Went ahead and paid a visit today. I'm sure I'll take some heat for this one, but I found the experience to be enjoyable--granted expensive if one seeks only bang for the buck.

Tori is no spinner--if you're looking for "young" (20's) and "hot" you probably won't be happy here. On the other hand, she's got great hands, a pleasant personality, and can carry on a conversation if you so desire. (She's also content to just let you lie back and relax.) I sent text messages to 6 mobile telephone numbers of supposedly, women, advertising themselves in the "body rubs" or "escort" sections of bodyrubsmap.com. When I received a text message in reply, I sometimes called the telephone number. Even when I called within seconds of receiving a text message, I never got an answer. Most of the time I heard a recording saying the person I was calling had a voicemail mailbox that had not been set up yet. A few times I heard a mobile telephone company computerized voice asking me to leave a message. I often did leave a message with my name and telephone number, but I never received a return call. I was never able to hear the woman's voice, even on her outgoing voicemail announcement.

In the past when communicating with women who placed Internet personal ads I found insisting on a telephone conversation in which I could hear the woman's voice usually separated the scammers from the women who sincerely wanted to meet men.

I saw advertisements with photographs of 1 woman with 3 completely different names, making it obvious people placing advertisements were using pictures they could have found anywhere, probably downloaded online, rather than being pictures of themselves as they claimed.

Repeatedly with different bodyrubsmap.com advertisers, I was given, as a text message, a price list I must choose from before even hearing the advertiser's voice in a telephone call, let alone meeting her in person to see if she looked anything like the pictures in the advertisement.

Many news reports from mainstream news media say police are placing advertisements posing as sex workers and arresting men who answer the advertisements. The text messages I received from, supposedly, women offering "nuru" or "BBBJ" of "doggy" or "cowgirl" or "with condom or without" over and over asked me to agree to pay for sex with women whose supposed photographs I'd seen but whose voices I'd never heard.

Sending a text message agreeing to pay for sexual conduct or contact is enough to get you arrested, convicted, and your name and photograph posted on the Internet where your employer, wife, children, friends, and prospective girlfriends will find it when they Google your name -- even if you do not actually meet the "provider"/ sex worker. Simply agreeing to pay for sexual contact is a crime.

Asian massage parlors (AMPs) advertised on bodyrubsmap.com that advertise a physical address have proved to be real -- except the maseusses are never as young or prettiy and usually not as thin or shapely as those pictured in the advertisement.

Has anyone had experiences answering advertisements on bodyrubsmap.com to share with the rest of us?

I tried answering body rub & escort advertisements I saw on bodyrubsmap.com. Advertisers often replied with text messages but never answered when I tried to reach them by making a voice call. I usually got a voicemail mailbox not set up yet recording. I never got a response the few times I was able to and did leave a voicemail.

If you have experience answering ads on bodyrubsmap, please tell the rest of us what happened.

Be warned many and maybe most "body rub" & "escort" ads are placed by police to arrest and jail men who reply.

Even in Mass. , there's some hope.There is a potential caveat in the wording of the ruling however, if you were to attempt to negotiate the fee, or coerce them into a sexual act not explicitly mentioned in the advertisement.

"This case presents the question whether an individual who responds to an advertisement for commercial sexual services ostensibly from an adult sex worker purporting to be acting independently, selects from among the types of sexual services offered by the sex worker, agrees to pay the price set by the sex worker for the selected services, and goes to a location determined by the sex worker has engaged in "the crime of trafficking of persons for sexual servitude" in violation of G.L.c.265, 50 (sex trafficking statute or statute). We conclude that such an individual has not."

The ruling did go into more detail regarding the background of the case, and made a specific point of the fact that the advertisement mentioned being independent, listed specific sex acts, and included a disclaimer regarding the woman's right to refuse service.

So going by the letter of the ruling, a prosecutor could potentially attempt to bypass it by claiming that you coerced her by negotiating (in either price or acts), and then it could fall under the trafficking statute. It also implies that if the woman were not independent, then again the ruling would not apply. So we still have a bit of a minefield to navigate when talking to them.
