The response was defensive and vaguely threatening "saying you will leave on first appt won't be good for either of you", could just be a language barrier but take that as you will, the defensiveness was clear. Which is never a good sign.
Generally if you're advertising something you believe in and a customer questions it, you want to reassure them "you will be very happy with the girl you booked" etc.
I ended up cancelling because personally I do this very sparingly and selectively and I don't need bad vibes from a booker right before I drive an hour both ways to see a provider.
