You're thinking about this the wrong way. If you are hellbent on getting extras, these girls will sense that from a mile away, and the only ones that will respond favorably to that are the wannabe-pros that are going to upcharge the bejeezus out of you. Might as well go to TNA.
There is no secret sauce or "Easy Button" here. You get in there, put in some at-bats, and you'll start to develop a feel for it. Some basic research on this sub-forum and the Seattle one (hell, I put up a dozen names several weeks ago) will give you a boost with a few to try. But the best advice I can give you is not to hint-hint anything. The girls sure as hell aren't going to do that. No one is communicating in code. Best advice I can give you is to act as "normal / safe" as possible and make these girls feel super comfortable. The less you push, the more things open up. I've had an absurdly high batting average on that site, and quite a number of them have been with women who screamed "Platonic Only!" from the rooftops. A lot of that is just self-preservation from the form admins and guys that approach the wrong way. So approach the *right* way, and good luck!

Lana. Was finally able to find this elusive tiger. This kitten was not very playful (at least for me) even with repeat visits. Additionally, me thinks this one maybe a couch surfer and / or unhoused. Not the freshest smelling and unshaven anything.

Messaged on the app and agreed to an appointment, then went into radio silence. The day of the appointment, I messaged to confirm we were still on, no response; an hour before the appointment, I cancelled it (because I didn't want to drive all the way for nothing). A couple minutes after the cancellation she reached back saying that all was good. So I drove all the way to Portland and arrived a couple minutes before the agreed time. Messaged her. Radio silence. I messaged a few more times, nothing. 20 minutes after the agreed time I messaged that I was leaving. A couple minutes later she said she was running late, but really wanted to meet with me. I didn't stay to see whether that was true this time.

I would avoid. Her comms sucks. She would give time then ghost on comms. Blew up two appts that way. Her place is untidy, multiple lets with dog hair everywhere and the place smells like pet too. The bed was not clean either. With close to 180 you'd think the will be some action even to rope you in for the next visit. Nada. She flat out told me that she prioritizes her comms for the other side hustle she does. That means if that gig comes along (whatever that may be I am not disclosing) it will preempt your time slot. And she doesn't respect you enough to let you know. She is def open for more you just have to say the right price. For me better options are out there so not worth the trouble. I would still considered her, had she been professional in communication and respected my time enough to let me know. I don't mind a missed appointment, what I won't tolerate is not letting me know.

A third possibility: agentic bots / trolls / scammers creating fake accounts.
I can't say I've noticed this phenomenon, though, so I have no idea.
