I bought some more minutes on the Quest chat line & hooked up with Candy who lives near Capital & Fondle Lac in a decent neighborhood. I was driving west on Highland. I stopped for the light at 27th. I noticed what looked like a fairly well dressed black woman sitting in the bus stop shelter (northwest corner) across the street. Not necessarily, considering there are many factors to weigh in on the specific situation. How hot she is, does she rush, technique, how well she follows orders.

Great report and thanks for the number. I agree with everything you and the other posters have said about Laura. In my opinion her prices are fair although lower is always better. I hit the streets Monday figuring I'd hit the jackpot because of the beautiful weather. Nothing on Lisbon or North Aves and 35th Street looked like a parade was going by or Obama was going to walk the street by all the people sitting on porches.

This week I had business on the East side, so I took Lisbon around 630PM. There is usually a BSW or two. One is the bus stop on the northeast corner of 33rd & Lisbon. First,, go to advanced search then select Milwaukee county then case type ( CM for misdemeanor) then filing date ( 12/18/08 ) then select six days now you can hit search for all the busts for that period of time.

Go to CCAP, Select Advance search, select 50 records / screen. Select Milwaukee county, Under Case Type, select CM. Misdemeanor, on filing date, select a date that's two weeks ago (If today is 12-24-2008, fill in 12-10-2008, if today is 1-3-2009, then add whatever days were in the month previous. December has 31, so you get 34, subtract 14, and you get 20, so you put in December 20, 2008. That date would bring you current to 1-3-2009, see? ), and select the two week period (This rarely overflows). Then hit search. On the next page that pops up, you'll get every scofflaw that got nailed for the last two weeks.
So go to the heading marked DATE OF BIRTH and click on it twice. You'll get your list sorted from youngest to oldest that way. I usually go through the list and click on female names up until they reach 28 or so. I don't like my wh*res too old.

One of my stops in which I had some luck in several years back was on Holton near Capitol Dr. a old folks bar in late evening where some providers would occasionally frequent. But as a general rule late evening bars are not that comfortable for myself.

Yes, I read many reports like that and even had it happen to myself also picking up the only one out there (low quality) then on the way out of the hood seeing better ones walking around smiling and waving? (where were they before) ? but I haven't been out there lately due to a back injury and the medication seems to be killing my sexual drive :(
Getting to think about a full size van with a mattress in the back also with black glass would save on motel expense and the long drive there especially on the first meeting.

It has been a long time since I have posted, even a longer time since I went cruising for SW's. I am interested to see how the crumbling economy is going to affect the SW population. In theory it should produce a much better selection on the streets and the chat lines due to two main reasons:
1) Low paying jobs are harder to get for the potential SW/ breadwinner
2) Us mongers are either less willing or unable to part with our hard earned $$
This should produce a buyers market out there but it may take a while to filter through. I will be interested to follow the reports and see if these fundamentals of supply and demand hold true on the strolls.
On a complete side note I am already seeing this occur in a favorite monger destination, Costa Rica. In just the past year I have noticed a complete 180 to a buyers market, prices have come down and quality has gone up. I am planning another trip there in Feb if anyone is interested, airfare is about $300 and the mp chicas are about $30 for FS hour. This makes a lot of sense. Another reason we should see more SWs is fewer LE agents out there to bust them. Police departments determine how many cops they need based on some complex math that factors in the amount of crime taking place. In all the news reports crime has dropped a lot, especially in Milwaukee. With Wisconsin state's budget $5B in the hole there are cuts everywhere. And the reduced number of cops out there will have to focus on the more major crimes & less on the minor stuff - like how a woman makes a few bucks to put food on the table.
All this is theory, of course. I'm keeping my eyes open.

Several arrests for prostitution and drug use have been made during the past week at Super 8 hotel, 115 N. Mayfair Road.
According to Wauwatosa Police Department reports:
On Jan. 19, about 4 p.m., a 36-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for trying to sell crack cocaine in the hotel parking lot. He said he supports his family through drug sales and had about $800 in cash. He was referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
Earlier that day, around 10:30 a.m., a 26-year-old Onalaska man was arrested for drug paraphernalia possession after police found four used crack pipes, a marijuana pipe and three spoons with burned residue in his hotel room. He said he had come to the area to buy drugs, and he and a 31-year-old Madison woman had smoked crack cocaine in the room a few days prior.
The woman also said she had been prostituting herself at the hotel for several weeks to pay for her habit. The Onalaska man had a warrant from the Wisconsin Department of Correction for violating probation, while the woman had several recent prostitution arrests on her record. Wauwatosa police did not arrest her for prostitution for the Jan. 19 incident.
The next day, though, a 34-year-old Madison woman was arrested for prostitution as she arrived to meet a man at the hotel about 11 p.m. She had been advertising her "erotic services" online on craigslist. She brought a variety of prescription drugs as well as a bag full of sex toys and condoms.

PAPThe reason is cost.On Ebay you can usually buy a 60 minute Spoofcard for around five dollars and that figures at about eight cents a minute where as a discounted rate on Nightline usually costs you about twelve cents a minute.
I know little more than you do about chatlines in general and was grateful for all the recent postings telling about it too. From what i read, some of the chat lines offer free trials and free minutes for new customers. These are tracked by caller ID information so you cannot just reapply forever for free minutes. I think the spoof card fools the caller Id so you can keep signing up to get free minutes over and over again. (Someone correct me if I am wrong on this.)

If you want to get technical you could buy a $50 VM minute package and bring your minute price down to about 5 cents a minute plus you could probably get em cheaper on Ebay too.
Lets assume for the sake of argument that the per minute cost is equal for each approach, the ability to receive incoming calls on a temporary - anonymous number is huge. Can't tell you the number of messages I have gotten on the phones with great deals because they are in a monetary bind.

Well, haven't posted in a while but I had tons of luck over the winter, I posted on a few of them.
