Two strange things about the above text:
1) why would any guy admit to the cops that he was at the motel to visit a prostitute? Unless the cops promised to go easy on him if he told them that. Also, if he didn't have enough money to pay for the taxi, how did he expect to pay for the girl? And did he really think he could get away without paying for the cab?
2) the article makes it sound as if LEO had never viewed the website before, which I find hard to believe.

Cop told us both to get out and questioned us. Knowing now what I know, I would have responded differently. He let us go and told us to go home. That was the night I quit picking up SWs. He may have let us go because he didn't have what he needed to arrest, but the thought of losing my car was enough to get me to quit. I've picked up 1 and only 1 on the spur of the moment since then.
My advice to everyone out there is to avoid Waterbury. Cops there seem to do stings regularly.

She left in cuffs after cussing the dude out. They let him go, so either he was in on it or they just cut him loose.
