New one on CL says her name is Dusti and that she is 22 hot and Horny. Seen a Dusty mentioned on here. Was wondering if this is the same gal?

The back parking lot of the Ross-Pearson VFW on 7th St is looking more and more like an FOP lounge these days.

The other evening, there were no fewer than three - count 'em, three - RPD cars back there with the boys yakking it up like they were on "The View." I even used my night lenses to make sure I was seeing what I was seeing.

What really underscored their sloth was the fact that less than three blocks away, I counted no fewer than four - count 'em, four - crack dealers out playing their shadowy trade. Not to mention, Rockford's All-Time Skank 'Ho - that peroxided guy with the Ed O'Bradovich hands - was up plying his/her trade rather blatantly kitty-corner to the RPD district office at 6th and 7th.

Question: Has Chief Meatballs and his Nordic street warriors stayed the course long enough and now won their perception of the war? Is that why the VFW is now hosting these guy gabfests in the back parking lot?

The drug traffic in Rockford appears to be flourishing like never before. Any victory - quote, unquote - over street crime as perceived by busting a bunch of addle-noodled 'hos in lieu of going after the drug trade is a false one at best.

Perhaps it is time for the resignation of the chief.

Or, can he still control his View-ish street people?

Yes that is the same Dusty/Dusti/cant remember the other name she goes by. IMHO, avoid that like a fat kid does gym class, just skip it.

Got my film back from the game Tuesday night and had a few photos I had taken of girls in Rockford on it. Have discovered it is very hard to aim and focus the camera from a car when you are driving, even slowly. It is a good way to get really blurry pictures and waste film. Out of 5 pictures these are the only 2 that sort of turned out.

These are both of girl I dubbed not Biker Chic Jen. From a distance she looks like Jen, same general height, hair, dress and build. But on seeing her closer it is obvious it is not Jen. This gal is at least 10 year older than Jen and has bigger tits. She might be much older and Jen's mom? Have heard of the mother / daughter thing happening. I saw her several times but could not seem to get her attention. She was a SW. I saw her get into someone else's truck. I am reasonably certain pic 1 was taken near 7th St, not sure about the other one.

This is for all those guys who complain I do not post any pictures I have taken, while not posting any of their own.

Ok, thanks for the photos, but i kinda was thinking, hey he is the only guy with a photo camera left. I'm pretty old school, but i do have a digital. Most any contribution is a good one, and there have been many recently. Good to see an active board.

Was out and about in Rockford last evening. The new police chief has things pretty well shut down. At 5PM and again at about 10 I cruised the old strolls, and saw very little activity, and nothing at all that I was interested in. One BSW at 8th ave and Kish, tall and at least a 5 on the scale.

Another WSW walked by the Penny Pincher on 11th as I was gasing up. Saw a suspect on Broadway, peeking around the buildings just west of 11th, but was not sure she was working. Checked out the Rusty Nail and also the Ten Spot, but found very little. Checked out the Court Street/Fisher Street area, as mentioned in previous posts. There is a drug house at 500 Court that was doing a brisk business, but nothing that I was interested in at all.

Quiet night in Rockford.

Got a few PMs about Not Biker Chic Jen. Not sure why it was not posted in the forum. All three guys who gave rather than were requesting info on her said that looks like a girl named either Megan or Meghan.

One guy seems to be quite disappointed that he has been unable to contact her for a long time. He has heard that she is in jail.

Another guy told me not to expect to find her out and about again anytime soon. He claims that she is in drug rehab at Gateway. He also mentioned she is a friend of Biker Chic Jen's. He also said that she is not ten years older than Jen, she is just shy of 10 MONTHS older. I know the pics dont show it but Megan looked early 30's. Jen looked like she was early 20's when I saw her last year.

A third guy says that he had seen her on a couple of occasions two or three years ago. He told me to avoid her since the last time he saw her he wound up ripped off by her pimp. He forgot the pimp's name but said the pimp was a girl! This girl was relatively tall and skinny, had long blonde hair and was better than average looking as far as SW are concerned. She also had an abrasive personality. He wanted to do a threesome with them but the blonde girl would not have sex with a guy.

Also I do have a digital camera in my phone. I however do not have the ability to get pictures out of it since the program that came with the phone is only for Windows. I only have access to Macs at work and no computer at home.

When I ran into these two the first time we ended up having a spectacular threesome. Jen and Meghan were friends and lovers and they watched each others backs while out working. Last time I was in Rockford I contacted Meghan hoping for a repeat performance but Meghan said they had broke up but were still somewhat friends but that Jen was acting very weird. Ended up getting some great car head from Meghan, she also said she had not been on the streets for about a month and was trying to get a real job. Meghan is definetly NOT 30 nor does she look 30. From the pic it is hard to tell if it is her though, the clothing and hairstyle make it a possible but it is just too blurry. Unfortunately I have not had the chance to make it back to Rockford lately but I still have the contact numbers from the first meeting and will try calling Meghan on Thursday and report back.

It was not something I was looking for. A few years ago the battery in my old phone stopped holding a charge. I went ot IVC to buy a new one and discovered a battery was $89. For $29 I could get a new phone that had lots of features I did not really want (camera, text messages, downloading ringtones & video games). I went for the least expensive route.

As I mentioned we have computers at work, many places do these days. I should have stated I don't have access to a computer with internet at home. I have a Wallstreet that I can take home with me or on the road. I don't have a landline phone so no way to hook up to the internet when I am at home.

It is because these pictures were taken on a film camera and then scanned in. These are not hi res pictures, by the time they hit the 4UM, they are almost in cartoon state from the transformations...including the size.

Ralph if you ever start mongering again, PM I have a digital camera you can have, I always enjoyed your reports even though I am scared shitless to get any benefit from your reports because I was busted in Chicago picking up a street walker.

BTW: N00B focus on delivering some reports.

I know someone out there must really like my pictures. I got a PM stating that someone was taking them and reposting them in Kansas. Not checked it out to see if it is true.

I crop my pictures to give the vbest aspect ratio. Whihc is why the shape is always different. I try to make them all 400 pixels tall so that you can see the whole picture in a broweser window at once w/o having to scroll up and down. I get annyed when I see other picstures like that. The earliest ones I had werer taken with a Canon AE-1 given to me by my girlfriends parents when I was in 8th grade. It was stolen when my car got broken ito in that wretched hive of sum and villiany known as Chicago. Although I have since replaced it since then when i was picking up girls I used the disposable camers that you can get at Wal Mart for about $5 each. If you get one stolen it is no big deal. The disadvantage over a good camera is that you cant frame the picture as well and it is easier to cut something out of the picture you want to have seen.

I have never been impressed with anything digital and no desire to get a digital camera. Plus no plans to get mongering agian. Thanks for the offer. Always thought digital was another term for poor quality. I still have friends who want to come over to my palce to watch TV off of my big analog sattelitte dish on my 15 year old TV (albeit one that cost $15k) which looks better than their flat screen TVs and little directtv dishes. I've also noticed unless the film has been remastered that movies on DVD do not look as good as the ones that came out on laser disc.

Yes this is Dusty. Real name is Jenny. I am guessing she is not the Biker Chic Jen who gets mentioned here a bit. I saw her a few times and posted some pics of her. She was real fun to be with and was not into drugs when I saw her. In fact she was rather anti ddrug- something I like in one of these girls and an uncommon trait. I dont think you will be able to meet up with her anytime soon. She is one of several girls who I gaev my contact info to and has from time to time contcated me. a couple of them are in prison. Dusty is as of earlier this week locked up in Winnebago Coutny Jail. I have been told by others that she has really gone downhill and gittne into drugs since I saw her last. Sort of a waste.

Weird occurance happened with her. Thougth she had straigtened her life out. When was in Rockford over the summer, saw her picture on the desk of a guy I sometimes do business with. He said it was jenny, a girl who had satred working in his warehouse PT and who he had stated dating. Did nto tell him I knew her, nor how I had met her. Not the best thing to tell someonewho you are trying to get a good deal with.

Will still check this out on occasion since there are a few girls I became fond of and this is the best palce to hear how much trouble they have found themselves in. Sounds like a lot of them have found lots of troble as of late. The cops had best be careful, if they lock up all the Sw then theywill either be out of jobs or have to take on the sometimes dangerous task of catching real criminals

I have taken effort to blur them up a bit and make it so you will not be able to ID her if you would happen to run into her as well as blurring out bits you could ID me with. at least you should be able to tell she is not the ugliest girl in the world. I think she is kinda cute but them I am sort of stuck with her now. If you want to see some candidates for ugly look at the mugshots beingposted in the Peoria section. Hope this idea does not come back and bite me in the ass. There is a fair chance at least one guy on here did the night I met her. I do not have any naked ones of her. I am not sure what a Mazzeratti looks like. I have seen Back to the Future. The car in Ralph's picture looks like a Delorean. When I signed up here I read all the old posts in cities I might visit. I have lots of time at work where I am waiting for stuff to do. I recall reading someone saying that he picked up a girl in his Delorean. My memory was right. Just did a search and guess who it was:

I'm really sorry for all who believe Ralphs pictures are all real. Pics 2, 3, and 4 have definitely been doctored. Pic 2 tip offs the the shadowing angles do not match, the girl and car are offscale with each other and the license plate is cut and paste. Pic 3 the pants legs are touched up so poorly the edges are way to crisp. Pic 4 the people in the backgound are wearing winter jackets and see is dressed like it is summer out. And look at the shading on her left arm and the hair wear it meets the left shoulder the blue bleeds into her hair. This can be seen only when you copy the picture and magnify them. Try it. Ralph I believed your stories at first but they just got to unbelieveable to me. Your pics are photoshop prints. Mac ManActually, many of the Deloreans were painted after the first couple of years. There was/is a problem with stainless steel in that it does stain. The staining of the deloreans was bad enough that the Delorean company sent painting instructions out for those that didn't want to mess with the brown staining on the stainless steel body.

Oh, BTW, the pics look fake.. they are not even a good photoshop job. Look at the one of the gal staning in front of the arch. Even her arms look fake, and the winter one. Looks like someone tried to cover up her shoes (probably high heels) by making the whole area black.

Paid a visit up to Exclusive - saw Tiffany as is my ususal. Good service. Saw a Executive Relaxation alumnus over there. MILF, tall, super muscular bod, big fake tits....she used to have a pic up on the TommyDream. Seems like every time I go over there, some Belvidere women have gone over there.

Afterwards went to Chantilly. Got a 2 girl with...umm..always bad with names. Black girl I believe her name was Michelle, and a very thin blonde. Michelle was nice, and was willing to satisfy some of my kinks, but had some annoying rules...like I couldn't touch one of her breasts, couldn't titty fuck....

Now I forget her name, but the thin blonde I'd highly recommend. If you like petite chicks, her body is tight. Small titties, awsome lean body and sweet ass. But she also is very enthusiastic and GREAT with her hands. She works Sunday nights for sure.

She said that they had not experienced any recent pressure from the cops. Also said how that place has been open for 20 some years. Don't know if it is true, but if its been there for that long, I'm hoping its not going anywhere.

My personal opinion is that all those chicks are coked up. They always emerge from downstairs anf go into the session with a slight case of the sniffles.

Saw a couple of SWs in the immediate vicinity for those of you into that. One was some white lady with glasses who kept tooling around on her bike. I usually try to get "the look", and didn't get one from her. But my spidey sense was tingling especially since I saw her at least 4 times.

As mentioned when I posted the last two pics I had a few more from the trip that were not as good. The first two were not spectacular. This one is not as blurry as the other two but not as much detail since I was further away when it was taken.

This one is of an unknown blonde girl. When I spotted her she was talking to someone in the black car (pretty certain it is neither a Delorean or a Mazzeratti). After I passed the car took off and she was not in it. I circled the block. By the time I got around again the young woman was gone. I used a Sharpie (R) to blot out the license plate on the car before I scanned the picture in. I could not read it. I have seen in the movies where they take a really blurry picture and can turn it into something that looks like a studio portrait. Dont really expect anyone to be able to ID this one.

Wont be posting the oother two I took since they are both blurry and far away. Judging from how this batch came out I will not be wasting anymore film in this manner. Not sure how guys with digital cameras afford it since the digital film cards cost lots more than regular film. Still no idea when I will get back to town.

Hey! That's my car and my sister. Just kidding. Actually, you can pick up a digital card for about 40 or 50 buck and get 150 or so pictures. You keepp the card and just delete the pictures after you either save them or print them. In the long run, no delevoping costs and the card pays for itself in a short time. Just a suggestion.

I guess that is why you did not pick her up. You just waited until she got home. Just kidding.

I looked into a digital camera when I lost my 35mm SLR last year. The digital card cost about $50 then. It would hold about 100 pictures. I was told by the salesman that the cards could not be reused, like a recordable DVD. (This is why I still tape movies I only want to see once on VHS) For a film camera a roll of film costs ~$3 and developing ~ $6. So ~ $9 for 36 pictures or ~25c each. Even if the digital card can be reused, it still costs ~ 20c each to develop digital pictures. This is according to signs I have seen in Walgreens and CVS. I think Wal Mart is a bit less. The savings are thus not real high. I passed on the digital camera last year since they were rather expensive to get a good one. I found a rather nice Nikon 35mm SLR at a flea market ealier this year for $50 (used). This camera had the advantage that my flash and two spare lens would work with it.

The 1 gig card which I bought for about $50 holds about 600 pictures or an hour of video or a combination of both. Regarding the film and devoloping costs a digital camera blows away a standard camera. Ask yourself on any given roll of film how many shots are either junk or just not print worthy. With a digital camera you can select which shots you want printed and the other ones can either be saved to your hard drive or a cd or deleted. Of course another big issue where the digital camera holds a huge advantage is privacy. I think most Walgreen photo department personel would frown on the " adult themed " photos that are posted on this site lol.

Mr Stinky
11-07-06, 15:04
Thanks, Diesel. That's what I was trying to say. Yes, Mister Q, a card can be erased. I have a 256mg card and it holds about 166 pictures. Just went through and transferred all the photo's to disc. Now I have an empty card ready to use again. And the point about Walgreens or whoever developing film is very true. Either you won't get the "questionable" shot back or they turn them over to LE. Go digital and see the world.

From the way I am reading things you can take a lot of digital pictures cheaply, but you can only post them here or look at them on a computer. If you want copies of the pictures to hold you still have to have the digital film cards taken to someplace like Walgreens that can make prints. I wont be getting ones since dont have the funds.

Mr Stinky
11-08-06, 10:14
No, you don't have to tke the card into Walgreens. You can buy an adaptor to download pictures to your computer, OR your printer. Even if you don't have a 5x7 photo printer, you can still print out the pictures on regular or photo papaer. Put it on your Christmas list for Santa. At the holiday shopping season, you'll find great buys on all your electronic needs.

I only have access to a B&W laser printer, plus we have a dot matrix one that is used for forms. So to get color prints would require more money. Ive only taken two rolls of film since I got my replacement film camera so I dont feel justified in the expense.

Since several of you guys appear to be experts on digital cameras and I suspect own them why aren't you posting any pics of your finds?

Most of the places I go, don't allow cameras inside. RARELY, if ever partake in the street trade. It's just a little too dangerous for my tastes. Now if any of the clubs, strip joints or amp's allow me to take pictures, I'll flood the thread with them. Besides, I'll let Doctor Ralph post his pictures. And yes, that was a shot.

I noticed a sign in one of the strip clubs I went to in the St Louis area a couple weeks ago. It stated they did not allow cameras or cell phones in the club. Guess they were affraid of pictures being taken. You can always take some if you get a girl back to your room. I got a picture, that I posted, of a girl who ripped me off in the Quad Cities.

From the way I was reading things, Ralph has gone through his stockpile of pictures and is not taking them.

Guys, as far as I can tell, the regular strolls are pertty much history. I hoped that after the election things would pick up. But Wednsday night was dead as usual. Anyone have any street luck lately? I've seen a few shanks, but the quantity and quality is really sorry lately, IMHO.

Sorry to say it, but it looks like the new chief has killed the traffic in old Rockford. Maybe I'll have to follow Ralph's lead and snag a keeper and marry her!

I agree. The old strolls are pretty much in the deep freeze right now. BUT...

I haven't cruised seriously since last Sunday, after the Dolphins beat the Bears. I saw 4 or 5 girls in a broader band area around the old stroll epicenter. I wound up with a dark-haired girl who gave her name as "Gina" ("Gia?") and we ended up going back to my space.

She was probably late 20s, decent body, wacky uneven front teeth (the left led; the right hung back toward the chorus line; looked like a slightly more sensuous Bucky Ipana). Nice little hooters and a surprisingly hot ass. She did smoke.

Said she had grown up in Loves Park, wound up marrying some trucker and living west of Denver for three or four years. Came back to Rockford because he hit her and an aunt was ill, blah, blah, blah...

Anyway, said she worked the day shift at the C'est La Vie for a while but that Judy's friends who would work the front desk - especially that one hideous bovine - got to be too much. Said she has not been arrested yet in Rockford because of a "special" friendship with a couple LEOs (her claim).

Did the deed and I treated her to take-out from Happy Wok. Said she considers four tricks a good night now and generally only goes out Sun-Mon-Wed-Thur. Also said that she does do three ways with a blonde girl named Diane who lives with her parents over by the interstate and used to work at a beauty salon off of E State.

Moral: Hunting is harder than ever but to some, that just ratchets up the challenge.

Clearly, they are there. We just have to find them. I have not been to R-town in very much latly, but am wondering about the prospects of picking up some action in shopping malls, bars, cigarette depots, restaurants, etc. The problem is posting the information here openly will certainly shut down future opportunities. If anyone has any hints to share, I'd love a PM.

I hope some of you saw the report before I deleted it. It seemed to get a me a few PMs from rockford mongers. They had a problem with my report and me. A few said I was too discriptive. Well I guess there paranorid with all the bust going on. However, I do believe that LE see's more than I did. In fact I watch LE talk with one. But if thats how rockford wants it then, I will just not post here any more. I post the same way in Chicago and other places on here and dont get grief. I just post what I see, where the are and go and what they wear. Even the acts and services I get.

I did mention in the report I saw a guy get taken to a notel which the SW picked and had prearanged, I was curious if was a set up so I watched. I stateded that in my report I deleted. I got five PMs saying " I dont want a monger following me!!! It wasn't about following you guys. I just know that more than not, if you go to a stop picked by the sw, your going to get robbed. So, sorry for my concern.

I didnt post anything about the monger , his car or anything that would identify him. NO hotel name, no room number. It just say hotel in loves park off second.
But from all the PMs I got asking me to stop , ok I will respect your wishes.
I know there has been a lot of questions asked about Rocford. There are a some of us that drive a long way and want to know if its worth it. And I cant believe that I was there for just over an hour and saw more than all the Rockford leo.

CM,

I saw your report and thought it was well written and not to descriptive, matter of fact I was trying to figure out which one you hooked up with, but was unable to put the pieces together. So if anything a little more description would be cool.

As far as staking out the pick up of the girl and the ride to the notel. I agree that I would hate to be the one being followed, but bottom line you came up with a way to make sure you would be safe if you picked up the same girl. I am also sure that I and other mongers would of liked to hear if there was a scam at the notel and I'm sure you would of reported that too!

So although the stake out was kind of creepy - who can fault you for looking out for yourself!

I've read the reports that Rockford used to be awesome for amps and it got hit heavy by LE. I'm wondering if there is anywhere in Rockford now that you can get a good asian massage and HJ? I'm not looking for anything beyond that, but it's slim pickings from Chicago (I've been to Spa One, Roselle and Pine Tree) and Madison (PT and RS). Please PM me if you don't want to post it. I'm guessing things will ease up now that elections are over.

Tayray,

In response to your inquiry to amps in Rockford, don't expect anything anytime soon. Yes, it was true that for a few years, we were amp rich. That is no longer the case. Recently one tried opening in Loves Park but lasted only a couple months. Elections really were not a factor in the busts that occurred. You might consider checking the Belvidere thread in IL.

Finally made it to Rockford yesterday evening. Work had me about 10 miles away at 5PM. Things were not as bad as I would have been led to believe they are from reading on here. Did not have a whole lot of time since I was not staying in town overnight. Did not have a hotel room to bring agirl to.

Did see a few girls out in the normal areas. Cold weather makes it harder to tell what they look like since they tend to be bundled up. Uncle LEO is still out and about. I picked up an unwelcome shadow within 5 minutes of starting cruising. It followed me all the way out to East State St. I figured it was time to get dinner and pulled into a fast food place. He followed me into the parking lot but left after I parked my car and got out. This had me kind of nervous.

After eating decided to try my luck again. Did not want to hang out in the normal stroll area in case my shadow had returned also. Hit the South 9th area and spotted a blonde girl by the Pump Handle. Carefully cirlced the block and picked her up. Although she was not ugly, she looked nowhere near as good as I thought she was once she got in my car. She was in her mid 30's (my guess) and weighed enough so I knew she was either not on the crack diet or was a novice at it. Not fat, just "healthy". Had thought she was just wearing a heavy coat.

She told me her name was Deanne or Deanna, forget which. She was convinced that I was someone else whom she used to date all the time. She had had a job at the Clark gas station and this guy would date her in the back room there at least once a week. At least around me the Clark Gas Stations never offered this kind of service as far as I know. Most of them seem to have closed down. Not sure why she thought I was this other guy, since she had told me I had gained some weight and had dyed my grey hair since she had last dated me. But we both drove the same color car. Gave up trying to convince her I was not this guy since she semed to trust him. She told me she was not out on the street often and was trying to make sure she had some $$$ since she had to go to court next week. She had no idea how much money they might fine her. She did not divulge what she had been accused of

I told her I did not have lots of spare cash, the truth. So if she wanted to do something it would have to be in the car, not enough cash for both her and a room. One good thing about it not being summer is that it is was dark out and very easy to find a secluded place to park. Wound up having a quickie with her in the car in exchange for donating some cash to her legal fund.

Nothing wrong with her but nothing outstanding either so would not seek her out when I come to town again. Seems once I find one I like I can never find her again. Had hoped to find the Biker Chic again. Someone PMed me saying her friend was really mad at me for putting up a picture of the house where they both used to live on here. So some of the girls out there do have internet access and know what goes on here. Perhaps they avoid guys who talk about them.

Did not have my camera with me so no pictures of this one 3 months from now when the film would get developed.

Hiya guys,

First time poster. Two bits to my report here. I am pretty certain I will not be a regular here. I grew up in the Rockford area but no longer live in Illinois. I was recently informed by a friend who still lives in the area that a girl we both knew in High School had been arrested for prostitution in Rockford. I found this hard to believe since she was for lack of a better word a bit of a prude in high school. I did a search on her name and prostitution and came up with one of the news reports reprinted here. Either that or someone else with her name who is about the right age was arrested. I am guessing my friend saw it in the paper.

I have read a fair number of the older reports on here. Seems if an unknown asks questions about a girl he is chastised, so I will not ask any specific questions about her. I am planning on being back in town to visit family for Thanksgiving next weekend. I have been tempted to see if I can find her and see if she could use some help. She helped me study for a couple of classes that I may have failed had it not been for her. I thus do have a few general questions. Once the girls are arrested do they tend to stay in jail long. I saw from the arrest reports that a couple of them were arrested on multiple occasions? Not certain how long they keep them in jail. Are there still girls out and about? The newest reports on here say that there are no girls to be found anymore, suggesting most of them are now locked up.

I will also give you guys what would be a very old report. It concerns the one time I did pick up a prostitute in Rockford 9 & 1/2 years ago. It is a story I have never told anyone. I am guessing most of you guys to not talk about your conquests with friends or co-workers. So after finding this place it seemed the perfect place to tell it.

At the time I was 17 and a senior in high school. The girl I was going to be going to prom with I had only been dating for a couple of months. Before me she had been with a guy who was two years our senior. She liked telling me how mature and experienced her old college man was, compared to the things I did. Face it high school guys are immature. This did not do much for my self confidence. We had never had sex, and I had never done it with any girl at that point. Although sex did appear to be on the menu for prom.

I figured the best way to get some experience was to pick up a prostitute. So on a Sunday around noon (after church!) I did. I had a general idea where such girls were to be found in town, but had no idea if there would be any out during the day. They did appear to be out at all hours. I saw several girls out but they all seemed to be either really old, really ugly or black girls (I am a white guy and wanted a white girl). The first one I saw that looked OK got picked up by someone else which had me somewhat disappointed. But shortly after I saw her I found another girl that was much cuter on 8th St by the railway crossing. As I slowed down for the tracks I asked her if she wanted a ride. She jumped in the car and said she wanted out of the area.

She asked me my name and told me hers, it was Christie. Next thing she did was reach into my pants to touch my dick and then asked me to touch her tits. I had no idea until reading things on here why she did this. She was not real old said she was 24, was cute but not drop dead gorgeous. She had curly red hair and a New York accent. I was real nervous and had a hard on by this point. She asked if I would like to have some fun and when I replied yes she directed me to the Flying Saucer motel. I got a room there and was surprised I did not have to give an ID. An elderly Japanese woman directed me and Christie to the room and did not give us a key. It was only $15.

Once we were inside Christie started to undress and asked me what I would like to do. I told her it was up to her, I said I only had $200 and was not sure what I could get for that. She told me anything I wanted. I gave her the money and started undressing myself. When I was done got on the bed with her and tried making out with her, She acted real reluctant to do so. Said she did not normally do that, but since she told me I could have anything I wanted she would. That did not last real long, after kissing a few times she started giving me a blow job. It felt as if I was about ready to cum. Before I did I said I wanted to fuck her, she stopped sucking and got on top of me, I came inside her within 4 or 5 strokes. So much for my first time. I asked if I could take a couple of pictures and she said I could if I would take her to the grocery store before dropping her off home. I agreed and managed to take several of her. I thought I had tossed them all shortly after getting them back but ran across one of them a couple years ago. No idea where it is now.

I took her to the Eagle store on S 11th. She spent a bit on groceries and had me take her back to her place. It was a grey house on 9th St a couple of blocks before it goes under the RR tracks. She told me I could stop by and we could do it again whenever I wanted to. I had just blown over two weeks pay so I did not make any promise to her.

After I got 4 or 5 blocks away I wound up getting pulled over by a cop. This was not a good thing for more than the obvious reasons. I was far more worried about what my father would do to me than winding up in jail. My parents were out of town for the weekend. I had borrowed his Corvette for this adventure thinking ti would help get a girl. I was the number one thing on the list of things to NOT do when they were away. The only exception being if my car was not running and there was a medical emergency. The cop asked for my license and insurance car. He went to his car for what seemed like an eternity and came back. Said he knew what I had been doing. Asked me about the girl I had just dropped off, I said things that were true like I had taken her grocery shopping. He said his partner was talking to her and promised bad things would happen if our stories did not match up. I had told Christie things that were not true. Like I was in college, soon to graduate, had just gotten a good job offer and used the signing bonus to buy the car. So her story of what I told her would not match up with the truth.

The cop said he knew the girl was a ***** and that I was one of her johns. If I fessed up, nothing would happen to me but if I did not I would wind up in jail and the car would be impounded. I believed him. Told him I had picked her up taken her to the motel and what we did. He asked how much I had paid her. When I said $200, he said she would take a little bit less. The cop DID keep his word let me go with the warning that if I was ever caught doing it again I would not be as lucky. I now know I got real lucky just by him keeping his word. I got the hell out of the area and never tried it again.

Dont know if Christie is still out there or if she did get arrested. As I look back upon it she could have gotten charged with taking liberties with a minor! Did not see her name (if she used her real one) in any of the reports. She did say she wanted to go back home so perhaps she did. Anyone know if she is still around?

Basil, great post, and yes, I remember Christie (Kristy, I think, from later campaign posters). As I recall, she saved her money, graduated from Rockford College with a degree in political science and later helped run the Swedish mattress shop over on 7th. I always heard she was the one who came up with the idea for the neon sheep leaping over the bed. Very cool.

Your first-time story reminded me of my first time with a working girl. Only it was long before yours, like when Nixon was still in the White House. I had just started getting money from my paper route in New Milford and wanted to be "a man of the world," so I rode my bike all the way up to Broadway to go to an old record store and buy my first album(s).

I'll never forget the price - $3.99. That's no misprint - $3.99. I was only going to buy one but I was torn between two. I'll never forget: Either War's "All Day Music" or the Carpenters' one with that sad Leon Russell tune. ("Long ago...and oh so far away...").

Anyway, I'm standing in front of the R&B/Blues bin with the War album in my hands and an older black lady - really pretty hot - starts talking to me. I'll never forget:

"You like War, baby? A young little white boy like you?"...

I said: "Well, uh, yes, m'aam. There's a Negro handyman in our neighborhood and he always liistens to that radio station with them and the Temptations and I saw them on "Midnight Special." They're really, uh, far out and funky."

"You know funky, baby?" she asked.

"Oh, for sure," I replied, sounding like a cross between Larry Mondello and Nixon at a Hookers Ball.

"Buy your recor' (Note: She said "recor'", not "record," I'll never forget that.) and come with me."

My palms started to sweat, I ditched the Carpenters album (by accident back in the "Como, Perry" bin) and I paid for the album.

She was standing out in front and she was much hotter in the sunlight. Kind of tall, skinny hooters but prominent enough under a floral halter top and high, high heels. She told me to call her "Miss Barbara."

Long story short, she had an apartment up above one of the stores down near Broadway and 11th and she told me to come up so we could "jam to my new recor' ". So we did.

After I bought the album, I had about $12 in my pocket. When I left Miss Barbara's, I had $2. She told me come by anytime I was in the neighborhood to buy a new "recor' album." She told me to buy a Bobby "Blue" Bland, which I never did until the 1990s.

Anyway, that was it. What memories. Thanks for rekindling my night moves in the daytime, Basil.

Nice to see a new story and a new poster on the board. Welcome.

Also found some new blood on the track last night. Was out and about about 6 PM Sunday, and met Erin on Broadway, near the cigarette store. She is young (Eighteen and 10 months, yes I checked her ID) and says she is from Cincinnati, heading toward Minn with her "man". White, slender, maybe 5'7" and 120# or so. High Indian boots, with fringe around the top. Fresh and about an 8 on the SW scale.

Wanted 5 Jacksons but took much less for FS at the Notel. She was staying at the Travel Lodge, but her man was there. Told her he should be out there, looking out for her! Plans to be in R'town for a week or so but who knows?

Nice to see a new face. There IS activity out there!

Seems you have a good idea where to find girls. I have not been to town much latley, only once in the past couple of months. Pickings were not as good as they have been in the past. If you are looking for one particular girl chances are you wont find her. Lately you should be lucky to find any girl. There are a couple of girls I would like to find again in the Quad Cities, one in Bloomington and another here in Rockford. I have been to each of these towns more than once after first seeing the girls but have had little luck in finding them again. Also if this is a girl that you have not seen in 9 years expect her to look lots older than you would expect, life on the street ages these girls quickly.

As far as I have been able to determine, once these girls get arrested they are let go if someone can come up with their bail or they have enough money for it themselves. The amount depends on the severity of the chrages. Thus they can be out on the street within hours of being arrested. If they can't make bail they stay in jail until their trial. If they are found guilty, the PD will often advise them to plead guilty to some charge to have others dropped, they are then either let go on probation or sent to prison (depending on the charge.) If they wind up free, they now have a criminal record making it harder for them to find a job and a large debt to the county for court costs and fines. Thus giving them less of a chance to improve their lot in life than they had before they were arrested. By this point the best chance these girls have of bettering themselves is finding a Sugar Daddy. But many are too far wasted (drug addiction is common) for a guy to want to help or they have become addicted to the life on the street, do not want out of it and turn their benefactor down.

This is just based on my observations from talking to some of the girls I have picked up, reading reports on here and from some of the PMs I have gotten from other members.

Due to complaints I have not been posting pics of girls taken from CL. I did however find this one which was an ad for a new magazine that is out there called Rockford Hookers. It is a bit pricey at $19.98, so it does not appear to be one that you can buy at the newstand. I have not ordered one so have no idea if it is any good. The girl on the cover is a real hottie, maybe she is visiting from Peoria.

Was wondering if anyone knows the girl on the cover?

Good job. You must have put alot of work into that magazine. It can't possibly be real. If it were real, I think that the publisher should run for office. I think that we NEED someone in Office who is prepared to focus on the REAL issues :)

I put very little work into the magazine. I thought I said I found an ad for it on Craigslist. I do not want to take credit for someone else's work. For all I know the guy who publishes it is one of the 660 guys who has looked at it so far. This would be a good place to get information for articles. I think others have said it before but there are a lot of guys looking at the pics here who NEVER contribute anything. Even uselss things like "Wow the girl on the cover of that mag is a hottie anyone know her digits?"

The link to it should work for another week or two. It is:

http://rockford.craigslist.org/ers/238343920.html

All I did to it was make it bigger and try to clean it up a bit. All the images from Craigslist are small and blurry. When you enlarge them they become big and real blurry. Because of this and in addition to complants I got is why I stopped posting pics from CL here. I have posted a couple girls from CL sent me since they tend to be better quality.

I still have not heard back from the publisher in response to my querry for more info on the mag and how to go about ordering one.

Someone else is not in on the joke and appears to be coming out with a competing magazine. They found a real hottie named Shelley for the cover of this one. Anyone know her?

Looks like your new find is now advertising on craigslist. Description fits. Is is her?

She is cute. This one be the kepper you were wanting to marry? The pics she has d are date stamped from 2004. So if she is 18 now that means she was jail bait when they were taken. I am not reposting them here.

About a month ago was running errands that took him to the usual neighborhoods when he spotted Robin(no, not the one from new jersey). Didn't have time to partake fully but would have. W, 5'3", 110, good attitude, excellent nqbs. Digits were provided to leave a message but no return call was received. Too bad.

This week he spotted Melena. Claims to be a former stripper in the R'ford clubs and told stories that made him believe it. Would have passed if he saw the pimp lurking nearby. Also claims to have just given birth so only limited availability. Had one of those ugly neck tattoos, W, 5'8", 125, cute but rough, good attitude but needs lessons on how to speak french. Wanted to be dropped on that alley by the parket market but he refused as he thought it could be a setup to relieve him of his vehicle or wallet. He got digits but he doesn't expect to repeat.

Around 3 months ago, he ran into a blast from the past, Lisa, who he believes was formerly known as Shorty and was one of the usual suspects up to a few years ago. Nothing new, same boringness as before, but she had a bit of info regarding another blast, Shannon, that was quite disconcerting. Lisa claimed she had heard that Shannon had died. Anyone know if this is true or not? She was a good girl, he's sorry to hear of this.

http://www.theonion.com/content/node/55668I have not yet read the article in question, however I was once informed that nothing in The Onion should be counted upon as being true and accurate. Even less so than the drive by media in general. At one point I thought The Onion was covering items that other media outlets choose to ignore and looked forward to trips to the Land of Cheese where the paper can be easily found. I saw something that was suspect (it was a report from an alternate universe!). A friend told me not to believe anything in the paper. It was good timing on me being told since I had been planning on using a pizza coupon in the paper later that evening. Good thing I did not.

I would also add that the t-shirt (which I thought was great) would also not be good to be found by one's wife in the wash at home...or perhaps wearing it to a family BBQ. I saw The Onion once several years ago. It was in a stack of giveaways at a bar in Wisconsin. Was not sure exatly what to think of it but the lead story stuck in my mind. It was about how the senate was going to have Monica and President Clinton demonstrate on the Senate floor exactly what they did in the Oval Office. Thus the Senators could view first hand and be able to judge for themselves whether it was sex or not.

Mrs. Quick is no longer with us so no chance of her finding the T Shirt in the wash. I have no idea where you can actually buy one. I found it second hand for a quarter at a flea market a couple months ago.

Candy is white, about 21, slim and willing. We got to know each other a little, enjoyed a burger at Macs, and made each other happy at the local Notel. Seems a sweet kid, bi, and reasonablly fresh. Good to hear the snow and cold has not kept everyone in.

This was in the paper today. The cops in Davenport are doing the same thing. I posted a newspaper article there yesterday in Quad Cities about it.

Iwould be willing to bet the woman in the photo is not a SW, the building behind her has a camera mounted on it right now. I think this is located up by the Chantilly Lace. This is the caption from the photo: Sue Wick has worked for about 25 years at Creative Cut on Seventh Street in Rockford. Wick said she did not know about the cameras but said if they make the area safer, she is all for it. One of the cameras is mounted on the building behind Wick.

Cameras to keep watch on 7th St.
Mid Town officials say they will ensure that the corridor stays safe and attractive.
By Rowena Vergara ROCKFORD REGISTER STAR December 7, 2006

It can read your license plate from more than a block away. It can spot you on foot, in your car and most importantly, in the act.

For anyone walking, driving or loitering in and around Seventh Street, cameras will be watching.

The Mid Town District Association, a collection of businesses along Seventh Street, Broadway and other areas, is investing about $25,000 in three cameras and state-of-the-art surveillance software.

This article does not have any comments associated with it. Although multiple prostitution sweeps by the Rockford Police Department raked in dozens of offenders this past summer, and business owners say problems have dissipated in recent years, the cameras could help keep crime off their streets.

The Mid Town District is seeing a spurt in development, such as upper-income Lantow Lofts, opening soon on Seventh Street. The cameras can ensure that the business corridor is safe and attractive, said Bill Mohr, president of the Mid Town District Association.

“Cameras are the most effective way to providing a safe and secure environment to live in,” Mohr said.

Once the surveillance system is running in January, Mid Town will be the first neighborhood in the city of Rockford where cameras are monitoring and recording activity. A similar camera system is in use by the Rockford Housing Authority, which installed 16 cameras on its properties last fall.

While the system will be housed in the Mid Town District Association’s office, the Rockford Police Department will be able to access it through a computer software program. The goal is that any Rockford police officer in a squad car would be able to view Seventh Street and assume control of the cameras by using a laptop with a wireless Internet connection.

“The people out playing these games, they won’t know where the cameras are looking, but we’re going to make it very public. ... It will be posted that this area is surveilled,” Mohr said.

The three cameras will be installed about two blocks apart from one another on north Seventh Street. The cameras will have a 360-degree view, low-light capabilities and the ability to show 16 different screens, among other features. The system also will be programmed to block out windows of high-rises and other residential properties so dwellers won’t be seen from inside their homes.

One camera is mounted to Guler Appliance at 227 Seventh St. Mohr, who presented the idea to the Rockford Police Department, is proposing the installation of cameras at Fourth Avenue and Seventh Street, where AMCORE Bank is headquartered, and at Railroad Avenue and Seventh Street. The cameras can record footage for up to 10 days and will be stored digitally.

Mohr has wanted a surveillance system in his business district for the past seven years, but cameras were not an interest of the police administration back then, he said.

“All these people who are stealing from automobiles or plucking air conditioners; a lot of that stuff will get fixed in a hurry with these things.”

The Mid Town District Association includes the boundaries of State Street to the north, Kishwaukee Street to the west, 15th Avenue to the south and 11th Street to the east. The two main business corridors within the area include merchants and employers along Seventh Street and the Broadway area.

Deputy Chief Mike Booker says the video strategy is in line with the new administration’s philosophy.

“It’s not just Mid Town, but it’s looking at technology upgrades. ... We think cameras act as a force multiplier and they allow us to be in two places at once,” he said.

Many business owners support the move. Merchants such as Lori Durkee of Creative Cut Studio in Valkommen Plaza, have observed their share of solicitors, panhandlers and pros-titutes along Seventh Street.

“You’d have to live in a box to not think that,” she says, “but that hasn’t stopped our business from being here.”

Though her business has been successful on Seventh Street, every once in a while, Creative Cut has become a stop for people asking for money. Customers entering from her back parking lot have also been accosted, she said.

Employee Sue Wick has never had a problem working in Mid Town for the past 25 years. But if cameras can help weed out crime, she’s all for it.

“If there is going to be a problem and you could possibly prevent it, then hey, go for it. I think it’s great if they can curtail some of this stuff going on,” she said.

Cyndi Powell, owner of Rockford Mattress, 212 Seventh Street, says the cameras are a plus, but the area has rebounded in recent years.

She remembers having to remove garbage strewn in front of her business before opening that she said was a result of having two liquor stores nearby. Those stores are gone.

“It’s a good neighborhood. It’s nice and clean. ... (Panhandlers) would almost be so bold as to walk into a place, but now they don’t do it anymore,” Powell said.

Marilyn Fritz, a volunteer with Crusader Thrift Shop on Seventh Street, also applauded the idea.

“If you’re not doing anything wrong, you shouldn’t be worried about cameras.”

Guys, Broke my LS cherry today. I won a bit-o-cash last night playing poker and decided to treat myself. Had a tentative appointment set up with a regular in Rockford that while enroute, I found out she had to cancel. So, I stopped at the Show Palace in Darien and had a drink. The girls there were very sexy. There is a Brazilian girl with an amazingly sexy accent. Nice black girl who wanted $300 for a party. Yeah, RIGHT !

So I headed West on I-43. I was torn between cruising the streets in Rockford and stopping in at Belvidere. Half way to Belvidere, I remembered that I have been telling myself for a while that I need to try the LS.. An e mail from one of our members in the group finally pushed me over the edge and so I went to Exclusive.

Four gals were available. I picked Angela. I tend to be intimidated by the young, too hot to handel types and so I picked her because she obviously had some mileage on her. That is not to say she is homely, just not the best.

They asked if I had been there before and I sad no but had been across the street. I lied because I figured they were asking so that if I had been to one of the places, I would know what it was all about and would not need to waste time feeling out the situation.

I decided on an hour. I wondered when the tip negotiation was to occur, so I asked, "when do we talk about the tip?". She said, "we can now if you want". I told her what I was looking for and she said ok $60. Big smile and back to amusing me. I was amazed that there was not a big negotiation. Happy about it as well. Refreshing for those who have been to CLV in Belvidere and are sick of the negotiation.

Angela told me she used to work at CLV in Belvidere. I had an outstanding time.

Also, any referrals at the LSs are appreciated. I like older women. I do not mind heavier gals as long as they have a good attitude and a pretty face.

At Exclusive, there awas a pretty blonde girl (a bit on the heavy side) sitting in the lobby as I was leaving. She looked a lot like Anna Nicole Smith (heavy version). Anyone know her?

More detailed reports available via PM if you wish.

Thanks in advance for your input.

Mike

MQ, Thanks for the informative post. While I agree that it is good to keep this in mind, I am reminded of a trick the school district played on the school bus kids in our district. Seems that there was a lot of misbehaving and kiddie violence occuring on the school busses and the school district was inundated with parent complaints and even started losing bus drivers who could no longer handle the stress. So, they installed black boxes on all the buses and told the kids that the boxes contained video cameras which would record their behavior and suspensions would result. After a few weeks of the school district showing video clips to kids and parents ( usually during a meeting where the parents were protesting the kid's suspension) word got around that the district was serious and bad behavior on buses stopped flat. The truth is, the school district installed 13 black boxes on 13 buses but only bought one video camera. The presence of the boxes were enough to keep everyone in line. Seems that this article is going to scare some straight, but there just may not be the technology investment that the police department is claiming.

Be Well.

Everyone who believes that shit, stand on your head. Also, the next person who says “If you’re not doing anything wrong, you shouldn’t be worried about cameras" needs to be monitored 24/7, for the rest of their life, by the police, along with a live website the general public can watch.

And, can we watch the street video while we're in her chair?

And, could the Mid-Town people and the RFPD get together with the Rockford cable TV people and produce a weekly highlights show from the street camera?

Maybe it could be hosted by that attractive older blonde wench on Rockford cable who co-hosts the real estate show with Kip Addatta's brother?

Couple of articles about this place. Never had any girls suggest I take them here. Sounds like a high class palce.

Motel Condemned by Alice Barr WIFR TV

Fire fighters condemned the Inn Town Motel at 733 East State Street today, saying conditions there were unliveable. Dozens of occupants had to be relocated.
The motel was infested with rodents and a Rockford city attorney said if there had been a fire here occupants would not have made it out alive.
Rockford fire fighters say there were fire hazards all over the building. There were extension cords everywhere, the heat was not operating properly so people were using space heaters and even though occupants were not allowed to cook inside, there were hot plates in many rooms.
All those fire hazards are the official reasons the motel was condemned.
Says Frank Schmitt, Rockford Fire Department Division Chief of Fire Prevention, "There are a number of fire code violations here as well as electrical and some building codes. The main thing here is that we didn't have smoke alarms in all the rooms as we should,"
But neighbors say there were other problems going on inside.
"You could see see things going on over there all the time. You could even see drug deals going on a few times. There was a prostitute over there that used to put a little flower pot over there and say I'm in business come and find me," says Margaret Hagstrom, who lives across the street in the Faust Landmark retirement high rise.
She says she's happy to see the place shut down. She often feared to go out alone at night because of what she saw go on across the street.
Many of the motel occupants were living there long term. With the city's help they've all been relocated to other local hotels.

Inn Town Motel condemned for hazards By Chris Green ROCKFORD REGISTER STAR

As many as 30 people are in need of housing after city officials condemned the Inn Town Motel on Thursday.

The condemnation, the second in eight years at the near east-side motel, 733 E. State St., came after a surprise inspection Thursday morning.

City Attorney Jennifer Cacciapaglia cited a litany of fire, safety and health violations to displaced tenants gathered in the lobby, waiting to board a Rockford Mass Transit District bus en route to area hotels like the Lafayette Hotel and Sweden House.

“There’s inadequate hot water, faulty electrical system, no working fire (detection) system. The place is a fire hazard,” Cacciapaglia said. “These people have been forced to use space heaters in their rooms to supplement the heating,”

In 1998, the motel was shut down for four months after a surprise city inspection found more than 70 code violations, including roach infestation, unsanitary conditions, improper heaters and unlighted hallways.

Before the condemnation, police had reported a growing problem of drug dealing and prostitution at the motel.

Thursday, Anthony Taylor, 46, a two-month tenant of the Inn Town, said the condemnation was anything but a surprise.

“I knew when they came through this morning and inspected. I knew they were going to shut it down” he said. “Stevie Wonder could see that. They asked if we had hot water. The wiring was bad. They never cleaned your room. They wouldn’t change the sheets. You had to ask for towels. That’s not right.”

A man, who identified himself as Shuja Mulk, but identified by tenants as motel owner Khurram Khan, said he was unaware of the violations.

“I don’t know anything. They didn’t give no notice or anything.”

The man said tenants are charged $150 per week or $500 to $600 per month.

Cacciapaglia ordered the man to refund the tenants. The man later said his attorney had been contacted.

The overnight low Thursday night and early Friday was expected to drop to between 3 degrees and 1 degree below zero. The fact that the condemnation came on one of the coldest dates this season was merely a coincidence.

“It was a routine inspection,” Cacciapaglia said. The inspectors’ findings were reported to the building department director, a meeting was held and it was determined that it was not safe.

“They decided it was in the best interest and safety of the tenants to have the property condemned. There was a real fear of a fire. If there had been a fire there, I don’t know how many if any could have made it out of there alive.”

Schmitt says the motel is not necessarily shut down permanently, but the owner will have to bring in an architect to bring everything up to code.

12-08-06, 16:14
Renting requires a credit an background check for most places. Most people living at hotels don't want that done. Also, needing to get 1st and last months rent + security deposits for a rental is hard for people whose money tends to burn a hole in their pockets. Others are doing it on a short turm basis (or that is what they think they are doing) and don't want to go through the trouble of finding a place to rent.

Also, some people pay a premium for anonymity. Kind of like the hobby. Some guys aren't paying for sex. They're paying the provider to leave afterwards without any questions or expectations. They could easily pick up a girl in a bar for a lot less money, but a lot more entanglements.

She said she will do more than lead a cheer when she is down on her knees. Her ad seems to have disappeared for now, not sure if she found her older guy or if it got flagged. She could be reposting it later. The picture is not particularly good, but since I cant do a link to it figure post it here for all to enjoy and to have sweet dreams about. The cheerleaders at my high school never looked like this.

I think the cheerleader used to work for the Cubs....she's heard "wait until next year" a lot of times. Didn't make the Krispy Kreme calendar because she was was fugly.

I spun through Rock today....nada except one goofy looking girl on Broadway, long straight blonde hair, leather jacket. Miss "Rode Hard and Put Away Wet" of 1993 I think. Looked like she'd sucked in a lot of Harley exhaust.

Otherwise nothing in sight.

I visited your fair city yesterday eve and made a recon mission a little after midnight before heading back to Chicago. Thanks to the coordinates given in one of your Rkfd. posts I headed to the vicinity of 7th-thru-11th and Broadway.

RIght at the corner of 7th and Bdwy. there was a(n alleged) BSW gesturing WAY too obviously to passersby. I made the turn onto Bdwy., circled back around the block to check for LE activity, and by the time I returned she was gone. Because she was so obvious, I figured that she may have been working for or with LE. (Either that, or really dumb.) A little later I saw that 2 LE squads had someone pulled over just off of 7th. May have had something to do with that BSW.

Continued sightseeing and spotted a definite WSW on 15th St. (At least I believe that's what street I was on.) She was plump, short, had bad blonde highlights, and was carrying a fountain soda cup and a cell phone. I made the obligatory circle around the block to get my bearings and check for LE, and by the time I got back she had been picked up by a dude in a nice Lincoln SUV. Speaking of which, it was like bumper cars out there last night. There were lots of middle class-looking white guys cruising the area, including a few in late model SUV's. We COULDN'T have been more obvious guys!

Spotted one more candidate on 9th, south of Bdwy. (Again, I THINK that's where I was -- I'm a foreigner). This was a short, Irish-looking white girl dressed in plaid pajama bottoms and a winter coat walking on the side of the street (rather than on the slippery sidewalks). She looked pretty buzzed, and I was concerned that, if I bagged her, her work might not be good, or -- worse yet -- she might puke in the car. (Explain THAT to the B & C!) Regardless, I circled and slowly got into position on a side street that she was approaching, making it obvious that I was interested in meeting her. Lo and behold, she staggered right by on 9th. Maybe she was just a ratty-looking college girl who had been out drinking all night.

Well, that was about all I had time for. Even though I came home fully loaded, I enjoyed my Rkfd. fishing trip very much.

Happy hunting!

Re Neophyte and the"Irish-looking" girl near 9th and Broadway: I swear, I saw the same girl, the same night but i thought she was Scottish-looking.

Flog me at the Firth of Forth if I'm wrong, but I'm betting same girl and betting she is Scottish. Maybe we can ask one of the bartenders at Cubs Tap to settle this one. Or see if she wants to get married in A) a church, or B) her backyard, so the chickens get the rice (old Scottish joke c. Bob Hope/Pepsodent Radio Hour).

Earlier on the weekend, I saw the following: A Swedish-looking girl up near the hospital (big deal in Rockford); a Gambian-looking girl blocking at aisle over at the Walgreen's and a Latvian-looking girl walking out of the Hipsanic restaurant up on State next to the motel that they're tearing down.

I also saw an Italian-looking girl coming out of the mattress store, a Polish-looking girl at the laundromat and an Uruguyan-looking girl going into the grocery store across from the Oh Zone. She had a maccaw on her shoulder.

That's it. My complete United Nations tour of the Rockford stroll.

Appears as if it is now somehow my duty to post the arrest reports so here it is. Took a day and a half off from work to do some Xmas shopping in St Louis and go to the game last night.

Something really scarey in this report one of the people busted for prostitution is named [Name deleted by Admin], sounds more like a guy name than a girl name to me. Also they published the name of a 17 year old girl, something they have not done in the past. They just say a minor and give a charge like thye did for the 15 year old boy arrested. [Name deleted by Admin] could be the girl I picked up last time I was in town. She never gave me a last name but she is about the right age.

Rockford prostitution sweep nets 12 arrests
ROCKFORD REGISTER STAR December 9, 2006

Undercover officers posed as customers. Of the 12 arrests, seven were for prostitution charges and three were given felony charges as repeat offenders.

Arrested were [Name deleted by Admin], 39, felony prostitution and battery; [Name deleted by Admin], 47, felony prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia; [Name deleted by Admin], 37, prostitution; [Name deleted by Admin], 36, prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

[Name deleted by Admin], 36, soliciting a ride on a road; Raven Proper, 19, warrant for failure to appear in court; [Name deleted by Admin], 19, warrant for armed robbery; and a 15-year-old male on a warrant.

EDITOR's NOTE: This report was edited to remove the names or persons who were arrested from within in the text. To avoid delays in future reports containing news stories of law enforcement actions, please overwrite or delete the names of persons who were arrested. Thanks!

FYI, posting news reports of law enforcement actions in public forums, and specifically the names of those who were arrested, is a common ploy of LE. It's the same as getting their drug-smelling dog on TV: They can stop more activity with the media story than they could possibly do individually. This is why the Forum does not permit the posting of the names of arrestees, and why individual Forum Members are limited to posting one such report per year.

Got this with a response to a CL ad I responded to a month or so ago. The girl said she was a single mom who was in need of $$$ to get money to ensure her kid had a Merry Xmas. Turns out she is just wanting to sell naked pictures of herself online adn sent this one along as a teaser. I have observed it is easy to find lots of pictures of naked women online without having to pay for them.

Hitchhiking-soliciting for a ride, is illegal in Illinois. It's more like a traffic offense, a ticket will be issued.

Mr. Quick -- Is soliciting a ride on a road (as in your report, "Busted") a criminal offense in the Land of Lincoln? It is a crime in Illinois. The maximum penality is rather severe and can be up to a year in jail and a rather hefty fine of up to $2500. This penality seems to be reserved for those who are hitchhiking along a freeway or tollway. The girls who get arrested in Rockford seem to wind up being fined a lot less, between $100 and $200 in most instances. A few times the charges were dropped as part of a plea deal in which they would plead guilty to another charge often a drug related one and in exchange the soliciting a ride charge would be dropped.

In Winnebago County however it seems that a lot of these fines remain uncollected. They do little to try and get their money. Other counties will issue arrest warrants and have you put in jail until your fine is paid. I know a couple young women who have been out on the streets of Rockford both of whom have over $1500, mostly from traffic cases. One of the girls has several outstanding serious traffic cases against her which could double her fines if found guilty. Both girls have had their driving licences taken away from them. Needless to say they cant get them back until the fines have been paid off. This of course helps them a lot in terms of being able to get a good job that could allow them to pay off the fines and get their lives in order. Great system we have in place here.

According to this article the prostitutes may have moved out of the area they were in to a new one. Who would have ever thought that would happen?

E. State businesses wait for ‘miracle’
The once-bustling area is counting on a TIF designation to help with a revival.

The area of East State Street stretching roughly from Fairview Boulevard to Alpine Road was once known as the “Miracle Mile” because of its busy commercial activity in a part of town that had yet to develop.

The area is still home to about 250 businesses, from banks and fitness centers to dollar stores, restaurants and small offices. But it’s a bit frayed around the edges and business owners hope they can recapture some of the area’s luster.

They’re counting on a tax increment financing district, which was approved in September, to revive the area once known as the main retail hot spot in town. Organizers are hoping for a dual effect: it could act as a destination in between Rockford College and SwedishAmerican Hospital and a gateway into downtown Rockford.

In a news conference held Tuesday at Riverside Community Bank on State Street, Ald. Frank Beach R-10, said he envisioned signs marking the Miracle Mile as a gateway, and possibly a tunnel to run underneath East State Street and Alpine Road. Others business and city leaders suggested the installation of sidewalks and crosswalks, among other ideas.

Business owners say street lighting could be improved and abandoned properties like the once bustling Magna food store could house new companies or retail stores.

Business owners plan to be at the forefront of the business district’s transformation. Owners have met monthly for the past two years about changes for East State. They formed three committees focusing on aesthetics, crime prevention and economic development, and have formally created a commerce organization appropriately called the Miracle Mile. The group of about 40 business owners has also launched a Web site, miraclemilerockford.com.

Miracle Mile is a name this commerce corridor was once known for about 30 years ago. Back then, it included the newest businesses to pop up just on the edge of Rockford’s city limits. Miracle Mile slowly faded away when anchors like the Magna food store shuttered.

Rockford was also expanding east to State Street and Perryville Road, among other growth areas. Miracle Mile then became the less desirable and sometimes forgotten part of East State.

But, it still contains one of Rockford’s busiest intersections. About 31,000 cars travel on East State Street and Alpine Road daily, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.

“It’s just kind of nondescript,” said Don Carter Lanes owner John Sommer, referring to the hodge podge of retail and service businesses now along East State.

“I think that’s typical of a lot of these buildings. They were great when they were built and now they’re old.”

While the business district is still busy, there have been some problems, too, said Pete Roche, a main leader for Miracle Mile and also the executive vice president of Riverside Community Bank on East State.

“We found prostitution happening, vagrants coming into the area and drug-related dealings happening. When you looked at that and the deterioration of some of the buildings, this (area) could really go down,” Roche said.

Other business owners like Jan Flanagan of All Dolled Up, 4010 E. State St., are ready for a rebirth. Specialty stores like a women’s clothing boutique or a coffee shop could complement her niche store of more than 1,000 antique and modern dolls, she said.

“Now, people want the aesthetics. They want to see trees. I’d like to see little buffers with plants and flowers around these lights, just something to soften the look,” Flanagan said.

The TIF district includes East State Street from Alpine Road to Fairview Boulevard and south to Morsay Drive. The TIF district would freeze property taxes in the area for up to 23 years for all local governments except Rockford. As property values rise, the city would spend the increased taxes on redevelopment projects in the area.

“Years ago, this was the edge of the city. This is now the central city, so we really have to take care of that core,” Rockford Mayor Larry Morrissey said.

Im not a lwayer but I am guessing the cops are not out there arresting people for things that are not crimes. That is not to say that there are people out there who are committing more serious crimes whom the cops should be after. While the Rockford PD were conducting their latest sting operation it was up to the Department of Justice to catch a guy who was planning on blowing up a local shopping mall. This is of course a good thing. If he suceeded the police could always issue a press release saying that although it is unfoortunate that all those people died in the explosion the Rockford Police department, along with County Law Enforcement officials and members of the district attorney's office were out in force making sure that the streets of Rockford were free of hitchhikers. That would have gone over real well.

As I understand it, that is the charge that RPD uses for a girl that they pick up and is smart enough not to offer sex for $$. I know two girls that were picked up by decoy men officers, and, when they could not charge them for prostitution, they were charged with this. At the bond hearing, both had their charges dropped.

Mr. Quick's post about the misappropriation of resources and the misapplication of priorities by the Rockford Police Dept. is soooooo correct.

The thought of grenades at the Cherryvale Mall on the threshold of Christmas - in Rockford, Illinois! - absolutely staggers any thoughts of human decency. Thank God the federales caught it.

Conversely, had an incident like that happened and had the recent prioritizations of the RPD been held up for examination against that sort of context, hopefully Chief Meatball and his band of panty-waist B-Fifes would be under some sort of criminal indictment.

They are goofs and the citizens of Rockford deserve better. They have not dented the drug trade in Rockford and that's where their vice priorities should be directed.

If any of them - from Chief on down - had any sense of decency, they would do the right thing and resign immediately. They are laughingstocks and they are leaving their heirs nothing but stained names.

A warning- posting this bit in all the areas I have posted a few times. This is something that happened to me last month and was not quite sure how to deal with it.

I was at a fairly nice hotel for a conference in a city where I have never been cruising for girls nor posted. Their wireless interent was having problems and in the morning while waiting for events to get underway I decided to make use of a computer they had hooked up online for use by guests. I checked my email and decied to take a look at this forum. Tried this once before at a "public" terminal and found it was blocked since it was a site dealing with sex. This hotel did not have it blocked. As soon as I got to the front page I noticed it said I had about a dozen unread messages, which surprised me. Clicked to read them it took me a few seconds before it dawned on me these were not my messages since I had never been asked to sign in. Something the forum asks me to do everytime I try to look at a picture, post something or look at messages. They were for someone else, I'll call him Pencil Dick Guy or PDG. It was not PDG and I suspect no one will name themselves that so I figure it is a safe name to use. PDG was soeone who had been a regaular poster in one of the cities I have been posting in. It said his last sign in was in May, coinciding with his last report here. I could have been a real jerk and posted some reports on him saying how I had decied to switch sides and was now a flaming fag and was now hanging out with all th hot transvestites. But I did not. Not sure why it thought I was him. Word of warning that if you use a computer that is not yours it could keep you signed in for a long time and someone you do not know could get access to your account and cause mischief. Never did check the forum for info on the town I was in since getting access to Pencil Dick Guy's account had me a bit spooked.

That being said. This was in the Rock River Times, Rockford's other newspaper. Looks like the folks here are not the only ones who do not like the camera idea.

Mid-Town request raises concerns
Guest Editorial by Jim Phelps, owner of Phoenix Traders, 215 7th St.

Why, after years of steady improvement to Seventh Street, has the Mid-Town Association elected to solicit funds from its membership for surveillance cameras?

This is hardly in line with the tack that the executive director of the Mid-Town Association has taken with the Rockford Register Star in asking the paper not to mention the location of prostitution sweeps because it would not help the image of the Mid-Town District as an improving business district of the City of Rockford. Mr. Mohr explained to me in some detail that by not mentioning the problems of the District by the paper, this would help encourage growth in the District.

Why the sudden turnabout? The installation of surveillance cameras over public areas of Seventh Street with remote access in real time by wireless technology smacks of gross over-reach by the Mid-Town Association. Are we to understand that somehow the Mid-Town Association is now a quasi-public entity similar in policing powers like the City of Rockford?

Doesn’t it strike anyone that it is strange that only the Mid-Town Association and the Police Department will have access to the cameras? Since when does a non-governmental agency that is partially funded by City tax dollars rate such high power over citizens that it in general doesn’t represent? How is this possible? Did our Constitution get rewritten in the last few years?

Who is the Mid-Town Association accountable to? Is it accountable to the citizens of Rockford or its membership? I can guarantee that it is not accountable directly to the citizens of Rockford. It applies for funding that is granted to it by the City of Rockford.

The real question the citizens of Rockford should be asking is: Is this what we give money away to organizations to do? That is, to be extraordinary police? What next should we pay for local community groups to do?

Citizens of Rockford, you should be very scared. What is next on the horizon? What new technologies will be foisted on us by self-interested individuals without due process or redress to our elected governments?

We printed a political button earlier this year. It says this: “Welcome to our police state. Enjoy your stay. Watch what you say.”

Except that this button was directed at government in general. The Mid-Town District is not government. It has only the power that is given to it by its membership. Now, it has police power over all of us.

In the immortal words of the Church Lady, “Isn’t that special?”

Bit back someone posted a picture of a girl he knew that was a few years old and a recent one to show that drugs do not do these girls and good. Found a couple more like that and figured should share them. I know there are a few girls out there who have access to this forum since I once said something to a girl I picked up and she asked me if I was ***** who was posting on the internet. Maybe some of those girls will see these and think about how the drugs are screwing up their lives. I am posting this inROckford since it seems to be getting the most traffic out of all the forums I look at.

The first is Rosanne a woman from Florida who was never real good looking to start with. She has a number of mugshots taken over 20 years. In the first she is 18 in the last she is 38.

The second is even scarier. Melissa is 18 in the first photo. In the second one she is 21 and during the interval she had been arrested 17 times on drug and prostitution charges.

As Nancy Reagan used to say when I was a youth: "Just Say No To Drugs!"

Hey guys,

I was on my way to R-town to see my regular, Teresa (who some of you know), when she called with a last minute cancellation. Bummer, I guess I have to make my second visit to Exclusive LS. I was just thinking to myself that I did not know if I'd ever get back to Belvidere after my first visit to Exclusive LS. Angela really did a nice job introducing me to the LS experience.

So, I went in and looked at the line up. I immediately recognized Joy, who I have seen advertising her services on Tommydream and I have heard is formerly of Belvidere fame. So, I chose her due to the fact that she is attractive, older than the average provider and obviously experienced. My perfect woman.

Joy is a nice looking girl with really, really bad bolt ons. They are so hard and resemble nothing like a real breast. Amazing, she seems really proud of them. I sensed a little disappointment when she learned that I was looking for the $60 program. She let me know in a subtle but assertative way that the $60 program would not include everything it did with Angela. So, I was a bit disappointed but within the boundaries set, being totally fair, I'd have to say she did a nice job. The discussion of money and the resistance to offer all that others offer for the same price is a turn off and as such, I will not be selecting joy again. However, being willing to spend more, I am sure she is a great time.

Saw many possibilities out on the Rockford tracks yesterday. Two on the little street south of the Gateway Center, walking south toward 8th Avenue about 6 PM or so. One WSW and one BSW. Both looked acceptable, but were walking with their guys, but looking closely at whoever drove by.

Another BSW on 7th near Payday Pawn. Another WSW on Broadway west of 6th street. Two more WSW on Broadway near the cigarette store at 9th. Picked up a sweet young thing named Candy on Parmalee, north of Broadway. Was real concerned about LEO, and so was I. Shared some fries at Macs, then got to know each other better. About 21, white, slender, maybe 5'3" and 100# or so. Well worth the two Jacksons.

Even more suspects later about 9:30 when I drove out of town. They're there guys!

“There was of course no way of knowing whether you were being watched at any given moment. How often, or on what system, the Thought Police plugged in on any individual wire was guesswork. It was even conceivable that they watched everybody all the time.”—George Orwell, 1984

Beginning in January, if you’re on Seventh Street for any reason, you will be under the watchful eyes of a $30,000 surveillance system purchased by Mid-Town District Association business owners.

Bill Mohr, president of the association, said the three-camera system will be spread along Seventh Street’s business district. The only camera currently in place is mounted above the street in front of Guler Appliance. Mohr assured the other two cameras would be in place along Seventh Street shortly.

“It’s an exciting time,” said Mohr. “We think it will be something very useful and a way of expanding the Rockford Police Department’s ability to finish off cleaning up the area.”

The system, however, is not intended to stop a crime in the act, but merely record it. Mohr hopes the cameras will serve as deterrents.

“Surveillance systems aren’t really, generally speaking, monitored on a 24-hour basis,” Mohr explained. “If you have an event that takes place and you want to see if that has been captured by one of the cameras, then you just dial it up.”

“I think it’s a wonderful idea,” said Howard Crosby of Crosby Tax Service on Seventh Street.

“I should not think so,” Crosby answered when asked if his clients might have privacy concerns. “They should be happy. It’s for everybody’s good.”

The district lies within Ald. Jeff Holt’s (D) 11th Ward. Asked for comment, Holt said he’d only just learned of the cameras from a newspaper article.

“I am not aware of that project,” Holt said. “No one from Mid-Town District has informed me of what they’re doing, who it’s in conjunction with.”

Police officers will be able to access the system wirelessly via laptops in their squad cars, where they can review footage as well as assume control of the cameras, each of which has a 360-degree range. The recording system is housed within the Mid-Town District offices, which Mohr said will have a work station for police.

He told The Rock River Times Editor & Publisher Frank Schier: “The system at Patriots’ Gateway has come in very handy, with people breaking into the place. Basically, it’s a business enhancement that acts as a deterrent to things that might happen.

“Take, for example, AMCORE has an extensive system to cover the bank and the parking area. They’re expanding their system. They’re part of this whole activity, and we keep them apprised of our activity and they keep us apprised of theirs.

“Another example is a guy got conked in the head in front of the Phoenix Trader area, after he left the tobacco store. It would have been handy to have a tape of that,” Mohr said.

Although Mohr says he’s received no resistance to the plan, not everyone is excited about cameras in Mid-Town.

“I don’t think bringing cameras down here is going to attract business,” said Jim Phelps, who owns Phoenix Traders on Seventh Street. “I think it’s going to do just the opposite.”

Phelps said the area has been steadily improving over the last several years, without the benefit of surveillance cameras.

In an Oct. 3, 2006 article, Chicago Sun-Times reporter Fran Spielman seemed to share Phelps’ sentiment that cameras don’t make for an inviting atmosphere.

“The $30,000 cameras virtually announced that you were entering a high-crime neighborhood,” Spielman said of Chicago’s Operation Disruption surveillance system.

Phelps suggested Mid-Town would be better served by a marketing campaign, such as the River District has done.

“I really, truly, believe that once you open up the businesses in these storefronts, and the stores are here ’til 8 or 9 o’clock at night, a lot of the problems are gonna disappear,” Phelps suggested. “Because the business owners are gonna police the problems.”

Chicago Mayor Richard Daley (D) hopes to have a security camera on every corner of his city by 2016. Chicago already has 200 cameras in place, with another 100 on the way in 2007.

Rockford Mayor Larry Morrissey (I) said, “I’ve had a chance to see the Chicago surveillance center. I’m a big believer that cameras can be a component, not the end-all of an effective crime strategy.”

Because the cameras in Rockford are to serve as crime deterrents, not crime stoppers, some question where the crime will go.

“It’s gonna keep moving down here,” explained John Young, who lives three blocks east. “I’ve seen it happen ever since they started pushing it off Seventh.”

“We’ll just chase the crime,” Rockford Police Chief Chet Epperson responded, citing continuing police initiatives in the Broadway and Seventh Street area. “You’re sending out a huge message by deploying those resources in those areas.”

Epperson vowed to break the “norm” that activities such as prostitution and drug use in the area are acceptable.

“If you deter crime in one location,” Mohr acknowledged, “that forces it to move to another location. That’s very possible.”

Young said the Seventh Street business district shouldn’t be emptying its proverbial dustpan into nearby residential areas.

Because the cameras can be remotely accessed and controlled, there is an inherent potential for misuse. Mohr, however, assured that “screens” built into the software program will prevent the cameras from seeing into residential windows.

Asked about oversight, Epperson promised, “We wouldn’t partner with anyone that’s not gonna follow the Constitution.”

The chief added an intergovernmental agreement with Rockford schools, which have cameras, could be coming soon.

In addition, the cameras are capable of seeing in the dark.

Legal scholar Marcus Nieto has stated, “If a video camera monitored by police has an infrared filtering device with the capabilities to view activities that a reasonable person might expect to not be visible from public view, Fourth Amendment concerns might arise.”

Dec. 14, The New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU) reported a proliferation of surveillance cameras.

“Cameras are popping up on building facades, storefronts and light poles,” NYCLU Executive Director Donna Lieberman noted. “To the untrained eye, these cameras are often hard to see. But their presence has significant implications for the rights of privacy, speech and association.”

“In order to prevent abuses that could endanger individual liberties, video surveillance systems must possess layers of protection,” said Philadelphia Police Staff Inspector Thomas J. Nestel, who spoke at the NYCLU news conference. “Written guidelines, training, adequate supervision, registration processes, image release policies and legislative penalties for misuse should serve as the minimum standard for operation.”

“If a private business wishes, on its own property, to record,” Phelps said, “I think that’s totally legal. But once you put a camera above public property, that becomes a government domain issue.”

“Anything the city can do to make this a more desirable area is fine with me,” said attorney Francis Martinez, who practices on Seventh Street. “I don’t have any Big Brother issues.”

Martinez, who is originally from Chicago, has seen positive results from the use of cameras in that city. Martinez also said clients needn’t have privacy concerns.

“I’m more concerned with raising the level of safety,” Martinez said. “And it has been improving.”

Phelps said, “I guess my problem with this is not from a civil libertarian aspect per se. It’s: What is the function of the Mid-Town District and why? And what kind of powers do we want to give non-governmental organizations in this town?”

To anyone who’s read George Orwell’s 1984, a feeling of “security” resulting from cameras on street corners could be a hard sell.

In a Nov. 30, 2006, article in John Scott wrote: “The erosion of privacy in Britain is increasing rapidly. There is now one camera for every 14 people living here, meaning each of us will be filmed around 300 times a day.”

Scott, who is a civil liberties lawyer, further reported: “This week, too, saw the startling suggestion that police and councils are considering monitoring conversations in the street using high-powered microphones attached to CCTV [Closed Circuit Television] cameras. The microphones, which are already being used in Holland, can detect conversations 100 yards away, the idea being they can record aggressive exchanges and use them either to intercept violence, or to secure criminal convictions.”

Morrissey said he is ever-mindful of the tension between civil liberties and security, but still thinks the cameras are appropriate.

“I want to make sure we strike a balance between our liberties and our security,” Morrissey pledged.

In the earlier interview with Schier, Mohr concluded: “Big Brother is part of the community here—we’re not trying to be Big Brother. Anyone who is concerned about this is welcome to come in and talk with people. Many, many cities have these systems. We’re just investigating it from a project standpoint. We play with an open book here. We know people offering professional services don’t want to be monitored. We’ll protect them.”

Mohr also pointed out Rockford Housing Authority has a camera system in place.

“The cameras have been effective for the neighborhood,” said Epperson of the 16 cameras already in use by the Rockford Housing Authority. “It has deterred crime.”

Gents,

Have not been to Executive in several years, but familiar with Hayley and Joy and Serena, ect. Wondering if anyone has information on a tall, young blonde who uses the parlor name Tabbie or Tabitha? She is perhaps four months pregnant now.

Thanks.

Mannamik

Ya, she works there, ya, I've seen her, ya, it was nothing earthshattering. She's an old pro transferred from Brandys when they got shut down, so not inexperienced. Why don't you just take the plung and report?

Anyone notice that the first camera is about a block from the CL and the Exclusive? Anyone think that's just a coincidence?

There are about three or four sw that are still around. The one that is confused with biker Jen was out last night. I spotted a new blonde, older about 40 something. She at least looked that old.

There was one on a bike; blonde, trying to flag down cars. Boy she was soaked for the rain.

I found a new little blonde. She was in a school uniform, the plaid shirt type. This was about 10 pm off Broadway and 10th.

It's disgusting to know, even though it's legal, when you go into these places, you WILL BE ON TAPE. Sickening.

My friend Mike had an interesting Christmas Eve tale from R-town. He had to visit an old girlfriend's aunt in New Milford - long story, she once bailed him out of a gambling jackpot - and was on his way up 11th St to stop at one of the old watering holes near Broadway.

He said that he stopped at one of the liquor stores on 11th toward Harrison when a girl who had been in front of him in line kept giving him The Eye. He said she was white, blonde, 30ish, "kind of Swedish-looking" and not"half bad."

Anyway, he said she lingered outside the store until he came out and then asked for a ride up to one of the no-tels on E State. He, being the obligingly lad he is, said sure. Claimed he then hit the score when she gave him a BBBJNCIM along with a TIA-NC-HJ-C back at the no-tel.

According to Baba Mike, full price: $.4. He said he added $5 in the spirit of nthe holiday.

Who said R-town - or the Christmas spirit - is dead?

The girl - who went by the name "Mary" - told Mike she regularly works out of some bar over near the tollway and a Comfort Inn and that she sometimes hangs at the OTB on E State.

Tabitha used to work at Brandy's and Tabby only has been in the business for a year. Tabby is the young bleach blonde one, that is supposedly preggo, not Tabitha.

So based on the photos of the hottie Angel, you have been to the beach (OK, we have lake michigan), you own a Mazzeratti, you have taken her skiing and have also taken her to Italy.

Wow, Ralph you are quite the player. Sorry to bust your balls man, but I'm having a hard time beleiving this. I have been reading the Rockford posts for about a year because there are some of the best posts and pics here. Regular monger and contributor from Chicago and finally had to comment.

So what's next Ralph, a trip to Hawaii?

I have a beach about 100 feet from my front door- although it is grass and dirt all the way up to the water's edge. The beach picture was taken in Flrida during semester break last January. I do not own a Mazzeratti I know I would not even know what one ooked like if I saw it parked on the street. It is a Delorean. I always thought it was a cool car and had a friend who got one for a HS graduation resent when it was new. Always wanted one fro myself and even went so far as buying a fake Delorean (1975 Bricklin) about 10 years ago. When he decied to sell it about a year ago when he decided to sell it. Never been skiing, never taken Angel sking- the pic in the snow was taken enar my place adn if you notice it is flat and there are like lots of trees- my understanding is you go skiing where it is downhill and no trees. I also have never been to italy, the picture I think you are referring to was taken during spring break this year and was in a small town forget the name in southern Wales whihc is part of England. Angel likes to travel has beent o far more places than I have-48 states all the provinces of Canada and MExico before I met her. I had gone to Engalnd about 9 years ago and she did not like it I had been to somewhere she had not. Her dad has an aversion to flying so she had never flown anywhere before we went to London. Spent several days there then rented a car and went to some other places in southern England and Wales as well as taking a feery to Calais for an afternoon- that is in France. Only time I have seen Lake Michigan in a very long time was flying over it on the trip there and back.

Things have been very hectic for me. Angel had a baby girl last month, surprised me by deciding to name her after my old girlfriend. They are both currently back in Illinois with grandparents, I was there for the holiday came back to see some of my friends who are ack hme for the holidayas before I head back to Illinois. Weird feeling being able to go to bed and wake up when I want toas well as wathcing what I want on TV and eeating what I want when I want- that used to be the norm. Angel's friends seem to really like fawing over the baby but none of them are convinced they want one anytime soon. babies require lots of time and attention sand do not like long trips in a car. I do not think that we will be taking any trips to Hawaii anytime soon.

The ad is not up there any longer, neither is her first one that I responded to. This is why I have been posting photos and news articles when I find them. They will be here too stay much longer than the links to them are. I have noticed news articles have a tendency to vanish after a few weeks and get annoyed when I find a link to one somewhere and it is dead. You by any chance save the pics so you can share them?

I did notice a CL ad from Hayley who has postedon here before and been talked about from time to time. Her ad now states that she is pregnant, wondering if the daddy is someone she met on here?

No the father of my baby and my present children is the same father for all my kids. A man that has nothing connected with this business. I do have a personal life outside of this business, lol.

My real name is not Hayley but only a stage name, which means this business is seperated from my personal life. Not that I'm against other girls doing that but that is not my thing,

I have been with the same man for many years honestly and love him very much, and eventually when I finish all my schooling I will retire from this business safely, because I am very smart in the adult entertainment field.

here is set two

In my opinion the picstures of girls on the street are not as interesting as the ones like I havetken of them in the hotels or my car. Someone needs to staat posting some like those I have no more. I have seen the girl in the red out for years, dotn know her name but she has to be the scariest girl I have seen in Rockford. She once flashed her tits adn yelled to me that I could fuck her in the ass for $10. Maybe he has been in the arrest reports but since I dont know her name so cant tell but I guess she is too obvious for the cops to notice. My expericenwas that the better looking girls seemed to disappear mayeb more guys than me have found one to keep since I would only see tham a couple times while ones like the girl in red are always out and about.

Most unbelievable part of your report is that a cop kept his word, you are lucky he did not arrest you for confessing to the crime. I saw Christie once redheads are always been my favorite. She would not let me take any pics, told me next time. I wound up finding a regular girlfriend for about 5 or 6 months and by the next time I was in town the number she had given me no longer worked.

Just read the next post from Joey Grecco and glad to hear that Christie got her life straightened around. seems like many of these girls are on a one way trip that leads them to being locked up. There are a handfulof girls who I gave my contact info to over the years and got to know fairly well. always a bit worried that one may try contacting me although that seem unlikely at this point. Out of six girls who are in this category 3 are in Dwight adn one in Decatur as of last time I checked. Have posted pictures of them here in the past.

Kind of weird Shannon (not her real name) is one of the girls I was referring to in the last post. I just checked the IDOC website and she is listed as being in custody. Projcted parole date is Sept 24 '07 they got or there for 1 year on prostitution and 3 for misue of a credit card. For anyone who does know her real name it appears as if she has recently gotten married so her last name changed to a hyphonated one. She has changed her hairstyle and according to the IDOC she has also gained some weight- giess they dont allow the crack diet when you are locked up. I did doctor this picture made it small enough to all be seen on the screen without scrolling.

I last knew Shannon when she had that storefront appartment across from 7th Street Pawn. Yes, I know from a friend that she is being supported by our tax dollars, has gained some weight, and is trying to avoid falling back into the 'life' when she is patrolled.

Picture looks good Ralph. Thanks for including.

That’s ok, I will just keep my post to the other cites.
It seems I get grief only from Rockford. When I posted about SW, I got hate mail. And now, my pictures aren’t up to par. There is now pleasing this town.
Oh and by the way. The picture that says it’s the "cam" on 7th. Is not a CAM, It’s a sensor for emergency vehicles.

Do not stop because of me. I just found the pics of girls on the street botht he ones you and someone else posted less interesting to look at. Some pictures are better than none and I have no more to post. Besides unless you picked up the girls you are nto 100% certain they are SW. I recall reading a post where a guy thought a girl whose picture was out on the street wwas his sister.

I got a call from US Cellular yesterday- they are wanting me to upgrade one of my phones. I have two on my account one is a pocket phone the other a real old bag phone. Pocket phones do not get the best reception at my place and phones on the second tier cell phone companies (Sprint, IWireless, Nextel, T-Mobile Congular etc) d not work at all here. The bag phone is more powerful and gets good reception- I do not have a landline phone. Seems that they were concerned with the fact I am no longer under contract with them- I have a really old unlimited time plan from when the phones were in my dad's name- and also that I should get new phones since neither of mine has GPS inside them. Seems that if you call 911 from a cell phone that is new they can tell exactly where you are to send services. I am guessing that this can also be used to track you so they can determine what cell tower to use on you and then say exactly where you are. If this si the case it might be possible to tell if someone with a new cell phone has been crusing around the same area for an hour or so and the poice might be able to get some type of wrrrant to get this information and use it in court or something if you get arrested. With the reports here about all the camers to monitor people it seems that the Big Brother may be twins in the form of the cell phone you are carrying around. I did not get new phoens partly because of this and also because would have to get a new rate plan.

The cops/feds can track your every movement if you cell phone is turned on. Down to withing a half a block or less. It happend last summer to some crooked US feds (FBI I think) in Italy. The italian govt was watching the US feds and they tracked them through their cell phones. A cell phone constantly sends a short signal to a nearby tower so the network knows where it is in case a call comes in. Apparently the FBI guys didn't know basic 101 of cell phone technology. All the terrorists know this and follow the rule to leave it off and turn it on only when making a call. I think you might even need to take out the SIM card to make sure you can't be tracked but that I'm not sure about. i have never heard of this happening in the US but I am damn sure the feds use this to watch any potential terrorists/threats.

Years ago, they tracked Osama Bin Laden by his cell phone, until he got wise to it. Since I'm not Osama, I probably don't have to worry about it, but I still think it's pretty sad. I wonder if turning it off even stops it.

I've heard that the new cell phones allow the police to use your phone like a bugging device. They call the phone in away that it doesn't ring, but they can listen in through the speaker phone. They've caught people with it already. It's like back in the 70s and 80s when the paranoid weirdos said the Feds could call your home phone without it ringing and listen in, but this time it's real!!!

Think I'm bullshitting you?!? Read this article from ABC News: http://blogs.abcnews.com/theblotter/2006/12/can_you_hear_me.html

Yeah, we're all fucked!

The cops need a court order to plant a bug. They will not get one for every guy on the planet who enjoys a bit of recreational sex. If you are not part of a crime family you are probably ok for now.

If you have an older phone I do not think you will have to worry about anyone tracking you. I still have an analogue mobile phone, never got a newer one since they are all single NAM. A couple of years ago I hit a deer in the middle of nowhere. When I called 911 they said my location was not coming through, they told me they only knew what section of what county I was in.

I saw an advert on television a week or so ago. It was on a west coast station so it may not be available here yet. I do not recall if it was for a carrier or a new phone. The advert featured a couple of friends talking on their mobiles. Each had a map on their phone screen which showed where the other guy was. They were trying to convince each other they were someplace else, but were not successful in their attempts to do so. They were trying to sell you on the fact that you could now tell exactly where the person you were talking to was calling from. The ability is out there to track your mobile's every movement. Do not know if they archive this information for possible cooperation with law enforcement. I find it a bit unsettling that in theory they could go back and tell me at 2:37 PM on December 23 I was wandering around the Gurnee Mills Mall.

I'm sure nobody here is worried about being listened in on, for THIS hobby. But as far as "planting" the bug...... they're already IN every phone. It's just the prinicipal of the thing. Our rights to privacy are long gone, & it's sad.

And this only the technology that they tell us about. Eat drink and be merry. 'cause you never know.

I agree it is sad that our privacy rights are becoming smaller and narrower each year. But the world is changing, and not slowly, either.

By the way, MWM, many of our phones have no SIM card. If your carrier is on CDMA technology (Verizon and many others) the info is in your phone, not on a chip. So it cannot be pulled out easily. GSM technology in T-Moble, Cingular and others does allow the SIM card to be extracted and deactivated. But do you really think the RPD is up to the task and has the energy to track US? Not likely.

Was out and about 5-9 last night in Rockford and saw many prospects. As I was with people, was unable to stop and check them out. But saw at least 5 between State and Broadway on 7th about 5:45 PM. And more after 9PM, on Broadway east of the Clinic.

You need to follow the money. As evidenced by a number of reports on here the Rockford Police seem to not place much of a priority in apphrending dangerous criminals. I do not think I am going too far out on a limb by making the assumption that most of the guys on here are not armed and dangerous. The police thus can feel a bit safer on arresting a guy out picking up girls than they would be in arresting a suspected drug dealer who could likely have a gun and have no problems putting it to use. Likewise I would be willing to bet that most of the guys on here could afford to post their own bail (and thus not put a drain on the jail system); hire their own solictor to defend them in court (and thus not give more work to the public defender's office) and also pay a fien imposed upon them if found guilty. Unlike some of the young women they have picked up in the sweeps who wind up having the taxpayers pay for their room and board while they are awaiting trial, then pay for their lawyer and if they are found guilty have the taxpayers once again pay for such things as drug treatment or more room and board if they are sent off to prison. I know that a couple of young women who have been out in Rockford between them owe Winnebago County over $3000 in unpaid court fines. Money I suspect that the government will not be seeing anytime soon.

From the government's point of view it makes economic sense to go after "criminals" who pose little real threat, will not drain the system and pay their fines. Although I don't think it will get as bad as a small town in Missouri that had 4 full time cops to get people (most of them unfamiliar with the area) in speed traps. They covered the entire town budget with traffic fines and the locals loved it since it kept property taxes low. They made the news when they got a state senator. He found out what was happening and got a law passed saying that no city could get more than 20 or 30% (don't recall the exact ammount) of their budget from traffic fines and any ammount over that had to be turned over to Jefferson City. The speed traps stopped, property taxes were raised and several cops found themselves in need of a new employer.

The only thing you need to worry about is a analog cell phone. Many of us got rid of them long ago.Analog cell phones can be picked up on a police scanner in the right frequency band. That is why the government banned certian scanners in the U.S. back in 1994. Some of us still have those scanners and listen very little since there are not many analog phones out there. Also it is the feds who have the right to listen not the local law enforcment. The Rockford police have a hard enough time using thier 2-way radios and could not get the permission to listen in on calls. Relax don't worry.

Too candid camera: Cops say spa's hidden cameras may have broadcast sex acts over the Internet

Publication: Chicago Sun-Times (IL) Date: December 27, 2006

Patrons of a Northwest Side massage parlor may have had their visits with prostitutes broadcast over the Internet, police said. Based on statements from a woman who worked there and the sophistication of computer equipment seized from V.I.P. Salon & Day Spa, police believe sex acts might have been transmitted from small, curtained cubicles onto the Web, said Jefferson Park District Cmdr. Ralph Price.

Officers found tiny cameras mounted in the ceiling of several rooms at V.I.P.

"It's gone beyond just prostitution," Price said. "What you think may be private could be all over the place."

Investigators with the Vice Control Section said they had not heard of any similar computer set-up at other places of prostitution in the city.

"Really, this is kind of unchartered territory for us," said Lt. Paul Kusinski.

Price said the V.I.P. Salon at 4422 N. Milwaukee -- where customers have to be buzzed in -- has been a longtime problem for the neighborhood.

Chicago vice officers have raided the business seven or eight times over the past 18 months, and the city has filed complaints against the business, police said. The landlord of the business also filed a lawsuit in January 2006 seeking to evict the business owner, according to Cook County records.

The owner could not be reached for comment.

Charges stemming from the police raids were typically never more than misdemeanors. But now Chicago Police and the Cook County state's attorney's office are seeking more serious charges against the owner and manager for the alleged unlawful videotaping.

Price -- who has done premise checks himself on the business because of complaints -- said he hopes this latest raid will rid the neighborhood of V.I.P. for good.

"Finally, we can shut this guy down," Price said. "This could be the nail in the coffin."

Price's officers got their break on Dec. 20 when someone placed a 911 call to report that a woman at the business was screaming.

When officers arrived, a sergeant pulled back a curtain on two cubicles to find men having sex with women. But officers then spotted something else -- a pinhole camera in the ceiling.

"We followed all the wires," Price said. "They all went to a central computer."

Real money online: female suspect

One of the women arrested told police they charged the men for sex acts, but the real money was made from the share of profits from broadcasting on the Internet, Price said.

The officers obtained a search warrant, which was executed the next morning, Price said. The computer's hard drive was seized and will be analyzed, and police photographed all the cameras and the wires leading to the server.

The raid resulted in four people being charged, including a 20-year-old man for patronizing a place of prostitution, two women -- 39 and 20 -- for solicitation and a 51-year-old man for keeping a place of prostitution.
