The refractory period is also reduced with a new partner. Repeating with the same provider may help you last longer. Masturbating a couple of times before you go should also help, as shown on the attached graph. SSRI drugs like Dapoxatine delay ejaculation. Delay combos sild + dapox, or tad + dapox, or vard + dapox. Any one of these types will help you from coming too quickly. Mind you some of them may delay you for quite a while. I have used a couple of them a while back and found them to be good.

After years of disappointment I told my Uroligist about this. He was quick to prescribe Sertraline 100 mg. Read about it. It works great. It's mainly for anxiety.

So your regular Doc will also prescribe it.

I'm trying some fluoxetine (Prozac) right now for depression. Same class of meds as sertraline. We'll see if it has the same effect on me. I certainly wouldn't mind lasting a little longer. However a common side effect of these meds is loss of libido and erectile dysfunction. So hopefully I stay on low enough of a dose that I don't get those side effects.

Do you take the 100 mg sertraline as needed? How long before needed?

I've definitely struggled with PE in the past, and it takes a lot of more to avoid being early. Low dose of daily fluoxetine helps quite a bit. Like if I'm masturbating, and trying to make it quick, I still last as long or longer than if I'm going slow. Main downside at the moment is that libido is a little lower, and it does take some more stimulation and time to get fully erect. Without tadalafil. Otherwise, 2. 5 mg tadalafil daily and I have no problem.

I would suggest trying sildenafil and dapoxitine combo pills for anyone having PE problems. I had taken them a few times and it always helps me and made me last longer. The ones I had taken were the super p force and the cenforce d ones. There was also a stronger one with more dapoxitine in it but the normal ones were ok for me. I think the stronger ones were extra cenforce d.
