No wonder the streets have been quiet.
WATERBURY — Police carried out an undercover operation Thursday that netted a large number of suspected streetwalkers in the Hillside neighborhood.
The sweep, the third and largest of its kind this summer, netted 14 women and a man, including one woman who has a history of prostitution arrests.

Pretty sure there was another arrest a year or so ago in Watertown. A private residence with nosy neighbors, in a town where cops are looking for something to do is a recipe for disaster.
Looks like the Chapman house got raided. I'm glad I never took the plunge to see Liz (Glenda).
