This is a thread to discuss the new law going into effect on Dec 1, 2024. Please report here how this law is being enforced as we hear stories about it.Personally, I am staying the heck away from escort sites or anything involving hotel meetups.
There are two big changes coming:
1) Soliciting is now a felony and not a misdemeanor. Police sometimes avoid stings because it requires a lot of work and often only nets a few misdemeanors. Now with it changing to felonies, expect there to be a lot more.
2) Hotels will be getting a lot of pressure and training to assist law enforcement to crack down on this practice.
Personally, I am sticking to sugar sites or maybe cuddles sites and somebody needs to host. No hotels.
I wandered in to the Raleigh forum's Escort thread. Go read about the last 3 or 4 pages over there for a good primer on the new FELONY law coming to NC. A lawyer over there seems to be in the know & has mentioned HSI / FBI taskforces setting up shop in NC, after they have been in TX which has a similar law. Remember, this law goes after YOU, not the girls. And, apparently from what I read on the Raleigh forum, some of the girls can get $12 K for cooperation. (If you think some of these low-lifes will turn on you or bail for 100, wait until they can get 12 K.) Sentencing is pretty much out of the judges hands, minimum 4 month stent for you in the slammer, no PJC option, from what I read.
Thanks to the morality police & everyone who voted these idiot lawmakers in to office. You'll get what you voted for.
Some of why'all can go hide in your basement & give this stuff up starting December 1.

It is getting damn impossible to find anything decent anyway that doesn't have GPS. May be a good time to give it up. Porn is on their target list too. I guess self pleasure won't be an option either.

NC General Statute 14-203 Article 27 subsection (1) a. 3 states directing another to a place for mongering is also considering advancing mongering. This would mean that 99% of all our posts would be conisdered felonious even though it falls under free speach?

I think so guys don't get busted the girls will need to post pricing. Money should never be discussed. If they don't post prices don't call or set things up and never talk about services in exchange for money. If they don't post ads with pricing stay away. If you happen to lay money next to your car keys or something that would be really hard to prove that you were paying for something when prices and services were never discussed.

Do we have any atty's on this board who can point us in the right direction? There is also a jusrisdiction issue as this website in in NL and not USA. So we should be protected under the rules of NL? I am going to ask my atty for guidance and Ill report back.

I am going to ask my atty for guidance and Ill report back.I have thought about that and read the Legal policy for the other board (based in Cyprus), it said they would cooperate with any legal requests for information. But mongering is legal in Cyprus so not sure if that would be considered breaking the law to them? But now its a case of my freedom depending on the legalities of another country? LOL. Yea if your atty could provide some guidance that would be appreciated!
Maybe the Charlotte area providers will just cross the boarder to South Carolina?

I wouldn't post any details. Of course, we all dream here and guys tend to brag about stuff that didn't happen. I don't know if anything posted here alone is enough to convict someone.

Probably not enough to convict you if you have a decent lawyer, but it'll be something to rattle you with.

The harassment factor is real. There is just a lot of bravado on these boards. It may be used as supporting evidence but I doubt they can convict on board posts alone.
Their best case if they can catch you in the act

Welp sounds like you fellas without Passports need to start the application process and start doing research on places to travel for legal naughty time. I'm looking at Thailand, Colombia, DR, Tijuana, and Germany currently. Also don't rule out driving over state lines for fun now. Augusta and Atlanta have decent hobby scenes and although they are a bit of a drive you won't have to be worrisome of a Felony sting operation.
It sucks that we won't get to play at home as much, but I like traveling and the fun won't stop for me. O, also be prepared for SB's to jack up their rates LOL.
I have a friend that is a police officer in Charlotte and has other people in the investigation areas. . He tells me they barely have enough man power to patrol the different areas, investigate robberies, shooting and car wrecks. The license checks and radar traps are way down. They are concerned with human trafficking to the point of looking into cross border travel with younger girls coming into the city.
The day to day escort business in only a concern when there are drugs involved or drug being sold by these people.
Take it what's its worth, do your homework and weed out the scams and the STG to good to true ads.
So I talked with a few lawyers. One didn't even know about the law change, I had even looked for specific lawyer LOL. Both said to stop everything immediately LOL. Both said whatever happened under the old law gets prosecuted under the old (depending on the charge date). Statements on this or other boards are weak but can inform prosecutors of a history. One said everything is circumstantial and the only thing that really counts is real world evidence such as verbal or caught in the act. Not sure any of that makes me feel better nor does it really give us any new information. Don't want to spend the rest of my time here looking over my shoulder for LEO about some date or report I had / did 4 months ago let alone 2 years ago. This hobby is supposed to be fun LOL.
My best recommendation probably would be to stick with the same providers. I have about 3 that I see when I monger. Outside of that, I don't really go looking for new people. I don't really go to escorts and I don't go to spas.

It will be interesting to see how this will affect agencies like the Brazilians and both the hotel and luxury Asians. I saw how quick they were to leak those involved in the recent spa bust but those epstine and diddy list are still private.

That is encouraging but I wouldn't let my guard down. The threat is not going to come from local police (mostly). It's going to come from the State Bureau of Invest. Who has been allocated new funding from the legislature to enforce this law and the 2 full Homeland Security HT Teams (FBI) that were indefinitely assigned to this state to work this new law. Each of those teams has 36 agents in them, along with nonprofit HT organization decoys and local detectives from each working area assigned to the team. One of those teams is already here, and if you look closely at some of the profiles in these forums that are doing everything they can to get senior status, they are here too. I'm not normally in the CLT forum, but we're certainly seeing it in other cities forums. Be careful when one of these profiles that popped up 6 mos ago starts offering you their UTR if you DM them with your verification info after Dec 1.
Maybe the Charlotte area providers will just cross the boarder to South Carolina? The women have no incentive to move. They can't be charged with solicitation here any longer, while we can be charged (with a vengeance). So, as long as there's a market here (and only time will tell what happens with that), this is definitely where THEY will want to stay. As far as mongering goes, another State or Country is where you'll want to do it. The smart providers here will begin to shift their tactics from protecting themselves to protecting the mongers. That means that they're making the offer, they're not requiring verification, and they aren't storing our data / messages for later reference. I'm not sure how many will do that. Something really important to remember guys. NC is a very funny state with regard to felonies. There is NO STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS for felonies in NC. This means that a monger could have had a visit years earlier with a provider they no longer even remember and then be pulling into his driveway with detectives waiting for him. How could this happen, you ask? Well, just imagine that they bust one of these sweeties for drugs (we see their mugshots all the time), and to get themselves out of hot water they turn over 500 phone text messages to detectives for John busts. Those are the easiest felony convictions for those detectives to rack up. As an atty myself (not criminal), this is something I'm very concerned about. In past dreams I've stopped being nervous once I got to my car and drove away. At what point would I be not nervous if I hobbied after 12/1?
I think so guys don't get busted the girls will need to post pricing. Money should never be discussed. One radically changed the definition of solicitation in NC. That one is already in effect. It specifically changed from the requirement being that the charged party had to offer sex for money or money for sex. To solicitation now being defined as 'The INTENT to commit'. So, solicitation is now no longer making the offer, it is intending to make the offer. So, it basically now works like those pedophile laws. Like on the To Catch A Predator stuff. They cite several examples within the law to describe what intent to solicit now is:
1. Showing up to the location of the provider (meaning you never have to actually see the decoy face to face or hear her voice).
Or.
2. Visiting an ATM to withdraw money.
So basically if you're responding to an ad that has sexual favors described in exchange for $, all you have to do is show up in the hotel parking lot. After 12/1, if the provider asks "What color / make of car are you driving?' when you pull in. You'd better keep on trucking without answering that one.

I never felt comfortable with the what are you driving question.I agree 100%. If they ask what color car I pass. And damn! Sounds like this is getting complicated. Thanks for the thoughts on this situation. That is a scary thought that a captured cell phone containing text messages could lead to a felony. I assume this is after Dec 1? This is another reason to use a burner number or VOIP- although LE can probably quickly determine the owner of the VOIP number.
Does anyone know if this is true?
Both said whatever happened under the old law gets prosecuted under the old (depending on the charge date).
Activities prior to 12/1 cannot be used to support a felony charge. That violates the ex post facto clause of the constitution. Section 4 (b) of the law makes that clear.

As of today, Intent is used to charge for Solicitation, but it is only a Misdemeanor until 12/1. Personally I think your risk today is more accidental (wrong place, wrong time, wrong provider) than it is likely. It would be stupid for LEO to be organizing stings today, when they can fuck you up forever in a couple weeks. I think what's happening is that the LEOs specializing in this hobby are mustering their forces and putting their plans in place. As I've mentioned before, many of the forums on this site are already being infiltrated with decoys, getting their senior status. This is harder to see in the bigger forums (like Charlotte), but if you go to the smaller ones like Jacksonville, Fayetteville, Winston-Salem you'll see what I mean and then you'll be able to recognize them easier in this forum. What do I think they're up to with this? I suspect they're going to be offering amazing UTRs if you DM them with your details. Then you'll probably start to notice lots of recent seniors talking about how wonderful their experiences were with these 'providers'. Remember, like the pedo stings all you have to do is engage with them and show up and you'll be facing 4 mos minimum. You do not have to accept or make an offer. I hate that we're being treated like pedo's BTW. This isn't that.

They certainly can make that offer today and engage with you so that they can record evidence against you / begin building a case. As long as you show up to their sting site after 12/1, the stuff you give them today can be used as evidence against you for a felony conviction after 12/1. So. You do still need to be careful with this.

Its natural to fear the unknown and take caution but in most cases we have to chill and wait and see what happens, all this speculation making it sound like every provider is a trap. And the FBI CIA the national guard the secret service the air force LOL is lined up with plans to bust everyone looking to buy kitty lmao. Its a law plain and simple and they announced it months in advance so people can make a informed decission as to the higher risk. And that's all it is a higher risk. LEO might set a few examples maybe not. They informed the public of what can happen now if you are caught. Every case won't be a felony I'm sure. I would imagine their main focus will be on spas maybe a few stings in motels with cameras setup watching from another room. Maybe. But all the speculation and mythes are signs of nerviouness and fear. We don't know until it happens. Being paranoid will make something happen to ya. I went yesterday out to Monroe and got some very good Kitty if I was scared I would have missed out on good BBBJ and good Kitty. I'm not scared now and I won't be after the first. I will watch and see what happens if it get as bad as some think it will and it won't, I will simply avoid ads and street walkers tuen my attention to social media and repeats I like. Repeats get old fast but if they hot enough going back will serve the purpose. And there is always clubs for us still of age. Stay safe.

It is under the HSI umbrella because of the mobile phone tracking capabilities of the Secret Service and because the CCHT command is under their supervision. And yes, I do have lots of knowledge about what's happening.

Yall need to stop trying to spread fear. Mongers just need to wait and see what happens because none of us know what type investigations will be conducted who will be targeted if anything at all. What we do know is paying for sex will be a felony and that's all we know. On Dec 1st we will NOT see a big parade of black SUVS rolling into Charlotte and other NC cities. NC has providers in every city and the one thing everyone is missing is stings and survellence cost major money time officers taken away from important duties such as catching the really bad people. So we need to relax take a chill pill and wait to see what happens.

They have 180 teams dedicated to HT throughout the US. Note that in all but one other State those are mostly misdemeanor charges. Only an idiot engages in an activity without understanding who your adversary is. I don't care if you are busted. All I want from you is to come on and share what methods they used to get you. And ideally not to spread your special brand of dumbass to others along the way.

I would strongly encourage you to read back over maybe the last 5 or so pages in the Raleigh escort forum where MmceStep has provided a lot of information. I'm not sure if this is a dumb question but I'm a little confused about some of the points here.
There was mention of a $12 k victim restitution fine.
But aren't we talking about police decoys on the other end of a cellphone who are arresting people in the parking lot etc?
Who exactly is the victim that gets the 12 k if the police are setting it up?

Who exactly is the victim that gets the 12 k if the police are setting it up?That's a great question, and a critically important change for everyone to understand.
So, with previous law, let's say you pick up a girl on the street. (this is just one example of the same risk, could be in a hotel room etc). Let's say there's a cop watching from a neighboring parking lot. You drive down the road and get pulled over. The previous / current condition is the cop asks what's going on. You say "She's a friend". She says "He's a friend", because she's not admitting to prostitution. And in the pre-12/1 current state is they want her more than you anyway. So, the leverage is on your side, and we've been getting away 9 out of 10 times. After 12/1. She is categorized as a victim (Nordic Model of Prostitution Enforcement, look this up), and you are her victimizer. They will separate you two and inform her of several things, while you await your fate:
1. She cannot be charged for admitting to Prostitution based charges.
2. Men like you have been illegally benefitting from her victimization, and she is entitled to Victim Impact Funds (up to 12 k per occurrence, if she testifies against you). This money is paid out to her for various expenses to get her life back on track and you are required to reimburse the State of NC or face additional time.
3. An automatic PPO is entered to prevent you from contacting her, so that you cannot threaten or coerce her testimony.
So. Who knows yet what each individual provider will do when this is laid out for them, but for sure the entire leverage system has been altered. When stopped on the street or questioned because a hotel clerk called the cops. They are after you 100% of the time and they have ample ammunition to convince her to assist them against you. You cannot talk anyone out of charging you. Always remain silent and lawyer up immediately.

Basically it sounds like the testimony of a sex worker is all that's required to send someone away on a felony. No digital or physical evidence at all? I can't think of any crimes like that.
Do you think they will target the more organized, or just independent providers? Maybe I'm looking for a "feel safer" approach that's not there.

I know that's a hard adjustment to make for our minds to wrap around, but solicitation is now being considered a low grade sex crime. That's what we're up against here. They'll also have supporting evidence / probable cause, like "Why did you pick her up on the known track?" "Why did your GPS data show you were cruising up and down? "Why is the burner # assigned to your phone ID and App instance texting her looking for sex?" (Note that in a felony investigation, they're taking your phone, which is why these girls never seem to have the same ones, LOL) Once they have the provider, they have everything. Again, I want to stress that we don't know what these providers will do in this situation. Maybe they clam up because they are holding drugs, maybe not? Maybe the LEO will overlook drug stuff to have her flip on you? We just don't know yet. What we do know is that this law dramatically shifts the way this will be investigated and moves the leverage needle that once pointed in favor of 'no one saying shit', in a completely different direction, with far greater ramifications for us. One thing we do know for sure is that the HT tactics that they can employ on us after 12/1 have been proving to be very effective at getting these providers to flip on their pimps and madams. The Victim Impact Funds have been a huge reason for their success in getting these girls to flip. At the end of the day, that's really what's happening here. It's just LEO extending what's been working. Current situation. The buyer and seller are relatively low impact crimes and her HANDLER is the devil. After 12/1 she's NOT a criminal at all and the buyer AND handler are both the devils. So, everyone has to decide what they intend to do, but likewise everyone should understand that the game has changed in this state and old tactics aren't going to work.
O the screaming and well educated thoguht out statements about the new laws its heavey man. Everyone making it so complicated showing us little high school grads the power of their master degrees. Well let me tell you the uncomplicated truth and how simple it is. A few years ago a black lady talked about how she had been forced to sell her body as a teen I forget how long it went on. But her and many others like her began taking steps to make prostitution a felony for the men and also have the men be deemed as sex offenders on the sex offenders list ruining their lives. I remember one of the women being a latina who said she as a teen was doing a out ragious mumber of men a week hundreds. These reports had to be about 10 years ago. Its been years in the making and changes nothing because no matter how many laws are made no matter how many news reports about mongers going to jail no law can change human nature and its desires. I will admit their therory is correct stop the supply in demand by scaring the mongers but we all know prostitution has to many faces to many ways to go about it. Even though deep down we all think its a nasty business to be in and partake in but they love the money and we love the sex with different hot women because its so much eaiser than trying to date women who maynot even look our way at the corner store. Those who can afford it simply board a plane not concerned about the laws of the USA not knowing if they saw a minor in another country they can be arrested here soon as they step off the plane. I'm sure those laws will cover prostitution for any age as time moves forward. It doesn't matter because men will still do what men do as long as a female say gimmie a few bucks they will always run to them.

This was in the Raleigh forum. Local and county were involved, but The Lead Agency was HSI. Just a few weeks before Dec 1. Could be nothing. Could be them testing out sting and arrest methods. This arrest could just be intimidation to get something online and in the news before Dec 1. Who knows? Don't be arrogant. They won't everyone, but like these folks they will get someone and the penalties now are severe.

A new additional permanent team was moved here at the end of September, and they will be moving around the state to enforce the new law. And a second new permanent team will arrive next month. The important thing to remember is that the vast majority of HSI teams are traveling teams. They come in for a week and then head somewhere else. They still intend to use the traveling teams in NC, but 3 permanent teams is a tremendous amount of horsepower in and of itself. Be careful out there. (Unless you're a pedo, then you deserve what you get)

Nothing they can do to us for watching the news, all this talk about cops looking in windows and using heat sensors to look inside of hotels LOL. I don't believe the state nor governmnt is going to invest that kind of money into prostitution. Russia want to go to war with Nato we on the verge of world war 3 prostitution the least thing capitol hill woried about. Human tafficking yes and I keep saying stay away from women who don't speak english stay out of spas because those where the targets will be. Far as the rest of it long as monors not involved or calls of abuse they not spending those millions dealing with something they can't stop. Maybe they did get a 100 million dollar budget for it or more I believe it when I see it. Even street walkers all they can do is hang around and scare guys from stopping to pick them up. Inless she wearign a wire they can't charge you with anything without a confession. Most cases when go to court si thrown out for lack of evidence. So real human trafficking is what they will focus on. Stay away from women who don't speak English.

Then as they're slapping the cuffs on you you should explain to them that they're not real and it's all an illusion. I'm from RVA and heading down CLT the first week of December for a couple of days for business and was doing some due diligence checking out AMP thread where I stumbled on to this very interesting thread. Glad I did. Had no clue that NC state legislature is making solicitation a class 1 felony December 1. It's obvious that lawmakers believe the root of prostitution / sex trafficking is the buyer and need make solicitation a felony VS keeping it a misdemeanor to justify more resources as an incentive to organize reverse stings to bust mongers. Just my opinion; there's of variables but depending however LEO agency's operate reverse stings to coerce arrests, it may be interpreted as borderline entrapment argument in court. I don't know but I think in Texas where solicitation is a felony had something to do with lots of the FS AMPs going away?

But it's been growing in adoption around the world. Here, they've modified the model to align with their conservative politics, so they've made it a bit more costly on your life. Entrapment would be a problem for them if not for the first law change, which now defines Solicitation as Intent. Note that in Texas the law still requires an offer. Intent is extremely easy to prove, and they don't need to really get in the weeds with this argument about what you agreed to in court. The new law says you intended to go through with the act if you show up. You no longer need to make an offer or verbally accept an offer. Thus, if you text in reply to a decoy's ad, and show up at the address she gives you, you're now intending to solicit. So, basically you want to bail if a provider texts you back with "Did you see my ad on STG?". Further, LEO can testify that the only place they advertised this phone # was on this specific decoy ad. This has already been challenged on appeal and upheld (because NC appeals courts are also conservative). Yes, AMP's days are numbered. The business owners were previously able to say "I didn't know what she was offering in the room", now they're busted for providing housing for prostitutes. The new law doesn't care if the owner knows or not. They're now saying it's your job to know, just like a hotel has to know. (I do think this part might fail on appeal on the grounds of foresight / reasonable knowledge, but we'll have to wait and see).
The one wrinkle I think still exists and the case I'd make as an attorney, is this. "My client believed he was going to this establishment (AMP or Incall) to get a regular massage, and didn't want all these sexual services you're talking about. " So, here's the thing guys. Do not talk about specific services before the visit. If the provider transparently says "I'll do <insert sexual act> for $$ you either want to bail or respond with "I just want a regular massage" If she rejects you, that's a LEO. If she doesn't reject you for the straight massage, you can modify this when you're with her and comfortable. Do not respond to any ad that ONLY mentions illegal services. Sting ads will most likely ONLY list illegal services, so they don't get tripped up on this while trying to prosecute you. Remain silent when arrested and let your attorney work this angle for you.

The more I hear about this law the more it makes sense to just give it up. This is the same damn bunch that drove this site offshore. It seems though, that the political class is exempt from the laws they pass. These assholes buy more pussy than we do. Porn will be next. Stop voting for these jerks. This shit happens when one party has a super majority.

So let's say you meet with an SA or a girl from CC etc. If you send a text to her about sex for money can she report that to the police and have you arrested?
So let's say you meet with an SA or a girl from CC etc. If you send a text to her about sex for money can she report that to the police and have you arrested? As a lawyer recently reminded me, money in exchange for sex is already illegal. Its just a matter of a change in magnitude now (I. E. Misdemeanor vs Felony). So the real question should be, would it be worth if for LEO to persue you?

So the real question should be, would it be worth if for LEO to persue you?But I guess the difference now is intent. Like simply sending a text to ask for it vs making the actually exchange of money (which I presume is the current system). I'm just wondering if a simple screenshot sent to police will do the trick.

I don't really think it's where LEO wants to camp out, but here's the part that's really disturbing.
Let's say you DM with a baby on one of those sites and she screenshots all your convo for later, along with your mobile #, and any other identifying information. You then go on to have a problem in person, like a discrepancy over your agreed upon donation, and you won't give in or want to walk. If she's nuts she could now threaten to call the cops (Many of them are nuts, as we know). You could also have a long relationship with one that eventually runs its course and you want to move on. (Several SB's have become my real GF's over the years. I know this is dumb, guys). If they don't want to break up because they love to go on vacations free of charge, love the lifestyle and become 'the woman scorned' when it's over, they can walk into any police station with those screenshots and you will definitely get a visit from detectives. Two realities exist after 12/1. 1. These women are now treated as VICTIMS, like sexual assault victims. And 2. All allegations will be investigated. I can't tell you what will come of this, because there's not a lot of comparable precedent, but by legal definition, you will have been considered trafficking this woman. I've dealt with the woman scorned. There really wasn't a lot she wouldn't have tried to do to me. In this situation, she has absolutely nothing to lose walking into that police station, except for her time. So, I do think the SB lifestyle mainly becomes a problem when the baby turns you in. I don't know that the teams will have the patience for the slow churn of developing a sting on SA, but who knows?

On the other hand; If you are a dufus and use your personal cell phone that's traceable to your identity; then you are opening yourself up to a whole lot of drama and misery especially if you have a SO at home. I don't check to see how many reviews anyone has or fact check their reviews like some do because I really don't care. But in your case I made a exception and after going through 3 or 4 pages of your endless BS I didn't see any reviews. You talk about taking your grown daughter to lunch and how you tried to contact 12 providers and none responed in a couple hours. And the post about the new law is endless you are upsessed with it wanting the guys to think you are a expert in this law and how to monger. How can you give advice on mongering if you don't monger. Recently you posted don't mention sex as you text or talk if its a sting there is only 2 ways out of it don't exchange money and leave which maynot work if you in the room and be lucky enough to spot its a sting and leave. So you just a lonely guy who wants people to look up to you I guess. Maybe you need to stop typing and go get the pipes cleaned by a hot provider before the 1st get some pressure off so you don't fill the void with playing lawyer slash cop on here. Oh and professor. Naw I don't know any big words but I get by pretty well. This entire post was created to help with awareness about the new law. I think this info has been very helpful. We all want to keep getting action but having real information is always important. I'm not sure what's up your crawl here. If you don't think it matters, great. Knock yourself out. But anyone on here with sense at all will want to have awareness of what they're up against so their life isn't ruined.
Isn't it strange know mention of any escort site being attacked and shut down or plans to shut them down and shutting skip down would be the best thing to do with that wrag. Thats why I say just wait and see what happens because if they not attacking the sources its not as serious as some think. Just a upgrade in the law unless they intentionally trying to trap mongers. They don't even have to shut Skip down but demand its blocked from NC like PH is.

Just one. You can't. It's not Constitutional or even possible to have every US ISP ban a single foreign site going into the USA. This isn't Iran, Russia or China. They can absolutely seize the assets of US operating companies that are promoting illegal activity in the USA (BackPage). There's no porn ban in NC, BTW. They're being required to detect NC IPs and perform an age verification, and most of those sites don't want the liability of potentially getting caught missing some, so they're voluntarily blocking NC IP addresses. Sites like EPorner and XVids are still providing service to NC without performing age verification, because they are located in safe harbor countries, where NC can't take enforcement action on them. STG and this forum are also operated out of safe harbor countries, and the USA doesn't censor content it doesn't have legal jurisdiction over. But, they can certainly use these sites for stings and monitor them for evidence. Why are you STILL talking? You aren't contributing anything meaningful or .-. Factual to this discussion. If you were, I'd be the first person commending you.

Step, thank you for the information you've provided on this forum. As with anything in life, it's up to each of us to use this information as we see fit. I have no doubt each of us will adapt according to our personal risk profile.
Again, thank you.
To Add; this is how I Interpreted the question: was if you initially DM contacted a SB from a SB dating site (SA for instance) or a cuddle buddy from a cuddle site then went to phone text conversation which usually how it works. Then asked about sexual services over text. Not going to second guess what LE would do if you were reported; it possibly would hinge on if she wanted to press charges.I think that's spot on. To my mind, the SB would have to be the one to cause you trouble. The (slight?) threat is from an angry or disgruntled Sugar Baby who happens to be pissed off at you. SA isn't proactively reporting you to NC authorities, and I don't think they're monitoring DMs anyway. That would be a legal can of worms for them. They don't want that kind of attention that comes from turning you in, and there's no benefit to them. I'm not an expert of those anonymous # services, but apparently when SS inserts the number into their system, they see which app controls that number and then they have some kind of plugin that polls the servers of those companies for your device I'd. Apparently there was some kind of federal telecommunications law which required them to allow this for US Area Codes, but I haven't looked that up. I'm sure it would be 600 pages deep anyway, if you've looked at US telecom law, you know what I mean.
Name a single foreign website that's been banned by the USA. Just one. If you were, I'd be the first person commending you.I said the US can ask or demand a site to block itself I never said they can ban anyone PH jumped the gun and block its self because they know about the new NC porn laws that's coming. Because of AItech people can easily make imagies look anyway they want to so out of fear people will use AT tech to make porn imagies look like minors NC is placing harsh laws in place concerning porn.
Why wehen I google BC is making prostitution a felony nothing come up samething on youtube they only have TX info on youtube. Has anyone saw any bews report on TV about the new law do that link still show the article? Seem like channel 9 news and fox and others would be talking about this law by now. Stop letting that guy scare yall and wait and see what happens. I'm not saying there isn't anything on the news or posted I'm saying I can't find anything.
I said the US can ask or demand a site to block itself I never said they can ban anyoneYou do realize that the 'demand' holds no value whatsoever? The US Govt can 'demand' this site hand over user data but the site would be well within their rights to simply say fuck off. Or the govt can 'demand' it not serve in the US and they can again tell the govt to fuck off. The reason for that is it's hosted in a different country, and it is not bound by US laws. Pornhub took a moral stance (and the right one) by no longer serving in NC and other age verification states. Also the porn law isn't 'coming' it's already in effect. It went into effect January of this year

From the article: "On June 28, Gov. Roy Cooper signed House Bill 971 into law. A provision in the bill makes solicitation of prostitution a felony effective Dec. 1, 2024. ".
If you want to read the full text of the bill: https://dashboard.ncleg.gov/api/Services/BillSummary/2023/H971-SMCN-14(e5) -v-2.
If you can't be bothered to read the bill, I also found the part where they make it a class 1 felony. I'm attaching the screenshot with this post.
And if you can't be bothered to read the screenshot either, I'll even do that job for you and paste the text here:
"any person who solicits another for the.
Purpose of prostitution is guilty of a (strikethrough) Class 1 misdemeanor (/ strikethrough) Class I felony for a first offense and a.
Class H felony for a second or subsequent offense. This subsection shall not apply to the person.
Engaging in prostitution, as defined in G. S. 14-203 (5). ".
The subsection not applying to the person engaging in prostitution means the provider / escort / what have you. This is incentive for them to flip on the monger / hobbyist, because they are safe from being prosecuted. Is that clear enough for you?
I don't believe they will really have an incentive to flip, unless they get busted on a really bad charge. The moment they flip one time their reputation will be trashed. The law will most likely kill the casual hobbyist so their reputation will have a lot more value to them. Just my 2 cents.

The law will most likely kill the casual hobbyist so their reputation will have a lot more value to them. Just my 2 cents. There's a wide spectrum of providers that we all know and _ I'm sure this isn't much of a risk with the higher end providers, as they treat this like a business, as you've said. The problem is really the middle and bottom of the market. We're all aware by now that the current 'middle' of the market used to be the low end of the market, and now the low end of the market are basically homeless hags. In my experience, the middle and low ends would sell you out for $5. 00. They're going to be offered up to $12 k in Victim Impact Funds that they can use for food, housing, rehab, therapy, job training and probably most of it will be diverted to drugs. It's important to note that they've added negotiators and counselors to the HSI teams in NC, and I was told that this was initially planned so that they could get the providers into a program (it's counseling instead of jail for them now), but now the plan is to really use these individuals to convince them that we're the cause of all the problems in their lives, and they should flip on us, take the VIF $ and move on with their lives. So, while LEO is questioning you, they are working her. I suspect most of these providers will be like putty in the hands of professionals, but only time will tell.
Now, here's the thing. Junkies make terrible witnesses. Can you imagine what it would take to get her to show up in court? Maybe they'll have a workaround for this too, but I'd imagine the prosecutor's office dealing with them would be like trying to herd cats. On the other hand, your life is already ruined. You'll be charged at that point, be on the internet, perhaps on the News. You may have lost your job, paid out $10+k retainer to an attorney for your defense. Warrants would have been served on your electronic devices and bank records, perhaps leading to additional charges. Your significant other will know. Your future significant others, and their friends / families will know. You may be acquitted if the provider doesn't show and her initial statements aren't enough to convince a jury (and you haven't hanged yourself by talking to the LEOs) - but the damage will have already been done. The best way is to avoid these stings, by tightening up your personal security. Let them feast on guys like Gemini10, who wouldn't know the law if someone copies and pastes it for them. And hopefully they won't feel the need to get much better at catching the ones who know how to avoid their efforts. That's really my goal here. To make sure everyone understands the changes, the new risks, and weighs the impact or gets much more careful.

The previous administration also did away with net neutrality which allowed ISP's to block or throttle any URL they want for any reason. The current administration restored it but since we have a new president elect Verizon has already restarted blocking us to some areas. Further their are 13 root DNS servers that support the entire internet (not really true, there are other servers that help them, but there are only 13 core ones) if the US wants to eradicate a site all they need do is remove it from DNS. If they did that you could no longer come to this site by typing www.usasexguide.nl you would have to type 111.90.145.119.
Note: When I use the terms previous and current administrations that is NOT a reason for any of you IDIOTIC FUCKWADS that see ANY mention of politics to jump in and start left right bullshit. It's a matter of record that net neutrality was indeed done away with at the time I said it was, and it is a matter of record that it was restored. Obviously as a technician and operator of an adult site I'm a proponent of a free and open internet and that is my only bias, I want a free and open internet where all packets are treated the same. I don't want the internet to be turned into glorified cable where my ISP can select what I can and cannot see or how fast or slow content may be delivered based on what is best for their bottom line. When they originally got their licenses to operate ISP's packet neutrality was an expressed condition.
So yes, there are a multitude of ways that the US can selectively block sites.
In the entire history of the US Sex Guide there has been ONE sting operated here. It happened a few years ago, the FBI ran a pedo sting. They created a user and posted "I have a super young provider... DM for details" To my shame I didn't know that super young was pedospeak for underage. To my credit neither did 149 of the 150 guys who responded by PM. I am EXTREMELY proud that with the exception of one guy everybody else said no when they found out the "chick" was 15. Only one guy wanted to move forward. The FBI completely ignored the guys who were looking for adults. They gave the pedo an email to write (so they could move the convo from our server to theirs) and then busted him eventually. I hope he's taking it up the ass in jail several times a day.
Local LE has never, not once, used this forum for a warrant of any kind for one simple reason, nothing here is qualified evidence because nothing can be authenticated not even by us. (Do you think it's an accident we don't verify you guys?)
So in review, the US can technically block any site or content they want and since the Patriot Act and follow up laws I fucking promise you they have legal framework to do it.
Hopefully this clears this up.

PS to the guy insisting they can't, I fucking promise you they can.I appreciate the information regarding DNS deletion. I'm not a tech guy by any stretch, I'm very aware of the policy side, but know little about the execution side of the equation. I appreciate the insight. I wholeheartedly agree with your bias toward net neutrality and appreciate your efforts to support freedoms.
Regarding WikiLeaks, I think it would be a stretch to suggest that the 'US Govt blocked content from WikiLeaks'. Yes, they had several DNS de-listings. Perhaps the US Govt was behind that, perhaps not. The official story from EveryDNS is that WikiLeaks site was used to launch DDoS attacks. While I could certainly make the case that the US Govt would WANT that to be done, there is no evidence they were behind it (that I'm aware of). Amazon AWS did stop providing hosting services for WikiLeaks in the USA, allegedly due to pressure from the US Govt (where US Govt Data is also stored). But, and this is very relevant to the point I was making. WikiLeaks moved hosting to Switzerland (a Safe Harbor Country) and has since not had any issues. If we're worried about the US doing this / having done this in safe harbor countries, they aren't exactly very effective at this, are they? The only 'banning' you could objectively assign to the US is the fact that they banned (blocked) WikiLeaks from US Federal Govt owned computers. That's certainly understandable, you don't really want your employees visiting the site of a belligerent while they're on the job, potentially a click away from sensitive material that you don't want made public.
As an atty who's worked on policy, I stand by what I said. Also, regarding stings. Of course they haven't used this forum for misdemeanor stings. The juice hasn't been worth the squeeze. The fact that FBI used it for a felony sting sort of proves my concerns going forward, in my opinion. I certainly hope that you're correct, but there have been many concerning profiles and posts in other NC forums.
Just out of curiosity, a policy question for you. If the US DOJ served you with a warrant for any of our DMs, would you honor it? (For background, US Federal Courts do allow for the issuance of anonymous warrants / username warrants) Would the Netherlands require you to?
Thanks again and best.
You do realize that the 'demand' holds no value whatsoever? The US Govt can 'demand' this site hand over user data but the site would be well within their rights to simply say fuck off. It went into effect January of this yearYes they can tell the govenment to get a life but if the USA petition them in their courts filing a injunction and getting it the sites can be heavely fined once getting hit in the bank account one good time they will comply if it goes that far. The porn laws have not been completely put into effect because all porn sites are still loading in NC except PH who choose to avoid any conflic with any agency concerning laws. The legisltors did what they good at by simply mentioning minors saying using AI tech to edit adult imagies to look like minors thus feeding pedophiles legally because even though the imagies look like minors they are actually adults. They didn't jump the gun because similar porn already exist. I'm still curious why this link posted in here is the only info to be found about the new law. And I seriously think what I keep saying over and over we need to relax and wait and see what happens. Because posting and posting and posting about this angle and that angle is only causing fear. If NC does go after people it won't last long because the cost will quickly go into the millions. Prisons are already over crowded which will be millions more building or adding onto prisons. So just kick back and watch the show if there is one and see how long it last.

PS to the guy insisting they can't, I fucking promise you they can.Thank you very much nuff said. And its best for anyone looking at content online that could be considered as provocative should use a VPN I use a VPN mainly so my service providers can't see what I'm looking at and so I can surf the web not worried as much about being watched and tracked. VPNs doesn't mean the federal government with the high tech and professionals can't track us down if needed but VPN gives me peace of mind while looking at porn and using this site and escort sites.
VPN tunneling creates a point-to-point connection between two devices, often the VPN server and your device. Tunneling encapsulates your data into standard TCP / IP packets and safely transfers it across the internet. Because the data is encrypted, hackers, governments, and even internet service providers cannot see or gain control of your information while you are connected to a VPN server. The cost of VPNS has gone up just like everything else but I think its worth it. Especially now when we are even more concerned about the new law and can we be easily tracked down after contacting a provider. I use turfsurf right now they are 58 dollars for 2 years. Get some peace of mind get a VPN.
Random fact : A lot of the text / calling apps do not allow or will not work with VPNs with their app. It is in their terms of use and can cause flagged / disabled accounts.

I think that's spot on. (They certainly will comply with warrants however, but LEO would need to know specifically what they're looking for). And, I just don't see this as a very likely sting approach / tool from LEO. If something changes with that, hopefully people in the forums will let everyone know.

They have a very stout AI / I'd recognition platform; not to get into long dissertation on how it all works; basically it monitors and weeds out prospective members who give fake I'd and payment info and existing members who don't abide by SA's Terms Agreement (their legal can of worms) when joined, meaning (as a part of their legalize can of worms) if either SD's and or SB's cross the line while DMing anything beyond having mutually beneficial DATING relationship like discussing PTP amounts ect ect ect ie sex for money, the platform will flag the account, then reviewed by a human and if it appears you crossed the line, you are done / banned, no refund and that's the end of that. I doubt SA is obligated to report any (DM) foul play to local / state jurisdictions, you just get banned.
As for using burner number apps / phones; the intent of my post is any average Joe Schmo can have an additional layer of privacy to protect identity, and personal information in this hobby over and using a personal cell phone. .I use text now and have VPN on my phone and nothing changed as you can see from the screenshot. Sense the app is logged in through your email address I don't see why it would cause any issuses using a VPN, nothing changes with your phone or computer or tablets. I didn't have to rejoin this site or any other site I use passwords on. My banking app now sends verification text more now and that's fine other than that nothing else changed. Without a VPN you just out there in the wind wide open for hackers and malicous websites to break right in. Virus protection isn't enough.

I don't think I've discussed terms prior to going off platform.
I'm sure it takes locals longer to get the results back from SS after a formal request, but my friend, who's on a different kind of task force, says it literally take SS less than 12 minutes to go from text app #, to mobile # - when they're doing it in their system. I haven't seen it done, but this is what I've been told.

Once you pick a chick yall exchange numbers and get off SA just that simple. Same thing you do with Tryst and any site that allows you to contact women on their platform.

And I never ever connect it to my home WiFi or any other WiFi connected to me. Yah, sure, someone can find what the burner number is, but that has no connection to me. I pay for minutes w / prepaid cards bought in a grocery for cash. These are all OpSec tools anyone should apply.

These are all OpSec tools anyone should apply.I get it why you would have a burner phone in this hobby when you have a SO. But I don't understand having a burner phone with an internet / cell based text app account which is traceable with an email address that is attached to the app when you sign up. Is there something I'm missing here? Anyway, sure someone can find out if it's a burner or not, but don't fool yourself no matter what level OpSec you try to employ to use you can be found. The fallacy that you can't trace / track burner phone is BS, it may take some time (longer than 12 minutes); there may be no connection to you at first but you can be found with technology like Stingray. There's nothing like a 4 am knock on your door.

Yah, sure, someone can find what the burner number is, but that has no connection to me. I pay for minutes w / prepaid cards bought in a grocery for cash. I've never bought a physical burner phone before. Are you required to give any personal info to connect it?Not with tracphone. Just got to wally world, pick your model you want and the wally world employee will activate it. When they ask if you want to include your personal info just say no. Buy whatever prepaid card you want and you are all set. Pay cash, no trace to you at all. You can also change your number easily if you find a need for that.
I've never bought a physical burner phone before. Are you required to give any personal info to connect it?I always use text app not for the cops but so providers can't find me using my real number. When I first started I had words with a provider because she stood me up, and she sent my name address and some back ground info. I had know idea there were sites for just a couple bucks that will show your personal info to anyone with your phone number. My cousin told me to get a text app and that solved the problem Now I also use a VPN for surfing the net mainly to protect my banking info. Far as stopping the gonrmemt from finding you even though VPNs say government can't locate you I don't believe it. Maybe if you set it for another country it would take longer 15 minutes instead of 5. Setting it outside the country would give you slower internet service and apps may not work or your passwords to sites. Sitting VPN outside the country is only good for logging into sites that are banned from the USA. The VPN will pick the nearest servers for the best connection. I advise anyone who use this site and escort sites to use a VPN, if it picks NC you won't be able to watch porn without those sites verification procetures which I could careless about porn sites. I don't buy content from providers or join whatever platform they sell it on. I hate those ads saying join this or that or buy my content. VPN the way to go.

New Law.
https://www.yesweekly.com/news/the-a...7dbd644ae.html
I encourage people to read this and know what's going on.
Once again. Just be careful. The groups that are pushed for this law are helping to absorb the costs. From the article above, they will be organizing the training for LE and helping with the hotel staff training. Also, they are expecting support because of the felony aspect as opposed to a misdemeanor now. Article states they are talking to LE, DAs and judges, because now that they have the law they want it enforced.
PER THE ABOVE linked article:
One organization that pushed for this law is the and. C. Demand Reduction Task Force, which worked with Crutchfield and the and. C. Conference of District Attorneys on revising the statutes. Pam Strickland, founder of and. C. Stop Human Trafficking, a nonprofit operating out of GCF Church in Greenville, and. C. , was a member of the legislative team.
"We're so excited about this legislation," said Strickland. "The Demand Reduction Task Force was created to reduce demand for both sex trafficking and labor trafficking. One of our strategies for doing that is to create consequences for people who purchase sex. One of those consequences is being arrested. ".
Strickland said that she and Nikki Miller, director of operations for the Apex-based anti-trafficking organization Shield North Carolina, expected pushback when they asked legislators to increase penalties for buying sex.
"We didn't get hardly any, and many were very supportive. This was last year, and we were unable to get it introduced in time for the long session. So, when Crutchfield introduced it in this year's short session, we were again pleasantly surprised, as that's not normally the time when new laws are introduced, but is more often about the budget. But it got introduced, zoomed through committees and went right to the house floor, passed unanimously, the same thing happened in the Senate, and then Governor Cooper signed it. The only questions we got in committee were about the hotel training, with none about making buying sex a felony. ".
**Strickland said she expects much higher attendance the next time her organization trains law enforcement in conducting reverse sting operations against purchasers of sex. A reverse sting operation is an attempt to arrest criminals by selling an illegal commodity rather than attempting to purchase it, such as when an undercover narcotics officer poses as a drug dealer rather than a buyer.
*Earlier this year, we conducted a reverse sting training which only 30 people attended. What we heard from law enforcement is that it takes a lot of staff, planning, and time to do a reverse sting operation against sex purchasers. Even if it's completely successful, they end up with a handful of misdemeanors. It didn't make sense in terms of return on investment. Now that it's a felony, we anticipate much higher attendance from law enforcement in the future. We look forward to working with law enforcement, DAs, and judges, because the law doesn't do any good if they don't use it. ".
Also known as the End Demand model, the Equality model, and Neo-Abolition, this approach was developed in Sweden in 1999, where it was based on the claim that all sex work is sexual servitude and no person can consent to engage in commercial sexual services. ** While the main objective was to abolish the Swedish sex industry by punishing consumers, it was also intended to make working conditions more difficult for sex workers. Ann Martin, Head of Sweden's Trafficking Unit, acknowledged this, stating "It shouldn't be as easy as it was before to go out and sell sex. ".
So yes we will have to wait and see how it is enforced, but LE is being watched and their training funded. Not everyone will be caught. In fact, most won't be caught. But more will be caught. You have to shake your head that an outside group will be coordinating and conducting the training. Felony arrests without additional training costs to department or county.
Not here to cause a panic or unrest. Just to inform. I will make no personal opinions here. Neither should anyone else. This is just to let everyone know that outside influences did not just get these laws passed. They are taking an active part in the costs of training and conducting the officer and hotel training. There biggest surprise was that General Assembly had no issues with the hotel enforcement part. Do what you will. Do what you must. The law of averages says you won't get caught. But, there will be more eyes and better trained eyes watching and that percentage has just shifted a little against each person. Hell it was already illegal.
Stay smart. Stay safe. Stay away from bad influence (r) s. Be in your own head.

I'm not sure if you have played in the sugar bowl, but yes SA does monitor DM between members.
Yes of course, you are correct LE agency's do have the technology and ability to trace a burner. Dude, not sure what LE friend told you let's just say it takes longer than 12 minutes LOL.Thanks for this. I knew they scanned DMs but figured it was based on user complaints or maybe scanning for keywords like PPM. I'm glad to hear at least one human looks at the AI's results before banning. I guess a lot of these dating platforms must use something similar to scan for bad actors.
I'm done with this subject yall act like yall in a drug cartel with all this useless infomation when its simple wait and see what happens and if its bad don't trick off of escort sites find another venue. People pretending to be experts on laws and tracking phone numbers and got all the info on the CIA FBI and don't know anything just taking a oppertunity to scare a group of grown men. Anything said about relax or use a VPN or common sense is completely ignored. Running around in here like a bunch escaped convics hiding from the police. Never saw anything like it. TX is still operating as always but yall don't want to hear it. Think Charlotte and other cities are going to invest millions trying to track yall because they know what you did last summer. They will setup a few stings now and then and go away at best. Stings cost money and time and taking the time to trace thousands of phones for what. They want you for what they caught you doing not for what you did 6 months ago. Anyway you guys keep reading all those 10 page post about nothing for nothing being scared I'm going to wait and see. That car slowed down in front oF your house is not the FBI the guy who Just spoke to you at the store isn't the CIA following you. The law is there if you get caught. I mean those women get hundreds of calls and texts a day and if they really hot getting over 1000 tects some days do you really think someone is trying to track all those calls and texts. You not drug king pins you tricks so just don't trick until you see what happens. And get a VPN.

Besides doing what they do, DHS and the FBI play a supporting role to local / state LE. Depending how bad an actor you are that 4 am knock on the door will involve a local LE agency having Jurisdiction with possibly the support of FBI / DHS or in some cases vise versa if its interstate. OR when LE busts an AMP for instance usually it involves Local LE and DHS.
Be what it may be some people on here may have expertise in law and cybersecurity. The initial question was "So let's say you meet with an SA or a girl from CC etc. If you send a text to her about sex for money can she report that to the police and have you arrested? Which morphed into healthy discussions pertaining to that question related to the NC's new law. I'm sorry you are done with the subject because I personally enjoyed reading your posts.

The CIA serves as the national manager for HUMINT, coordinating activities across the IC. It also carries out covert action at the behest of the president. We know what the CIA is its just a figure of speech the CIA is watching you LOL but don't get it twisted the CIA has spyed on American citizens and I'm sure they doing it right now. But the FBI is not wasting its resources for a extended period of time tracking down mongers, local law inforcement don't have the resources to conduct stings everyday. If you contact a provider via SA or Skip or FB IG Sugar Baby sites or whatever and she calls the cops for whatever reason maybe she got mad over rates not being meet or she has a case working for the cops to get out of it. Calling the cops giving them your info would not result in you being arrested for a crime you didn't commit yet. Over half of or more of all solictioting cases that goes to court are thrown out from lack of evidence. Don't get me wrong I appreciate all the guys who did reserch and posting what they think is a solution but the truth is all we can do is wait to see what happens. Today I logged into my equafax and it said call them and I did he ask do you have a VPN I said yes he said turn it off log into your account and turn it back on. It was the only issue I had and recieved some valueble info knowing what to do if I can't log into a account. With a VPN on your phone and other devices you will have peace of mind knowing LEO can't easily track you. I understand the fear but you guys been doing this for years. Yall lived through the BP stings didn't you yall are BP sting survivors you will survive this also. Just relax and wait and see what happens Is all I'm saying and trust me you won't be getting a knock at the door for pass provider visits the law doesn't retroact its if you get caught after December the first. TX escort sites are still rolling they didn't miss a beat with the same ads we have some fake some real. If it bad as some think it might be then we need to reenvent our selves there are plenty UTR and with the new law there will be plenty more if it gets bad. But in the mean time sat back take a chill pill and see what happens and stop scaring mongers with all the post.

The thing that scares me about the new law is they only have to find you guilty of INTENT and not going through with the actual crime. Still, I don't see how browsing any site like STG or even this site proves actual intent. Some of us just enjoy looking at the pics that are posted. Now if you make a date and show up with cash in your pocket I can see how that can prove intent even if you never go to the room.

This is why this discussion is so critical!
The Texas Law defines Solicitation as 'Making or Accepting an Offer". This is the way NC used to be. So, in effect in Texas you can show up and have a little verbal chess match with the girl to insure she's not a decoy. If you're smart, you can avoid the bulk of the risk. Now our Solicitation Law in NC is defined as "Intent to Commit", so showing up at the incall site or going to an ATM to withdraw cash is described as Intent under the new version of the Solicitation Law (which is already in effect). This now works like the pedo laws, where all you have to do is show up to be busted. You never even have to come face to face with a decoy. So, you'd better know who you're visiting, right? Also, in Texas they allow for Prayer for Judgment and discretionary sentencing. Most judges in Texas haven't been convicting on Solicitation for anyone without a previous record, this means they're downgrading to Loitering for purposes of Prostitution or the like, which is a Misdemeanor. Many Texas judges have spoken out about the desire to not destroy otherwise productive members of society by tagging them with a first felony for this kind of crime. The NC Law specifically removes Prayer for Judgment AND discretionary sentencing from the Judge's control. This means, if charged in NC you will face Felony counts, VIF up to $12 k and a mandatory 4 month minimum jail sentence. No opportunity for probation, no home confinement.
If you don't believe what I'm saying I'd suggest you pay a criminal attorney to explain the risks to you and the pitfalls of the stackup of these laws. There is a very narrow way to avoid getting busted and giving your counsel a viable legal defense, but the margin for error is very, very narrow. You'd better understand how to walk the very narrow line if you're staying in this hobby. That's all this thread is really about. If you choose to act like nothing's changed, that's certainly up to you.

So just because someone shows up at an incall site, how does that get translated to "Intent to Commit" if I never wanted to have FS in my mind. In my past rendezvous all I cared for some good quality fbsm. If talk of sex was exchanged or if the ad published or promoted sexual stuff then I understand it's a crime. But if someone wants to get just have a no FS fun from a beautiful female how is that a crime. Makes no sense. Life is short and then we all make it so complex. LOL.

Thats like a car dealer forcing you to buy a car you saw online. 10's of thousands of people look at those sites daily most of who never saw a escort. Any provider will tell you that over half of the texts they get never follow through. I said it 92 times and I say it again don't contact women who don't speak English and stay out of Spas or AMPs and relax and wait and see what happens. If anyone is dumb enough to go see women who don't speak English then they don't know what human trafficking is. They think this woman who can't speak English is posting ads in English and responding to texts but in the rooms they using translator apps. OK sure. Those SPAs have always been targets for raids. At the end of the day if it gets that bad we will have to comply and don't monger, sounds like now is a good time to invest in a sex rehad facility. I read through the link and its a lot of wording that can't be inforced its mostly scare tactics. So some 14 year old is looking at Skip and they going to track him down and arrest him or her. College students always playing on those type sites and texting providers for a joke with know intention of going. Well some do but most don't because they can buy all they want on campus. College cheerleaders are some of the highest paid escorts on earth. It goes to deep to even imagine putting a dent in it. So they trying to scare mongers. So lets wait and see its only a week away so for the next few months lets stay away from providers and watch the news. I need my fix at least once a week I prefer twice but its cool I got a few I can repeat on as I keep a eye on the news. It will be plenty of mongers getting caught up and lets say by April if its still going on pretty hard we all know its over far as using ads and spas. I just left foodlion trust me there are plenty single women looking for a man so we might have to get into a relationship now that's scary.

But are we not paying for someone's "time" . LOL.Yeah, I hear what you saying but FBSM by definition is totally different animal from a Therapeutic Massage. Does Massage Envy advertise FBSM? So, if you answered a FBSM decoy ad, showed up at an incall location thinking FBSM is "therapeutic", you might as well hire a good attorney to argue your case in court.

The Spas, Asians and Latina's are what are really going to be hit especially off the bat. Girls out there on their own aren't going to be watched or gone after as much do to the low effort to reward for them. Like him I have some that we don't even discuss funds or service anymore. I just text asking if we can hang out that day. Hell talking with one of them the hotel staff knows girls are working and as long as they aren't lining guys up don't care. If they do they tell them to chill out. I also stay away from amps and those other groups because of the high chance of trafficking.

You can find these stories of the stings online. Fayetteville and High Point centered on Skip The Games decoy ads, and the others on other online forums. We're not even past 12/1 yet, so this was warmup stuff. No Massage Parlors were targeted in these stings. Generally speaking, Massage Parlors aren't what these HSI teams do. That's more the locals and state.
OK guys, it's been a pleasure talking with you guys here. I'm going to return to my own area forums now, as I'm questioning my value to you. I won't be reading or posting here again. Best of luck and stay safe out there.

Its pretty deep reading all that critiria it even states if you work for the government and get caught watching porn at work you are fired and put on blast to the public. It goes on and on and its sad and a good thing. I hope they also made plans to get these women detoxed and rehab. The best thing we can do is stop contacting providers and see what's going on. Because my company might have some serious issues if I were caught. I'm on the side line watching the show yall can do what you want to do but its best to chill for a while. Google HSI teams and a lot of stings will pop up give you chills. I appreciate the posts I know it seem like I was against you but I wasnt I just don't talk proper English good enough for you so it seems like I was being negative when all I was really saying was wait and see what happens. And googling HSI teams I'm on the sidelines chilling for real.
So NC is becoming a police state because it won't stop here if this is a victory next it will be banning drinking making it a dry state and banning strip clubs and these laws spread accross the country they don't stay contained. Just like porn laws. I guess weed will become illegal again and women can't wear short dresses or bikinis on the beach. We all have to go to bible study on wed and church on Sunday or be arrested. I mean if people don't stand up for themsevles because after all we vote for these government officials who vote on these laws. But people who start these marchs have a ace in the hole all they have to do is yell Minors and the whole world stops and pay attention to them. There are know sane mongers who think its ok for minors or anyone to be forced those who think its ok or the ones we don't even associate with because they crazy. So I guess I get it in order to save the ones forced you have to shut the whole thing down I get it. But do they understand it will only get bigger know matter how many laws are passed. I was saying when they shut down BP it was stupid because they were finding minors and making arrest so BP was perfect because these traffickers were dumb enough to advertise them. I remember a story right there in Charlotte when a dude was busted with 2 15 year olds in a hotel and without BP he wouldn't have been caught. So the law will hurt more than help by making traffickers go back to old school. Trafficking didn't start with the internet and if the internet goes away trafficking will still be here. But the internet is a good way to catch them. Only problem now is there won't be any mongers going online. I guess I will find a church to join get a suit and pointed toe shoes. And hold my head down when I see a woman might be charged with something for looking becasue of intent. We headed for one world order gentlemen and nothing we can do to stop it.

Hilton Sherriton any hotel downtown charlotte I'm not going. Those 5 star hotels are nice and yes I like them but its scary. And now no way I'm going in a 5 star hotel because after the 2nd or 3rd visit a provider gets the cops coming. They want to know just how many uncles this woman got LOL. I remember years ago the super 8 on sugar creek put a chick out because she had 3 visits back to back seem kind of odd for back then at a cheap motel. Just a few months ago my boy went to see a Brazilian he said she came to let him in side door and the lady at front desk ran him off saying I know what she doing you leave. That was at the motel 6 on sugar creek. I went in the Omni on south tryon last year and the front desk stopped me asking for I'd and what room I'm going to I left, she said come back she will come to side door I said naw they got outside cameras I'm gone. Cheap motels the best bet if you brave enough to go see a provider. I'm just going to chill with my regulars off social media. One who post text me a few minutes ago told her we can bump one more time before the first after that don't be texting me she said you scary dude. I sure am.

It is not the SAME LAW at all.
If you choose to act like nothing's changed, that's certainly up to you.I mentioned this a few months ago. I have two family members that are Federal and part of a team going across NC providing trainings for local LEOs in this area.
The "intent" is where they will get most. The cash only. The video verify.
Sure, some may not be found guilty of a felony when they go to trial. But for many job sectors, especially city / state / federal jobs, educational sector, and any job were a background check is needed before they hire you, you will lose your gig immediately upon arrest and that next morning when your job gets the alert. Plus these arrests will be big local news with names plastered everywhere.
Maybe you will get your gig back if you take it to trial and win. Whenever that happens. Could be as long as a year before your case come up. Can't plead out and not get the felony though.
I would say outcalls only with those you have seen before and friends of those you've seen before. Even if you have to go get your own hotel room. LEOs could camp out at those cheap motels by girls who post everyday at the airport and round up a bunch of guys to put on the news.

For the compulsive sex buyer, no amount of education will change his behavior. Long term, intense counseling may help. But if the buyer is not willing, imprisonment may be the only way to stop the behavior.

Especially in the airport area. LEOs looking to make huge splash with new laws.
Most use the same hotels and hotel staff is informing them. Get rid of the textfree / text now numbers was something that was mentioned. Also this from an old friend on the subject.

I may have misunderstood what she was saying though.
App numbers use your IP address and it is in one of their clauses about VPNs.

.I use a VPN with textnow with no issues. I downloaded it on a burner I set up using The VPN while on an open public Wi-Fi. I don't turn the phone on unless I'm out away from the house and the VPN cuts on when it starts up. So wouldn't that be the safest? Genuinely curious if I need to change something up.

All of those apps use IP addresses and they do track you through your IP address whether it is the IP that came from your main mobile service provider, WIFI, etc. As for TextNow and other related apps (some of the apps won't work at all on a VPN):

Those burner apps offer no protection other than hiding your phone number from the party you are calling / texting. And even that can be cracked by a beginning level hacker. As mentioned, those text numbers are tied to your phones IP. An IP that leads to your IEMI # that stays active, with your location, even if you turn off the phone.
BTW, VPNs and other forms of encrypted cell phone communication rely on BOTH parties using the VPN / encryption on their cell phone. Also, at some point you're going to have to show up for the meeting 😂.
My guess is WhatsApp and Crypto become the norm temporarily until Zuckerberg is forced to respond to LEO WhatsApp account requests. Also, turn off Face / Touch I'd on your burner phone and stick with PIN and turn off internet access to your icloud on your burner. If they want you, they'll still get you but at least make it difficult.
Also, how many of the girls will now turn in mongers to avoid that trip "downtown?" Especially the cheaper, drug addicted ones who frequent STG. LEOs want those felonies.

We get those texting apps from our apple or google stores, which are both tied to our apple or google IDs. The companies that run those texting apps have our apple IDs and can be forced to turn them over with a court order. Once they have our apple or google I'd, they can get who we are by going to apple or google. I doubt these girls are smart enough to to crack into this but LEO has means that we don't even know of. It wasn't worth the trouble for them when it just a misdemeanor. A felony makes it a whole new game.

And what if its a kid they find at the other end who like to go on those ads and play with providers. Your problem will be showing up in some states you don't have to get out the car once they know its you pulling in. So if ask are you here and what kind of car you in don't respond just ease on. But if you don't go and don't contact ads you won't have anything to worry about, just chill and watch the news once they have spent the little budget it will be over with for a while. Those who are super addicted will chance it know matter what the laws are it can say 50 years and some will still try it. Me and my buddy know several off social media who has never posted a ad and nooo I'm not sharring, just saying find other ways beside ads if you can't wait a few weeks. Far as them setting guys up addicts been doing that forever. Just don't go even though today I saw a little spinner on skip I want to pound town kinda bad LOL and that's what will get us in trouble ohhh she so fine ad looks real oh she got good reviews. Just remember once LEO grab you its over. Don't go for at least 2 weeks watch the news see what's going on. And don't worry their little budget will run out. I wonder is that's why some old peoples food stamps being cut off and SSI checks to get funding for this none sense.

I use TextMe on my normal (iPhone) phone, believing the consequence of SO finding a burner phone to be higher than the less-than-optimal anonymity using an app on my real phone. Since we expect LEO to use extraordinary resources to find johns, is it now time to get a burner phone and abandon the apps, since the apps are tied to your IMIE and IP? Not trying to overthink this . . .
I have a few preferred providers I stick with. My suggestion for others is to consider upscale, educated providers those who craft well-written ads. Look for independent therapists under massage who don't explicitly state their services. Avoid soliciting over the phone or in person; just go with the flow. It seems many have become too comfortable and neglected caution. Before current sites like STG, there were BP and CL, and even earlier, curiosity from passing by or word of mouth was the MOST common route before any of these sites. The Carolinas had magazines listing establishments. Despite advancements making connections easier, we shouldn't have abandoned caution.
No disrespect intended, but it seems many of you read the ad and then ask about the services either over the phone or in person, or simply assume because the provider explicitly posts about it. I'm not judging anyone, but I would be concerned meeting with 99% of the providers posted here. Concerns like cleanliness, location, drug use, diseases, handlers, legal issues, robbery, or setups would worry me. I'm not passing judgment; I stick to what makes me comfortable, and everyone has their preferences. I'm just saying, it's not the end of the world as some forums in NC suggest, but making a smarter judgment call is important.
I personally have a burner phone that I keep either off or on silent in my locked desk drawer. Most of the providers I see over the years do not take VOIP numbers anyways. If they did, they required a deposit. I just have a little $8 plan for unlimited calling and text only. I don't pay for data.
Not trying to overthink this . . ..

I'm just saying, it's not the end of the world as some forums in NC suggest, but making a smarter judgment call is important.I don't think upscale educated matters unless she is UTR any provider posting ads so be it spas hotels low scale upscale will be a risk. UTR is the best bet for a while if they know any. I use to see those magazines in LA and Vegas I didn't know the carolinas had them also. I never understood how they were legal bc the women would be buck naked in some of those mags and they were free in stands on the streets for anyone to get.
Cleared. Sorry.

Let me be clear, someone (a provider) who has a lot to lose like the average monger. LOL As in the providers who already take caution for themselves and their customers. I am picky as in taste and due to my career. I will not just go see anyone. That was part of my entire point.
These were not on stands LOL. I beieve it was called V2 and V3 magazine. Circa 2008, maybe? Whewwww, that's a long time ago for me to remember. LOL

.I use to see those mags when I was a kid in LA and when we went to vegas. High end escorts making 6 figures if approached by LEO will set you up faster than a addict, their pimps got way to much to lose if she shut down. 1500 2000 3000 on up they not loosing that for a monger they will do whatever LEO wants them to do. The best bet is UTR. Maybe you think guys in here can't afford high end escorts and we don't see them LOL we don't just do skip LOL, Myself and others have reviews on 1000 dollar chicks and don't trust them anymore than we trust a street walker. Because they all the same people one just cost more or less. And most upscales are junkies with pimps also you just don't know it. I recently saw one off Tryst that cost a lot I won't go into details but I found out she on meth and fent has a pimp. Same people different locations and prices. Many of them be cheap and meet the right person and put on stockings and lip stick take some hot pix go from 100 to 1500 and still a junky in a 5 star hotel.
No, I don't think that, but as always you're on the defense. I am well aware of when you "first" started posting here and I also remember you were one of the ones seeking higher end girls at the time. Everyone thought you were Justin because your vocabularly, but everyone knows Justin doesn't spend a lot. He also has a lot of working girls that he happens to be friends on facebook with as well. However, I read this board just like the rest of us do. I know what a lot say about the higher end girls and why they don't go to them. However, you're attacking everyone who makes a comment about not mongering anymore and being worried. I figured I would try to give a suggestion instead of attacking and arguing with everyone. Everyone does and sees who they want to, that is on them. I was just stating what worries me and figured I may offer an alternative suggestion. I don't see escorts. The few that I see have an establishment and it is just them. They are all well spoken, not on drugs, educated, and err on the side of caution. They also have a lot to lose like I do and have a career outside of this. Happy Mongering.

.So yes you mean UTR and why if I comment its and attack I'm not attacking you I'm sorry if it seems that way but I'm just saying unless its UTR which is women who don't post anywhere they can't be trusted. And upscales who post will set a monger up faster than a broke chick because that's a lot of income. And I'm attacked calling me some other dude and how I talk or type rather. Knowing people on FB doesn't mean you someone else LOL. All ya have to do is get a providers FB and check her friends list and from there it goes on and on. I even had to post proof by screnshoting a FB chicks DM off messenger, I took a lot of shots on here some even blocked me and for what bc I was posting to many reviews and speaking my mind isn't that what we should do in the correct sections. I'm hated and didn't do any harm to anyone. So I stopped posting so many reviews maybe that will help.
We all take the precautions we deem needed. Like I said I use a burner phone, that was paid for with cash and use a prepaid plan card bought with cash. It is an apple phone but I created an I'd tied to a burner email. This was done on a public wi-fi a while back. After the initial setup I haven't connected to the internet or app without the VPN on. I use prepaid cards bought with cash for the subscription for the VPN. The way the VPN keeps you protected is by using an encryption, bouncing your IP around and not tracking any of your data. So unless they are breaking it real time you should be safe using one. Granted you are trusting them some on the no data tracking part.
Waiting and seeing will definitely be a good thing though and vetting anyone you do reach out too. Like others said driving on by when asked about your vehicle. Pulling your cash out before you ever schedule the visit. I don't think any safety precaution would be considered dumb if your going to still see a provider.

But people should use VPN requardless to protect their banking and other accounts. And not going until we see what's really going on and how bad it is is the only fool proof way not to get caught. I see some nice looking ads popping up that I'm sure is fake but I could just be paranoid, ether way I'm not risking it for a few weeks if it gets bad I'm done until it gets better. Good news for street mongers when BP shut down it was some fine chicks who post on the streets. Samething might happened if ads stop getting calls. But I'm not brave enough anymore before the new laws know way I could do it now. I use to get street chicks and go to a hotel but lost my nerves. Now they don't need to see money exchanged or catch you in the act all you got to do is stop for one that's intent correct.
Do you guys think there will be more activity just over the line in South Carolina? I mean providers in Rock Hill or Fort Mill, to avoid the new laws? I imagine the demand is going to go down a bit if not a lot in NC.

As it's been discussed this new law is an attempt to add to and strengthen an existing law by going after the buyer. However you maintain your personal Operational Security (opsec) with the use of burner phones / numbers, VPN's, Et al for anonymity, it all boils down to using the big head and basic common sense when trying to connect with and visiting a provider. Using this forum and other review sites are your best resource. Maintain situational awareness and use common sense when visiting a provider's location. When answering an unknown or un-reviewed providers ad only provide brief introduction with date and time, do not discuss services and compensation. If that provider responds back with services and compensation Et al, and to go further, or even if they don't discuss services and compensation but confirms date and time, location then asks for vehicle type and color and or asks you to pick up a pack of smokes, certain type of drinks, food, condoms from the store, and tells where to park when you get to the location; It doesn't matter how much opsec you employed for anonymity, you answered the decoy ad, showed up at the location, that's intent. Block the number and move on.
Stay Safe.
Any of you have luck using STG on a VPN? Using nord and one other I tried and neither works on STG.
Thanks!
Both of mine are working on there.

Stay Safe.I have did everything you said don't do like stopping at the store getting them soda beer vodka condoms whatever they wanted except say what kind of car I'm driving but some have said is that you that you in that car bc they looking out the window. Far as what you saying on a text being careful not to say this or that doesn't matter if you texting the police all they want you to do is show up they will take it from there. Pulling in parking lot may not cause arrest or getting snacks but its one thing that will most def get the cuffs and its entering the room and pulling out money. Know matter how careful you are at some point you have to pay and once you pay you under arrest. Always look for adjorning room doors might be a good idea to leave if there is one. My advice stays the same just don't go chill out for a few weeks and watch the news. And no I'm not attacking you just joining the conversation.
I don't think this has been mentioned, but if you do find yourself face to face with LEO, just STFU and say you want an attorney. Don't try to talk your way out of it or explain, just say you want a lawyer. You don't have to answer any questions, even before you are arrested; (that's the time period when they are "conducting an investigation" or "detaining" but not yet arrested you.) Even a crappy public defender can get you started, then you can find your own criminal defense attorney. There's a good video about that (being quiet and immediately asking for a lawyer) which has been shared on this site over the years, maybe someone can provide the link. Just shut up and ask for a lawyer.
What about new guys and guys saying they from out of town wanting info on a provider should we just ignore it or give info about pass visits. Or just think its LEO wanting verification on a provider. I'm not doing anything for at least a month know reviews not giving info because I'm not going to help LEO do its job. Even though I got more reviews than most they can't prove anything by what I said or anyone else we just in here playng around.
I thought we told RMs (little to no post/constantly asking questions) to RTF or ignore them? No? SMs pitch in LOL I don't know, I don't give anyone intel via PMs until I look through their post history to be on the safe side.

Although this video is long, it's worth watching every second of it. The lawyer goes into detail how an innocuous question, such as "Where did you come from?" can lead to your arrest. STFU. I want a lawyer. Use your 5th Amendment Right.

All of the regulars that I visit mentioned it to me, but I would say most probably have no idea.
.Interesting, did they seem concerned that it would affect their business or not concerned due to established clients etc? I tried explaining to one of ladies that it could affect their income and they looked at me like I had 3 heads LOL.
I was informed about it from one of them before anyone even mentioned it on here. No, they were concerned for various reasons as these are some pretty safe ladies (well-rounded and aware) because they have a lot to lose too.

https://youtu.be/d-7o9xYp7eE?si=-wn7O4NmzfTegiAzYou right that video is to long LOL but he has a point about using your rights to be quite. Myself I like the police not trying to get brownie points if they read this lmao but I do. I appreciate the police and service men and women first responders on and on these people put their life on the line for our safety. With that said depending on what you are being ask, we see these videos where people are recording after they get the officer angry making a fool out of our police to get views. Far as general information showing I'd I don't have a problem with that, I'm not going to make them get a warrant just to see my I'd. And that's the thing if they think you are guilty you not going any where so in most cases its best to cooperate. Even if you end up in court it looks better to the judge if they say you cooperated instead of giving them a hard time. Not only that you don't want things to get heated with officers it could turn out bad for ya. After all they are humans with feelings and families just like us and want to get off work and go home just like us. And when we know we in the wrong but want to stand there and argue or in this case don't say anything depending on what they are asking it can be frustrating to the officer. If you feel there is not enough evidence or none at all by all means stand your ground. But if its for intent a law school drop out can beat a intent case. Most of the time you can beat a intent charge yourself. But if you gave a decoy or a provider working for them money most likely its recorded from another room. When they come in informing you of your rights cooperate give them your I'd contact a lawyer so he can file for motion of decovery and go over the details if there is money exchange on video its a problem. And I will say it again just don't go watch the news google prostitution stings.

https://reason.com/2024/12/04/north-carolina-goes-drug-war-on-prostitution/Thanks for the link its a good read, they attacking X why OF isn't being attacked also? OF isn't a porn site but packed with porn and X isn't a porn site ether but its packed with porn. I guess bc you have pay to join OF to really see anything but its still porn and heavely advertised even in movies. That is a intresting read and saying what I been saying its a waste of time and millions of dollars. The odds of stopping prostitution are high as winning a billion dollar lottery even though it can be done but not likely. Women are the reason not men if women didn't want to and try to sell it men couldn't buy it. If know one did drugs which is part of the link the failed war on drugs know one could sell drugs. Just because men are willing to pay for it doesn't mean they can unless women are selling. Go to a mall or any location and hold out a few thousand dollars asking women can you buy a hit and see how fast they run. Catch a woman getting gas and walk over and say hey you are hot can I buy a hit of that monkey off ya gal and get slapped. Now reverse the role with women approaching men selling that monkey and see the difference they will go home with plenty money. And sense women doesn't need social media to sell the goods passing laws won't stop anything. We all know that 98.9 percent of prostitution isn't done online or the streets. Its 98.9 percent UTR from teachers to movie stars to Ms Jackson married with kids down the street. America is showing its true face of communist with a twist of mind games by making people think they are free while montering and controlling their every move. Lets wait and see how they going to regulate those who leaving the country. Bush Jr signed into law anyone seeing a minor in another country if proven will be arrested soon as they come back here. The major issue is Americans don't have a say in laws being passed and who going to protest prostitution laws maybe in Fresco maybe. As one world order creeps up we will see more and more laws we don't want by the time everyone gets the chips impanted doing away with money they will all be like robots looking the same living the same.

But these house wives and ex porn stars and ex providers and ex human tracffic victems finally got a voice with politicians and its on and popping. Like cancer these type laws spread all over the country. How will it impact the Nevada Reno area where it is legal and Rhode Island where its legal remains to be seen. How will it impact Vegas where its illegal but out in the open and big business a pimps dream. Will Cali follow suit and clean up Fig street. They can wipe out all the visual prostitution they can wit ads and street walkers and won't even put a dent in it. I know several who never posted a ad and making more money than those who post ads so in the words of my cousin go head on wit that BS.

But far as just standing there not saying a word refusing to present I'd can also be a charge, you don't have to admit guilt or any intentions. But if they have video audio you not going to win in court and how you cooperated will play a part in your sentencing. If the judge see you as someone giving the police a hard time that 4 months could turn into 8. You are caught red handed commiting a crime and refusing to say your name ok see how that works out for ya in court because you going to jail with or without I'd taling or not talking.

When I was in law school many years ago, you were the exact client that our professors warned us about. Thinking you're going to outsmart a team of federal agents who have also likely been to law school, and / or cooperating to maintain a friendly rapport is never, ever advisable. You will lose that match 10 out of 10 times. They don't care how likeable you are. HSI just busted a pastor in the High Point / Randleman sting. You aren't anywhere near that charming. You must not have watched that video? You believe you know more than the professor who gave the lecture? You believe that even a law student could beat intent? Have you ever been a law student to understand this level of expertise? If you had been a law student, you would understand that Intent isn't harder for the prosecution to prove, it's the lowest legal standard to prove. So that you understand (because you clearly do not), here's an example. Let's stretch reality and say you could be convicted of Rape on the basis of Intent for a moment. Imagine if you were arrested and charged with Attempted Rape because you were standing next to a woman with a ski mask in your hand, and she saw it and became frightened. You didn't put the ski mask on. You didn't attack her. You didn't rape her. You didn't even threaten her. They charged you because they believe you INTENDED TO. For a criminal defense attorney, this might now be the most difficult felony charge to defend, because they need very, very little to convict you. In fact the jury instruction that the judge would give to describe for them the legal standard of INTENT, would blow your mind. At a legal conference I attended recently, I asked a couple of, what I consider to be the best criminal defense attorneys north of you about this law. They agreed that with the set of facts they typically see for solicitation charges, these cases will be very difficult to win, because they can't win these cases by annoying or wearing down the prosecution any longer. Solicitation has been an Intent definition for some time in NC (since the last update of the law), but there's a huge difference as it relates to the nuts and bolts of how they mount a defense. In the past, their strategy was to either try to plea down, or elongate the case with complex filings (if their client had lots of money). Because this was only a misdemeanor charge, if the defense was dogged and determined enough, the prosecution would buckle quite often. In truth, NC focused on Intent because the charge implications were so light (Misdemeanor with a $200 fine+costs). To bolster the deterrent element and speed the conclusion of cases, they made these cases easy to prove. The new stack-up of 'easy to prove' and 'high penalty' is crushing here in NC. There are three new problems today, along with the low burden of proof. 1. The starting charge is a 4 month felony. 2. The charges cannot be downgraded by the judge, so how does the defense threaten to make the prosecutor look dumb in front of the judge, and thus their boss? (which is the real reason prosecutors want to avoid a court proceeding) 3. Prosecutors don't worry about case elongation with felonies, as every jurisdiction has an unlimited budget for felony prosecution (not the case with misdemeanors), and you're on some kind of bail restriction throughout the entire time the case is pending or ongoing (unlike misdemeanors), so you're going to want to conclude the case quickly now! Help your attorney and shut up. You have a Constitutional Right to silence. The Judge is not going to double your sentence because you exercised it. No one's saying you should act like a dick. All you say is "I'm sorry but I cannot answer questions without an attorney present. " I must need my head to be examined for answering this post, LOL.

Long of the short of it; NC solicitation is a felony offense, if convicted means a loss of your basic civil rights, if you can't figure it out google it. Possibly a good idea to hire a defense attorney.

I'm from LA the streets until I went into service and I know many guys who were busted for drugs with intent and they walked. But once again not argueing its gone be what it is. Best advise is simply don't go. I see all this legal law experts talk from people with so much advise but none has said the best advise is don't go see providers. Unless you think they can arrest for intent for thinking about them at home or at work. Just don't go. It doesn't matter who right who wrong to avoid getting caught commiting a crime is simple just don't commit one. Case closed.
I know what you were doing there, but reading that made me feel like I had a stroke my man. LOL

Just a quick post to say THANK YOU to guys like MmceStep, (who is clearly a lawyer with good intel,) DarkStar, & LionsDen, etc. For providing us with some really useful information to help us make informed decisions going forward. I appreciate you guys taking the time to contribute your informed knowledge of the new law, task force, and operations in TX for reference. All good information for this community to read & consider. Thanks!
So what about not going just don't see providers who post ads, hire a attorney for what if you don't commit the crime you won't need a attorney. Are you guys that addicted to hooking you can't take a break? Why are you in this sub? This is very focused on a topic. You seem to want to turn it into an ADHD mudslide. There's no need to reply to every post if you don't have something productive to add. Stay focused so that the people who want to stay out of jail can learn and do so. Right now the other side is banging away at guys who don't know about the changes. That's what this thread is about.
Just so you guys have a sense of what direction other states are heading in, I send you this article. Blue states are heading towards decriminalization and red states are heading toward Sharia Law. Lawmaking shouldn't be about imposing morality.
There's mountains of data about how prostitution is and was always essential for a society, for both providers and customers. If they wanted to do some good, make drug rehab affordable, or free. So that these providers can become real, and tax paying business operators.
I mean, Tennessee Republicans tried to pass a law making Solicitation a 1-6 year prison felony. Really? When they're letting violent criminals out early because of overcrowding? If you collect a Class E felony in Tennessee, your job options become pretty slim, likely minimum wage, regardless of your previous situation. That's all this is. Live the way WE want or we destroy you. Thank God it failed, for now. They'll regroup and the 'Family Values Associations' are going to take the time to threaten and flip the reps that voted against it.
I really feel like we're heading toward a situation where the states have such disparate views / laws that we're going to have entirely different legal systems, like the 1860's all over again. Blue states heading toward autonomy and red states legislating morality. UGGH.

Stay focused so that the people who want to stay out of jail can learn and do so. Right now the other side is banging away at guys who don't know about the changes. That's what this thread is about. So not going is bad advice take a break for a while and see what happens, I'm a monger with plenty reviews know one like the ladies anymore than I do but right now the sign says do not enter and that's my advice. You don't have any advice just trying to scare the brains out of these guys. Just because a law is passed doesn't mean they going to pack prisons with first time or even 2nd time offenders. You want them to think that every case for intent is going to prison when people walk away from first degree murder cases everyday. Sure if you show up you may get arrested but it doesn't mean every last arrest they make will even make it to court, and pleading not guilty they may drop it. Will they go to trail with dozens of prostitution cases? Maybe maybe not. But my point is pretty simple and for some reason you don't want to hear it just don't go take a break. I can't reach those who don't visit this site and I don't want anyone on here to get busted these some good guys. We all from different backgrounds different colors ages and we all have one thing in common we like the women who do something strange for a little change LOL. If we all take a break we don't have to worry about lawyers and courts cops and what judges will do. Because the laws are written pretty tight but so are murder laws rape stealing and people still break those laws and they all don't go to prison some walk. But to make sure we don't get busted and have to find out just don't go kick back and watch the news a couple months then decide what direction and routes we want to take.

I believe most reasonable members here are in wait in see mode. Plenty of uninformed individuals who will make mistakes that can be learned from. There will definitely be some big splashes by LE since that is the heart of their logic behind the law.

But its cool lmao the other old guy playing lawyer mad because I'm saying wait and see what happens is your leader writing books on law in here but ight it is what it is. Sitting shaking scared you going to jail when all you have to do is just don't go see providers. One dude screaming get a lawyer lmao you don't need a lawyer if you don't go. And old want to be lawyer dude has never saw a provider make it make sense. Stay strong out there my guy.
You come off as someone who is either works for an AD office or is projecting their own fear, most likely the later. Quite obsessed honestly.
I believe most reasonable members here are in wait in see mode. Plenty of uninformed individuals who will make mistakes that can be learned from. There will definitely be some big splashes by LE since that is the heart of their logic behind the law.Thats all I been saying in a nut shell is chill for a while but lawyer dude mad at me and said he putting me on ignore lmaooo, I bet every law that comes out he some where posting books about it.
This provider I fell out with months ago blocked me on FB today she unblock me and contact me but she wasnt talking like her far as her style of words. I ask several times what do she want and she would be evasive without ansering and taking periods of time to respond. In the past this person was a chatter box typing fast the same way she talks in person. So I said I think this is 12 or you working for 12, she or whoever said how could I be working for the cops and haven't done anything. She does drugs and trick so know telling if she been busted. My question is sense intent is the major issue can you be charged with intent through DMs and texts if you made a proposition for sex? Yeah I know lawyer dude went over a lot maybe I didn't pay close attention in class my bad. But she got me curious just how many guys she contacting if she working for 12. So stay woke on these chicks popping up in your DMs if yall haven't been in contact for a while.

Doubt your girl is "12". Sounds like she be looking for someone to feed her monkey.

So the guys know its the one call Jade little slim chick use to post on and off. That was scary.
Let's get back on track, if you read the bill it makes the most sense to wait and see because they are training right now to do stings.
That, and local hotels will have signage up and allegedly workers will be monitoring for certain activity.
I'm guess some too good to be true ads start popping up soon and the guys who don't know any better get caught up.

I'm guess some too good to be true ads start popping up soon and the guys who don't know any better get caught up.I been looking at Columbia ads its not that far and Greenville but its a hour further than Columbia. I wouldn't trust any ads in Rock Hill Ft Mill to close to the line. I wouldn't contact a NC ad and if one contact me I'm not asking to see them or agreeing to see them. UTRs I know only. Not contacting some UTR a regular member post about well not even a senior member because I don't know them ether. Got to wait and see on NC. I don't make a lot of money but I'm a little over 6 figures a house couple cars kids visits from Cali several times a year. We have to think about all that before giving in to some hot ads and risking it all. It wouldn't matter if I beat the case in court my company would still let me go because of the stigma of it all. You got arrested for it that's all that matters. Few weeks ago my ex wifes cousin in Cali was arrested for drugs I don't know all the details but he beat the charge his company still fired him.
I put up a post in the Raleigh General Reports Forum that you guys will want to see, about new hires. These jobs support the's in all 100 counties.

The new law is aimed at Johns. If anything, they have an incentive to hook us in.
I'm guilty of telling a few because I was thinking they were in danger also but it’s not a felony for them is it?
Guys aren't doing us or themselves any favors by telling these gals about the new law or that there is a big pile of money waiting for them if they turn us in.My thoughts exactly. Guys need to stop & think. Thank you.
And to some of the other folks. Yeah, duh, that's what some of us have been trying to tell you. The law is aimed at the consumer. It's a FELONY for YOU in case anyone missed it reading through a bunch of rambling diatribes where some people pontificate whatever thoughts roll in to their head and out through their fingers.
I do thank most of you for a good discussion on this; it's been mostly insightful & informative.
The new law is aimed at Johns. If anything, they have an incentive to hook us in.It's true it is aimed at the consumer. However, I kind of doubt that they will constantly be getting the payout. So unless the girl is truly trying to get out of the life is she really going to risk her 6 figure job for 12 k that would be gone in a month? Yes I know some of them have succumb to their demons and that may seem like a score. However, it's not going to be made available immediately. Once their rep is trashed it will make it way harder to sustain their lifestyle moving forward. Yes I also know not everyone uses forums so rep doesn't mean everything. I think it will moving forward though as people look for ways to minimize the risk. Just my 2 cents.

We're doing this together as we talk through the facts. If you have a strong theory based upon a fact, let us all know. And thank you in advance. Having a strong feeling by itself is not helpful. And I feel like most guys in this forum understand this. BTW, VIF will ultimately be paid for by you, after you're convicted. If they spend the full $12 k, it gets paid for by the State, and then you reimburse the State once convicted and they cart you off to jail. It's part of 'Fines & Costs' that you pay at conclusion of the case. They get the money either way. In cases for other offenses, the 'victims' don't usually spend all the $, because no one really tells them what the cap is for that offense. You can bet the new HT VIF Services Coordinator working for the DA's Conference is going to be encouraging them to use the whole $12 k. The VIF rep at each County doesn't care, but this new person surely will, and they're filling out the forms for the 'victim / witness' - and they're also not the group fronting the money, worrying about a budget. This is yet one more thing that makes the enforcement of this law absolutely bonkers. If your sister got raped, for example she'd be basically on her own to figure this out. Sorry I was harsh with you. It sounded harsher than I intended when I re-read it.

Lena whom I mentioned was caught with a little bit of dope and lost her life for helping the police. The police may pay in some cases but my point is they don't have to. Even mafia members turn snitch for a lighter sentence or no sentence and relocation. Isn't the foundation of the new law the idea that all providers are traffic victims that need help getting out of this line of work? If that is the case, then it seems a bid odd that they would force them to keep going in this environment and put them at risk to catch some johns. It's honestly kind of ridiculous to consider all providers as traffic victims. I'm not saying that doesn't happen but, for example, the majority of providers I've seen in the past have been Latinas that are grown women doing this of their own free will to get financially stable. And, in a city like Charlotte, it seems ridiculous to use resources towards this when there are much more pressing criminal elements to go after like the actual human traffickers.

I think he thinks this is confidential informant payment, or immunity snitching. Cops do those things. The cops aren't providing Victim Impact Funds. The Prosecutors are offering these funds through the counselors on the teams (that work directly for the DA's Conference). Every HSI Team has local counselors that will urge providers to name customers / turn over text data, and the quid pro quo is that they testify against you. This is not the cops wiring girls up and utilizing them in stings (although that certainly could happen too). They're going to do stings where they make dates with providers, then try to get them to flip on their database for cash and prizes. The original pretense for these stings will be to try to get their handlers, mongers, and the lodgers who are renting to them. Their theory is that one of these stings might net them 100+ felonies, and this is a figure that they mentioned in their training last week LOL.
Will locals and Invictus use actual providers to flip and reel in new mongers? Almost certainly. But, I think the biggest threat to mongers is when she gets busted AFTER your visit (s). HSI gets your real identifying data from Textapp in minutes, not hours, and then they bust you. Some smarter tech guys than me have talked about using anonymous burner phones and if you continue in this hobby here, I think that's probably essential now. They're coming at mongers like they're drug dealers, so you need drug dealer level opsec. Textapp on a phone linked to your ID isn't that. The biggest difference for mongers going forward in this state, IMO is that before 12/1 you could reasonably feel safe once you confirmed it wasn't a sting. Now I'm not sure when you can relax. It's essential, IMO to have the provider double delete your messages in front of you before the $. Do that every single time. No exceptions, because she will eventually get a visit, and you don't want to be in her phone when that happens. They don't need explicit messages from you. Just that you reached out on x date and x time, and her testimony is that you f*cked for $.
Also note that NC has no statute of limitations on felonies, so they theoretically can come at you years later, but there is a two year expiry on VIF Funds, so you would have to be charged within two years of seeing her for her to collect funds, so your danger goes down significantly after that timeframe, IMO. If you think your sweetheart provider wouldn't do it, imagine for a minute how many conversations she has in her phone and multiply that number by $12 k. It's like HSI stopping by with one of those Publisher's Clearinghouse checks.

Just curious, is it fair to say that a provider initiating the first contact instead of the client would likely not be a sting since it would be more like entrapment? Is it required that a client be the first to respond to a posted ad?
Just curious, is it fair to say that a provider initiating the first contact instead of the client would likely not be a sting since it would be more like entrapment? Is it required that a client be the first to respond to a posted ad?Not at all (in NC anyway). I looked up case law and I can see that the last time a defendant successfully argued entrapment in NC was in 1975. In fact, LEOs in NC regularly do the initiating, and all the lewd talking, setting up the meet etc. All they have to do is get you to show up after it's clear there's sex and money involved. For an Intent conviction, really all they need is to show you looked at an ad, and showed up, or get at the same thing 100 other ways, text messages etc. The law was made easier to convict much later than 1975. From 1975 to 2018 several cases were brought to Appeals, with ever increasing amounts of LEO instigation. All upheld. In 2019, the ACLU finally thought they had an Entrapment winner in NC. If you look up State of NC v. Keller from 2019 (which was a solicitation of a minor case), you can see that the detective in that case did virtually all the talking and convincing, basically begging the guy to come over, perhaps even mocking him for wanting to bail. The defense argued entrapment and the appeals court upheld the conviction, arguing that the defendant 'had it in him' to commit the act. (Thought crime, LOL). The guy was a pedo, so fuck him BTW. But the entrapment defense is completely dead in NC. If you show up, you're fucked. Doesn't matter what they say, how many nudes they send you etc. All of the Sex Solicitation charges here work on Intent now.
$12 k limit per case. VIF is linked to prosecutions, not arrests. Every case will be for a single defendant.Again, just to be clear. If a provider's phone has say 10 numbers in it, and she testifies in 10 prosecutions, she will get $120 k. Am I understanding that correctly?
I went to Woodaprings today to see a chick off FB who doesn't post ads she was there with a friend and I couldn't get in. When enter going pass front desk there are more glass doors leading to elevator but there were locked. I ask for entry and was grilled by the clerk asking me what room and for my I'd. One of the maids was behind the counter also giving me the evil eye they both were acting like cops. I said well I will text her to come down and let me in. She ask what is the persons name so I pretended she said I had the wrong hotel and said I'm sorry. By then the clerk was on my side of the desk as I was leaviung she mentioned the Sheriff to the maid saying he will be back soon. As I'm leaving my friend said she was coming down I said no no don't do that but she did anyway by then I was exiting the parking lot. My friend was angry said I was full of blank. I was trying tell her to be careful but she the type once angry she doesn't hear a word you say. I went because she UTR and its SC but I figured hotels would be following the same guidlines as NC because Carowinds already has a rep for stings.

But if they are getting paid thousands we really need to reconcider our hobby. Its like hitting the lottery for every victim they turn in and testify against. You would have to be one scary dude for them not to tesity they would have to really know the guy would do something to them. Not just for 12 k but for 1 k after all we talking about addicts. As I mentioned before far as real human trafficking know sane person agrees with that, but sense they made it all trafficking saying a woman can traffic herself plus a felony on our end plus women getting good money to testify. We are at a crossroad the game has been taking to a level we don't need to be on.
$12 k limit per case. VIF is linked to prosecutions, not arrests. Every case will be for a single defendant. You mentioned they may come after mongers up to 2 years later does the felony retroact to meetings and attemped meetings before December 1st? Might sound like a dumb question but with all the guidlines documented in a law that has several sides to it finding out doest it go back in the past is must know information. Thanks in advance. If you already covered this question I'm sorry I missed it.
You right that video is to long LOL but he has a point about using your rights to be quite. Not sure why you're so hell bent on downplaying this very serious new law.

I bet this will become the norm.
Thanks for the info on VIF and how it works and yes I am thinking about its cheaper for them to sting a provider which is easy to do and scare them into setting guys up. We are at a crossroad the game has been taking to a level we don't need to be on.Between the hotel workers, the girls, the PD's, and HS, I wouldn't indulge until HB 971 is contested and repealed.
I still don't see how the lodging industry is letting this fly, but if I were to research the CEO's and their political affiliations I'm sure I'll get a clearer picture.
I bet this will become the norm. Most llikely but one thing for sure they can't force us to show I'd if we leave, I didn't see anyone running to get my tag number but with cameras that zoom in they don't have to.
Again, just to be clear. If a provider's phone has say 10 numbers in it, and she testifies in 10 prosecutions, she will get $120 k. Am I understanding that correctly?Correct, that's the maximum for 10 cases. That's assuming the prosecutor's office approves those cases for charges and the NCDPS authorizes the funds. However, that is presumably what the new HT Resource Benefits Coordinator is going to specialize in achieving. These advocates are very good at writing the applications. So, it will reimburse her for lost opportunities over the previous 5 years, housing, lost job earnings, and food, future rent, college, rehab, other education, job training, wardrobe for job interviews, wardrobe for future work, therapy, health impacts, dental work etc. Recovering anything that she deferred while she was 'being victimized'. DPS VCS fronts the money to her in the form of a check for each case, and then the court recovers the funds (again up to $12 k) from the defendant for repayment to the state treasury. This is the fines & costs at the guilty conclusion of trial.
You mentioned they may come after mongers up to 2 years later does the felony retroact to meetings and attemped meetings before December 1st? Might sound like a dumb question but with all the guidlines documented in a law that has several sides to it finding out doest it go back in the past is must know information. Thanks in advance. If you already covered this question I'm sorry I missed it.No, offenses committed before 12/1 are misdemeanors. Much less worry with those.
No, offenses committed before 12/1 are misdemeanors. Much less worry with those.Oh thank goodness because we all got long history so finally some good news about this law thanks.

I still don't see how the lodging industry is letting this fly, but if I were to research the CEO's and their political affiliations I'm sure I'll get a clearer picture.I think the Lodging Industry has the best chance of getting their parts of the law repealed. If I wanted to go back to my trial attorney days, I would argue 'Foreseeability' as an unfair requirement on behalf of any hotel that collects a fine. I think Gemini's example below is a reflection of how scared they are about their responsibility. I'm not sure why the Hospitality Trade Associations haven't lost their fucking minds yet over this. On one hand, hotels need a crystal ball to stop prostitutes from being on property. On the other hand, they're going to have to profile the shit out of their guests and visitors to ensure they aren't letting anyone through. A traveling attorney from out of state came to Raleigh to support one of our efforts this week. She stayed at a business travel hotel, and was absolutely interrogated by the check-in clerk about why she was staying there, who she was meeting with, purpose for her trip, etc. When I picked her up the next morning, she was so pissed off about it, and didn't understand why they had done that. At some point, that's going to cost them business. And they'll have to back off and deal with increased risk. On the other hand, you know damned well that they aren't profiling anyone at the Ritz-Carlton, so this is just another case of class warfare in this State. The legislators that authored this bill aren't going to be affected one bit.

As much as we like to hobby myself and most of us are all for them getting clean and a better life. I know of at least 12 to 14 who died on Fent in the last 2 years.

Gemini is confused and he's confusing others about what VIF is.
That's excellent information. Without getting into a long-drawn-out discussion about what's reasonable or unreasonable concerning the 4th amendment. I don't think HSI as you are suggesting is going to ASK a provider to turn over their "data base" for "cash and prizes" for their investigation without following protocol. Meaning, if a task force busts a provider (s) for prostitution (to define "provider (s)" would be AMP, LMP, Latin agency or LCS, Asian agency or ACS, escorts ect ect) I would probably suspect that LEO may review and retain all location surveillance cameras if available, retain all available on-site accounting records, retain all digital devices for Probable Cause that's in the providers possession for investigation. Whereas additional warrants for records may be obtained from phone providers (cell / landline), computer ISP Ips records, credit card. Ect. Once the discovery and absolute evidence is acquired then THIS is when the quid pro quo with the provider (s) to negotiate reduction in charges, and "cash and prizes" to testify.
Based on the new law and additional measures being put in place, as discussed previously it's important to have rock solid opsec and do not give PII screening information.

What always bothered me is each section of humans have different rules and laws applied to them. Its a felony and always have been illegal but when we watch the news or the internet we don't see any rich people being arrested. Women who cater to the rich are not included in this invasion. Same with drugs and minors etc. We see famous rich artish in plain view with underage people and know one cares. Rich men and women have high end escorts delievered to them on a regular bases. Its always the little people with less money trying to have fun who gets the targets on their backs and pay the cost. Judges get hot chicks sent to them to cut a deal it goes on and on. Unless the rich and powerful cross the wrong person by not playing ball we never hear about their adventures. The owner of New England Patriots was caught in Fla in a cheap H house getting his for 80 bucks. Dude got billions but wasnt paying much for honey. A rich man can spend 20 k for one night and its all good a poor man pickup a street chick for 10 dollars and he going to prison for 4 months.

Same bunch of assholes that has made it impossible to buy anything to help us with a cold or allergiesEven though hotels are private property just like your home if ilegal activity is suspected law enforcement can demand you to cooperate with them. They can take your house and cars if it is proven you were invovled in criminal actitivity or allowed it if drugs or prostitution and a list of other crimes were committed. Hotels can be shut down for turning their heads to prostitution and other crimes. Well didn't know that was going on, Ok we will train you how to look for it. And just like your home they have the right to ask you anything they want to. Good looking women wearing tight clothing looking sexy will be questioned and watched even though they could be the CEO of their own company in town for business. Clerks will watch cameras to see what room every man is going to. The 2nd or 3rd knock she gets will be the police.

Based on the new law and additional measures being put in place, as discussed previously it's important to have rock solid opsec and do not give PII screening information. This law was written in such a way as to incentivize voluntary turnover of evidence and testimony. They aren't really focusing on the 'force them to testify' angle, but the 'incentivize side'. "let me get you to rehab sweetheart, and I can get it paid for if you just help us out. " Where most of this will happen (I think), is in the hotels and motels. Uniform cop gets called and he brings in a HT specialist. They are currently training LEO that they are 'freeing' providers from this life, even though there might not be a pimp. In my book, the absence of a pimp is choice, in one way or another. Their new, very creative logic is that mongers have affected her psychologically so much that she's become child-like, living in a cycle of oppressive destruction. As I heard this relayed to me by a friend, I was simultaneously thinking about two things: The junkie providers living in the manner they're discussing (why was there no mention of drug habits as causality?) , and the $700 per hour providers that are more professional and in-control of their lives than most of us. IMO, this is like right wingers suggesting that they want to 'protect women from themselves' by taking their reproductive rights away. Feminists should be pissed that government here thinks they are cattle that has to be led.

Same bunch of assholes that has made it impossible to buy anything to help us with a cold or allergiesGreat point NCT. And I think the answer is representative of where and how government knows they can successfully be intrusive. While a guest can't be forcefully questioned by a cop stationed at the check-in counter, they understand that on private property, the proprietor can ask anything they wish and can deny services at their discretion. So this model (being used in multiple industries - Think phone service providers / pharmacies, hospitals, airlines) is for government to clamp down on an industry and thus force them to violate your rights on behalf of the government. It's like money laundering for Constitutional Rights Violation. That's one more point I would be making if I was bringing the case on behalf of the hospitality industry. "My clients' function is to provide lodging, not to illegally question private citizens as unwilling deputies of the government".

Yeah; crack head Betty supports her life style by sucking dick and spreading her legs to feed her pet monkey. It's not the mongers who are forcing her to be an addict. And on the other end of the spectrum high end "sex workers" enjoy a luxury lifestyle. For example, I know a provider who actually calls herself a "relationship consultant", well that is what she claims as a profession on her tax returns. But anyway; she only works 6 to 8 months (not in succession) and annually clears 100 K after expenses. I doubt very seriously she and others in her category are on an oppressive destruction path.

What about male junkies? Are the people who give a male junkie panhandler a dollar at an intersection similarly oppressing the male junkie? Are they Human Traffickers? Why are they pretending that this is their real concern? If they gave a shit, they would have just passed a law that allowed any junkie free rehab, or nationalized healthcare. Rehab is a for-profit enterprise, and it costs big bucks. This law is part of a sexual morality movement. They can disguise it any way they wish, but that's what it is. I want to see a debate with the authors of this bill.

Maybe we should all become jigalows. Then we will become the victim and get the $$.
I am of the mind lately, unless they somehow repeal the law, the risk is simply not worth the reward. Been scouting other states and may look into traveling abroad to places it's legalized. Even if the push for action dies down is it worth it to catch a 4 month jail sentence for a 1st offense?
Side note, do countries where it is legal have issues with HT?
As some wise man has said, they got you too busy fighting a culture war when you should be fighting a class war instead.Yeah I wrote on here about how these things and politics religion and several other things are to keep us divided and not paying attention bc one world order is in progress I was laughed at by some guy. Two weeks in and nothing on the news. I wonder if they are trying to lull everyone to sleep.
I've been trying to keep up with the thread. Do I have it correct with my understanding that hotels will be fined if there is a bust at their location? Have all hotels received this "training"? Was it optional? I mean, if even all front desk clerks are going to be in on this, it makes this hobby almost impossible. Maybe that's why the last provider I saw said she's only doing car dates and outcall now.
