Hello all,
Thanks to Warpig200 who gave me Rhonda's #, I was able to hook up with her today around noon. Had to go to gary and meet her but it's only 5 minutes for were I stay. We settled on 40 bucks for 50/50. I mostly agree with the men on this board but i have to take exception to Mr. Wash, Yes you are right if all you want is a crack ***** the price of 50 or less is about right. But if you are looking for a quality GFE experiance then want to be sure you are not taking anything home to the wife you need to pay a bit more.
Some times getting a nut off is all that is needed but if you want a safe place not a back alley to do this it costs money. As far as the prices set by ladies on C/L i cant speak for all of them and wouldnt try to but no reason to lower them if we are working.

Your right Michelle, If enough guys are willing to pay what you charge so that you are working enough to make the money you want, why lower your prices?
I think the problem is some providers price themselves out of the market, and then wonder why they aren't making enough money/losing money. I know one girl that is very pretty, provides good service, and has an absolutely wonderful personality. The problem is she was charging this super high price. What is a super high price? Well it is a price comparable to what escorts in chicago charge. The problem for her is that while she was pretty, she wasn't THAT pretty, and this is Gary not downtown chicago. The end result was that more often then not, she was LOSING money, by booking a motel for the weekend and then getting NO CUSTOMERS. She eventually quit posting on CL altogether.
The big thing a provider needs to be aware of is that this is a business, just like any other. You have to be aware of who your customers are and who your competition is. Perhaps you can't find enough clients who are willing to pay the amount necessary for you to feel comfortable. With the internet, there is an expanding base of new customers, however that same internet makes those newbies fairly knowledgable about their options fairly quickly.
Hell, there is no way I would have found out about NWI without the internet (this site specifically). That was about 3 1/2 years ago. Today, I've pursued this hobby in 5 countries already, by the end of the year it will probably be 10. This is probably why a lot of girls get a quick spurt of new customers but few repeats.
Every time I consider meeting up with a particular girl, in my mind I am comparing her to all of the other options, PS, CTS, a few strip clubs in Harvery, CL, plus all the freelancer's who's numbers I have. Not to mention just not having any encounter and putting that money I saved toward a trip to Costa Rica, the Domincan Republic, Amsterdam, Montreal, etc. That is a lot of competition. :)
My bet is that over the next few years you are going to see A LOT MORE girls getting into the game via the internet, but most will hop out after a few months because the competition is going to be so fierce.

You could not have said it better. I believe that if a woman is a good looker and a good provider, she could charge a good rate. The real purpose of CL is to reach out to a broad audience and charge resonable rates for everyday joes. To charge a person $200-500 bucks for an hour is escort prices is to muck for the average guy and most ladies will only meet 1 or 2 guys that will pay that. If you charge $50 to 100, depending on what you want, you can make more money and have repeat costumers. Just because you want we want to pay less doesn't mean we are getting crack-head service or ladies who carries diseases. I just believe that we as costumers need to keep prices affordable. I have been all over the world and seen ladies that are considered the most beautiful in the world (Brazilian). These ladies charge maybe $100 buck a hour but when you come to the you. S. They want 2-5 hundred. Ladies I'm not mad at you if you can charge and recieve that much but I bet if you charge what most men can afford to pay, you would get more business. I have been on this site for several years and I'm suprised that the guys on this site are paying this much money for service that most say don't meet the expectations. Back in the days I would never hear about guys paying that much for service unless it was special requests involced. If you look at the quality of the girls on CL and then look at the girls on escort site you can compare the price, looks and services and see that there is no comparing the two. I basically agree with what you say - About a week ago I was trying to decide if I should see a lady. Then after thinking about it I asked myself a couple of questions
Do I really want to drive 30 minutes each way - pay 250 for 25 minutes.
On that night - The answer was No.
I know the ladies are only requesting what the market will bear - and that's OK with me. My problem is that when it say an hour - a hour is 60 minutes not 20.
If a lady say per (whatever) and it takes 20 minutes she has upheld her end of the deal - if it say per hour then I don't think I should be rushed out the door.
Maybe a lady only wants to see 1 or 2 a day and knows that she can make between 500 -1000.
Why does a lady have to reduce her request so that she can see more people each day to make the same.
As for lowering requests - If she chooses to price 50% of the clients out of her range - she knows what she is doing and has her reasons for doing it - I have no problem with that.
As a matter of fact I agree with her.

I love to hear what you men have to say on this subject, and of course as a woman I love to hear that some of you even agree with me. Also I agree with you. I know some providers rush clients though to the next one and know that they can get a man out in about 20 minutes. Thats not me though. Although we dont agree on the amount we dont have to, i would think somewhere in the range of 150-200 is about right for quality time well spent with the average provider. If you are working for a service often they get about half of that so i know that escort services are higher but you have less risk. If you offer quality service you can only see a few clients a day so you have to charge enough to cover expenses.
I love hearing from you all and will continue to comment on this board.

Sometimes all you want is something fast and fun and you dont get that from an escort. I know some guy can not "Peform" under the presure and some guys love it. What I always do, if its wrong please inform me, going to a escort/cl lady is ask her in email or phone that I will be getting a therapeutic massage whether I am or not. Though I'm not sure, I figured that if the woman disrobes before any talk of money occurs, then you are probably ok, as LE wouldn't go that far. Sort of why the street walker shows you a tit or gives you a quick peek at her snatch, and you show her Jr., before any talk at all regarding money or services are performed.

The Beer Barrel Tavern on US 30 about 2 miles East of the Mall in Merrillville has shows on Tue & Thurs night. They have like 3-5 girls with like 2 hotties but they always seemed to be tied up with the regulars. I have been but never had a dance.

Guys it is never "Safe". That is also part of the thrill. Keep only the money you want to spend/lose on you. Keep your eyes open and know your route of egress. Always let them make the offer to you. Never offer money for sex because it is against the law.
Maybe get a cheap hotel and get an out call to you. It seems harder and less productive to send LE all over the suburbs to every guy vs. getting you to an incall location where they arrest guys by the dozens.
Regulars on this list won't give details until you prove that you are willling to share intel and they know you a bit.

Don't get sent to the Chicago metro area much. Was there a few times in the 90's after I graduated from college. Was not active in the hobby but recall the advantage of heading to Hammond to get cheap gas when you were in the South Suburbs. Some friends once took me to a few strip clubs (although girls never got naked) along State Line. I recall seeing lots of girls that they pointied out were hookers. There were bunchs of them when we went in the club and when we came out there were different ones.
Driving through in the middle of the night last week decided to check things out. Unless I am way lost this area was totally dead. I do remember the hosptial so I think this was not the case. Could not find any of the strip clubs and did not see any girls out. Did a bit of cruising and notice the streets seem to have all been blocked off or made one way in the area. Non conductive to the hobby, plus a pain for residents.
Only thing I did see was a black guy walking with a 20-something blonde white girl. I was at a stop sign and the girl came over an asked if THEY could have a ride. she said they had run out of gas and were needing a ride to the gas station. I said no and took off.
About 10 minutes later I saw the girl all alone, about 4 or 5 blocks where I had first talked to her. Stopped and asked her if her friend had abandoned her. There were bunchs of them when we went in the club and when we came out there were different ones.
Driving through in the middle of the night last week decided to check things out. Unless I am way lost this area was totally dead. I do remember the hosptial so I think this was not the case. Could not find any of the strip clubs and did not see any girls out. Did a bit of cruising and notice the streets seem to have all been blocked off or made one way in the area. Non conductive to the hobby, plus a pain for residents.

That place has been a rip for long stretch. The alternate menu has been way to high for a long time. I used to go there quite a while ago and the prices were just right..After they shut down all the other action in MC, Sun Spa somehow got reopened and figured they'd run the monopoly pricing structure.
I was passing through the area, needed some gas and decided to revisit and check things out..Half hour w/Table shower and tried to negotiate some real fun but I got pissed at the attitude of the girl. she wanted 60 for a hj and 200 for all in. Police investigated several other prostitution suspects Friday, but officers didn't obtain enough information to seek criminal charges against them, Cooper said.
Merrillville Police Chief Petruch said prostitution can attract violent crimes if it continues in Merrillville, and police will not tolerate the activity.
Cooper said the Police Department doesn't have enough personnel to devote a full-time unit to combating prostitution in Merrillville hotels, but police will conduct more prostitution stings periodically.
Cooper said management at both hotels was cooperative during the sting Friday, but he and Petruch would like the town's hotels to immediately notify police when suspicious activity is observed.

Just a word of warning to the new guys... this is why us old timers suggest that everyone think about this and look into a monger phone..

I have been experimenting with this for awhile and since it has worked well for me, it is time to share.
I received a extra invite a few months ago. Since I already have an account for my home phone(I do not have or need a long distant carrier becsause of this great service), I thought I would put an account on my cell phone with a google number(looks like a regular #).
On a cellphone it does not really save you any money like it does on a landline but it does give you a second phone number with call screening. Both numbers can work at the sametime. When you call either number will show up on their caller ID your choice.
I use the google number for play. I give that number out. Because of the screening I can choice to answer or listen to their VM as they leave it, they never know I am on the line listening, if I want I can jump in and talk. I can also turn off the GV and later turn it back on. I can also change the phone that it rings whenever. Settings are done on a computer or on a cellphone with internet
IT IS ALL FREE
This saves me so much hassle with unwanted/untimely calls. I have control like a disposable without the buying and hiding.

Although free google has to send you an invite, which is about a 2 month wait. So go to GV web site and apply for an invite now. No, thats the answer. I stopped by there about a month ago and they told me they no longer do the shows. There is, however, another bar down the street on the opposite side of the street that used to have shows and may still be doing them. The bar is across from the union hall. Hope this helps
