Given the variety of things that can go wrong I would agree with you. I know I don't want myself or my vehicle associated with such an environment. If the place is under surveillance it could throw you right in the middle of a major LE investigation you don't want any part of, which would potentially be much more personally damaging than pursuing a relatively innocent 'hobby'.

Why would anyone complain about a Craigslist ad? I can understand if someone is offending by an ad in the Trib but you have to go seek out the listing on Craigslist. I wonder how long it will be till all the ABS,remaining AMP's and Strip Clubs in Columbia are shut down?
"Five women are behind bars this morning after police ran a prostitution sting. Columbia police conducted an undercover prostitution investigation at a local Columbia hotel late last night. Police will not release the name of the hotel at this time. We do know the investigation was in response to complaints about ads found in a local newspaper and on the internet site Craig's List. Police say the advertisements clearly offered sex for sale. Through the ads police made calls to the women and made arrangements to meet at the hotel. Once it was clear the women were selling sex for money, the undercover officers arrested the women. One suspect was also arrested for endangering the welfare of a child because she brought her two kids, who are 2 and 4 years old, to the hotel. The suspects are 23-year-old Candra F. Sorry gentlemen, I did the cardinal no no of getting involved in their personal lives. She left her location tonight and did the right thing to get her life back in order and leave an abusive relationship with her husband and fight for her 6 month old child with a little help from me. North-side homeowner fires handgun at intruders

A woman who interrupted a burglary at her north Columbia home early today fired a handgun at three intruders, possibly hitting one, police said.
Officers were dispatched at about 1 a.m. to xxxx Winners Circle, where the woman told police she arrived home, noticed her back door had been kicked in and saw three intruders, police said.
The woman, whom police did not identify, moved outside the home and was followed by the suspects, police said. As the suspects were leaving the home, Sgt. Ken Hammond said, one suspect pointed a handgun at the woman, and she fired a handgun in his direction.
“Our investigation leads us to believe she struck one of the burglars, but no one has shown up at the hospitals,” Hammond said.
The victim described the suspects as black males wearing hooded sweatshirts. She told police one suspect wore his hair in dreadlocks. Anyone with information is asked to contact CrimeStoppers at 875-8477 or 875tips.com.
Hammond said the woman has cooperated with police and her statements indicated her actions might be defensible under Missouri’s self-defense law, commonly called the Castle Doctrine.
“It’s pretty early in our investigation,” he said.
There was no answer at the home this morning, where city crews outside appeared to be working on a fire hydrant.
The home is owned by Karon Rowe, according to Boone County tax records. Rowe also owns Answers salon on Blue Ridge Road, as well as the Peppers nightclub on Highway 763.

I am from the stl-metro east area and travel to and through mid missouri in mid-November. I will have a stay over there for one night, and would like to find some company. I have been lurking here for a while, but don't really see a steady, sure fire gal that I should call. Chelle is someone I know personally, but been there done that. If anyone has a suggestion please pm me. Thanks.
BTW, I did stop into two of the AMPs about a month ago. I saw Kim I think at Tokeo. That little dog is a trip. Full service was offered, but I was short on time and funds, I may go back if nothing else developes.
