I can't speak to Viet nail salons but I rotate between a couple Viet barber shops in WM and SA because they're inexpensive on my nearly 70-year old, nearly bald cranium trimming. Both in Garden Grove. I don't recommend either places though. Both owners are grumpy and despite what other reviews you say, you will be lucky to get more than a handy.

I was in need of a haircut and my usual is no longer available. Why not give Lisa's at Bay's a try. The massage is average, with no teasing. You do get a free legit table shower in a different room. Its $50 for hr which includes the table shower. So your massage is actually only like 40 minutes then its about 10 mims of table shower. No I didn't do the math wrong, I was short 10 minutes. I did enjoy the table shower and they do offer HJ, but I declined.
