Small number of posts, but a good education in "how to"!
So my thoughts:
When a girl is a no show for a date, she is either passed over or on a short leash. There are many girls out there, so no need to cater to or put up with bad behavior.
Then when one can't finish, cut your losses short and move on. Have learned that some / many girls are master manipulators and VERY good at reading guys. So it is possible that they read you and provide lackluster service so that you wouldn't get off. THEN they knew you would be susceptible to an "up charge" for additional money!
