sunrise. Had the pleasure of seeing Julie. After reading a review about spa 520, I gave it a try today. It was pleasant, but not great. Greeting and brought back to the room by an older lady, who am also gave the shower. Not that I minded, but it was not as good as I have become accustomed to. Back in the room, a younger lady (30's) came in the give the rub. Asked for medium, but was about the softest I ever had. Not much pressure was used, and no oils of any kind. Just before the flip, she paid special attention to the mid areas and going under. Gentle touching and blowing (I really enjoy that part) After the flip, she allowed roaming, but it all went quickly at this point. Nice warm towel for clean up, and was time to go.
I would rate it about a 6 overall. I dud enjoy the experience, but not sure I will go back. Need to work on the actual body rub part.

TS was great with a lot of teasing on both sides. The massage was good but things definitely changed on the flip. In the past with someone new or at a new place I've gone in and tipped extra up front to see where things could go (up to 80 or 100 if I thought the masseuse was really hot). Sometimes the results are great, sometimes it's money down the drain.

There is no "standard" tip. IMO, some of us tip way too much. Some ladies are used to giving a certain level of service and getting a certain tip.
Depending on the up front charge and amount of time I get, I tip $10 for a good massage, regardless of who the provider is; AMP, legit massage, whatever. From there, the tip goes up or down. If the massage is lousy and no extras are provided, there is no tip. If the massage is lousy and extras are provided, it depends on the extras. Really good massage with no extras. $20. Play in the TS, play on the flip, etc all goes toward my tip decision.
From reports I've read here, I tend to require more from a massage than others to earn a big tip.

If you are a regular then they come to expect what your usual tip is and know what kind of extras to provide. Just like you are use to a certain level of service especially when you become a regular, they also expect a certain level of gratitude after the service. I have been to Sunrise several times, and have missed Julie so far. Angie has been nice, with OK massage, but great after the flip with PLENTY of hands on action for me.
