Awhile back pre covid we had a small hancfull of Utr ladies that operated in the area and a few years before that we did have a parlor in stanwood for a minute before all karens caught wind and it went poof and it been a ghost town since. My guess is somebody saw an asian business wasn't selling thai food or doing pedicures and called to complain. Sorry, mini rant hate this town. Does anyone know of any providers UTR or otherwise? Any help would be extremely appreciated.
