Saw a girl near Denny who said her name was Katia or something like that. Short but pretty girl with a handkerchief top which didn't cover much.
Nice looking dyed red head and a smaller blonde up 99. The two young blondes were working the overpass today - damn good looking.
Also a great looking girl very tan or Italian looking in denim skirt, long curly brown hair walking near KK.
The street is not for everyone. Most of the guys who have had sucessful encounters to talk about, have also had nightmares too. You have to be willing to spend many hours in recon mode. Last night the AAA was wild. A rave party was going on just a block away so teeny boppers with nearly nothing on and clueless were mingling with the SW really confusing matters.
I met Miss Monica. She's late 20's multiple tattoos, straight blonde hair, short shirt.

After a while it's easy to sift the Sw's from the club goers. The club girls don't make eye contact with you and smile when you drive by. They are usually walking a little faster, are usually in groups, and walking towards the clubs.
Miss Monica is great and quickly becoming one of my ATF's. She's a tad expensive. I would have countered with .40/.80/1.00. She's actually early twenties I believe and I think she looks like Mena Suvari (Kevin Spacey's object of lust in American Beauty). That area is probably the most expensive stroll in town.
Avenue, For someone not too well versed in the street scene you sure picked a rough stroll to gain experience on. Them Rainier Valley girls can be pretty tough on a newbie, but great report as the CD, and Rainier Valley goes hugely under reported here and often some gems can be found there.

Thanks for the report on the south part of Seattle. I used to live downtown but moved to the Rainier Valley a while ago. Unfortunately I haven't had time to go out looking that much. The dates that I've had haven't been worthy of reports.
Once, a few years ago, Anonymous Guy posted his Smile Test theory. He said if the SW smiles back at you you'll be OK. I tend to agree with this and usually won't pick up a SW that doesn't bother to smile back.
I think armed with what you've learned here you should be OK out there. It sounds like Bree wasn't interested in doing what she agreed to. That happens.
For many of us it's more about the hunt than the score. If you enjoy the hunt then the street is the place to be.

I would have to agree with all that.. and just my advise from experience.. the next time they push for the money right away, they get kicked to the curb right away. NEVER pull out the money until you are AT the location where you're going to get down to it. You're (Avenue) lucky you got something after she took the money out of your hands. She try that shit with me she'll be lucky if I slow down when I shove her out the fucking door. As you can see I've been there done that. Wait till you get the I need the money and I need to stop at the store... your money in her hands and her out of the car means you are out cash :)
One thing you need to keep in mind is many of the SW are hardened girls and will fuck you over in a blink of an eye.
MY rule is never bring out the dough until its play time and never keep more than you're willing to spend in one spot.. the minute they see that you have more, they will try to get it, one way or the other, steal it, talk you into an upgrade of services etc.
I dont talk as much or monger as much in Seattle as I used to but I'm up there with civ/jimmy/titman... I did most of my mongering in San Diego back when it was hopping :) And learned most of my lessons there.
Also I almost never pick anyone up on the first pass.. and then I dont make a dozen passes either, both are red flags.
One time I was in the AAA area and I stopped for a very hot BSW. I was edgy enough with the patrols and the throngs of clubgoers and she wanted to talk price right at my car window. I’ve been in Long Beach, Calif, for nearly 8 months now and it’s a whole different world down here. I’ve learned to speak Spanish (or as one HSW told me car-wash Spanish) which has significantly increased my universe of opportunity (funny, I never quite had the incentive to learn it in high school). While I had a few “bad days” in the NW as you can review from my old posts, it’s like fight club every night down here—really dangerous from a number of angles. I finally got my concealed weapons permit so at least I am now legal to defend myself. Between booting unexpected TS’s to the curb and being a white guy cruising some of Compton’s betters SW grounds late at night is more like combat that than the casual fun on north Aurora. I never pulled my weapon once in Seattle in 12 years, and I’ve done it twice down here where it seems to be more of a means of communication. My best to Jimi, Civ, Colnago, NWcoastguy and all the other regulars for keeping me up to date on the Seattle action. Be careful, society as we know it is degenerating down here, and it may be creeping north.

I went past the rite aid near the KK about 4 pm on Thursday. Saw three SW’s in the rite aid parking lot. Two in their mid 20’s, HSW and BSW and one 30’s or older WSW. Very nice bodies on all three. A little too nicely dressed if you know what I mean.
They were very obvious in what they were doing. I pulled into the parking lot and just watched. They would go up to a car, talk through the window and then motion the car behind the building.

The following events take place between 9 to 11 PM Thursday August 3rd.
I cruised and lurked along Hwy-99 from AAA to past 145th N, although I did see a couple of possible SW's, there was No Joy! I did see an unmarked LEO (Dark Blue Chevy Caprice with dual spotlights) sitting across Hwy-99 from the Krispy Kreme. I also saw plenty of uniformed officers and vehicles. They even had foot patrols down in the AAA and Downtown areas. I even tried sluming down in China Town; more officers than providers.
The only good news, the McDonanlds near the AAA has Tilamook(sp?) Ice Cream; that was as good as it got.

the following events take place between midnight and 2 am.
cruised the aaa and hwy-99 north up to as far as 145th. there were a bunch of skanks, i do not think they were the "outreach" group, but i think they were hanging around the "outreach" people. two appeared to be late 30's to late 40's "providers", they were dressed skanky, and looked ill used. there was also a lot of clutter out there. girls, some **** heading to some after hours show at what used to be dv-8 (etc., etc.). there was also one chubby blond provider in a short light blue (denim?) skirt and white top; more on her later.
the aaa being a zoo, with no apparent worth while providers, i headed up hwy-99 i saw several possible/probable bsw's, and one posible wsw. nothing i was really interested in, and to much le, including possible undercover units. i wasted some gass checking what used to be good locations, and only wasted gas.
back at the aaa area i spotted a good looking 19-20-something, maybe 5'7 (hard to be exact with her shoes) dark skirt and white top, looked to have a nice firm c-cup and great hips/legs. she was often on her cellular phone, and at first i thought she was a "clubber" but then i saw her several times strolling back and forth, frequently talking on her damn phone. i would rate her as highly possible, maybe even probable. i tried to pick her up, no joy, however, i did see her get in a vehicle, but did not notice if she came back.
soon after i thought i spotted one of my favorites; darla. i was not sure, when i tried to confirm who it was, i could not find her. it was at this time i spotted the "plus-sized" blond provider i had spotted frequently in my cruises of the aaa. i was unwilling to go the cl route, and i was tired and frustrated, so i picked her up. i kind of feel that i "took one for the team".
as soon as we got introduced and made the check (she was better at this part than too many of the gals out there lately), however, i nearly kicked her to the curb right away. she demanded $100.00!!!!! for a cbj!!!! she needs that amount of money to buy a mirror large enough to see why no guy should pay her that amount of money!!!! i did not even bother with a counter offer, and just asked her to get out. (she only had a severe case of overvaluing herself, she did not cop an attitude, so i was not rude.) she started negotiating, i still paid more than i would have normally, but i'd blown way more than what we were arguing about in gas...
innitially she wanted to provide service right in the aaa. i said noway, and she was ok with me taking her to a better area to do the deed. from a short talk with her enroute, and before we started, she is not obviously stupid. her initial performance was poor, working the stick shift way too hard. she also barely got the knob in and mostly used her hand; too hard. i had to admonish her on her technique several times. i was about to kick her to the curb and call it taking one for the team.
then something about what i had been repeatedly telling her clicked, she laughed, and finnaly started doing a half-way decent job. she finnaly got me to a happy ending. at least she did not complain about how long it took. she might have been about to make the comment, but i mentioned this would have gone a lot quicker and smoother if she had not been yank'n my crank so hard it was mildly painful. all-in-all it was a mediocre experience.

The night you have just described is why I have not been out that much. I feel like the service has diminished so much that it is not even enjoyable. I do not care how much you pay either. These young ones act like they are doing you a favor. If I picked them up at a bar and did not give them $$, that could be true. However, When I pay for service, I want service. I have been on the CL finding my fun.

I agree with Calnago. Way too much risk on the street and their prices are getting steeper. I'd rather see someone who is reviewed and screened on CLRB or the TRB at incall for fifty to one hundred more than getting stuck with the fines and mess that poor guy had to go through.
That report was especially scary for those with SO's. Also, you have no real defense against false police reports. I wonder how many are successful in challenging a false police report. Also, I don't think he said whether he used discovery to get a copy of the girl's statement.
That Denver post is good for all of us to read. What we do is illegal and if caught, has penalties at several different levels. Be careful and on top of your game all the time. Do your homework and spend some time in recon mode. If all is not right, move on.

I've seen many of you senior members complaining about no girls worth the cruising, I work right on Aurora ave north, and I got to tell you something, I cruise at least twice a week and I always find girls, some good some bad, but I really don't see a lack of providers ( at least not in this area) and to prove it I even grabed my camera for the first time on the streets and got some pics for you guys, I didn't pick anyone up, but I've picked them before, at least some of them.

Cops wouldn't allow a SW caught in flagrante delicto with a john to walk away after signing a statement. No way. That is major misconduct and a fireable offense. I can't imagine that cops would book one suspect while letting another suspect, whose presence is the very basis of the crime, go. Anyone hear of a little something called the Sixth Amendment? If she wasn't booked, his lawyer should be able to get the case dismissed right there (unless he's totally incompetent or wants to run-up billable hours). A dozen cops saying you picked-up a hooker is still worthless if there's no hooker caught or available for trial.

Bust your ass through 7 years of school at a cost of around $210,000 + interest on those student loans and then tell me that the lawyer didn't spend anything for that business. If that lawyer is too expensive then haggle or find another one. A good lawyer will spend at least 20 hours including prep work.

I thought about writing a response to the Denver story myself, but I had so much to say it seemed like too huge an investment of time (and still does). So I am going to keep my input relatively short and to the point. Firstly, I agree with the suggestion that the Denver guy's story sounds at least a bit dubious. My instinct tells me he was nabbed for solicitation and did have a rotten time of it, but I refuse to believe the entire tale verbatim because there are too many problems with the story or the circumstances he claims to have experienced. The way he writes it, short of getting tasered or beaten up by LE, or sodomized by his cell mates, that guy experienced just about everything go wrong that could have gone wrong. And for a first-time (presumably) arrest for solicitation? I just don't think so...

This isn't as unlikely as it seems. She was probably forced to sign an agreement to appear in court if the case went to trial, which naturally the city and PD are assuming the accused won't want to do. Surely, the chances that an SW could be found much less induced to give testimony at a trial is probably 10,000 to 1, but as long as they go through the motions and get her to agree to appear the cops were probably happy to have made one arrest instead of none. The way it works (as I understand it) is, if she gave him up (i.e. claimed he offered her money for sex), the cops have probable cause to make an arrest if the circumstances of the arrest supports the claim. However, they do not necessarily have probable cause to arrest her unless the guy makes a similar claim against her, or unless she admits to being guilty also (just because he made the offer doesn't mean she accepted it). I'm sure cases like this vary from city to city, state to state, and situation to situation, but I've heard a few tales from guys who were nabbed locally and that is how it goes around here (Seattle-Tacoma). To make matters worse, these days, if you work for Uncle Sam and you get caught by civilian authorities and charged with solicitation, you may be setting yourself up for a very big world of hurt and a lot of additional punitive measures if word gets back to your CO. (I realize that detail has nothing to do with the Denver story, but thought I'd throw it out there anyway).

I was completely confused by that whole section also because that isn't my understanding of how the prosecutory system works. The idea that a big city DA has time to sit down with a guy who was arrested for solicitation is ludicrous. Not even one of his Assistants would have time to do that. These are busy people, for goodness sake. They might talk with your lawyer over the telephone and work something out, or more likely they would wait until the preliminary hearing to make an offer to a first time offender on something so petty. This was just one of the many flaws in the story.

I am inclined to agree with you, although I think the guy probably was arrested for solicitation as he seems to know quite a bit about the process of being arrested, but I do believe the story is highly embellished. Why, I have no idea, and frankly I don't care because I already know precisely how the local system works. But I hate to see scare tactics camouflaged as information, which is why I bothered to respond in the first place. There are some posters on this board who feel if you follow a certain set of "guidelines" you will never, ever get nabbed (just like there are some who feel if you follow a certain set of physical procedures you will never catch an STD). These readers are simply naive, but maybe that is what gets them through each experience. The hobby has risks no matter how clever or how safe you think you are, but some of us do it (or have done it) anyway and it is worthwhile to know what to expect if you are put into a compromising situation involving LE. The unfortunate thing is stories like the Denver one do very little to assist any hobbyist because they blow everything out of proportion and play right into the hands of the enemy.

The Denver post could possibly be a hoax. Picking apart his chosen words proves nothing, however. It is very possible he was not being totaly honest about it being the first time. It is also possible that what percieved as the wsw being let go was actually a transfer to another car or something. He is a senior member with 67 posts and seems to be known by members on the Denver board. True, half true or lie; it should remind us to be careful at all times.
I was sceptical at first about the Denver story myself, but I'm beginning to believe it probably happened. For one, he is an established senior member who has posted many good reviews. He's obviously an experienced street monger and respected in the Denver thread.
I have been arrested before and his description of the whole process from the cops yucking it up all the way to his description of the jail house was right on the money.
I was robbed once by a pimp and a SW at gunpoint and reported it. When the cop noticed my wedding band he made a bunch of derogatory comments and for several days left messages on my home phone saying in a loud voice: "We still haven't found the hooker you were have unprotected sex with" and stuff like that. Luckily, my wive was out of town when it happened.
It happens all the time that one participant is let go and the other is busted. Usually it's the hooker, but like someone else said, they had her statement incriminating the guy, but nothing to hold her on. They're always tickled to death when they can bust a monger for a change. They know they're going to get her soon enough anyway. In a misdeameanor case they always have the discretion of whether to make a bust or not.
The part where he discusses needing an attorney to meet the DA is a bit confusing but I believe he was probably mislead by his lawyers. We're not talking superior court here. I've been in misdeameanor court before and you do have a chance with your public defender to have a quick court room conversation with the DA all the time. Things are pretty loose and free wheeling in municipal court.
And then you've got to ask yourself, exactly what did he post that couldn't happen if you got busted? You get busted and go to jail. Your wife, parents, friends, and possibly employer find out and you are humiliated beyond belief. You spend a few thousand on an attorney, possibly get the case dismissed, possibly not; have a difficult time getting your car back; spend a day in jail with a bunch of creeps, and generally have your life screwed up. As a cautionary tale of what can happen, it was excellent.
I was also suspicious of how quick he navigated the system, but I got a PM that told me he went to a bond hearing a few days after his arrest and they made the offer of deferrment (just like they do in Seattle $700 and case dismissed provided you don't get caught again). If he did exagerate (and who doesn't) it doesn't really affect the story.

OK, so maybe we should cut the poor sap from Denver a bit more slack. I wasn't trying to imply he was a complete fraud, but rather that some of the details of his case didn't ring true to me. And unlike a couple of you, little details like that DO make a difference to me. Either tell it like it is, or don't bother at all, I say. There are appropriate venues for BS and then there are times when the accuracy of your intelligence carries more importance than the ability to spin a good yarn. At least in my job that is how it works.
I've had plenty of interaction with LE in my past, and I even know and interact with some of these guys today in a non-professional manner. I'm sure some guys that are busted for solicitation are the brunt of harassment like we have heard, but it is grossly unprofessional behavior and a dangerous exertion of power that could land them in their own trouble. If I were subject to harassment by LE, I would turn the tables on them as quickly as possible, and by whatever means necessary. No system is in greater need of checks and balances in this society than law enforcement. Some of these guys have mental health issues and need to be taught a lesson the legal way (since we can't do it any other way). Personally, none of the LE I have met ever intimidated me in the slightest and I have always been treated with respect in the past even when I made some "errors in judgement" of my own. (That may have something to do with them finding out what my business is, and it may not). But let's face it, although there are a small percentage of honest, decent guys working in law enforcement, case studies have shown that the rank and file is filled with an uncanny number of real bottom-feeder types with some strong personality disorders. Many are failures at other careers (military, fire department, hair dresser, etc) and figure law enforcement makes up for all their lack of self-esteem by putting them in positions of power. Although I am not advocating doing anything crazy when interacting with LE, I would definitely encourage anybody who feels even the slightest bit intimidated or harassed by a member of LE to subject them to the full brunt of the laws they are sworn to protect. Go to the media, too. I know that isn't always the easiest decision to make, but if you have little to lose, why the heck not? Nobody deserves greater scorn from the public than a public servant who abuses the power he is given.
End of rant. It's way off topic, I realize. I don't recall there being a "Dealing with LE" section of this forum, but maybe there needs to be one.

What is VERY interesting to me, that no one else commented upon, was the claim the he did not get his rights read to him. That should get it thrown out quickly by any attorney worth their salt, and your money....
He made numerous errors, some he admitted, for such an experienced monger. He fell for the "I'm going to make life miserable" ploy if he did not confess. This is not the Spanish Inquistion, folks. Talking at all, not looking for witnesses, and numerous other things just does not sound right for someone so experienced.
I am not saying It Can't Happen Here, but it is a great object lesson in the possibilities you need to consider and prepare for....

Stopping him and restraining him meets most if not all state's legal definition of an arrest especially since the cop thinks he has probable cause. Putting cuffs on him seems like a clear indicator of an arrest to me. The cop is asking questions and making statements to elicit a response (which is also considered interrogation) while the the suspect is being taken into custody which seems to me to be custodial interrogation. But it's somewhat of a moot point. The guy didn't incriminate himself which is good. You have the right to remain silent. You should use it.
Edit: Actually, his post doesn't say that they asked him anything after he's cuffed and taken into custody. But in any event it's not like cops always give due consideration to people's rights.
Very tough break for that Denver guy if it's all true.

I'm probably taking a big risk with this report, but I haven't posted in quite awhile.
For those of you that don't know, my SO found all of my postings on the CL board. This was sheer stupidity on my part. First off, I've used the same handle since 1997 when this board was run by someone else. I didn't have a girlfriend at the time and didn't care if anyone saw what I posted. When other boards came up, I simply used the same handle so people would know that it was me. It never occurred to me that using my REAL name and REAL year of birth would identify me...but that is what happened. Secondly, when I use the board it automatically logs you in (same with this site). So she was able to get on my computer one day go to the site and see that I was logged in with my handle. She then went to the private section for senior members and read all of my posts there.
My SO found the CL board with reviews on accident (I originally thought she was snooping) and thought it was the funniest thing she'd ever seen...until she came across my posts. She then realized that I had about 120 of them. she did a search and read every post that I've ever done. She now knows that I've travelled all over Central and South America screwing women and that I've screwed quite a few in Seattle. My only bit of luck is that she didn't find this board or look in the sw section of the other board.
I normally would just dump her and move on but I'm in a different situation than before. I have custody of my children now (my ex-wife disappeared) and I'm not really domestic. KK stands for "Krispy Kreme". AAA stands for "American Automobile Association"
The easiest strolls to find from downtown:
Go on Denny until you find the Elephant car wash. This is right where it crosses over Aurora Ave (aka Hwy 99). Head north on Aurora with your hodar on. When you get to the Krispy Kreme (it's 125 blocks north of where you started) cruise around, again with your hodar on. Just for fun cruise up another 5 blocks or so by the KMart on 130th.
If there's anything out you should find it on that stretch.
If you come back unfulfilled you might want to cruise the blocks immediately around the AAA. It's on the west side of 99 just north of Denny Way. (Chubbles was kind enough to post a link to a map showing you exactly where the AAA is a few messages below this one). Be careful driving there some mongers and pimps drive like idiots.

I am never awake 4 in the morning except to pee so it was unusual I was out and about . I had just dropped off my friend from a party at the Everett swingers club and headed home. Many of the ladies will want some sort of proof the you are not a cop before they will talk business with you. This usually involves you doing something that an on-duty cop trying to build a case wouldn't or couldn't do.
My favorite is when they get in and immediately grab and stroke the Jr Member right through my pants. This friendly handshake verifies that I'm interested and likely deadens my negotiaion skills as all my blood rushes from my big head to the little one. Another favorite is the reverse where she invites me to fondle her before any negotiations begin.
Others don't like to give away freebies and want you to show your little head on the theory that a cop wouldn't expose himself. Be very careful with this one. If the lady is not inside your car and already showing interest you could have a decoy who would charge you with indecent exposure just as fast as O&A.

Been awhile since I have posted, been layin low for a number of reasons, but I have been keeping up on all the mongering expoits in the meantime.

Hum. I lack your enthusiasm, but there are places you can hook up. In South Seattle along Rainier Avenue there are "corners" more than "strolls". Which "corner" is active varies from day to day or week to week.
Start from the very south end of Rainier where it turns into Renton Avenue. Drive northbound. While my tastes are a bit different from yours, I have made pick-ups at: Rainier and Orcas; Rainier and Othello; Rainier and Gennesee (A one-off in a coffee shop); and near the Oberto meat plant (Rainier and Atlantic?).
Also 23rd Avenue intersects Rainier. If you follow 23rd northbound, there is an area between Jackson and Union (the area around Garfield High) that has some business, especially around the AM/PM store.
Those are areas where I've had luck in the past year. YMMV.
I want to add something about the "lack of enthusiasm" comment. You asked about young BSWs, and that's what my answer is about. But when I pick up a BSW, I prefer women over 30. I have had some luck with "Homeless" girls, but mostly up in Canada. Mostly these were girls in their late teens, often with that "punk" sort of look. Many of these girls told me they were hitching their way around the country (Canada). (I susspect to get to B.C. for the social services, AND the "legal" pot.)
For what its worth my method was, after spotting them while driving (usually between or near a "Stroll"), I parked. I would walk up to them and start a conversation. I would offer to buy them a meal (and to drive them there). Enroute to where we were going to grab a meal we would chat. Most of the girls who were willing to take a ride with me would be (at least acting) friendly. I would ask, "So, have you done any thing exciting during your travels?" Often the young woman would relate a sexual "adventure".
From here success was nearly 100%. I would inquire if she was interested in "another adventure" (or what ever seemed appropriate to our conversation) or in some cases just an offer to make money. Sometimes just letting the young woman share my room for a night or two, and meals, etc. were enough. (one 18 year old whom I saw several times just wanted to play several hours of computer games {room charge $30-$100 Canadian for the weekend}). Others were more or less on an hourly (or by the act) rate. Costs ran the gamut; usually an even better value than my typical Canadian experiences. Mostly because they almost never rushed, and were often willing to play for more than one pop.
My SWAG to the odds were about 66% were willing to talk to me at all. About half of those were willing to have any sort of real conversation. Maybe half of those were willing to go for a ride with me to get a meal. (A few asked me to go bring them back something and since I had the same overall success with them). Nearly 80% who were willing to go with me to get something to eat, were willing to Play, for a place to sleep and/or pay.
I would say I had a 15%-20% overall success rate.
For various reasons I have made very few offers in similar situations here in the Seattle area. IMHO I had greater success in Canada for the same reasons there are far more "Amatures" or "Part-Timmers" up in Canada. One caveat, the situation may have changed in Canada, or at least the Greater Vancouver area over the last few years.
My guess is that there is almost no chance of success if you go for the gals at the off-ramps, etc., however, I have had my few successes here when I made a similar approach to the teen-20-somethings pan handling for food in some parts of this fair city, Not with a sign, but by just asking for money for food, bus fare, etc., (in some cases mostly just from men). You must really consider your risk-to-reward odds. When I have made an indirect offer (for a meal or place to stay, etc., before ever offering to solicit) I have been very careful not to make it an overt offer for prostitution. One must also be aware of the need to check the age of the teenagers!!! YMMV!!!
(as a side note; I have "hired" a couple of these girls to scrub my kitchen floor, do some yard work, etc., either they were under-age, or I was uncertain of their "proof" of ID. Or they were unwilling to pay for play, but did want to make some money... so it worked out well for both of us, if not quite as I had hoped! Again, YMMV!)

I have never hit one that was a total rip off. Some may try to over charge you depending on if you are staying at a high priced hotel or not. The internet, the stranger and the Seattle weekly are a great resource!
That has been contrary to my experience. Several years ago, when I was new to mongering, I tried a Stranger ad. It was a total rip - the girl was pretty, but after she took her clothes off, she said there was no physical contact. Another time I got a decent, but over-priced BJ.
I would only use CL or a classified if I knew the provider was legit from other mongers. Otherwise, it's just too easy to get ripped off.

Just moved here about 1 1/2 months ago and been reading and learning from great resources like this one and the others. You should have tried to negotiate more with Cheyenne. I would have tried making several more counteroffers. I would have upped the price to $40,$50...etc. I usually don't pay more than $40 unless the sw is willing to do a facial. I will then offer the SW a extra $10 or $20 for a facial.
I will not pay $50 because you don't know how good the service will be. Secondly most SW's that charge this much don't do bbj. There is only one blond WSW that I have paid $50 for and that is because she is hot and she gives one of the best BJ's.

I have had a few similar experiences as of late (which are in stark contrast to not having ANY experiences the previous two or three months). Just last night I picked up three WSW's down at the AAA (ya, imagine that 3 SW's at the AAA on a Friday night). All three wouldn't do a CBJ for under 60 and all stuck to their guns. None of them would even consider a BBBJ. It just comes down to basic economics. There is a dearth of SW's and a whole lot of us.
Also, Two of them wouldn't consider FS for under 100 - the third tried to "give me a deal" at 80.
Normally when there is a bunch of SW's that have higher than expected prices and won't haggle (even if they are getting kicked to the curb), it usually stems from the SW's being either really hot or from out of town. Well, last night they were local (Alexis was one of them; I had seen the other two, but never got their name before kicking them to the curb).
Moral of the story is this: I can get 15/30 even sometimes 60 minutes with women highly reviewed on CLRB for between 75 and 120 (depending on specials and how well I know them). This is for FS with "fairly attractive" to "very attractive" women.
So why would I consider picking up a SW for the same price and take the chance of a "rob" or "hurry up" or "you done yet"? With all of the problems inherent in SW activity, if they are going to price themselves in the 60+ CBJ or 80/100+ FS for a *CAR DATE*, I'll take my chances on CLRB. It can be slightly more money, but that is offset by reduced bad dates and savings on gas.
Not to mention a massive reduction in risk regarding LE. Not totally safe, but a hell of a lot safer than strolling the streets.
I do not want this to be solely about prices. I firmly believe in supply and demand. And right now the demand is a whole lot more prevalent than the supply. So prices WILL go up. But when I weigh risk and reward as a consumer, the street scene does not have as favorable odds as other avenues.
I just wish I could meet up with Ariel one more time (right Titman?).

Well of course supply and demand plays a big role. Every once in awhile you get some SW's trying to charge high prices. They usually leave or lower their prices when they discover no one is willing to be gouged. I would much rather wait until a more reasonably priced SW comes to town.
This is one reason why it is very important to get ph#'s. This way you get some action at a good price if you want. I will stop for a SW to get a ph# if I see one I like. I am really surprised how many guys see a SW they like, but don't get a ph#. Believe me it saves time.
For a lot of the thrill is in the cruise or the hunt. I have dozens of phone numbers that I've never called because I prefer the rush of hitting the streets.
And the reason the SW's here are trying to charge so much lately is because there are guys who are paying what they ask. It is extremely slow; it's not uncommon on a week night to drive a couple of hours and not see a single one. The only sure deal of late is the AAA, but only on Friday and Saturday nights with a window of opportunity that lasts from about 11:30 until the cops chase them out about 1:30.
I'm totally with Croaker on this one. I can spend $50 for a bitchy AAA girl with an attitude for a ten-minute CBJ (effectively $300 an hour) or go see my CLRB favorite who charges $120 for an hour, has her own incall, and offers bbbj, daty, dfk, and gfe at no extra charge. Cheaper, way more satisfying, and way less dangerous. No brainer.
Like I have said before price has no relation to the quality of service you get. In fact I have found that the cheaper SW's give better service. I would much rather pay less and get 2 or 3 bj's than pay $120 for some AMP.
It's sad to hear that Seattle is so slow these days. Seemed as though the action was fairly good up there a few months ago.

You are right in that price has little correlation to quality. And I also would probably choose two or three cheap BJ's to one AMP at 120.
However, in my experiences the last few months, it is becoming very difficult to find one cheap BJ, let alone two or three. Every SW I've picked up in the last 30-some-odd days has been high priced and difficult to "haggle" down to a "reasonable" price. The ones who did take a lower donation were not very good and/or in so much of a hurry it made the experience horrible and not worth the money. Admittedly, I can only cruise during night hours (8/9pm to about 2am) so my sampling of SW's is skewed to the ones out during those times.
So, I have been unable to find the cheap experience while also getting poor service from the ones I could find at a price higher than what I think I should be paying.
As I said, this is just my findings and currently I have had MUCH better luck with CLRB.
Just two weeks ago I drove around on a Saturday night from 10pm to about 2am. I saw several SW's who I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy (many combinations of dirty, dingy, drugged, beaten, wild, unattractive, unruly etc...) and only two "worth" picking up. One was very pretty but wouldn't do anything for under 120, so I kicked her to the curb. The second started a CBJ for 40, but that was two licks and a HJ. She got a little peeved when I mentioned it's supposed to be a BJ not a HJ. I see her around a lot by the Hostess Stroll and just keep on driving.

b. accept the lowly donation of 40
c. do a job that would actually get me to spill my coffee
So for four weeks I'm pissed and frustrated and growing hairy palms. Not to mention wasting about 130 bucks in gas.
Contrast that with three women I found on CLRB.
1. 50 will get me a bbbj/bls and all the tit play I want. Last time went 30 minutes (that's 30 min of action). Yes 50 is more than I want to spend, but it's in a clean house, no LE, no drugs, no hurry up, no hand action, plenty of tit play, some kissing if I want, and it's guaranteed. Never a bad time.
2. 100 gets me1hr with full GFE, multiple pops, bbbj, kissing, everything but greek. Yes, 100 is more than I want to pay, but it's been impossible for me to find anything FS for under 80 on the streets these nights. So for the extra 20 I get two pops, relaxation, no LE, no hurry up, kissing, a clean environment, no drugs, no schizoid behavior... you get my drift.
3. 60 gets a "quickie" which is usually 15-20 min. This is fully naked, full GFE, kissing, Absolute amazing body, tit play, etc.... And 60 is basically an average SW price for FS.
The only problem is this: going the CLRB rout, you have to plan your encounters, sometimes a few days in advance. With SW's, it's as simple as getting in your car and going out to a buffet (at least that's how I wish it was).
But:
I am less pissed
I am less stressed
I save a ton of money not using gas
I have less hairy palms
I spend a little more money per encounter, but that is offset by gas, stress and limiting bad encounters.

$60 for FS is a reasonable price, but paying that much for a bj is just to much. You are fortunate to live in city that has a lot of SW action. With all the action you should have a good list of SW's ph#'s. The action street action in San Diego has been fairly poor for the past few months. I have 4 or 5 SW's ph#s usually so I can still get some action if I need it. So with ph#'s your are not so dependent on the action on the streets.

For those who responded to my posting about Cheyenne, I agree with your assessment. When I have paid .4 or .5 for a BJ, the service was not worth it. Some of the best I have had were .2 to .3. As far as CL is concerned, my experiences have been mixed. One of the best values out there is Spring. She advertises on CL specials. I visited with her a number of times. Great service; a true GFE and always MSOG. I still enjoy the thrill of the hunt for SWs. If we all refuse to pay the inflated prices, maybe things will return to normal.

There is no way he meant that. If that is the way you are checking for STDs, you are in for a serious wake-up call one day. Majority of STDs shows no outwardly symptoms. If you can touch, see or smell STDs, no one would ever catch it.
In a STD checkup, you very well should get one by the way, the physician doesn't "feel" around for STDs. They draw blood, take urine samples, ask deep probing sexual questions and stick a Q-tip down your shaft (Ouch!).

The rain separates the girls from the women out there. Last night, 11/25-26, I found one of the old reliables. They were not exciting enough to bother circling back to check out. (maybe 5's, but I did not get a good look).
Down in the Redondo stroll near closing time I spotted 1 possible, and 1 likely BSW, both looked, a little more well fed than I liked, maybe too much Thanksgiving leftovers, or maybe just bulkier clothes because of the cold, but they looked "thick" and kinda chubby faces. Maybe a 4-5 on the scale. Both had what appeared to be pimps in close proximity, so I left the area.
If you like you BSW's who are a bit "thick" it would have been a good night for you to have been crusing, otherwise you should have saved your gas!

I will be visiting Seattle next week and will be staying DT (near the Swedish Hospital). Been to Seattle a couple of times, only DT, so will not venture too far (and I won't have a car anyway). I've been reading a lot on here, and have now my geographical focus on AAA, Denny Park area, 5th Ave N & Thomas. A couple of questions though:
- are there any places nearby that I could walk to with a SW, such as a hot tub place or a cheap motel?
- I was told (by Sophie who advertises on CL and CLRB) about the hot tub place on NE Roosevelt in the U-district: is there a stroll nearby in that area?
- also heard about some street cuties hanging out in the Capitol Hill area, but not sure where exactly, and then where I might be able to take one

If this was 20 years ago, then I would definitely say that you are at near ground zero in terms of SW. Pike street on capital hill was the place to be both quantity and quality. I used to work nearby hence could not even dream of mongering there but only drooled when driven by.
But that was then, there is nothing there now but maybe a few part-timers trying to meet rent deadline and it's rare also. My advice, take a 5 minute cab ride to the AAA area and walk about. Cheap hotel can be found on Aurora, another 5 minute away

Work gets me home after midnight each night. As I drive up Aurora, 85th to 160th, it's been dead, dead. Tonight I did spot a PD paddy wagon pulling out of a motel parking lot. Did not catch the name of the motel, it is just south of the Black Angus on the corner of 125th. Guess we'll read about it in the papers tomorrow. No girlies anywhere, though. Anyone else finding different?
