Interestingly enough. I used to find myself in that part of the valley a lot for work in the before times, so I hit that spot a few times. First time was with a white brunette named Marina. I think. 1) Everyone did a price raise. Shops on Venture are trying. 8/ hr now. If you're new, maybe you won't flinch, but I'll pass everytime.
2) Election year and shops are being "relocated". I've been in a shop during a bust, and I'd prefer to not do that again.
3) Money is tight.
4) Quality of service. If you've got less monger cash to begin with, you might not want to try new places for fear of a shit massage or unenthusiastic "engagement".
