Traveling to Dallas, staying near the airport without a vehicle. I can take a cab, seems like Emerald is the place to go, however I don't want to leave a cab waiting for me out front. Is there a nice safe strip mall with a starbucks or something where I can get dropped off and then walk the rest? I expect it will be a daytime or early evening visit.

One thing I'd like to point out to the out of towners asking questions. When you go to the AMP, you should not directly ask for a massage as some of these places are no longer licensed for massages. Just say you'd like a one hour (or 30 minute) session. They'll understand you and won't assume its your first time there.

I don't live in Dallas but I'll try to answer a few questions:

R2D2: You don't specify where downtown you are staying. But Hawaii Spa should be close to you and it is considered one of the better AMPs in Dallas.

Perfectworld40: The closest places to be dropped off for Emerald AMPs are 2 gas stations, both at the corner of Royal and Emerald. It's a 2-3 minute walk from there to a bunch of AMPs. The area is safe to walk during the day and early evening. Could you rent a car at DFW? It should be cheaper than taking taxis, especially if you rent on the weekend. Why not ask the AMP if they'll call a taxi for you when you are done? I'm sure they'll be glad to do it.

The Icon: Dallas is slightly cheaper than Chicago. $ gets FS at most places. That is for the tip only, I'm not including the entrance fee.

Good luck guys and let us know where you visited. FWIW my favorite AMPs are Nancho (1 block west of Emerald on Royal), Pink's on Northwest Highway, and Hawaii Spa at 2006 Market Center Blvd (214) 651-1818.

I have been lurking on the board for a while and reading all of your reviews and I was having a shitty day at work so I decided I needed a treat and it was time to take the plunge and give an AMP a try.

Based on what everyone was writing I decided to start at the top with PINK. I just got back from a fantastic hour with the very hot, very talented Momo. This being my first time at an AMP I really did not know what to expect but WOW. I really enjoyed the experience. Lets just say it will not be my last time! Been meaning to post my review of Hawaii Spa which I went to back in March--and am glad that I did.

Went at about 5:30pm on a Thursday and it was quiet. Mamasan buzzed me in the door, took me to my chaning/massage room--and was also the one to give me the TS and massage. Not sure if that's because all of the girls were busy with other mongers or whether this is the typical way of doing things here (i.e. the girl who lets you in also gives you the massage). Viited PINK yesterday. I am visiting from Chi-town and have not been able to find a place with a similar quality as what we have in the mid-West (ala apartment scene, Peking Spa.). PINK was a very pleasant surprise. I had been to the Emerald places and found them just fair. I visited PINK in the early afternoon. The woman that answered the door was actually a 9 in looks and body so a line up was not necessary. Her name was Sharon. I took one hour for. 6 with $. 4 for tip. The reason: Sex for money may be recession resistant but it's not recession proof. "Business is in a lower slump than I've ever seen it before," Flint says.

In Nevada, the world's oldest profession has been very lucrative. In a typical year, legal brothels generate about $50 million in total revenue and have an economic impact of about $400 million on the state. But in the last 18 months the industry's cash flow has taken a dive. Why? Like other businesses around the country, bordellos throughout the state are feeling the pinch of rising gas prices and a weak economy.

Several of the hardest hit are the houses of prostitution in Nevada's rural northern areas, which get roughly 60 percent of their business from truckers. "Some of these brothels are out in the middle of nowhere so fuel prices have an effect, says Dennis Hof, owner of the infamous Moonlite Bunny Ranch. According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, diesel on the West Coast now costs $4.87 per gallon. That means truckers could easily spend $1,000 to fill up their tanks, leaving them with little extra cash and less likely to take a detour. For bordello owners, relocating to more central locations is impossible. Under Nevada law, brothels can only operate in counties with fewer than 400,000 residents.

Yet, even brothels located in the south, closer to tourist-populated places like Las Vegas, are not fairing much better. Flint estimates that 75 to 80 percent of Southern Nevada's brothel business comes out of Sin City. But Las Vegas is somewhat down on its luck. Casino gambling revenue fell from $614.9 million in December to $517.5 million in March, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Many brothels consider gambling direct competition for a tourist's discretionary dollars, and if their competition is suffering, it's not a good sign. "Even if someone does get to Vegas, they may not spend their money on a brothel as a form of entertainment because times are tough," says Bob Fisher who represents the Chicken Ranch brothel that's about 50 miles from The Strip.

To stay competitive, brothel owners are turning to advertising. Until last July, bordellos were not allowed to advertise outside their immediate areas. Now they can directly market their services in Vegas, Reno and other cities where their existence was known only by word of mouth. Fisher, who acknowledges that the Chicken Ranch has been affected by the economic downturn but won't go into specifics, says they've done mobile billboards, yellow pages and are looking into radio and TV. Drempt i made my monthly trip to the Big D and my thursday night visit to the Pink place.

Well, had a second go around at Hawaii spa and had a great time. On looking around for a good AMP I found this post. I can only think that Phred was smoking Thai. This place sounded good to me so I thought I would give it a try. The cab driver tried to warn me and take me to another location, I thought he was getting a kick back from the other place. Honestly I should have listened. This place was a rip off deluxe. If any of you even think of going there don't, you would be better off buying a playboy or similar and doing yourself. I walked in and an older Mama San went back and got a tall well built blond. I thought O.K. Not Asian but very attractive. Paid .6 for the entrance fee. By the way the place was dirty. Blond came back in after about 10 minutes proceeded to tell me that extras was 2 bills. I was nice about it and told her I couldn't produce that kind of cash. She left came back in and said it was o.k. with mama san. She got undressed. Crawled between my legs, covered me and started a very lackluster CBJ. Then when I tried to touch her she said no she didn't allow that. Sorry your trip to 333 was so bad Advisor, but I really hope it doesn't totally sour you on the Big D AMP scene. I am fairly active and spread around my dollars to lost of different AMPs when I can. Favorite has always been Pink, but I try to check the others out when I can to see the new girls as they change out.

333 has always been very hit or miss for me as well. I have had some of my best sessions there and some of my worse. Couple weeks back I went and had a very similar experience to yours with a blonde girl named Brooke or maybe Brooklyn. She knew I knew what was up so she didn't try to upsell me on the price like you seem to have been, but the performance was very similar to yours. Please don't touch this, don't do that, etc etc. By the time I left I felt ripped off as well. I told the mama that I would not be back for quite sometime and exactly why as politely as I could.

As a side note Kansas City Kansas and KC Missouri had several AMP going a couple of years ago. The first chance I got to visit one of the it was closed down tight. The FBI had raided all of them that afternoon for having illegal slave workers. It seems a KCK business man and his wife (Chinese) had brought in several hundred gals from China to work in KCK and kept them in slave conditions.

Oh well I guess a good visit from Mrs Palmer will be in order, I sure don't have the cash to do anything else.

There's 7 right next to each other on empire...all of which are clearly non-theraputic. Exactly what we want is on the menu at all...all had 2-4

Went to Hawaii last Sunday. It was pretty slow, but I didn't think to ask for a line up. No problem, though, because my girl was a 8-9 with a smoking hot body. I noticed a hugh place called King's Sauna on the street that runs paralell to royal. Is this place for mongers or legit?King's is completely legit. It's a big Korean sauna with tons of amenities. If you want a day of relaxation, it's just $18 to get in for up to 24 hours, and they have baths, showers, rooms at various temps, a movie theater, karaoke, juice bar, and Korean food made to order. The food and juice will cost you extra, as will the massages and such, but it's a good place for legit relaxation.

This was my second time at Hawaii. I went there about 2 months ago.

Here's a breakdown of places I've been with simplified ratings:

Smile. The girls here aren't lookers like the ones in Hawaii, but they make up in attitude and eagerness to please what they lack in looks. Went twice and saw the same girl both times because we have a hot time together.

Pink. See above. Nice girl, but I won't be back. No stunner.

Pine Body Works in Carrollton. Pretty much just a rub and tug joint. Been there twice. Middle-aged Chinese providers who are pretty nice and gentle.

I ask for a line up and she gets frustrated, two other girls come out, not any better than the first, and as I'm deciding to stay or go, the troll gets pissed and starts rushing me out saying "go! Go! " these girls looked like crack heads and I won't be returning. I attempt a few others in that area and are either closed or the same quality. In the end I decide to hit up silk & satin since its been a long time. Nice selection, friendly as always, picked a hot mexican girl, probably an 8 or 9. Great time, 30 min, CBJ and an unexpected trip to the medditeranian. As you know tips are a bit pricy compared to AMPs but in the end what I got was well worth $$.40. I've read this forum extensively preparing for this trip and while there are no guarantees and YMMV I felt that I couldn't go wrong making a trip to Hawaii. Boy was I wrong.

Background:
There were three ladies and the mamasan there when I arrived about 9PM. No point in wasting words on mamasan. One of the ladies was tied up with the monger who walked in as I parked (I hope he got the good one), one was a 4 on the SW scale, and the third, Coco, appeared to be an 8.5. I only saw her after I refused the others. Coco, however, was not what she appeared to be. While petite (a plus) and very tan (a plus), her tits were way over done to the point of being distracting and unappealing and her thighs were nearly as thick as her waist. But all of that would have been largely irrelevant if she had either a good attitude or good skills. She had neither. Her only real asset was her face - extremely cute.

Performance:
I opted for a half hour session. Coco did nothing for me or to me. After 15 min. I got up and started dressing at which point she became worried and begged me to stay and give her another try. I did. She failed. I left.

Opportunity:
I am beginning to believe there is a real opportunity to train this ladies in the basic skills of the job and the art of the deal. I've been to several AMPs, and several ladies. I've always gone out of my way to be courtious, kind and generous. The best I can say is that the best I've received in return is a mediocre experience. Price is really not an issue for me. When there is more satisfaction in a .2 car date than a $ or $$ session you've got to ask yourself where's the value and what's the point. And what is the deal with English? Do any of these ladies have a vocabulary that is larger than their bust size?

In closing:
If anyone has a sure fire AMP/provider or an alternative, please PM me. I leave Saturday morning and would really like to take a fond memory home with me.

Against my better judgement, I decided to try 'ampville',that magical block of Emerald Avenue with at least 8 AMPs on it. As favorably surprised as I was by the area surrounding Hawaii last night, so I was unfavorably surprised by ampville.

I decided to try Smile.

I expected to be charged at entry, in which case I was prepared to leave, and I expected to see skanks. Boy was I wrong. Out of the lineup of 6 ladies I picked Sue, a petite spinner with a face almost as cute as Coco but with out the excessively large tits and the thick thighs. I would honestly give her a 9.5 on looks, IMHO.

The first phase was a table shower. I have never had one of these before and found it exquisite. Sue really cleaned me well with special attention to the dirtiest areas.

Then we moved to the table. This was where exquisite turned into heaven. It would not be appropriate to report here in detail all of the events that went on there, but they were many and they were varied and they were all out of this world. I just can't say enough good things about Sue. She was very skilled and had a very good attitude.

At the end of the session we relaxed for bit, let my heart rate return to normal, and prepared to reenter the real world.

I wonder if Dallas AMPs were ever like Hawaii's AMPs? Here you walk in and pretty much take what's offered or you're hassled if you ask for a lineup. When I was living in hawaii in 05' 06' I'd walk into any of my favorites, Golden Queen or Pink's on Ward Ave. or any of the places on Keeamoku or Young streets, like China or Pine Tree and there all the girls who were working would be on a couch. If a strong handed MaMa ran the place she'd have them get up and clap her hands and they'd slowly turn around for your inspection. Wow Dallas has a good selection but that kind of service is tops! I miss it a lot.

It is $40 for an hour of the spa/hot tub/etc. Plus you get a soft drink! Each room has a radio with CD player. I think it is easier to get and much more discrete. On the other hand... not as comfy as a bed. The massage tables can be a bit rickety, so it is not perfect. Sometimes the hot tub is TOO HOT. However, you can call the office and they will drag down some ice to throw it.

Give it a try and see how you like it. I have been there... maybe a dozen times-or-so.

Truly remarkable!! Is she still around town? I always check the Dallas Observer and there are some Amps in areas other than Harry Hines but the ones I visited only offered HJ's.

I think you're going to find the service compared to Hawaii about the same once you get to a room. Out in the lobby though You're only going to see one at a time unless you demand a line up. That's the big thing I miss about Golden Queen, Pine Tree, or China spa on O'ahu. :( I think since the economy is in the shitter that it will be much easier to get a line up now. ;)

Well, i did not get any assistance to my request for in fo so I just tot Smile might be entertaining. Upon entering i was greeted by Sara (Sera), a very fine looking gal. You're right Pete! I tried to correct my earlier post about the guy paying $$ for a full 1 hour. This is the standard rate but I didn't read his post clearly and thought he had payed more for the hour. I tried to correct just after I posted but they wouldn't let me correct it. The standard is indeed 1.4 for half and 2 for full hour. This includes .4 for the room for the half and 1 for the girl or .6 for the room and 1.4 for the girl for the full hour. :) Sorry to Spaz on you.

Go south of 635 on 35 E. Get right as fast as you can without causeing a wreck cause Royal's your first exit. Go right on Royal and after the light make a u turn and go right on Emerald. Thanks to this thread I found my way to the Emerald St row of AMPs. I was going to go to Smile based on a recent post but there were a couple cars parked in front of their door. Thinking they were busy and recalling another post talking about seeing the line up of younger girls at Hulahand right next door I went in.

Usualy the intel is pretty fresh here. We've had a lot of Leo interest in our little page here so info has kind of gone underground a bit. People shy away but I think as long as Mama runs a pretty well oiled machine they can't get a foothold here because of the way the laws work. I don't spend as much time here as I used to and don't visit the forum very often, maybe once a month unless I'm posting something. BA will give you a little attitude because the girls are hot. If you like to be with ladies who will appreciate your attention more, I'd steer you toward Smile, Moon night, Hula or one of the other K joints. They run with less attitude in general. This place advertises a lot on Backpage. They don't give the exact address, but it's on Mapleshade, just east of Coit. You can do a search for Accupuncture on your smartphone and you will find the place right in front of this AMP. Sun or Sunshine, I forget, is the corner unit (NW side of buidling. It has two entrances, it seems. If you use the one right at the corner, you actually see the working therapists lounging. This is a really big place and I was the only customer. Two girls working, neither one very pretty or young or friendly. Picked Lilly or Linda (as you can tell, I am bad with names, sorry.

Here's my recommendation, book 30 minutes at all AMPs, unless you know that they give a great massage and / or TS. Otherwise, it's a waste of money IMHO. $40 for the half hour, but massage was really not much more than a light stroking. You don't need to wonder if you have to make the first move. All very upfront, which does worry me a bit, actually. Anyway, was able to negotiate the price for everything to $. Even that was too much, really, as she just went through the motions.

I'm not an AMP man myself, but I do know the only AMP action is out 35 almost all the way to 635. Can't provide any data on how much for cab fare since I don't use them.

As an alternative you might consider calling up some of our local massage ladies who are hotel friendly. But during the SuperBowl you need to be really careful because the local Ellie are doing a lot of stings in an effort to keep our ladies from "embarassing' the city. LOL. The only time they embarass the city is when the city arrests them and puts it in the paper. DUH!

Suggest you join a web site known as www.eccie.net And search for some of your choice. It's free to join. You can read ads, reviews, and generally get a pretty good feel for who is doing what and with which and to whom. Your only problem is going to be screening. The ladies on ECCIE screen their clientle to make sure Ellie doesn't get involved. It's a two way street. I once arranged for a cab to take me out to the spas you are considering in Dallas. Also, he agreed to stick around in the neighborhood for an hour and then pick me up at an agreed-upon time.

However, once we arrived at the AMP, he followed me in while I headed back to the room with a very pretty AMP gal, he stayed up front and asked the mamasan for his "cab fee". No, we're not talking about the cab fare, which I had already paid. We're talking about a "tip" from the AMP for delivering a customer. Now, guess what happened. Mamasan came back into the room and hit me up for some extra funds to help cover the cab fee.
