I passed through the Commercial Center (for newbies) about 3 weeks ago and I saw that the Red Rooster had closed.
I had a good experience in there (posted on it). It was a strange club because they changed their name to Rendezvous and then back to RR.

There are two clubs still open, the infamous Green Door and another that is next to the RR. I don't remember the name.

I will pass through there this weekend and give a better report. I feel like this weekend will be a good cg hunt. I heard from a hotel worker they are really slow right now and it will pick up after Christmas.

Can't say much about it but as far as supply/demand, I think one major factor is that the brothel industry is regulated, licensed and taxed by the state (in the counties that it's allowed and choose to indulge), where as NO other form of play4pay is legal anywhere in the state.

CARSON CITY (AP) — Nevada legislators were urged Wednesday to impose civil penalties of up to $1 million, in addition to any criminal charges, on sex traffickers who lure or force children into prostitution.

Assemblyman John Hambrick, R-Las Vegas, said his AB380 would allow for a $100,000 penalty if offenders traffic in prostitutes 14 to 17 years old, a $500,000 penalty if the child is less than 14, and a $1 million fine if the offender is part of a conspiracy to prostitute children.

Hambrick told the Assembly Judiciary Committee that his bill, whose co-sponsors include Judiciary Chairman Bernie Anderson, D-Sparks, also would enable authorities to freeze and eventually seize assets of those involved in child prostitution.

“We’re talking about potentially millions of dollars in this industry, and I want to have the courts to have the capability to freeze these assets,” Hambrick said.

Hambrick said the big fines would be used to help the victimized children, and to help cover costs of prosecuting traffickers who have the money to hire high-powered lawyers.

For those involved in prostitution rings, “going to jail is a cost of doing business,” Hambrick said. “When you start going after their pocketbooks, they will be reacting a little differently.”

The civil fines are “staggering” but are warranted given the “horrendous” amount of organized child prostitution in southern Nevada, he added.

Also backing the bill was Dr. Lois Lee, head of Los Angeles-based Children of the Night which helps children victimized by prostitution, who said Nevada lacks similar programs.

Joe Murrin of Las Vegas told lawmakers that Lee’s organization helped his daughter get away from prostitution that began when she was a minor, adding, “Laws need to be stiffened. These are not victimless crimes.”

Las Vegas Metro Police Sgt. Vic Vigna said Las Vegas has been identified by the FBI as one of 14 cities around the country with high rates of child prostitution. He said Metro vice officers handled 150 cases of child prostitution last year and already have more than 50 so far this year.

Vigna termed the bill “an obvious and positive step in the right direction,” adding, “And although the civil penalties seem staggering, the amount of money that these panderers are generating is even more staggering.” He noted one trafficker arrested by Metro officers had $400,000 in cash.

Also backing the bill was Susan Roske, a chief deputy Clark County public defender who works with youths arrested for prostitution and described them as victims “forced into modern-day slavery” by abusive pimps.

“It’s easy to label these children as ****** or prostitutes,” Roske said, adding, “But these children are not responsible for their circumstances and I urge you to see them as they truly are, abused and traumatized children.”

CARSON CITY -- A Nevada Assembly panel voted Thursday for a bill that would make it a felony to solicit a minor for an act of prostitution.

Assembly Bill 238, approved by the Assembly Corrections, Parole and Probation Committee, would go after the clients of minor prostitutes, and would require that a person who intentionally seeks to hire a child prostitute be subject to lifetime supervision.

"We're trying to get to the 'johns,' and the 'johns' are going after the kids," said Assemblyman William Horne, D-Las Vegas, the committee chairman and chief sponsor of AB238. "And they were getting slapped on the hand for misdemeanors."

Although the legal age for consensual sex is 16 in Nevada, the bill defines a "child" as anyone under age 18.

The committee also approved Assembly Bill 325, which would require that as a condition of lifetime supervision a sex offender can't have any contact with a victim of the offense or a witness who testified against the defendant.

The bill originally said an offender couldn't live within 1,000 feet of a victim, but that provision was deleted.

"We just want to be effective in protecting the victims, but give the department flexibility in extenuating circumstances," Assemblyman Lynn Stewart, R-Henderson, the chief sponsor of the measure, said after the committee meeting.

The panel also advanced a measure that would require the Department of Corrections and the Division of Parole and Probation to adopt policies that set maximum caseloads for their officers.

Assembly Bill 385 would require that parole and probation officers have a maximum of 70 cases for low-risk offenders.

The bill also would require periodic reports to legislators about staffing ratios.

Assemblyman Ty Cobb, R-Reno, opposed the bill, saying that the Department of Corrections already had those policies, adding, "I think that if we put this into law, it would just be inviting potential lawsuits."

State Corrections Director Howard Skolnik disagreed, saying that litigious inmates may decide to sue over staffing but that probably wouldn't result in much of an increase in lawsuits against the department.

After the hearing, Skolnik said the bill was a good idea, but it wrote into law procedures that the department already follows.

"It's really not a necessary bill," Skolnik said. "There was an audit, the audit findings are what drove this piece of legislation, and we already agreed to the findings and recommendations and began implementing them."

Your best source for info are bartenders, keno/cigarette girls, and valets.

If playing tables, the pitboss' are good for info, but remember the info aint cheap.

also if you are mongering thru crappy neighborhoods, the local convience stores could give you info cuz local girls come in for smokes and booze quite often. Tips welcome too.

Many of these girls are so stupid they risk their jobs to steal food and even condiments from the employee dining room. So I would think they would risk their job for some cash.

Cocktail waitresses, highly unlikely. These girls dress skimpy and give away free alcohol how can they not make bank? In a shit-hole casino they probably make 40k per year and in the major strip casinos they easily make 100k and I know one that pushes 200k a year so unless you are a 5k per hand player then there are not going to give you the time of day. The hottest hookers in the city will cost you less than a cocktail waitress.

I have occasionally seen dealers hookup with guests but again they get paid fairly well (in strip casinos) so a big bankroll helps. Offering to take one to an expensive show might work to lure her out of the casino for a date.

A word of advice for picking up CG's. Some of them aren't even hookers, they are what we call "chip hustlers". They may approach you at a Blackjack table or other if they see alot of chips in front of you. They usually hang out nearby cheering you on hoping you will give them some chips so they can play with you. These girls are the lowest of Vegas scum. They have no intentions of putting out, They just want someone to feed their gambling habit. They usually dress and look just like working girls.

The real CG's may have a similar approach but will generally try to get you away from the table to take care of business then she can move on to the next.

I definitely do not want to scare away any lurkers or newbies from posting so here are a few pointers. As always, being a lazy SOB, I have stolen/borrowed this advice outright from other trusted senior members.

2. Your first post can be an introduction, but it's much better to come bearing gifts in the form of fresh intel or a good field report.

3. Don't post as seniors do until you are a senior. Sure, we joke around, but we've also earned the right to do so. Jackson did not upgrade to senior automatically and then did not upgrade to unmoderated senior. Jackson is doing a great job. New member whose first 6 posts were all argumentative are banned.

4. Report more and ask less. It's so easy to analyze a newbies posts with the forum's search function, even if you ask stupid questions in Bumfuck to drive up your post count, we'll know it. As you RTFF, you'll see what qualifies as a stupid newbie question. Be a smart newbie.

5. 0-to-low-post-count newbies that PM seniors for backchannel intel will earn scorn and possibly a public flogging.

6. Be literate. Spelling is important, as is proper grammar. Paragraph breaks ease readability. If you want to be read, write readably.

7. Be entertaining. Being an asshole is the opposite of being entertaining.

8. Everbody is unique -- just like everyone else. By this I mean that, while it's all ultimately about nook and in it's most basic form it's insert-generic-tab-A-into-generic-slot-B, the most successful and popular posters bring that extra special individual something to their writing and field reports. Clark County has had several H1N1 deaths, including at least one tourist, but based on the crowds in general, and activities observed (I worked casino/clubs this weekend), I would say any impact is minimal. H1N1 awareness is like the early days of AIDS: it's something 'other' people get.

But then again, its like trying to prove a negative: there is no way to ascertain if the reason a club is empty is economy or virus related, since one cannot interview non-existent guests to ask why they are not where they are not.

I would not trust a TER review because it may not show up 'in print' the way the original author wrote it. I submitted my one and only review to TER quite a while back. I was honest in my review and gave a not so glowing review to a provider who had gotten pretty good reviews from others in the past.

When my review finally was posted, it was obvious to me that someone within TER had reviewed it and made substantial changes to it to make the woman look better than she really was. I have also heard this complaint from others as well. Now I understand why you never really see a bad review for one of the TER regular girls. I have never contributed anything to that site since.

And just to throw this out too, the discussion boards are a joke. Very little useful information is ever posted on any of the regional boards. Probably 75% of the poss are ads from providers. The rest are crap like a happy birthday post or what hotel do I want to stay at? It really is a joke.

I've been a member of both sites for several years. Yes, there are a few self-reviews on both sites, but the number is rather small in relation to the legit reviews. I've put a few reviews on both sites myself. Some good ones, and you can check them out, are Kymberly, Gia (not the one with 38ddd's), Katrina, Krystal, Gina the busty latina, and April Luv. Some bad ones were the blonde goth Katrina (Katt), Kimber, Sara, Mya the platinum pot head.

I read several reviews ahead of time, and see they are in sync with each other. Of course, your mileage may vary with different girls. I found Gia to be the most total nympho ever, and Mya was a cold fish.

At some of the meet and greet parties, guys have told me which girls were hot and which were luke warm. They seemed to match up with most of the reviews. I do agree that some reviews are self reviews, but most are legit.

Both of these boards have great intel but you have to weed through the bs. The key is to find a couple of handles that you trust and use their reviews. Take first time reviewers for what they are worth and understand that you are basically TOFTT if you choose to see a girl solely from one review. These sites also have what I like to call "Resident Girls" and these providers normally have a number of reviews that are mostly trustworthy. Like Stacey Moet on LvFever. She has numerous reviews and there is consistency with most off them. TER has a bigger data base and more followers but there is a ring of girls who seem pretty consistant.

The key here is consistency. You can't make an educated decision based on the experience that one person had, whether its fake or sincere.

I want to thank all who PM'd great advice and welcomed me to your fair city.

I took the advice of a wise local and started looking directly at the Wynn.

It didn't take long to notice that they hang out near the area from the guest elevators past the cashiers cage to the little bar at the intersection of the gaming floor and the long hallway. I sat in the bar for about 15 minutes before being approached by a couple of different ones. I went with an average looking strawberry blonde, 5'5", a little thick in the waist, $220. She wasn't too enthusiastic but got the job done. Biggest problem was I couldn't stop her from lighting up in my non-smoking room.

2nd night I got really lucky and picked up a civilian. Vietnamese girl that works in one of the mens shops at the Wynn. Won't say too much more about that one. Dont' want to get her in trouble. With drinks, dinner, and entertainment, it cost me more than the CG but was a great time.

Thanks!I've only been to Vegas a few times, but I'll try and help. At first I didn't even notice them, but if you look for them, you'll spot some of them. Like the other poster said if you make eye contact and smile at them they'll approach you. I saw one heading into Bally's on the walkway- we made total eye contact- but I did not pursue it. Best time is probably from 10:00 p. M to 3:00 am In the summer it was obvious, not sure how it is in the winter. The nicer hotels will definitely have them, Bellagio, Wynn, Venetian, Mirage, Caesars, MGM. Try the bars with the video poker machines and some of the other sit down bars in the casino.

Some are dressed to impress while others are less discrete. I saw them at the slots also- probably more so in the afternoon. If you see one you like and think she might be one- sit down near her at the bar or slots make eye contact, smile, & dress nice. Of course the nicer hotels probably also mean higher prices. If they're alone & dressed nice there's a good chance they're a pro. If all else fails, tip a bartender or a concierge guy, they'll probably help. One bartender at O'Shea's would keep telling my married buddy see that girl there she's a hooker- LOL. Don't trust the cabbies though.

There are no AMPs within easy walking distance of the MGM. If you don't trust the cabbies, consider renting a car. Rentals are pretty cheap in Vegas, and if you have one you can go wherever you want. Las Vegas is pretty easy to navigate, provided you can drive on "our" side of the road.

Or, do your homework in the Massage Parlor Reports section of the forum, and tell the cab driver where YOU want to go. Don't let them redirect you anywhere!

Speaking of homework—if I'm considering an AMP experience, I check the last couple of months' postings right before I go to Vegas. You really can't tell what the "best" AMP will be months in advance—places close, girls move on, service gets better or worse—get the latest news right before you go.

Best Casino bars

Same problem (and same solution) as the AMPs. Hard to know way ahead, hit the Casino Girls forum for current sightings. All I picture is someone charging up a storm to my room bill, often, all they verify is the name & room number. As long as they match, the bartender or waiter are quick to put through. What a mess this would cause.Another good reason not to give your room number is if it's agency, they will send a goon to shake you down.
