Intel on these two GFE only girls:

STD Testing
OC's best option may be any free county STD clinic or AHF Wellness. It caters to men. If you have symptoms, get tested / treated at an STD clinic at low cost without insurance. It is free/cheap with no insurance EOB or other hassle. I also use my primary care doctor or even urgent care if I'm out of Socal. You'll get a line item EOB for your insurance in the mail which works for me, but some people have expressed they don't want that so just FYI. It's why I usually just mention the STD clinics - their doctors test and treat for STDs all day and are professional and non-judgemental.

County clinics are usually $0 to $40 with no insurance. One time I only had $50 bills so they waived the feel as-if I were a homeless walk-in. They are a public service. Visitors are 80%-90% men so I understand women may be uncomfortable using it, so women can try Planned Parenthood. It is also cheap but not nearly as cheap.

If you have clear symptoms or you have been exposed to a partner who tested positive for bacterial STDs, you'll get treatment on the spot before test results come back. If you are high risk, they may give you the 3-antibacteria combo to broadly cover things they don't test for (Trich, Mgen, and others). On Callondoc, this is the equivalent of the 3-combo treatment for Trichomoniasis, Chlamydia, Ghonorrhea. If you have symptoms, stop by the clinic since you can get the shot which is the gold standard. Take all your pills as directed.

Whereas the pill prescription by Callondoc is an alternative that is proven almost as effective - some people are allergic to the shot so studies were done to confirm the pill alternative. It might be good for those who are quitting bb to do "just in case" for future partners years in the future. There are many mild bacteria and parasites that common STD tests don't bother to test for, and are covered anyways by the 3-combo antibacteria. Some are asymptomatic in one person but not another. So when people tell me they are soft retiring, I give them this same advice.

Women may do better at Planned Parenthood for low-cost testing/treatment, birth control, etc.. It caters to women - I've used them and it's great but I'm in line with many women. For vaccines like Gardasil, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and the Flu, try CVS or Walgreens. It's easy and often free. Any early 20s kgirl has probably already gotten Gardasil (roughly 90% got it). Late 20s, maybe not. It's why guys should consider it too. Anyone under 45 can start Gardasil, and it is the most important vaccine. Then Hepatitis B, then Hepatitis C, in that order. Hep A vaccine if you are into rimming or gay sex (oral-fecal). I was only recommended the Hep B vaccine by the clinic doctors, since it is more common and for normal sexually active people. At CVS you can usually pick up to 3, so I get the flu if there's an extra slot.

Quitting BB

001 to 003 Condoms
001 to 003 feels closer to bb without the risks, cost, or worry. 002 strikes a good balance for beginners by default. It is a very good compromise for many guys, and it's sanitary. None of this covers viral infections. I've already mentioned Gardasil which is the most important. Genital warts, cervical cancer, and anal cancer rates are dropping from its introduction, but there is not yet herd immunity by a longshot. If you are sexually active, you need it but it is mainly provided for those 45 and under. You can get it from CVS. While you're there, Hep B vaccination too but it's less a priority these days due to long-term vaccination and herd immunity.

I'll mention Shameless Care which is a similar telehealth and prescribes Doxy-PEP. I only post this once a year in case it helps someone have more peace of mind.

Some telehealth will prescribe it in bulk like Shameless Care on a case-by-case basis. For example, 40 doses for about $200. So you can take it on the spot which dose increase its effectiveness rather than 1-3 days later. Each does is typically 2 pills. Medical info is private under the law, and each person has to decide if it suits them or not. There are side effects like diarrhea and some nausea. It can be mild, just don't be surprised.

It is the opinion of several STD clinic doctors that PrEP for HIV is not necessary for most of us, unless you regularly participate in unprotected anal sex or intravenous drug use. Whereas Doxy-PEP for bacteria greatly mitigates your risk (for occasional BB), but doesn't eliminate all risk..I'll note that these options give peace of mind. There can also be a strategic use of doxy-PEP if you have already just been treated and 'cleared', and are dipping back in to bb land again a few times. It can keep your clear streak going much longer.

Booker Tips
Every booker has pros and cons. CGLA and Get9 do not care whether you write positive or negative reviews on girls. They lean customer over girl. They don't tell people how to review.
