So back up the street (guad) towards 18th and I noticed this same girl in the red and white checked blouse, short jean (with a nice ass) so I pull into gas station park. I'm kind of reminded of getting caught riding a motorcycle with worn out transmissions with this one. I'm glad it's only a short commute. Have mongered in US, Asia, Central America and EU over the years and have benefitted from this and the Int'l Forum. So thanks in advance to the past posters whose info I leveraged for this trip to San Antonio.

On past trips to SA I have concentrated on the strip clubs. (Had a great privado session w / 2 hot and very frisky latinas one time that I still count among my top 10 club experiences. 4 hands. 2 mouths. 4 t*its. So I figured SA would be similar. Turned out to be harder than I thought.

I had my GPS w / me and had made some maps that highlighted areas which posters say are hot, and figured I'd refine my search once I got there based on experience and sightings. There's frequent reference in past reports to the "Presa / Roos loop". As it turns out those are both very long streets and I didn't have any further reference as to where "the loop" part should be. I went from central SA all the way down to Military on both several times during the time I was there, and ultimately made my own determination that the upper part of the loop should be "Steves" and the botttom part should be "Southcross". I still don't know if that's right and would appreciate any input / confirmation from locals reading this.

The other hot area appeared from reports to be along Zarzamora, with many different cross streets mentioned. Zarzamora is another pretty long street and I checked it out from Woodlawn all the way down to Military. Probably just bad timing, but I never saw much available action on Zarzamora.

I arrived Monday night and did my first Presa / Roos driving about from 11pm to 12:30. Now I have not had extensive SW-hunting experience, and maybe my sighting ability is under-developed (I actually got some feedback about that from a provider, more on that later) but I only saw one potential sitting on a bus stop bench on Presa just N of the laundromat that is just N of the Relax Inn (near the Grove and Roos intersection). She was sitting with another girl and I normally wouldn't designate her as in the game because she was dressed pretty conservatively and looked to just be waiting for the bus with a friend. But as I drove by I got two "buy signals", (1) a significant overabundance of bright blue eyeshadow, and (2) she made direct eye contact with me. She was young and fairly attractive (7-8 SW face) but quite a bit porkier than I prefer. Being my first night and feeling confident there was plenty of options to choose from I did not loop back to make contact. Tuesday I went out about 5pm and decided I'd give Zarzamora a chance. Traffic from Riverwalk area to Z using Guadalupe was a *****, especially as the city was gearing up for a night of Fiesta. Went up as far as Woodlawn and down to Military and only saw one who might have been a player, but she was not very attractive and was mighty hefty and I was seeking my preference (slender, young, better-than-average face) figuring there had to be plenty of inventory if I hit the right geographies at the right time. But after an hour I gave up and went back to hotel for a dinner mtg with colleagues on the Rwalk. I ventured forth again about 10 and concentrated on going up and down Presa and Roos. At first there was nothing visible, at least to me. The east coast area I have exp in is very urban with lots of people on the sidewalks, lots of light and its very easy to spot your propsects and see what you're options are before inviting one into the car. From there you make it to a dark side street for business. Presa / Roos is different. Wider, less developed and low lighting levels. Was frustrating at first but after a while I began to see a few single and small groups of women so I figured "ok, this is how it works here". I lost two in the process of turning around to go back. Each time, another monger was in a side street and I saw the provider getting in their car when I was passing on the other side on my double-back. I thought "Sh*t man, this is competitive. I have to up my game." This up-and-down-Presa-and-Roos is where I came to the conclusion that Steves is the upper bound and Southcross is the lower bound of "the loop". I made that loop a lot of times, in both directions, sometimes going further north a few blocks (remembering the bus stop bench near Roos / Grove). The majority of availables were on the gordita end of the scale and I was still looking for a slender young provider. Since I couldn't really see their faces very well in the lighting I figured, what the hell, she'll have her face buried in my crotch anyway, so I let that requirement slide. I saw no LE the entire time I was cruising, probably because most of them were deployed uptown managing the Fiesta crowds. But I am always cautious. At one point a group of 3 either BSWs or very dark-skinned HSWs (like Dominicanas) shouted out to me and waved for me to come back. In my book thats just asking for LE attention so I steered clear of them. Obviously some others didn't because they were all gone on my next pass. I slowed down and tried to make eye contact but she kept her head down and kept walking fast. That was not an encouraging sign but I was intent so I turned into a side street, went one block and turned again to head south figuring I'the turn again in a few blocks ahead of where she was walking and wait in a side street at the edge of Presa for her to pass and get her there, like I'the seen the two other guys do who snaked me earlier in the evening. When she saw me she hesitated, which I figured was a good sign so I waved her over. She quickly got in the passenger seat and I was pleased. She was about 5'3', approx 25, nice looking, slender w / hair pulled tight onto her head. Only turn-off was the distinct baby-flab gut but I was happy to have at least landed a decent prospect. Weds night was all business but I hit the streets again Thursday night about 5. This time I did all the Pres / Roos and Zarzamora runs I hoped to be productive but saw almost no providers (at least not to my eye) and after about an hour of fruitless searching found myself on Military heading W towards Kelly and Lackland. I figured that I was way out of mongering territory and it might be interesting sightseeing to drive thru those bases so I kept going. By chance I hit a red light at Military and Bynum. Then, in synch with the universal law of 'You will find what you are looking for in the place you least expect it', I glanced to my right and an attractive young Latina was sitting on a bus bench talking to a nice looking young white guy. Typical BF / GF shit on a typical day, right? Well then they shook hands in an introductory way and I thought, ah, they don't even know each other. And with that 6th sense that these street-savvy girls seem to have, she turned around 180 and looked right at me with a slight eyebrow raise of, 'you like what you see? ' I just stared at her, amazed to think I might have stumbled on action out here so far from the reported zones, but was jolted back to reality by a pick-up truck horn behind me at the now-green light. I had to move on but I did a turn around asap and pulled into the parking lot behind the bus stop. She was still talking to the guy but when she looked at me I waved her over. She was quite tall for a Latina, probably 5'-9' or 10', very slender with long black hair parted in the middle and glasses. Tight t-shirt top with horizontal stripes and tight jeans, I like that whole look so for me she was a 8-9 on looks.

I still wasn't really sure if she was in the game or just a flirty chick. I figured if she comes to the driver window and says 'yeah, what do you want? ' I'm out of luck, but, as luck would have it she slid her long frame right into the seat next to me. I was in. I explained (in detail) what I wanted and she agreed. She insisted on. 30 and again I acquiesced. (hey its worth it to me, especially a young attractive one). She suggested we go get a room. I only wanted the BBBJ so said lets do it in the car. She seemed to have more experience with that and told me to turn right off of Military into the neighborhoods and just stop at a stop sign. Move if someone comes along or a car from behind, but otherwise just stay at an intersection and let her do her thing. The intersection thing worked great. Quiet streets. Only had to move along once. I came across a Spurs / Jazz Game B ticket, so I was able to come down to the neighborhood for vacation. I don't know what reason I have for bothering, when I'm thoroughly convinced both sides are set to throw completely rigged games. Without actual knowledge of this, I'd still be able to tell it from the angle of actually being there; it doesn't even remotely resemble how UT games or the NBA we see on TV. Inasmuch as I was able to ascertain how I'm in love with SW's, who are my regulars, I was able to come up with an explanation.

I picked up an HSW on Vandiver / Austin Hwy a couple of weeks back and took her to my room on O'conner / 35 at the La Casita. She would have been okay, had I been young jack rabbit with the habit of sticking it in all at once and going into quick short jerking motions, but with the help of Vaginager, I've noticeably matured otherwise. I finally recalled this gal's name, as being Stella, and she had given me her digits. She lives in the federal housing project about where Rittiman turns into Foster, Gibbs Sprawl or whatever. I parked at the convenience store on the corner, in the front of the projects, and called her. Nice work with your FR there, Partner. It's full of useful detail for a 'green horn' coming to SA, and I enjoyed your writing style. That's what this forum is all about, an exchange of intel and, hopefully, in an entertaining manner.

I have only had the pleasure of 'hunting' in San Antonio a couple of times, and don't bother to post much, but I have detailed my experiences here on this website back about a year ago. (post #230 or so). Sorry to hear you had a little trouble finding SW's on your scouting trips, but it appears your perseverance finally paid off. I do seem to recall a lot of dark streets and poor lighting making it a bit difficult to 'cut one out of the herd', so to speak. But I also recall there seemed to be a fair number to choose from as well. Of course, as my handle might indicate, I may be a bit more used to 'riding rough stock' than you more finicky Fellas might be. LOL I'm more about the GFE and enthusiasm on display than anything else. Other than the drug-addled-anorexic or the 'Gorditas', they are all fair game for me.

I do have to take a moment to mention that I take a bit of 'exception' to one little part of your report here, Amigo, mentioning the USASG to your prize find in SA. Others may quibble with me, but I think you'll find most experienced Hombres on both this forum and it's counterpart, the ISG, will tell you that is really NOT something we do, and nothin' much good ever seems to come of it. No offense meant, Cowboy, and it's just my point of view, so please take this point in the manner in which it was intended, polite, unsolicited advise. But I will add that I have arrived at this opinion only after some bad experiences with chicas knowing WAY TOO MUCH about what goes on in these threads.

I went shopping all up and down the Mexican border, yesterday, and couldn't find a thing wrong down there. Although their soldiers seemed pretty formidable, I wasn't held up by the police for money, kidnapped, or anything like that. The biggest problem was coming back over and being asked all kinds of nosy questions by our customs and border patrol. So much for our freedom, I guess. Hell, their TV may be claiming it's not safe to travel in the Estados Uninidos because of all of our caca!

I headed on back towards Austin by HWY 90, and when I got to San Antone, I started to check out the so called SW hot spots on the south side. I remembered, how that always turned out to be regretful waste of gas, back when I lived there and gas was a $1. 159 per gallon. SW's a plenty were out and about, but they were never beyond 3 in quality. I'd have to be quiet a sick puppy to consort with any of those road kills, yet those, who do, seem to be the most esteemed authorities about matters on this board.

From time to time, however, I'd spot some pretty good stuff closer to DT around the Roosevelt Inn and what used to be a Handy Andy. They were always out around five in the afternoon and went, as quickly as they hit the streets. When they go quickly, that way, I get confused and can't keep track of things, so I don't even bother. The only reason I knew about all of this was because of the cheap gas down there and the notel on down Flores or Presa from the Roosevelt Inn. My blackberry regular, Sarah, shacked up there, and I'd go there to BBFSCIP with her for forty.

I decided, yesterday, to jump off at the New Braunfels exit and cruise as far in as Hackberry before crossing back over 35 and checking out the hood going down to Broadway. Surprisingly, I spotted a couple of road kills by the interstate on both sides. Were SW's to be found there, and they rarely are, then it registered, that Austin HWY must, therefore, be stocked. Shonuff, quiet a few undoables were strolling in front of the Walmart around two in the afternoon. I guess the definition of insanity is: "doing the same thing over and again and expecting different results." I must have known, what was up, needless to say, because the only gas I wasted was city gas instead of the highway kind.

The folks on the West Side must have somehow finally gotten a big enough chunk of the Gross National Product for SAPD to find opportunity to enforce the Windcrest type speed limits in the neighborhood. I really can't see the police out for any more than revenue opportunities, and it ain't going to be had with SW's. Nevertheless, that neighborhood is full of hoes, anyway. Anytime someone gets a divorce over there, there's never a way to get the child support situation cleared up, because the wives generally have kids by three or four different men, during any given marriage, that is being broken up. I'm surprised you pooners, down there, don't take up going from door to door and seeking P4P that way. The 2 to 3 quality, at the most, of the neighborhood's SW's isn't going to change a lot, but look at all the gas money you'll save. Hell, that money could be used to pay indulgences for some repentant SW at one of those 501-C-3's (National Churches) around there, and you could slip in more P4P, that way, too.

Watch for the tow trucks and make a note of how new and nice the car or the peek up is that's being towed. This shows, that some good jobs are going down in San Antone, and credit is being more easily extended to purchase these MOTOR VEHICLES. SAPD, fully aware of this, is looking for every opportunity to seize these vehicles, as booty, to be auctioned off, with the proceeds to be pocketed exclusively by them. Look for SAPD's, mongrel, drug addicted dogs anytime you see someone getting towed. First, they pull for speeding, then they look for drugs and felony weapons possession, so they can steal the vehicle. Whenever, normally impoverished people, get jobs and break loose for a little bit, they go heavily into debt. This produces the kind of anxiety, that gets the drug addictions started, and SAPD is there to hop right into the rat race and make a killing off of it. Whatever other reason would they have for cracking down on speeders over there?

A typical occurrence is that, as a result of all the feuding and folks all of the time having stems to pull with each other over there, is the constant stealing that goes on amongst the neighbors. They go to the police and whine, and the police do nothing but up traffic enforcement. Busting someone for the type of stealing, that goes on over there, never does happen, because it never can be proven, as of all the scams, people are constantly trying to pull off. The one stolen from, more often than not, set it up as some sort of a fence etc. Busting SW's doesn't happen, either, because blood can't be had from a turnip, nor could it, otherwise, been gotten from the speeders over there. The police figure, they're going to be able to auction off every other car, they pull over there, because of everybody over there being hooked on cocaine or heroin. The usual stubborn and immature non payment of tickets, that is the usual course of events, is to be accounted for with the car auction revenue. Enough revenue is generated, so that the stubborn ones, left, will be dealt with in a soft but bolshevik sort of way, so that greater criminality can be perpetuated from them, and they, in turn, can be bastedto be revenue fried, later on down the pipe.

I will assure you, however, that you can Google up Bexar County Criminal Court Docket and go through its thousands defendants, to find, that maybe a dozen, at most, are busted for prostitution. I'd say ninety percent of the busts are for hot checks, DWI, drugs, or possession of guns in some form or fashion. They have more people up for murder than they do for P4P. What I have had to say, otherwise, is real Sociology and Psychology that they won't let let you talk about in college.

Here in SA. After my last experience, I wanted to see if lady luck was still around. And she is. Prior to engaging, I decided to read the old posts to get an idea of unexplored areas and possibly new locations. Tried the good ol' reliable Roosevelt / Presa loop again. Not one SW out, but tons of SA's finest. I quickly realized this area was not going to work. I decided to try commerce / old hwy 90. Jackpot! RickyI heard through the grape vine, LE picked up most of the girls, I drive the streets every once in awhile and the pickings have been getting less and less. I used to just go with a few regulars, and lately they have not been picking up my calls. So they have either gotten picked up (likely) , lost their phone (possibly) , didn't pay the phone bill (best answer) or stopped needing money (NO fu$%en way). One of the girls I picked up a few weeks ago, said the had just been released. The day she was busted, they had busted 9 other girls. I have heard that LE was going to stop each car, with a single male driver in the area around Hamilton. I would think that would put a lot of burden on LE, can you imagine the harassment charges that would be filed. Chalk that up to B. S. Although, if you are out and about, watch your back. One more thing, seen a lot of undercover's out there recently. So if there is a car in the area, don't stop to pick up anyone, go around a few blocks. It is better to let one go then to find yourself facing charges.

Friday nights Hamilton area, Guadeloupe area, Roosevelt area, is dead and has been for the past year. You might get lucky and find one or two. But not worth the gas, driving around. I see LE drive by and turn the coiner. I leave the area but feel compelled to return to observe more as well as observe what LE is uto. They don't appear to be there at first but reappear when I'm exiting to guad. I make a right and poof the lights start flashing. I get interrogated as to where I'm going and where I came from. They don't explain the nature of the pull over so I become hesitant to answer any questions at one point I politely declared "I really don't feel like answering any questions". By this point they already had me out side of the car. It seems like they were fishing for me to admit something and I wasn't about to say "I'm cataloging the girls with night vision". I get the feeling my night vision would have lead to worse suspicion. I hand over my I'd and insurence not sure if I'm being pulled over for joining or because my plate light is out. I avoid any questions as to why I'm in the area as I'm combined they have nothing on me and only my own words can hurt me. I'm polite about it but I kind of stone wall a little. Eventually my record shows I'm clean and they finally declare that I was pulled over because I was parked in front of a known drug house. My suspicion is the area must be riddled with them if I happened to be in front of one at total random. So I walk out free which shouldn't be surprising since I hadn't committed a crime. I was driving up, S Laredo ST going to turn onto S Picoso ST, as I turn the corner I noticed a undercover blue Crown Victoria heading toward me on Laredo. I continued down Picoso st, and when I looked behind me. There was the undercover car, so I drove a few blocks and turned towards 19th st. I made sure to stop, look both ways at every stop sign, cause that son-of-a-Bitat$ cop was following. As soon as I turned onto 19th st, On came the lights. I had my stuff ready for them when they walked up to the window. I was told they received a call about a suspicious looking vehicle casing the area and my vehicle fit the description. I was asked where I was going? What I am doing in the area, since I don't live around here? Just told them I was coming from the convenience store and was heading to the corner to grab me some puffy taco's. They ran my name and it came back clean. I didn't commit a crime, well not until later that evening when I dreamt of picking up a Streetwalker.

It is dead out there, I can take this way home from work. Where I used to see 5-6 SW's per night, I may see 1-2 per week. Most of the girls I used to see out there are either arrested, stop dating or just don't want to deal with getting arrested again. Best of luck out there, stay safe.

Say they do come right out with it, then it goes like this: "Officer, before we get off on the wrong foot, I need your name. It's three in the morning on November 22, and I see your driving Unit #3212. There's no law, that says I can't use these streets, and should you have a witness to back your claims, then I have a right to face that witness. Should you insist, that I've committed a crime, then I want a jury present at all times relevant to these. I'm putting you on notice under Title 42 and Title 18 of the United States Code for violation of my civil rights. Officer responds,"Woo wee, what was that all that about? I was just responding to a call, that you were casing the neighborhood." I rejoin,"And I find, that rather hard to understand, so if you will, what is your name? We can't have cops kicking their chief's, or county commissioner's ass etc, up between his ears anymore than we can cops, smart enough, to figure out all of the corruption going on. Once I was aware of these things, I had no problem with being sarcastically polite and ladylike with them, as I stood up for my rights. They never did fuck with anymore, either. They don't want to have to go back and forth to federal court or risk forfeiture, over to me, of their own peace officer bonds. They are also well aware of the fact, that one doesn't have to be an attorney, to represent themselves in federal court.

Back in the early Nineties, before I knew any better, I used to cooperate with the fuzz, because I falsely believed they were an unavoidable evil. That cooperation led to the cops completely tearing apart my car once in San Antone and once in Austin. A well renowned corporate attorney in Houston had earlier asked me, while grinning, whether or not I was under oath, when I fessed to him, that I'd lied to a cop. I've experienced, since then, that even while in jail, there ain't no way to tell my side of the story, in the first place, so whose really guilty of the corruption substance of lying in the first place? These days, I sass them and am sarcastic with them however I care to be. I almost immediately find error in their ways and request to see their supervisor. I've even had meetings with the sergeant's lieutenant, the next day, in his office Almost always, their bullshit is based on hearsay; the TEXAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE gives us solid protection against it, and I'm quick to remind any remiss cop that their supervisor wouldn't approve of it. Sometimes I've been even lucky enough to tell a cop to mind his own business. Whenever there's any of this,"We're just going by what we were told etc," it's hearsay, purely and simply and can't be used as evidence, in court against me. Until that one swears to a complaint affidavit against me and the grand jury issues a warrant against me, it ain't about shit. Throw me in "three hots and a cot," and I'm suing every concerned party $40, 000. 00 apiece for every single day, that I spend in jail, under Title 42 and Title 18 of the United States Code.

I did at one time, however, lie to the cops, whenever I felt like it, and never faced any consequences. They merely stuck to their story, didn't pay any attention to mine, and my go with the flow followed. Something deep down inside of me, however, told me, that were I to call on them and lie about a crime being committed, then, that would get me into deep caca; it very well should have. Sho nuff, you can read about that for yourself in the Texas Penal Code under FALSE REPORT TO A PEACE OFFICER. Plain as day, nothing is said anywhere in it about lying to cops. I've been told, that Bryan College Station has a municipal ordinance against it, and that same PENAL CODE and CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE clearly explains just how the municipalities in Texas aren't to make those kind of laws. The matter becomes civil, when there ain't no corpus delicti, damaged party, to make a very long story short and to further excuse the purpose of my slang. Municipal courts in Texas, then, have only criminal jurisdiction. I highly recommend, that one go to the DPS and buy left over copies, from the last Legislative Session, copies of TEXAS PENAL CODE / TEXAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE and TEXAS DRUG LAWS for a small donation to United Way etc. Do this, or pay the less than ten bucks for the most recent copies. You can also go to St. Mary's and pay more than thirty bucks for the leather bound ones, but they are worded exactly the same. Also, go to Goodwill and pick up a used copy of Black's Law Dictionary and start learning about different kinds of evidence etc for yourself. The librarians at St. Mary's and UT Austin Law School are very willing to show you how to look up cases in the Southwest Reporter as well. All of this is no harder than reading the newspaper, once you get the hang of it, and the rewards are far greater than time wasted in front of a TV. The school in Austin is always open to the public, except for final exams week, and I have spent a considerable amount of time there. To have the opportunity to listen in on groups of law students, discussing law, is a real eye opener, as to how actually dumb lawyers must actually be, and at least, does account for the administrative morass our legal system is in.

As it stands, now, my initial contact with a cop is to just go along with all of the DL stuff. When he asks, whether or not I understand anything, the answer is always a sarcastically expressed,"No," so as to indicate, under my breath,"Don't you think I know better than to make a confession like that?" I usually even ask,"Are you trying to get me to make a confession?" He'll basically ask me, next, how I ever came up with that, were this that and the other not the case, but I never make a statement. Instead, I find a way a way to put another question on top of his as to evidence, sworn complaints etc. The simple fact of the matter is to answer,"No," to everything, until he asks me the same question twice. Then, common sense would dictate, that one can't prove a negative, so I must answer,"I don't understand." Should I wind up in jail, I should sign nothing and pay absolutely no fees to the court or lawyers. Put everybody on notice, including my court appointed attorney, under Title 42 and Title 18 of the United States Code for violation of my civil rights. The whole time, any of this is going on, they could have snuffed me out, beginning with the initial cop contact, and no one would have been billed for it. This has especially been all the more so since 911. It takes all, I can muster, sometimes, to keep from making a speed bag out of their heads, until they're begging and pleading with me, to quit beating the shit out of them. These are the feelings, I have, every time I have any contact with any of our revenue at gun point hooligans whether it be a pimp for the bar association, one of any of its bolshevik lawyerisques, or black robed bandits.

If the officer proceeds to search despite your refusal, DO NOT try to stop him or her, or interfere in any way, but simply repeat CLEARLY,"I DO NOT consent to ANY search!"

At the same time, ask,"Am I free to go?" If the officer says "Yes," then go. If he says you are not free to go, don't debate or argue the issue, simply refuse to make ANY statements about ANYTHING (e. G."Why you are here?"."Where are you going," etc.) by simply stating "With all due respect, I decline to answer any questions." Then, after a couple of minutes, ASK AGAIN,"Am I free to go?" This way, he cannot assert that you are remaining "voluntarily" to be questioned. Also, when you are stopped, take note of the time, and pay attention to how long you are being detained, and how many times you are refused permission to leave. This way, if you must testify on the issue, you can state specifically the length of time you were detained.

So many of my clients ignore these simple instructions, and feel the need to "explain" things to police. Remember, statements to police can NEVER help you, they can only HURT you. So, the less said, the better. Never lie, just say NOTHING. The fact that you declined to answer questions or refused a search cannot be used as evidence against you, only your other statements and actions can.

The cop has nothing more to do, than suspect you of violating this ordinance, pull you over, and issue a citation for MANIFEST PROSTITUTION for Municipal Court to handle. Truely, your easiest way out on this is to pay a traffic ticket attorney a couple hundred bucks to fix it or better yet get the city to settle for court costs alone. With one of my own tickets, that would cause my insurance to go up, however, I've come out about the same with delays, continuances, and even more delays on unlawful appeals bonds etc. The ultimate result will be turning myself in and doing, what amounts to little more than a lengthy fight delay at the airport.

Some how or the other, I've always come out better with the county jail misdemeanors, too, not answering any questions, paying any fees, whatsoever, or signing anything. I just sit there, until they finally assess my time and let me go. Hiring an attorney would have cost me about 15K, over all, while sitting it out, could have cost me my clunker and lost money on my job amounting to about 7. 5K. I did, however, chicken out enough to sign a POA for my buddies to rescue the clunker, so I probably saved another thousand on that. Ultimately, I did sign the NO CONTEST, that the court appointed shyster, had to offer, but up until those times, I refused to sign anything.

I have been pulled over, directly after picking up an SW, however, but the fuzz was more intent on busting the SW for drugs. They threatened me with all kinds of could've, would've, should'ves, but didn't even tear my wheels apart on this one; they nailed her for dope and let me go my way. As for tape recorders etc, they have been wasted money for me. The cops can use'them against us, but when the time comes to admit evidence against them, our tape recordings will be dismissed as frivolous. By the same token, whenever I can lie out of a ticket etc, I do so, because my mute efforts aren't going to fly in court, later on down the line, either. It all boils down to who can lie the best. The bottom bullet is the fact, no one seems to realize, and that is these laws were put here to control and revenue us, not them.

Once again, a quick run through of the county docket will reveal very few busts for prostitution anyway. This tells me, that defense attorneys are getting the prostitution charges lowered to Class C Misdemeanor Disorderly Conducts for the Municipal Court to handle. All of your tape recordings and requests for fully informed juries etc, may come in handy, then, because you will have to apply for a pretrial, a few days in advance, to try to get this stuff admitted. All of it will be thrown out, but at least, it will considerably delay your actual trial. As far as County Court at Law Courts go, it's a done said deal, and all parties, concerned, wind up being in concert against us.

Whenever I see these MANIFEST PROSTITUTION signs on Middle Fiskville Road. On my last trip to Mexico, I visited friends to handle some business and get my Mexican DL renewed. I can show, right in the Commerce Code, where it's legit. I really don't whether the thing makes that much of a difference, however, in that my US Passport has helped me elude the efforts of the police, to corral me, just as well. Austin started the caca of not being able to rent notels with a DL having a local address, so I'm sure San Antone and the rest of the state followed Rome's lead. A US Passport or Mexican DL will eradicate this nuisance. The Mexican DL can be a bit of a problem to get, on the other hand, as of having to find a sponsor for it.

With the passport, Prince Fedgov never has updated my address, since it's second issue. My most recent one was given the address of some notel in Anchorage, AK. This was an urgent thing and had to be done, before my departure to Red China. Like I said earlier, I don't cruise for SW's with anything but the most worthless beaters. When I rent notels, I get friends to take me or hire cabs. All in all, this procedure has recently turned out to work the best with gas prices where they are. Should anything come up with the fuzz, I'm going to show him my Mexican DL and maintain that I reside in the Land of Montezuma, a United Nations plaque I seldom visit. Accountants and corporate attorneys may very well know jesuitic hoola hoops, that would make this true anyway, but so what if I'm lying? The lie always holds up and saves me from further complications. As a matter of fact, when I happened to remember the Anchorage AK notel address, my Dallas one came up, instead, when the cops ran it. They didn't even start to fuck with me on it, the the way they would have, had it been a Texas DL.

I've always lied under oath with traffic tickets, nor could the cop ever get his story right by the time my stale ass tickets got to court. Used to be, the jury would always find me not guilty, and the city council appointed administrator, that black robed bandit, would direct the verdict against me in direct violation of rules set forth in the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and Penal Code. Now, they always find guilty, but because of the jury and a reporter, they can be appealed for a heavy bond. More delays are available, however, until I claim indigence to the point of not even being able to pay a community service fee. I own considerable assets, have plenty of money in the bank, and still claim indigence without any consequences amounting to more than the inconvenience of a flight delay. As far as the jesuitic rules of accountacy go, namely U. C. C. 3.501, how can I myself, lawfully foment more debt by fueling it even more with the payment of fines? Such a thing would merely foster the ongoing crisis.

My own experience with tape recorders and movie cameras is that with the ones, the cops don't swipe, the courts dismiss as frivolous evidence. Forget about not cooperating with the cops and the jailers. I've done all of that refusing searches and not answering questions stuff in even a candied ass fashion, and it did nothing but land me in an refrigerated drunk tank for days on in. Suing cops is an impossibility in Texas. Go ahead and do so. Let's say you win. Now, how are you going to get the city to pay? Had I just gone with the flow of their martial law ranks, I would have otherwise been given a custodian spot and would have been out in less tha a week instead of a month. Either way I would have claimed indigence, as I did with 12K in the bank, that they never found out about. This way a court appointed attorney was called in to defend me for free.

Maybe I should have claimed, I was a world renowned brain surgeon etc, when I first joined this forum, the way you all believe people are attorneys, just because they claim to be so. Be all that, as it may, and go ahead and pay one everything you have for claims of defense that just can't be had. I can't remember a single exception to this rule. Everybody, I've talked to, tells the same story of the defense attorney, they paid an arm and leg for. The shyster went on and on with them about how he was going to get even with the law only to take state's side in the end. Whenever I shared my court appointed attorney experience with them, they agreed, that they should have done the same. Each and every one of these folks spent everything they had to get no better of a deal than a court appointed attorney could have gotten them without all of the costly treatment and AA meetings etc, follow up.

Yes, you can legally record the conversation, and that would be a good idea to make a record that, in fact, you refused a search, asked if you were free to go, etc. I have successfully used such recordings in numerous cases, which can have the effect of completely destroying the opposing witness's (e. G. Police officer) credibility. I haven't only used them in criminal cases, but in family law (e. G. Child custody) cases. As for being afraid of having such a recording used against you, that's easy to rectify. JUST SAY NOTHING except "I respectfully refuse to make any statements" or "Am I free to go?" or "I do not consent to any search." This isn't rocket science. Don't try to make up a "story," or lie about anything. A lie can destroy YOUR credibility, but refusing to make a statement cannot, in and of itself, be used against you. Ok, I know that the streets have been pretty dead out there and some mongers can get a little desparate, but I just heard some stuff that I just refuse to believe.

Found myself out this week cruising the old Guad loop. To no surprise, the streets were extremely dead excluding a group of older and very worn SW's. Be advised. I was scouting (Just looking with no intent to pick up) around linda lou and south presa when I spotted a decoy. I went back for a closer look to find she was gone and two thugs attempted to carjack me. The news reports a woman was seen fleeing the scene as well so I'm pretty convinced the decoy jumped in the car while I was circling around mebane.

Been scouting for a couple of weeks around persa and rosevelt. Saw one on persa and Hansford at the laundromat, looked nice, brunette, 8 out of 10, but didn't partake. Been seeing a few on rosevelt between Hansford and mitchell at bus stops, and one possible on corner of rosevelt and mitchell, brunette,8 or 9 out of 10, but couldn't see face. Also seen a blonde, on persa and southcross walking towards Linda Lou, but was too dark to get a look. Had a nice figure though. There's also a lot of cops scoping out these streets so be careful, they'll be parked with lights off in the backstreets. Prolly wuts scaring off SW'S. Be safe, happy hunting.

3 nights ago at around 1:30 am there were quit a few street walkers arount the mitchel and roosevelt intersection. Like I almost hit one that like jumped into the street during a turn. WTF is going on with the hookers lately.

Be advised. I was scouting (Just looking with no intent to pick up) around linda lou and south presa when I spotted a decoy. I went back for a closer look to find she was gone and two thugs attempted to carjack me. Trouble is I had a gun too our guns got in an argument and now both vehicals are totaled so no body won At least I have another vehical. Apparently the current criminal element thinks that car jacking johns some how makes them white nights of there community while terrorizing the citizens around them. Its up to you if you want to engage them in combat or not. I choose to not make this easy for them I'll post more details of the actual events eventually since I haven't spoken to my attorny or made an actual police statement. Suprisingly I wasn't detained I was just sent to the hospital and released. I kept asking if I needed to make a statement and the hospital staff was like no one told us so they let me go. The news reports a woman was seen fleeing the scene as well so I'm pretty convinced the decoy jumped in the car while I was circling around mebane.

Out of the 40 or so encounters with street walkers this is my second car jacking. I already posted about my first that suprisingly didn't involve guns.40 and you've had 2 car jacking attempts? I've done this hundreds of times and had zero. Worst thing is the occasional cash and dash, which hasn't happened in a while. Always shoot down the girls first couple places to park.
