Difficulties with access to this site

Recently upgraded my iphone and now facing issues with access to this site. The Forum start page pulls up but then it won't let me open a state or city subsite. So I tried Proton and Mullvad VPN, with those active, I can pull up the forum site and read posts. As soon as I attempt to log in stops loading the page.

With VPN active, click on links in a report (to STG) and now STG complains and will not open the link until the VPN is dropped.

Please teach me how to or provide tips to stay somewhat behind the smokescreen and not put my IP and identity out there by going without.

This post is on a laptop through Tor Browser. But just like above, with Tor I cannot access STG and on this site it throws a warning that the site is http only (not secure as in https).

But just like above, with Tor I cannot access STG and on this site it throws a warning that the site is http only (not secure as in https)..I have had similar issues but if you check the box to "remember me" or "stay logged in" or whatever it says then I was able to have luck and get logged in and stay logged in.
