There is really no motels in the Maryland Avenue vicinity. Your best best is New Castle, Route 40. There is a notel and a few $40-50 spots along the way.
Go 141 S to 13 S. On right just before 13/273 intersection (across from airport) is a small motel.

I was out this morning and did the same loop myself except i took a left onto 9 from Rodgers road toward the terminal. They was a a couple wsw out there. I recognized one of them it was Lindsey. I wanted to make the meet on foot as to avoid the auto seizure rule, if it came to that. So I go into the bar, order a brew and start watching the game. I sent a note – I’m in the bar meet me. I figured we’d have brew, I could size her up and if nothing else she’ll get a drink. Then she texts me, “How much?” er, now my radar is up. I told her I answered that last night and she kept pushing for an amount. Finally I reminded her of the massage and she says "Oh OK."
Now I am reminded by another monger that negotiations of price via text is a VERY POOR idea. Apparently anything sent by text is considered "written" communications and does not fall under the normal "wire tap" provisions. In other words, LE needs to get a warrant to tap your phone and listen to the voice communications, however, if they arrest you and take your cell phone into possession, they are free to "discover" anything on the cell phone - i.e. text messages. Then if there is any doubt as to what is going on - your cell phone is "evidence." Also everything one sends by text is on the receivers cell phone, so they don't really need your phone AND deleting the messages from your phone still leaves them on the receiver’s phone. Seems like all LE needs to do is find the "other" phone in your possession in order to "prove" you are the one who sent the texts. Something to think about anyway.

Her reply was just – “I cant.” WTF? 3-hours of text yesterday, 45-minutes tonight! All of this coulda & shoulda been handled by voice in 1/8th the time. I told her to F-off. Just too weird for my tastes.
Anyway, 15-min after we were suppose to meet, I leave the pub and notice a pickup sitting way out in the middle of the empty lot pointed toward the pub. So I decide not to head for my car, instead I could do a little grocery shopping. Then I notice a second car, off on the side of the lot also headed toward the pub. After I checked my messages I found one that says. I’m here & with a friend! Uh huh! I saw that! LOL!
Anyway took some further evasive action and avoided any contact and made it home safe.
So either this was a ULE operation (seems less likely), a set-up for robbery or an incredibly naive or ignorant girl. That is unless yours truly is the idiot?
She IS an incredible time waster with text – I guess unless one wants to shoot her an opening of how about $XYZ for doing ABC? She needs a reliable voice telephone and she needs to learn that if she wants the money she needs to ditch the friends.
I thought I’d post her info here so others can watch for her adverts and avoid her, but forum rules forbid posting telephone numbers. I’m so disgusted with her bad behavior.... Had weekend duty at work, so I ended up hitting Rt. 9 a couple of times for recon and one time just because the little head just would not shut up. So with a warm as is going to be again, I decided to do some recon on Rt.9 this morning, no action except one BSW looked decent thin black top / skirt and long hair, but as I returned she was talking with some one who pulled into Daisy Construction parking lot. No LE in sight! Missed opprotunity. Hope to check back later. Anybody with some insight to hot area. PM me!

Out last night with appetite for some fun before the start of game one WS. Did the normal stroll Rt#9 to 4th St, back down 4th St. And up GPB.
Alot of construction activity on GPB. Limited action, so only one possibility on 9, couldn't tell on 4th because everone was hanging out due to warm weather, and nothing on GPB.

There still out there its just they have been out at weird ass times on 9 and gvpbld. Like today there was at least easliy 10 or more out but it was like 2'oclock in the afternoon WTF. The two that come to mind are the Crown on 13/40 by the NCC Airport and the Printz up on Gov Printz Blvd north of the Du Pont plant. Further up is the Riverview: girls have reported doing bidness out of there in the past. Up in Claymont at GPB and Pilly pike is the Milan who will look the other way, BUT doesn't discount for ST.
Might be deals to be had from the website consolidators on 202 in and Wilm, but that requires pre-planning.
Maybe someone can comment on the number of drive-up places on Rte 40? Seems to be bidness conducted out of there from time to time.

So the other night, I'm out doing some looking and things were pretty dry. Was on MDA and saw a WSW. Got ahead of her stopped in a lot. She walked by and nearly kept going: I had to flag her down after she walked around my front bumper! The freaking girl actually turned me down for a date! WTF! First time that happened! Guess whatever need she had was pretty urgent?
So I hit the GPB stroll and turn up Vanderver. Got 1 block and I've got a car on my tail. Looked and sure enough light rack on top. So I'm stopping and counting 5 at each stop sign, going the speed limit and the dude follow me for a while.
Finally he turns off and about 3-4 blocks later, here is a large SUV looking like he wants to ram by back side. Drove carefully for many blocks and then he lights up. It was my uncle! Dude was a real jerk, wanting to make sure I was OK. Yeah, right! Anyway, wasn't breaking any laws, so I was free to go.
That and my other report on the near rip-offs and I had a "lovely" week in the trenches!
Like I always say, the hobby has a way of teaching lessons, even to those with some "experience. " Never think you have enough experience or know everything or most of it- there's always one more lesson out there!

If you post, you will build some cred and with that you'll find others more open to help.
Now, if one is truly new to the hobby, that is fine. Everyone has to start somewhere. I never begrudge anyone who is ignorant (lacks knowledge) when in fact they are trying to correct that condition.
In that case, don't show up with yer hand out, show up asking questions & trying to learn. That's how I got started! You'd be surprised how many replies one gets when they ask about basic items and "how to" items. At least that shows one has some humility and is interested / willing to learn. Other wise one just looks like a gimme, gimme azzh*le.

I miss Wilmington. I moved away tot he boon docks. Mongering has turned into an event. THe k in Philly, Or all the areas of Wilmington just to far to do these days. I turned to one of the sugar daddy sites. Expensive yes but it has led to some great encounters. Sure I had girls try to say a grand an hour but I target the type I think look like I could find on the street.
So payday. I did meet one she wanted 2 bills by the time we finished negotiating I had her to 40 at her parents house. She was in her mid 40's body 5 face 3 performance 5. Hey I am int he boonies now. But I could tell she had a habit too. That turned intoa huge advantage. She started texting me one day from a phone that isn't hers. I found a low posting provider on Backpage (two postings, one with photo and one without). I was able to find her Facebook account based on her email. Which later I Google'd her name which lead me to a posting here. So I joined up and sent a quick PM with regards to the session experience. Didn't think much of it at the time but it seems there's a lot of people not willing to share or contribute here so it has put a bad taste in the mouth of those that do, which is to be expected. This week is a bit busy but I'll post some of my finds later in the week. But I have no desire to be a gatekeeper for their contact info. So I don't know how you handle that here. Is there someone that's trusted and established enough that takes care of that kind of thing here? I can give some guidance as to what I think is appropriate. Others can disagree and chime in if they want. I suggest taking a gander of the "Policies & Guidelines" and "Posting Guidelines. " (find links in left column of front page).
I think there is a fine line between being a helpful guy to a girl, being a "White Knight" and being a defacto pimp. Doing the later (facilitating illegal activities), could get one in a HEAP of trouble. So yeah, avoid the "gatekeeper" roll!
IF you see a girl who has a post up somewhere, it is OK to copy and past that advert into your post. (Look around, many sites out there!) Don't just post the advert without a review as that will be viewed as shilling and could get you banned. If I am interpreting the rules correctly, one can not say "Hey Susie is a great date, call her at (999) 999-9999. " However, one can take a snapshot of her advert which includes the number and one can copy and past the text of the advert in the post. Fine line between being helpful and just plain shilling. Use common sense.
I would highly discourage anyone from posting anything that has to do with a girl's FB page. That is her real name and image (though a few crafty providers have set up FB pages for their trade) as "outing" real people is forbidden here.
I am super careful about sharing UTR numbers. The reason is that once you share it, the number is "out in the wild. " I might get the number from you and share it with Joe, Jim, John, Bill, etc. They might share it with several others. How you share a number is up to you. Most seem to limit the sharing to dudes they know (another reason to post here and build a good reputation). Some dudes offer up #s to Sr Members or set some criteria. Others put it out there in the wild.
I have talked to a few girls that had their # "out in the wild" from posters here and they tell me they got swamped with idiots: guys who want pics, guys who want text sex, guys who are tire kickers and never would set up a date, guys who are no shows. Was told it was about 50-60% time wasters and maybe 10-20% ended up in real dates.
Now what I have found from time to time, is that providing is a small community. What I think is an UTR girl and a hot new find, when I share it around, several dudes have already seen her or know about her. Only truly "new" is a girl who has her first ever "date" with you. And since most lie about it one never knows.
But you are right. Girls that get a big slug of new dates, do the rational thing and raise rates. Seems everyone understands some form of the supply demand curve. The problem with mongers is they are a flighty bunch. I would guess most like the thrill of the chase or like opening new presents all of the time. So a large portion of those new clients that show up, never turn into long-term repeats. The raised rates then tend to drive regulars away and a downward spiral starts. So So a girl can start advertising widely or cut her rates. When I see this happening with a girl, I tend to back off and wait for the inevitable crash, when she drops back to original rates.

Thanks for the reports on Best Knights Inn, I have had some luck around there with SW the last week or so, but haven't gone in there lately. So I went out for my virgin run at the sw Monger game tonight. (Been a guest of amps for years) Guess it was early for what you experienced guys do as I was out ~11:00 PM. Laid out a route beforehand, GP Blvd into the city, Spruce to 9, down to Micky D's -->all dead. Slid over to 13 up to Hak's and saw a wsw at the usual locale. Unfortunately too many guys hanging around in the vicinity, on foot, for my comfort. Headed into town and looped back down 13, stopped in Hak's lot obviously away from the business, but drew no attention my way, so I looped around left twice and back over to 9 again. Nothing along 9, but did see someone on the pay phone at McDs. (was this a target I missed?) Then back over to 13, saw a pair of ladies hanging out at Wawa (is this a new hangout?). Then back up toward the clubs where I saw 3 LE: one marked pointing south on 13, one unmarked sedan doing the same and one marked on the connector road between 9 & 13. All 3 were lit up and seemed to be "interviewing." On that pass, the wsw was still there, made eye contact but with so much 'company' decided not to stop. So I headed into town, and remembered some advice from here. 5th Street. Danced around and found myself on 5th, ran the length from the CTHSE to the 95. Plenty of people standing around, not many (if any) were of the F persuasion. Made a couple of loops, but saw nothing. Then again, perhaps I need some training in 'seeing.'

Leaving the pros aside, what you're looking for, or who might meet your needs / budget, is someone just looking to supplement whatever income they have with a regular allowance.
