Where I'd the Etown stroll?
New to the area.I'm going to write this an try not to sound like a complete a $$hole. Want to know where something is try googling a town and then put prostitution in. It then will give you people who, were arrested for it with cross streets. That's a easy way to start. But as for his coming on the board and asking for info get off your but and get some leg work in. People might actually help you if you help us. Also read the posts below about rules they will help. I lerkes of for a year before I made my 1st pick up. I then reviewed it and started where I'm at now. Do your leg work Google is a great asset.
I asked around and found the stroll area. Wow with the new Wawa it is interesting that they hang out there now also.

I have read almost every thread on this post. Strictly because I knew this was something I wanted to get into. Cephalopod, you're advice has proven priceless and I thank for such. I went searching for a lady on MDA and found nothing on a Thursday night. I pulled into Walgreens next to the strip mall and b fan searching for something on BP and live escort. Whilst searching I heard a voice call out and it was a lady named Jaime asking to bum a cig. She came over and I invited for a ride. She obliged and then gave poetry reading and CIM. She (Jaime) was very talkative and sweet. If I ever saw again would probably repeat unless I saw someone better looking. Jaime had brown hair and that's all I really remember of her. Again I got tested and all good.
Was cruising rt9 around midnight been dead since that bust few weeks ago and LEO been out in force between rt9 and the wawa on 13. Saw 2 cops standing at the gas station next to mcd's looked like they walked a girl towards car at one point. Noticed girl walking across street towards she did the stare as I passed so I did a loop she saw me again and started following so I pulled into a parking lot and she hopped in. Dirty blond, looked bit rough completion and was wearing jeans and a tee did the LE check and took a drive down the road to dark spot. 6 and went right into BBBJ was decent enough had her hop on top before switching and finishing the deed. After looking at her again, I did recognize her from some previous posts on here including some pics. There was some differences of opinion that I had read about here. Knowing that and feeling out her demeanor was important to help me make a decision here. So we took off for a place of her choosing not far from downtown but pretty secluded. She was a real sweetheart and I was glad to have met her. Conversation was extremely pleasant kinda like it wasn't the first time we met, though it was.
I told her what I liked and what I had for her time. We were both happy to accommodate each other. This woman has the gift of the art of pleasing me. A true natural talent. Definitely a gal that knows how to read my wants and desires. Started out nice and slow, then just did everything right. What a wonderful time. Not a hurry in the world before, during, or after. We shared some more conversation afterwards about different life things.
She did make some references to her having a good amount of available work as she got a new phone and was getting pummeled by some of her regulars. Riding around E-town several times Friday and was amazed at how many gals were around. Also LE presence was noticeable as it has been for the last week or two. Grateful I have a very common car and color. Haha.
Two nice gals with possibilities over by heavily trafficked area near 40. Cruising it town though ran into a gorgeous tall white brunette who gave me the look and hello non obvious to others and had her come over. Good grief was she a pretty and healthy looking gal. It was Samantha who used to advertise on BP. I had actually texted her earlier in the day with no response as we had been chatting for a bit about getting together. But her phone is gone. As they say. There are no coincidences!
So we went for a ride and had a nice time at a very secluded spot of her choosing. Nice down to earth girl with no obvious signs of the unhealthy behaviors though she did admit to some. She willingly accommodated me in a nice fashion. Not spectacular but worth repeating. Would love to get her indoors though it was nice not to have BP level expenses. And better looking than her pics.

I have been making strolls in Elkton, but have been largely coming up empty. I ran into one last night who tells me the Elkton PD have been clamping down hard. If anyone has had any luck in Elkton area please share it. I have gone during later afternoon / evening and late at night.

Agreed. I've been making the stroll down there all throughout the day and night. It's been dead in the afternoon up until the nights when I've went. It seems like it's dead in the area lately.

While heading home yesterday I decided to take the GP. It's been dead along there for a long time. Half way between Claymont and Edgemoor I see a girl walking, it was starting to get dark so I ask if she needs a ride since it is getting dark, game on. A 19 yo. Brown hair. Named Zoey. Small A. Maybe 100-110 lbs. Wouldn't give a number but took mine saying she needs a few regulars. The ride cost me 50 which was well worth it. For me, all covered any way, but she said bare was not an option. She provided FS, I tried for a second pop. While I rose to the occasion but it was uneventful and I ended it not wanting to beat it up too badly. She said she just needs extra cash, speaking to her and appearance, I don' think there are any substance issues. She had me drop her off on Harvey, so I will be out and about looking for a repeat experience, this time with a room.

The was an really old one that was yelling hey to passing cars, she had a real raspy voice and was ugly as hell. A thin WSW bundled up and not my cup of tea either. Last and not least was a cute slim blonde hair chick. She was cute enough for me, but when I passed her by a few times, eyes were damn near closed she was so high. I would have love to sample that, but when they are obviously high, I normally pass them by. So folks, there you have it. Although completely on life support, Elkton is not DEAD. I know I wasn't the only one out there looking as I watched several other mongers prowling for prey.
Now, I have been sidelined for a bit, so not sure if it was just one of those days, but all four of these ladies were definitely working and it was obvious. Maybe the shut down of CL, who knows. I will take another look by end of week and report back my findings.

For Windows. Go to your Picture Folder. Select a Picture. Right Click. Select / Click Properties. Scroll down and you will see all information that is included in the Pic. Now after you review what is there look at the Bottom of the Box. In Blue "Remove Properties and Personal Information. Was over in New Castle today trying to find that stroll without any luck. Not sure If I know where I am looking there though I was all over 9 a few times.
Headed back to Etown which had as much activity as I have seen in a while. Saw 5 WSW and 2 BSW in the usual areas between 2:00-3:30 pm before picking up blond Kayleigh. Went to her secluded spot. Will repeat.
Around Etown 2 ish today. A reddish-haired SW who was probably the midwife as dirt was born. She's a drinker and upseller. This could be the body condom candidate.

Medium length brown hair, tan skin, wearing black yoga pants and a black top and sunglasses. Looked too good to be true. Passed by again and she waved me down. Just as I was passing a state trooper and county car passed. I got nervous. Anyone see her or experience?

It is false. They are just very spread out. I have been trying to centralize some to a convenient location for me. I choose Philly Pike as it is easy on / off from 95 and 495 when I'm passing through.
Basicly I take any decent looking, non hoodrat from NCA, ULA, MDA, GPB and bring them to Philly Pike. There are 2 hotels I use. My pitch is this. I'll put you up in a hotel for a couple days and you can work out of it and make some good money. I don't get charged. Currently 4 are set up at the Milan, 5 at Knights Inn. They all smoke outside together and swap stories and talk about what dealers have what. They do this all on their own. I don't have time to pimp. I just like not having to burn a lot of gas looking, and driving in sketchy hoods. This plan works well until their room is up. Only a few girls have figured out this area is a much better place to work, with many safe places to do car dates, and a nicer clientele. Those girls save some money for the next night motel room. The dumb ones burn through all their money and take one of the 2 buses back to the hood. One girl now a 2 regulars at local shops, and another is making a ton of money working her way through the fire station.
So while I did this for me, it doesn't mean you all can't benefit. Selling the girls on a new location is easy. Explain, they will make better money, with a better quality of date, cheap motels, and the drugs are just as good and plentiful. Dealers up there all deliver to the girls and there aren't a lot of sets except for the ones all on a block of 4th st. So everything is all in one nice area. Wouldn't you rather get a BJ and a Primo Hoagie on your lunch break at the same time? Or a Boston Market combo and a half and half on the way home? Wawa in the morning for a Sizzling Shorti with your Sizzli and Shorti?
It has long be my belief that as smart as we are, the girls are still running this game. Why do we go to risky places for them? Make them come to us at a better location. Now you have to have location that has their drugs and cheap places to live, but that doesn't mean it has to be the ghetto. I've done this experiment before with various success in PA and NJ. I find the 2 biggest killers of it were election years and mongers start making the area good, but then tapering off. I share this all with you who don't like wasting gas, time, and venturing into sketchville. Feel free to monger how you like but a little salemanship goes a long way. I am in week 2 of this experiment, anyone reading, feel free to help facilitate it.

That is Trish. A bit of a rusher but isn't bad looking. I will tell you a story. I have been reading how girls are hard to find In DE. It is false. They are just very spread out. I have been trying to centralize some to a convenient location for me. I choose Philly Pike as it is easy on / off from 95 and 495 when I'm passing through.
Basicly I take any decent looking, non hoodrat from NCA, ULA, MDA, GPB and bring them to Philly Pike. There are 2 hotels I use. My pitch is this. I'll put you up in a hotel for a couple days and you can work out of it and make some good money. I don't get charged. Currently 4 are set up at the Milan, 5 at Knights Inn. They all smoke outside together and swap stories and talk about what dealers have what. They do this all on their own. I don't have time to pimp. I just like not having to burn a lot of gas looking, and driving in sketchy hoods. This plan works well until their room is up. Only a few girls have figured out this area is a much better place to work, with many safe places to do car dates, and a nicer clientele. Those girls save some money for the next night motel room. The dumb ones burn through all their money and take one of the 2 buses back to the hood. One girl now a 2 regulars at local shops, and another is making a ton of money working her way through the fire station.
So while I did this for me, it doesn't mean you all can't benefit. Selling the girls on a new location is easy. Explain, they will make better money, with a better quality of date, cheap motels, and the drugs are just as good and plentiful. Dealers up there all deliver to the girls and there aren't a lot of sets except for the ones all on a block of 4th st. So everything is all in one nice area. Wouldn't you rather get a BJ and a Primo Hoagie on your lunch break at the same time? Or a Boston Market combo and a half and half on the way home? Wawa in the morning for a Sizzling Shorti with your Sizzli and Shorti?
It has long be my belief that as smart as we are, the girls are still running this game. Why do we go to risky places for them? Make them come to us at a better location. Now you have to have location that has their drugs and cheap places to live, but that doesn't mean it has to be the ghetto. I've done this experiment before with various success in PA and NJ. I find the 2 biggest killers of it were election years and mongers start making the area good, but then tapering off. I share this all with you who don't like wasting gas, time, and venturing into sketchville. Feel free to monger how you like but a little salemanship goes a long way. I am in week 2 of this experiment, anyone reading, feel free to help facilitate it.

ELKTON — Investigators arrested six women in Elkton during their latest uncover operation targeting street prostitution, police reported Monday.
With Elkton Police Department officers posing as customers, or "Johns," while cruising around town in unmarked vehicles, this most recent sting started on July 21 and focused on activity in the 200 block of West Main Street, Landing Lane and Mackall Street, police said.
EPD officers assigned to the Street Level Crimes Unit have identified those streets as prostitution problem spots, and they have nabbed numerous alleged prostitutes in similar covert operations in those areas during the past two years, police added.
"Since May alone, we have charged 11 women with prostitution in Elkton," reported Capt. Joseph Zurolo, an EPD spokesman. "We have really picked up our anti-prostitution enforcement recently, and we will continue. ".
To avoid bogging down the undercover operation, officers posing as customers would arrest the women after they allegedly had made sex-for-money propositions — but those officers would defer filing criminal charges against the suspects until a later time or later date, police reported.
"They would take them into custody, process them and then release them, rather than file charges at that time. That way, they could get back on the streets faster to concentrate on the anti-prostitution enforcement," Zurolo outlined, noting that it takes quite a bit of time to file criminal charges.
Officers would file charges after the sting for that particular day had concluded, he said.
"We tried to be unpredictable. We varied the times of day that we were out (conducting the undercover operation), as well as the days of the week that we were doing it," Zurolo explained.
Arrested and charged with prostitution in this latest sting operation are Rolanda L. Brennan, 36, of Elkton; Katelyn M. Cullum, 22, of North East; Donna L. Hickman, 25, of Elkton; Ashley E. Parkhill, 21, of Elkton; and Shannon Phillips, 45, of Newark, Del. , according to Cecil County District Court records.
As of Monday afternoon, the name of the sixth women arrested had not been made public record because she had not been issued formal charging documents.
Meanwhile, EPD officers are continuing to use another tactic to battle prostitution, one they adopted in early June.
The method involves a "warning or advisory letter" that officers send to the owner of any vehicle seen driving in known prostitution areas "in a way that indicates the driver was attempting to solicit a prostitute," police reported.
"This fills the gap for those times when we know someone is trawling for prostitutes because we witness certain indicators, but we still don't have enough probable cause to make an arrest. Often suspicious activity is observed, such as a known prostitute getting in or out of a vehicle, but the officer has no probable cause for an arrest," Zurolo said in June.
He added, "We believe this tactic will be a great deterrent by making the known areas of prostitution activity less attractive to prospective Johns or customers. ".
Investigators could witness suspicious driving or interaction with known prostitutes while conducting surveillance in "known prostitution areas" in town or they could overtly observe such driving or interaction while patrolling in those spots, Zurolo explained.
"We have sent out about a half dozen letters to men who were seen in known prostitution areas since we started," Zurolo said Monday.

I tried doing something different after having made a few loops with no success and not wanting attention. I parked in a safe spot a block away and walked the Main St. Block a few times figuring I would just talk directly to any girls asking them to walk while we talk. I had this crazy dream Monday Labor Day.
Driving 40 and see a hottie walking half shirt, amazingly tight stomach, nice long black hair. With a guy. There is definitely some turbulence between her and the guy. She crosses RT 40 with her hands up in the air almost dancing leaving the guy behind. I am going to make a you and then see the guy following her. She then crosses back to the other side, him following and still clearly a lot of turbulence between them. I finally stopped for Big Mama or whatever she goes by. Older in her late 40's or so, short hair white gal. Have seen her for years but never spoke to her. She was actually kinda fun to talk to. About 10:48 pm Wednesday, Elkton Police Department Ofc. Michael Walczak was flagged down by a woman in the 200 block of West Main Street who said that a man known to her as "Poopie" had choked her earlier than evening and was following her, according to a statement of probable cause filed in Cecil County District Court.
Through previous contacts with police, "Poopie" or "Pookie" was known as Arthur G. Hollingsworth Jr. , 49, of Anchor Court in Perryville, court records report.
The victim said that she had been accosted by Hollingsworth, who appeared to be drunk, in the area of West Main and Bow streets, police reported. He grabbed her by the throat and began strangling her until she was able to break free, according to court records.
Hollingsworth allegedly told the victim he was going to kill her.
Around the same time of night, Union Hospital notified police of a reported rape. EPD Det. Justin Beamer responded to the hospital and made contact with a victim who said she was on the south side of West Main Street when she saw a man she knew as "Pookie" on the north side.
After meeting up with him, Hollingsworth allegedly told the woman that he was going to "take a hit" of crack cocaine, court records report. After walking behind a building in the 200 block of West Main Street, Hollingsworth grabbed the woman by the throat, frightening her, police reported.

I don't have much to say on this topic but I'll say one thing. Anyone who has seen them both will notice that there's a sense of honesty that comes from Emily that you don't get from shitleigh and yes I call her that because that is the nastiest thing I have ever seen. I've found that the time of day makes a big difference. If you go early and they can turn the room over before the cleaning staff leave, then they are likely to offer a SS rate. Otherwise, they want the full night.When I went I had no problem at all getting the room. When we got there there were empty pizza boxes, a cellphone charger, and a lighter in the room. The bed was messed up. Emily and I just pulled the blankets up and went at it. Improvise, adapt, and overcum.
