I have heard complaints from various providers on here, and found on backpage concerning this guy. They all say that he is not very hygenic, bitches constantly about the prices, acts flaky, and has one arm.Name says two nutts. Doesn't say squat about how many arms the guy has.

Thank you to everyone that responded to the agency question I posted. I wanted to wait several days to give posters a chance to comment. All the PMs and posts here actually helped quite a bit. The one point that everyone addressed is the "consistency" problem (and it really is a problem for agencies.) After reading several of the comments, I did some research and found many, many reference sources with recommendations on the screening and qualification processes for many top escort services in modern cities. If I can adapt those to the Louisville market, you'll definitely see and experience the consistency you expect.
The other common observation was the lack of an identification system for the range of services and work schedules of the escorts. The latter of these problems is easier to resolve; the website will soon include schedules on each of the girl's pages-and you can expect they will abide by those schedules.
The solution to the "services" problem is a bit harder."Person-to-person and in-person" is the golden rule in this profession. That-and the dice roll of clarifying on the telephone-creates the "mystery meat" scenario several of you talked about. Agencies can (and do) use services like P411, but we have no control of how that hobbyist info is protected by those services. Managing the hobbyist info at the local level seems to be the only way of making sure sensitive personal information is not given to over-eager, less-than-ethical providers who later may want to jam a hobbyist publicly for not buying into the "pay me more because I'm a college student with four kids in daycare and a brother in rehab" pitch.
