I am 100% positive this ad is a sting. The ad says provider is 19 but when you text she will tell you she is 14 and needs help! She will also say she is new to this and don't know what to do.

Folks you have been warned. This is a sting. I guess the doughnut boys are getting ready for Dec 1.

Folks you have been warned. This is a sting. I guess the doughnut boys are getting ready for Dec 1.So, first thing. I believe pedo's should be double tapped. But, from a documentary about defense lawyers this is exactly the tactic they use to catch pedo's. (I guess now they're using it to get us.).

First they tell the target on a forum or whatever that it's a legal woman, fake pics of an obvious, of age woman to get you worked up, dirty talk etc. Then at the very last minute they disclose the age of the decoy to see if you'd still show up. Once they have you on the way, they delete the original ad, so the defense attorney can't use it to defend client / entrapment. Now look, if you show up you're an asshole, but that's still pretty dirty shit. It seems like you were right.

One of the extra scary things about 12/1 is if a provider advertises she's 21 or something, you show up and get caught, and she turns out to be a minor. Just the Solicitation part of it is a Class H Felony, BEFORE the sex charges. The Class H is a 39 month in prison felony in NC. I mean, if you're going to take on the risk of this hobby after 12/1, the provider would have to look 30+ and with all the fake pics out there, that gets extra tough. There are going to be lots of minefields.

Yeah, this makes me nervous. We are going to have to rely on senior reviews from this forum.I've heard a lot of talk concerning the new law. Here is my 2 cents from have some experience in the CJ world and having a close friend who is a CJ professor at an NC college and a family member who is a well respected defense attorney.

I think, like most other situations, overt stupidity is what will jam you up. For example, I see people on here all the time talk about confirming certain services via text prior to meeting. I get knowing what you want and not wasting your money on something you're not into, but plausible deniability is more important. I never mention wanting anything but time. If a provider starts texting about anything more than time the conversation is over. If I get there and don't get exactly what I want, oh well. It's better than texting and asking about "bare", "BBBJ", or "Greek. " That's going to be difficult to explain away.

I also think, there are a lot of scare tactics going on. Yeah, the felony thing sounds scary but the reality is jails / prisons are full. Beyond that, it's ridiculous to see just how many people get charged with a felony. As my professor friend said, when locals arrest you you'll get charged with everything short of the Zodaic Murders. It's a scare tactic. Compare charges to convictions. You'll be told "we got you on 37 charges, and you're facing 275 years in prison. " Yeah, but 99% of the time it gets pleaded down to something far less than what you're initially charged with.

Lastly, never ever talk or admit to absolutely anything. Despite advances in technology, loose lips still sink the most ships.

Be cautious, but if you're not already cautious, you're in the wrong hobby.

Ask your professor friend what "No Prayer For Judgment" means and what "Mandatory Sentencing Guidelines" mean. They've cooked that into the recipe, which is unique for a Class I Felony. No other charge works like this now. The judge cannot downgrade your charge. You won't be getting probation or home confinement for first offenses. The sponsors of the law had a long dialog about these elements and it was decided that the johns have been getting treated lightly as 'first time offenders' and if they really want to stop human trafficking they need to hit the demand side of the transaction very very hard to create a deterrent. No one should take the subtle details of this new law lightly, because later when your atty explains them to you, it will be too late. I recently had some intense dialog with some of the best criminal attys in the Triad at a conference, and they're shocked by the implications of this law. But, you're absolutely right. The key is to not be busted and charged. For many of the mongers in this forum, getting charged alone would be devastating. There are ways to avoid this outcome.

I'm glad they got those pedophiles.Several of the accused pedophiles were arrested at their homes; either they showed up and were traced back, or they were able to track them through their cellphones. Although underage girls have never interested me, the new law targeting buyers has prohibited me from participating in NC.

Secret Service agents are a component of the HSI teams, and this team, Invictus for one reason only. They have laptops that can almost instantly identify the person attached to a mobile number. And within 20 minutes or so can break through textapp to get your phone I'd, and thus your address. They were granted wide powers in their presidential protection role, and they abuse them by using these powers for domestic criminal investigations. Since the new law works similarly to the pedo laws, requiring only Intent (not an agreement or offer), they could certainly come to you if, say they get the phone data from a provider. I think it's unlikely they come for you if you don't show up to an Incall date, unless you've made an offer. Intent would be too hard to prove otherwise.

It's a sicko thing and those pedos deserve everything that comes to them.

NC is trying to rid itself of the oldest profession in the book as well as anything of the adult nature. Going to be a lot of sexually frustrated gentlemen out there LOL! Making it to where you have to present I'd to watch porn, and then trying to dry up the oldest profession in the book. I'm surprised we still have strip clubs.
