All that stuff you've written above is about whether they're going to charge you or release you. Of course, that's still in effect. I'm not talking about that - I'm talking about policeman making you identify yourself. What the ruling says is that now - post-Hiibel - they can make you show ID - esp. in suspicious circumstances like cruising through a "bad neighborhood" late at night - where there have obviously been some break-ins. What you're doing is like a B&E artist casing a neighborhood. In this scenario, they absolutely can stop you and ask you to show ID. Those Neighborhood Watch ladies who call the cops will make this even worse.

And this is not SW harassment. This is a green light to harass mongers - and I saw it at work in P'cola a couple of summers ago.

If you keep cruising through an area, they can stop you and require you to show you driver's license or some other form of usually a photo ID. It's a great way for them to get a look inside your car for open containers, smell reefer smoke, whatever - so that they can really fuck with you.

So, we need to be careful about our behavior - and have your driver's license with you. Also, the three times I've been stopped, they asked if that was my current address. If you've moved, you have six months to update your license. After that, you can be cited.

Maybe I'm wrong - but I'll bet more of us will get "carded" this year. As I said, it's happened to me three times - so be ready for it and don't get your ass popped.

I don't have any problem anyway with showing them my driver's license. When you won't, that's suspicious behavior.

While I cannot make any strong statements about either position, I do have a suggestion about a tolerably "safe" answer to the inevitable "What are you doing here? " question that follows the identification demand:

Chair legs, cabinet hinges, drawer pulls, whatever small item comes to mind that gives you an utterly simple and perfectly reasonable "explanation" for what you are doing in whatever area you happen to be in. If you hunt in a pickup truck, you could use something larger, but a drawer pull will fit in your shirt pocket, and all you need to support your position is a screwdriver.

You might find a couple right on the 98 as you are heading towards Beal Parkway and it wouldn't shock me if a SW or two were staying in one of them. You'll be able to tell by the hotel name (not a standard brand name like Holiday Inn) and the looks of the hotel that you might be able to get a room for $55.00 or so. I've never known a SW in Navarre personally.

WSW on Gibson around 11:00PM - black hair pulled back, black short dress, fairly shapely and looked young. Had a car close behind me though so I passed her by and it was a good two minutes before I could get turned around and check again but she was gone from Gibson and I didn't see her on Racetrack (she was walking like she was headed towards Racetrack).

WSW on Bob Sikes just standing there close to Denton - stuck her thumb out like she was hitch-hiking - looked older, vlue jeans and a striped top but I noticed the LE had jusr driven by about 10 seconds ahead of me so I passed that one also.

So I had a nice vacation down your way. Becuase of schedules I only made it out mongering once at a darn odd time of day (late morning). I spent the majority of my time in the Bob sykes, Racetrack area as that is where I had good sucess last time.

Look at my post a few days back or so about the possible SW with the green pants suit. I think on Fetting walking towards Gibson I saw her at lunch time today - looks Hispanic, again a nice outfit on and gave a look but had a car right behind me. Its been a while since I last posted here, but I do come here for the intel quite often, though I can't seem to get any action from Racetrack or in that area. I have been lucky on lovejoy. Already I have had 4 women under my belt.

After I posted the last report, I decided to take another stroll down Lovejoy to see if I could find the that got away from earlier this after noon. Well no luck there at lovejoy, just a bunch of guys on there bicycle. Went to racetrack, denton, bob sikes, then up navy, zip. Just for shit and giggles went to the island, yeah right just a bunch of tourist and drunks.

So I called it a night and head back home. As drove down 98, near first street I found the same WSW I saw earlier that afternoon. Talk about luck, drove passed her to make sure it was the same one, made a turn around the drove up to her and asked if she wanted a ride. Well we got to talking as I was taking her back to Lovejoy, very good conversationist if may say so. Anyway after asking her what she charged and what have you, I took her to my apt.

I can't for the life of me remember what her name is atm because she only said it once, but her nickname she goes by is Froggy. I was wrong she wasn't 5'6 but 5'4. About good natural C cup. It's not the first time someone has called out the hanky panky and drug dealing on Lovejoy - didn't change much in the scenery of Lovejoy the last time it happened which I believe was a year or so ago and doubt it will change much of anything this time.

I've seen little if anything at all on the Racetrack trail and side streets as I call it. Haven't been on the 98 or 1st Street in a week or so which tells me it's time for a drive about.

Hawkins has been a busy man it appears! Living near Lovejoy like he said does afford some advantages I'm sure and the reports are excellent!

Hello and good evening my fellow gentalmen. Last night and tonight, I decided to go troll around. I started about 11 pm last night. Went up and down Lovejoy, then to 98, up eglin, to racetrack then back on lovejoy. Nothing. Went to go get something eat before heading home, but before I did, decided to go lovejoy for one more go around. Bingo, however it was Hillery, the red head from my previous review under the name Holly. The name was my bad. Anyway, she hadn't been around for while, apperently she went to jail for a little bit. Okaloosa County Sheriff Charlie Morris has been arrested on federal theft-bribery charges and suspended by Governor Charlie Crist.

Edward M. Spooner has been appointed as interim sheriff. Spooner is from Quincy, Fla. Governor's office spokesman said Spooner is a former sheriff who has been actively involved in the Florida Sheriff's Association. Morris was chosen as the 2009 president of the Florida's Sheriff's Association.



Morris faces charges of theft or bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds, wire fraud, deprivation of rights to honest services, engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from specified unlawful activity and conspiracy to commit the aforementioned offenses.

The Sheriff's Office Administrative offices were closed Friday, according to a woman who answered the office's phone. She would not say whether the offices were closed by order of federal authorities. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is the agency reported to have brought the charges.

Governor Crist spokesman Sterling Ivey said the arrest occurred Friday morning and the governor's office issued its notice of suspension after learning of the arrest.

Ivey referred questions about the specifics of the charges against Morris to the U.S. Attorney's Office. Amy Hunt at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Pensacola said a press release would be issued. She could provide no information beyond that.

Last night on Bob Sikes, a car BACKS UP to pick up a WSW (older woman it appeared). They go across Denton heading like towards Eglin Parkway, hang a left and then make a right on Racetrack. Then the dude doesa you-turn and parks in the parking lot where Baker and Lindsey mortgage and a few other offices are! I'm thinking, yeah, the only car in the entire parking lot! That's real discrete. WSW body looked OK but an earlier quick pass of her almost made it look like she was missing some teeth? Anyway, be careful fellow posters since I'm confident in my last two postings on here it wasn't any of you guys. We all should know better or you guys are a lot gutsier than I am. A couple of weeks ago, I picked up this WSW from lovejoy, she was heading back home to Navy St somewhere. We didn't get a chance to do anything because she was tired, and well I was really cutting close to my morning shift at work. She stands about 5'5'. Wave brown hair, Slim, dressed really nice, Honestly you wouldn't have thought she was a SW, her breast looked like a handful, not too big but not to small either. Her name was Lacey if I remember right. Anyway, I wondering if you guys have any info on her, ie how is does she perform? She also said that she was the best. Now I know some of you heard this from other SW's but coming from her, it was convincing. Anyway info would be helpful. Basically I want know if should have ditch work for the first part of the morning LOL.

The last time I saw Lacey was about a year ago. She did have a decent body. The tits are deceaving though. They have some sag and you can tell she has had a few young'ns. As far as performance, I took her back to my place and she did great. Tight and juicy and did not rush at all.....YMMV. I just happend to catch her on a good night. I remember she was going to meet me the next night and never showed up....Haven't seen her since but I have not made the stroll in several months....been out of town. I went out for the first time in FWB and was only able to spot one older WSW on 1st, closer to Eglin Pkwy. I went on Bob Sikes, Denton, Gibson, and Racetrack and no luck.
