Greetings Everyone,
I recently cleaned up this thread by deleting a number of off-topic and otherwise worthless posts by K Monger, as well as a number responses made by other forum members to these deleted posts.
This cleanup process is not perfect, and it's possible that I may have inadvertently deleted a few otherwise legitimate posts. If you find that your own report was also deleted, please don't take it personally.

I just got home from five days on the K, and had a great time. I'm gonna have to get down there more often, I think. :)
The high point of my trip was definitely the time spent with Nicole. Whether we were driving, chilling, or doing nasty things to each other, every single second was fun and totally enjoyable. Here's what you did right:
• gave a short believable description of your time with Nicole
• included interesting and varied photos of her

Those that actually make reports here, do not have the same posting style. Also we all do not employ the same style of photography. I for one am glad of that. Why should mine be like SuperE's? Many members enjoy SuperE's and Cooky's reports. I do.
Look, if you learn anything from this post I hope it is this.
1. Any member who makes a real SW report should be valued
2. Those members that include photos in their reports should be valued most of all. How can we find or avoid SW if we do not know what they look like?

Nikki has a really nice firm healthy body. She is a nice departure from the normal crack staved bodies one usually finds on the avenue. A little nervous at first, she really warmed up during the photo taking. She has got a nice attitude and a friendly demeanor. She had no phone and no contact information. Well it looks like I'm going to be visiting the Philly area sometime in late October. I'll have at least one full day and part of one evening to monger.
So I have a couple of questions for some of the more knowledgeable mongers in the area. First which area would be more productive? Camden or Philly? Both seem to have a fair amount of action.
Which side of the river should I stay (my visit is to a show in Philly) and not knowing the area all that well I can see advantages to both Jersey and Philly.
Are the girls pretty open to going to a motel on the other side of the river? I think I recall reading CJ doing this a couple of times.
Are there any fairly safe yet girl friendly hotels/motels near either the Camden or Philly (mainly the K stroll if I stay in Philly) strolls?
Also do keep in mind that beyond knowing the K means Kensington, I am really not all that familiar with either Camden or Philly. I have been to both, but only like once for each.
I'll also be in my own car with VA tags (so I know I'll be sticking out like a sore thumb wherever I wind up going). :D Do I will need to be extra careful.
I am not adverse to using an hourly notel if there are any close by, but have no problem using my regular room if the travel isn't all that much different.

Taking a closer look at the map I realize it the two major strolls really aren't all the far apart. Other than having to go over rather busy bridges to get back and forth.
I'll definitely keep reading both forums. Who knows, I may even get to see CJ or Supereloquent grabbing up one of the ladies. :D

I was at the Carlyle with a date yesterday. Before us in line to register for a room were two black girls. They were giggling and falling over sideways like they were high. They happened to get the room right next to us.

I will be visiting Philly next week. I have RTFF and have enough info on escorts and AMPS to feel like I can find what I am looking for.
A complication has come up however. I thought I was going to have a rental car and for reasons I would just as soon not go into now, it looks like I may not have a car. I will be in a Center City hotel.
I also enjoy strip clubs. It appears like I could get to Delilah's by train from Center City. Assuming I go at 5 or 6 pm would it be relatively safe to walk from the train station to Delilah's? Are there any other clubs close to Center City? If I want to visit a Spring Garden area amp in the early evening by bus is that feasible?
I have also read about the City Paper (hope I have that right) where I can find listing of amps and things to do. Are they readily available in Center City? I get the idea City Paper is a kind of Village Voice paper as opposed to geared specifically for monger activities.
I appreciate any help you can give and I sure hope I can work it out to get a car. I know it would make things a whole lot easier.

Not to worry. Your phone number being on her cell phone is absolutely worthless in court. And I'm sure the police aren't tracking down mongers by tracing phone numbers. "It was a miss dial" is all that need be said by you. There's no proof of any criminal wrong doing or any interest by Uncle Leo in persuing things unless she's murdered someone.

When mongering, we all have security concerns. One of mine is an issue that I have with my vehicle. My door locks, when locked, recede completely into the doors. It is not possible to unlock only the passenger door when I do a pickup. I have to hit the unlock button, which unlocks all four doors and the hatch in the back. This is a big concern for me at night.
The only way I can do it safely is to reach the door handle and open the door, but it's quite a stretch. I'd like to be able to just reach over and pull up on the passenger door lock. Does anyone know if there is a different style 'knob' or something that could work?

This is easy to do you can buy replacement knobs at most auto part stores, just buy one with a knob on it. You might be able to get away with unscrewing the knob you already use when its unlocked to add extra length to it so you can pull on it after locking the doors.

Two summers ago, I'm driving east on Magee, near Van Dyke, when I see this good looking blonde walking barefoot with a white Boxer. The only amenity was a couple of wash cloths and a bar of soap. Since there was no running water in the room, I was puzzled by those "necessities" handed out at the desk. Then I was informed there is a community bathroom down the hall! Whew! Wouldn't want that soap to go to waste.
Floor was dirty as previously described and added understanding to seeing many photos of ladies still wearing socks while engaged in activities. Me? I left the socks on, but went through some interesting gyrations at the end to shed the socks and not step on the floor with bare feet all as I was pulling on the drawers as to not brush "hotel floor" onto the cloth that would house the jewels! Ended up discarding the socks and wearing shoes in "comando" fashion. The reason for "no socks" will become apparent later in the story...
Got home and have an "itch" from the place. With all of the stories abounding about the increase in bedbugs in NYC, Philly and elsewhere I have to wonder if I didn't bring home some unwanted, free-riding guests? Yuck! Actually quite glad my time there was limited.
I think next time I'll bid on a 3-star hotel off of William Shatner's site Pr*ceL*ne dot commmie. Should be able to score a decent room for 40- 50. Now if the date could be so reliable....

clean socks!
garbage bag for dirty linens, socks, towels, etc.
separate trash bad for wrappers and wrapper's wrappers.
So it was kinda like that "monger's kit" that has been duly noted numerous times in these threads - I was prepared!
But when the critical time came - as I was preparing to extract the "kit" from the boot of the car - "Oh, you can't take bags into the establishment!" WTF?
So here is the question.... Is this the truth, or was I fed a line of hooey from my date?
Second question - What else do others take with them on their trips to "in door dates?" What else should be in one's "indoor date kit?"
so, therein ends my report on this most famous establishment...no longer a virgin, but not likely a repeat customer....

In a similar vein, how many have you had a SW act all paranoid that they'll be stranded somewhere. What does this have to do with the thread 'General Reports'? This is a thread for reporting on sex with women, not rambling opinions and Wikipedia excerpts. I am going to use this General Reports thread to air some thoughts. It seems to me that the other threads in the Philly forum are topic-specific and that this thread is more amenable to discussions and observations of a more general nature.
Nothing in this post is about a specific encounter with a specific SW so right away I know some out there will raise that old charge 'what does this have to do with having sex with women? '

I'm wrapping up my vacation plans to NYC either in June or July. As a side trip, I'll be in Philly for either a day or overnight trip to check out "The K". And I'll be on foot as well. So, what would be the best strategy for me: To start from York-Dauphin uptown to Erie-Torresdale, or from Erie-Torresdale downtown to York-Dauphin. I'll also be riding the Marrket-Frankford line to either point.
Any ideas or suggestions?

You could get a chaep car rental@Enterprise near D's den. If you do walk it I would hope you would do it during daylight. Best of luck in any event. I don't worry as much about LE thinking I am a buyer, as I worry about the dealers thinking I am ULE. I can deal with a little harrassing from the cop.
I often walk on the avenue. The most important thing is to blend in. Look like you belong, know where you are going and know what you are doing. Don't look like a jerk, a sucker or ULE.
I usually put on my IPOD (down low) , keep one hand in my pocket and I purposely try to look like I am out to find a girl. Why? Because the dealers and thugs know everyone who lives in the hood and when they see a geek out for a stroll the first thing they think is, LE. I would rather they think I am a dirty old man then a cop. Stop in a store and buy something. Going in and out of a store make you look legit. To answer your question, IMHO. Assuming you at least have a transpass, I would get off the EL at Erie and Torresdale Ave. I would go to the Dunkin' Donuts and get a snack. I would check out what's happening from Torresdale, down Kensington ave, to the Bull car dealer (Act like you are checking out the cars.) I would not go more than a block in either direction before returning to the EL. There are usually girls hanging out with in two block of the DD. Girls can be found further away but they tend to collect in the area between the Bull car dealer and the DD. If you are not satisfied with Erie and Torresdale, get back on the EL and ride south to Huntingdon station and do the same thing. Walk a block or two in either direction.
The bad: things happen quickly, the pickups are quick. By the time you get to the girl, some guy in a car will drive up and swooped her away.
The good: If LE stops you they cannot confiscate you car. (Tip: Make sure you have I'd. If LE does decide to stop you and you don't have I'd they can take you to the station.)

NYPD have been using the cameras (some in fixed locations and others mounted on squad cars) to randomly check out cars and locate specific cars involved in crimes or to find stolen or unregistered vehicles. They can also be used to maintain a database of which cars were where and when. The article says Philly is starting to use these too. 1174.Fkdave has some good advice. There is not "lot" to park in at the Carlyle, you will be parking on the street. Neighborhood ain't that great, so you might see some businessmen holding down stoops from levitating away. Let her take the lead with the locals, she's on the street and knows how to handle herself. Oh yeah, and be prepared, in order to wash up at the end you get to use a "communal" bathroom. Think Euro style guest house. So it might make sense to take some supplies with you into the room. If your detective work is correct, thanks for exposing Super Ego. In my dealings with him, I found him to be someone who always has to claim he is better then you. If you have an iPhone, I highly recommend downloading the Talkatone app, which will use data instead of minutes (a great way to use your phone without data / voice charges if you're leeching free wi-fi in a foreign country as well). You can quit the Talkatone app when you don't want it to ring and load it when you do.
I also use it for any time I have to give a phone number to salespeople, etc. It has the ability to "spam" annoying numbers so that they'll never ring your phone at all. Not that that has anything to do with the hobby, but it's a nice touch.

I'm another happy Google Voice user. You can turn it on and off when you want it, forward it to whatever phone you want, text for free. And the person who you call / text only sees your Google Voice number, not your personal cell number, even if you're using your cell to contact them. There's no sharing or other code to enter; when someone dials my GV number it rings whatever phone I have chosen or Google Voice chat. I know people who pick a number that is local for friends / relatives and it saves long distance.
Your initial number is free; if you ever want to change it, a $10 fee applies. Google rocks.

With an iPhone, Talkatone lets you avoid the paper trail entirely by using a Google Talk client for VoIP communication. You're using data instead of voice minutes, so it won't show up on your phone bill.
You can also choose to have your GV number show up on Caller I'd. That means that if your phone plan supports a feature where you can pick certain numbers for free airtime, add your GV number and you won't have to pay for it. .

I tried it, when I used my old gmail account, it asked me if I want a number. Then I used my new gmail account (associated with my android phone) and it did not ask me if I wanted a new number. Wonder if they don't offer them when you have one

Another option that came to my attention over the weekend is Ring Shuffle (www.ringshuffle.com). Basically you give it your mobile number, pick an area code, and it gives you a "shuffle" number good for a week. Done with the number? Shuffle to a new one.
No text options, unfortunately, and it won't address the calling number coming up on the bill issues (use one of the VoIP options for Google Voice to avoid that) , but will give you a temporary number that will ring your phone and can be disposed of when finished.

Maybe a year ago there were lots of posts speculating about how much $$$ SWs make out there. Yesterday there was an article in the NY Times about a former SW with a mention of $$$ that caught my eye. SWs are on Kensington which you could get to by taking the Market Frankfort line and then saunter around until you find something you want. Not a dangerous hood, just run down and junky. It does have a lot of drugs (why the SWs are there). Go during the day, you'll still see plenty of SWs. Get off at Erie-Torresdale and walk south you can go home by getting on one of the other stations.

(1) I got off the El at the Somerset station hoping to find somebody with a nearby room and almost immediately ran into Kim, a former date. We ended up going to the adult bookstore 1/2 block north at Hart Lane, rented an upstairs video booth and she sat on me while I sat on the tiny wooden seat. The last I heard the bookstore was still on probation for its L&I violations and was not renting space to couples; it's been a few months however.

I worked in this area for 7-8 years and know the ave well. The north side is safer then the south. (talking about the south. Somerset) Ever count the number of senseless murders in this area. Send a person who doesn't know the area along with a pocket full of cash and your looking at another statistic. If you feel safe go hang out here but I wouldn't. Every day people go for walks with these girls to places they know where they have an arrangement to pay the people $10 or whatever. They are usually rooms people rent to them in the basement that have a bed. They'd have to call ahead to setup and ambush, if they were doing it on a regular basis it would be talked about here more.

Much of what you are saying makes a lot of sense. I have but one question: What difference does having a rented car (or any car) make.
There was a News report, earlier today, about a victim who was shot in his car and drove to the hospital were he died. I have heard of guys who got robbed in their car. I have heard of guys who got robbed at their hotel after driving there with a girl. Guys get robbed at gun point during car dates in back lots. Unless the car is bullet proof, or comes with an armed guard, I don't see where it, by itself, is a lot of protection. In fact, you may be worst off, if you let yourself be lured into a sense of false safety, believing you don't have to be alert because you've rented a car.
FYI: Guys who grew-up in the hood, lived there all their life and know the streets get killed every day.
Whether On foot, driving a tank or ordering out, your best defense/protection is a alert mind.

The best advice is travel to this area with very little cash wear nondescript clothes. Get a $20 "batphone" and leave the area after you get a "Hottie" to go to a No-tel. Don't draw attention to youraelf in anyway. These people are tough and travel in packs targeting the easy marks.

Any 4+ wheeled vehicle would work. When I bought my work truck (f150) I almost bought a van instead. Wouldn't take much to make it nicer then the Carlisle.
I actually saw a semi truck circling the block to get a date. And that was a 53 footer.

Personally I like getting out and walking among the girls. When walking I can hand pick my date. Also, LE is less of a problem for a pedestrian. If I am stopped while walking, I need only show I'd and keep quiet. My car is not in danger of being searched and confiscated.
But, You are right, I wouldn't recommend walking for the faint of heart. I suggest doing a recon and get the lay of the land, before talking a stroll.

PHILADELPHIA — A 65-year-old Feasterville man has been charged in connection with running a prostitution ring inside a Mummers clubhouse in South Philadelphia.
Lawrence XXXXXXXX, of the unit block of Fourth Street, was charged with promoting prostitution, conspiracy and unlawful sales of liquor, according to court documents.
He is awaiting a preliminary hearing on the charges in Philadelphia. He was released on his own recognizance, court records show.
Police were led to the operation at the clubhouse of the Downtowners Fancy Brigade by an anonymous tip.
It is charged that XXXXXXXX got the women for Tuesday night events.
The Courier Times was unsuccessful in contacting XXXXXXXX for comment.
Several neighbors on his quiet Feasterville street said Wednesday they never heard of him. A Lower Southampton police official also said he never heard of XXXXXXXX.
Following a six-week undercover investigation, Philadelphia police went to the clubhouse Tuesday night. They were told by a tipster that prostitutes were at the clubhouse on the second Tuesday of every month, according to the Associated Press.
When undercover officers arrived, they paid a $30 cover charge for beer and other food and found 50 to 60 men and about 15 to 20 women inside. Many of the women were naked and performing sex acts, the undercover cops told Philadelphia Deputy Police Commissioner William Blackburn.
The undercover officers were offered sex for money and sex acts were being performed in public view, police said. The women were charging between $30 and $100 for each act, police added.
Police raided the club and seized more than $4,000 in cash and about 1,500 containers of beer and liquor, according to court documents.
Two other men arrested, Alfred XXXXXXXX. 44, and John XXXXXXXX. 56, are club officials, police said. Police identified XXXXXXXX as a steward and XXXXXXXX as a financial secretary.
Police said the club does not have a liquor license and added both men face liquor violations and criminal conspiracy, similar to XXXXXXXX.
Meanwhile. 10 women were charged with prostitution, police said.
In a statement, the Philadelphia Mummers Association said it was shocked and denied any connection to the alleged prostitution ring.
'This was not a Mummers' prostitution rings nor a Downtowners Fancy Brigade prostitution rings, ' according to the statement. The statement went on to say officials were 'shocked' by the alleged behavior of the group that rented out the club.
'If the allegations are true, the Mummers and the Downtowners organization are as much victims of this as anyone, ' according to the statement.
The annual Mummers Parade, often called Philadelphia's Mardi Gras, is a century-old Philadelphia tradition in which costumed revelers March through the city every New Year's Day

Just to let you know about hooker stings in Trenton. I thought I was street smart enough not to get caught up in one. Always cruise around the block looking for LE, never proposition the girl until you did the LE check in the car, all that stuff. And everybody knows a decoy will never get in the car, so no way I was going to get caught in one of them. A couple of years ago I saw a girl I thought I knew and pulled over, she opended the door and asked me if I was looking for a date. I knew she was not the girl I thought she was and figured out right then and there she was LE and started to pull off, she called out how about 2 for a BJ as I drove off. I did not mke it half a block before an unmarked car pulled me over and arrested me. When I showed up in court the Trenton prosicutor told me I was charged with loitering for the purpose of prositution. That means they don't have to prove you offered money for sex. I told him I never even talked to the decoy and he said that it would be her word against mine in court, and offered me a deal, no loss of license if I pled guilty and paid a fine. Well I ended up spending $400 in fines and court costs and got a 90 day suspended sentence. So don't go by what you hear. There was another guy in court with me that was picked up in the same sting and he never even pulld over, just went around the block twice to check the girl out and they nailed him. The thing you have to remember is they will tell you she is wearing a wire, but unless you incriminate yourself you will never see the transcripts in court. It will be their word against yours. Loitering for the purpose of Prostitution is about as bogus a charge as I have ever heard of. I think I would put the $500 down as a retainer and fight the charge.
