What is the scene like in Dallas for xxx theaters. I see Lido's and Bliss are about it; how is the action there?

I know most are hit or miss (mostly miss, or gay action).

Also, if the action could be good at one or the other, I have a mid-30's horny friend who'd be interested in getting her freak on in such a place.
