I fell asleep early this afternoon and had the following dream…
I was out for a nice leisurely drive and made the 31st, Lake circuit with a respectful tip of the cap at McD's in recognition of Father Mike's favorite apple pies. The streets, despite the warm weather, sunshine, and a number of other cars with only a single male inside, seemed dead, so I headed south (about 5 blocks or so) intending to circle back towards the west and pick up I35 W north bound. I was well on my way, when my eyes befell a rather amazing young lady on an unusual corner. I drove slowly by, got the distinct impression that she was nodding to get my attention, so I rounded the block and offered her a ride. After all, she looked like she could use a lift, and it seemed only appropriate that I should rise to the occasion.
Don’t ask me her name, I can’t remember my own except that it is on my driver’s license, but she was in her mid-20’s, blonde, and not half bad by street standards. As we were fairly far south of the main drag, we ended up diverting to a nice spot that seemed secluded enough and engaged in a meaningful discussion in a foreign language. I loaned her, at least until we meet again, my favorite photographs of dead statesmen, one of the seventh president, and another of a founding father who was also the secretary of the treasury during the Revolutionary War.
When our conversation had reached its natural conclusion, I offered to take her back to where the action was, but she said, surprisingly, that she preferred to wander south of the main drag on such a busy afternoon. Somehow this has renewed by faith in the south, as it were, since until this very day, I always considered anyone south of 31st to be questionable with regard to meaningful discussions.
Shortly after this, I awoke, quite refreshed from my afternoon siesta, with a smile on my face. I look forward to many such sleepy afternoons as summer approaches.
Little did I know that I was in the presence of such articulate visionaries on this board. Good one Sir.

I respectfully have to disagree, that whole 'i fell asleep and had a dream' crap is just so stupid and silly. A poster is never going to be charged based on some post. You can post that you raped and ate your child and no charges are ever going to come out of it. A board post in a very very rare case might become evidence in a trial. I suppose if you murdered a streetwalker they might go to the trouble of getting your computer and isp and tracking a post and introducing it at your trial to show that you posted you were here or there or had the opportunity. If that was the case, some lame "dream" qualifier is just going to get laughed at loudly.
Also in regards to some recent posts, EVERY streetwalker that gets in your car has a crackpipe or drugs or whatever on her. Jesus. To think otherwise is self-delusional. That is why they are out sucking dicks at 3 in the morning for twenty bucks. Just hope that if the cops pull you over she puts it in her pussy and not under your seat.
Finally, there has been consistently mediocre quality and quantity of bsw on Penn ave north between 27th and Lowry lately. The corners of 29th and 30th are good bets. A lap bounded by 29th, 30th, Oliver, and Queen would be productive and limit your exposure to the cop traffic on Penn.

The part about repectfully disagreeing and then saying crap, stupid and silly is not exactly respectful. On the other hand I agree with old fore eyes [fore eyes - get it - he's a caddy - oh, never mind] that saying you had a "dream" is unneccessary. To each his own. If JIT feels more comfortable posting in that vernacular, I am OK with it. He is, after all, posting. First things first.
I think this entire dream thing started years ago on the precursor to our current USG on the Portland forum. If you have ever mongered in Portland they you know what heavy handed police presence is all about. Perhaps that extra bit of caution in posting came out of the experiences of being rousted out of a dream bj by John Law. Perhaps it is literary license. Who cares?
And I know some of our lurkers and a few of our posters don't want to think about why some ladies are out blowing bone at 3 AM, but it seems to me that Caddy is right that they are not doing it for their Roth IRA's. Again who cares why they are doing it, as long as they are doing it. Viva la BJ.

I went for a short cruise last night, saw alot of action but saw something that put me at an uneasy state, absolutely zero heat from the force but there seemed to be alot of dealers chasing down mongers last night.
I witnessed a fullsized green caddy type car basicly emerge from a parked position after a van I was behind pass by, The van was slowing down and checking out a real good looking BSW near bloomington. The damn car I assume was a dealer or pimp got behind the van and rode the poor bastards ass for a few blocks until finally pulling a Uturn heading back to 31st.
The car then started following me as I was traveling towards ceder and pulled along side my car in the wrong lane at a red light, jumped ahead of me slowed way down and kept me at a dead stop in the middle of an intersection. then he sped off and turned down longfellow.
Personally I could not see into the windows so I said fuck it and decided to head home. It scared the ever loving shit out of me to be perfectly honest and it ruined my night as I was about to turn around and ask that BSW if she needed a ride.
Oh well I guess it was just bad luck.

Do you really think that they were dealers? More importantly what will you do if you spot them again? Personally I would pull over and call the cops from a pay phone and babble out the description and location of the car, and say that you saw a gun. Then hang up, go to my car and watch the show. Just my 2 cents.
You were probably right to bug out. One of the most important rules of mongering is listening to your gut. Paying attention to my gut has saved my ass numberous times over the years.

OK, at this point I am starting to believe that you are suffering from Midwestern Paranoia Syndrome, a syndrome that hits those who were born and raised in the middle of the country to believe that there is "something" about the streets that they don't know and can cause sufferers to make assumption that are much more complex than the likely reason. This is similar to ignoring Occam's razor. A side effect of MPS is the belief that any midwestern city besides Chicago actually has a "hood." The treatment usually involves not watching crime dramas on TV for a few months. Drinking helps too.

While perusing for talent along Lake today, I noticed what might best be described as a fabulous Scandinavian blonde. All at once she impressed me as being somewhat cultured, charismatic, ultra-feminine, slim, & charming – or was it just that she was possessed of extraordinarily perfect breasts that seemed to defy gravity as they stressed against a tight chemise in a valiant effort to escape their confinement. It was rewarding to have received “the nod” from her, too late though it was for me to stop. As luck would have it, and despite a record-breaking circuit that would be the envy of any Nascar fan, by the time I rounded the block for a second look, she had been gathered up, somewhat unceremoniously I might add, by the lucky driver of a disheveled blue pickup truck.
My jealousy and disappointment at that moment reached new and extreme levels. If this unknown beauty is an exemplar of this spring’s latest additions to the street, perhaps a more frequent reconnaissance is in order. There was no evidence that she was accompanied by her ol’ Uncle Leo, although one might suspect that given her singularly magnificent, and certainly out-of-place appearance.

I went to Choice again on Wednesday and saw a new all muscle ebony girl who was friendly enough to jump on my lap and put her hand around me before even asking for a dance. So the weather is warm and the sun hot, so I thought I'd make an adventure down to the stroll. There were actually a small handful to choose from, though most I'd pass by even drunk. I've seen this girl Ashley out before and thought this time I'd let her in to see what's up. So I pulled over on the next street and she came up to the window and asked for a ride to "a store". So I said sure and let her in, and before we got to the corner or even said Hello,,, she was asking to do the ol' "let me see it" routine. I had scheduled an appointment with a provider Wednesday afternoon but when I showed up she wasn't answering her phone.

Noticed a few lost souls downtown last night between Sinners and DV. WSW about a 5 on the SW scale and 2 BSW 5-6 on the SW scale. The WSW was looking for .4 to practice French but I passed. Didn't talke to the other 2. This is the second time I've seen action in this area but LE was everywhere.
And for the SW scale, less than a 3 means you've lost the use of both hands. A 3 to 4 means only as a last resort and you'll deny it till you die. A 5 is okay for a blow but you don't admit you hit it. A 6 to 7 is one you'll pass along to a friend (you don't mind that they know you did it first). A 8 to 9 looks like your last girl friend. 25 indicted in alleged 'major prostitution ring' in Twin Cities

Sunday: Raids were part of 'human trafficking' case, police chief says
Few details were immediately available, and more information was expected to be released at a news conference later Monday afternoon.
A handful of people were arrested Saturday in Minneapolis on charges related to human trafficking for the purpose of prostitution. The arrests led to a protest by residents and immigration advocates — because agents with USA Immigration and Customs Enforcement were there and it appeared to be a raid to round up illegal immigrants.
Minneapolis police officers were also at the scene Saturday.
Lt. Amelia Huffman, a police spokeswoman, said the department was not involved in the investigation or in the arrests, which were conducted by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension with help from other agencies, including ICE.
Huffman said since the arrests were in its jurisdiction, the Minneapolis Police Department sent one squad car to the scene as the warrants were being issued. More officers were dispatched as the crowd grew.
"Their sole purpose there was to maintain the security of the scene, '' she said of the officers. "They were not involved in making the arrests pursuant to BCA's warrants, or transporting prisoners. And they certainly were not involved in any ICE action related to immigration. Minneapolis Police Department officers don't enforce immigration policy, period. ''
She said doing so would create a problem for local police. If someone with an illegal status is the victim of a crime, or witnesses a crime, he or she may not come forward if there is a fear of deportation.
She said the main issue isn't that Minneapolis police officers were there, but that "we had girls and women who were being bought and sold and held in sexual servitude here in our community.
"No matter what people's perspectives are on immigration issues, that is such a repugnant crime that I hope it would draw together everyone in the community to speak out, '' she said.

Authorities: 25 indicted in Twin Cities prostitution ring

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Twenty-five people have been indicted in what authorities call a major prostitution ring in the Twin Cities.
According to the indictment, Marisol Ramirez ran a large-scale prostitution operation, and Roberto Rivera-Miranda assisted her with it.
The other 23 people indicted are accused of helping promote the ring by either running brothels, transporting prostitutes or distributing business cards for the operation.
US Attorney Rachel Paulose (PAUL'-ohs) said she could not comment on the number of victims because the investigation is ongoing. She says n1 of the victims appear to be minors.
But she calls the ring particularly harsh, alleging that in one case two women were forced to service 80 men in one night between the 2 of them.
The operation was discovered by slain St. Paul Police Officer Gerald Vick.

Ran up on the Russian again in Minneapolis at a different strip club (Vu). Had a nice time in the club with a few lap dances and chat but she was pushing for VIP. I told her I wasn't paying $$$ just do some heavy petting with her. She asked me to hang around for a while and she would be back. She needed to do some dances to pay her tip out and we could leave and have some fun.

I have been seeing an ad on Craigs List for a Cambodian girl, which were intriguing. (I would post the link, but she takes down her ads after she posts them). I took the plunge today. It was ok, her pictures are old and she is heavier than I like. She seemed kind of distracted, so in an attempt to get her invovled I had her climb on top of me. It was an ok experience, I have paid a lot more for less. Total cost $1. 25. I have been paying more lately, going for a total GFE experience; which this wasn't.

This is a true story that happened back in the city where I used live.

My travels took me a little farther South today than I often venture and it was well worth it. A number of ladies were out near the market at 37th Cedar. Uncle Leo was nowhere to be seen. Ended up with a young gal who claimed to be from WI. Age somewhere near 18. Very cute but had a used look about her. Her looks were the only thing that felt used. I haven't been too active in this hobby lately. I found an ATF that I have been seeing exclusively. She is expensive, but I decided I would rather pay for one great session, rather than several mediocre sessions.
Today I was bored and she is out of town, so what to do? I had a very disappointing time at the NE AMP in Janurary and thought I would never go back. However, the ease of the place drew me back.

The FeastI guess I must have dumb luck. I have visited AMPs in San Francisco, Honolulu, Hollywood, all over Los Angeles County and I have never paid 90 dollars for an hour. The rates I normally see is maybe 60 dollars max for an hour. From there, I run my hands up the girls leg and usually things start rolling from there. I was driving around and was coming back from Colombia Heights on Central Ave. Saw a few girls around the Central and Lowry intersections which was interesting. They where real good looking as well which makes it seem sortof setup considering there is a cop shop 4 blocks away.

Just be careful in Soho. I once got trapped in a club with these mysterious prices that are in very small print on the 'menu'. All I had done was talked to the girl and they wanted like 150 pounds. Somehow I talked my way out on the premise of going to the ATM to get the cash. When we got near the ATM I saw two cops and made a dash towards them. Needless to say the rest of the night getting back to my hostel was an adventure since I assumed I might be followed I kept taking evasive actions.
Moral of the story, make sure you have escape routes. I didn't since many of the clubs there are in the basement. I just got lucky.
For instance, I had a great vacation in England in med september in 2001 for dirt, dirt cheap. Why? Because all of the sheep had cancelled thier travel plans and I got great deals on everything from airline to hotel to rentals, etc. London's Soho district must be tried. Wildbill's warning to "Just be careful" should be printed in bold letters on the back of the mongers membership card. Wether you are in soho, the legalized red light district in Amsterdam, or down the street from your own home - JUST BE CAREFUL.
I personally really like Soho, but haven't been in a few years. It takes a little while to get used to the unwritten (as well as the advertised) rules of Soho. Semi-independent girls working out of Soho apartments are usually advertised by a sign that says "model". Most require an advance appointment, althought some allow walk-ins. Lots of sleezy guys will walk up to you and ask if you would like admission to a "show" for about 5 or 10 pounds. These, of course, are the infamous bordellos of Soho. Once inside one of these "shows" you are definitely in their world and Wildbill's warning should be your new mantra.

Police say the arrests of four women and one man in a Minneapolis neighborhood are the opening round in a citywide crackdown they hope will slow human trafficking and prostitution.

The 41-year-old 3M engineer from Woodbury sat quietly on the bed in his underwear, arms behind his back in handcuffs.
Minneapolis police had placed him in the room for questioning on Friday, minutes after he paid a woman $200 for sex at a building tucked among several large businesses in a Northeast neighborhood. The man seemed stunned when an officer told him that "brothels like this" support human trafficking.
Friday's bust was the first of a half-dozen planned raids in the coming months of brothels throughout the city that police hope to shut down as part of a concentrated effort to clamp down on prostitution and human trafficking.
While trafficking exists in every major U.S. city, the Twin Cities has been targeted by traffickers because its large immigrant populations create a demand for prostitutes of similar ethnicities, said Sgt. Grant Snyder. "We hope this will send a shock wave through the community," he said.
During their search, investigators found documents showing that several women arrested on suspicion of prostitution had been in the United States for less than a month.
"We expect to find people who were brought to the brothels for human trafficking, but we won't be able to determine that until we can interview them," said Snyder, who with Sgt. Matt Wente works in the organized-crime unit on human trafficking.
Four women and one man were arrested on suspicion of solicitation and prostitution crimes Friday afternoon, but at least two customers left 357 Ulysses Street NE. before undercover officers identified themselves and shut the business down.
There isn't a lot of data on human trafficking because "it's a hidden crime, for the most part," said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman Tim Counts. Without comparative data, there is no way to know if Minnesota has more human trafficking than other states, he said.
"We do know it's here," Counts said. "We have ongoing investigations, and expect there to be more activity from our agency in the area of human trafficking."
May bust controversial
In May, 25 people were charged in federal court with running eight brothels. Eighteen of the suspects are illegal immigrants, according to an indictment filed in U.S. District Court. Five of the brothels operated in Minneapolis; the others were in Richfield, West St. Paul and Austin, Minn.
When the women arrived from Mexico and Central America, their passports and other identifying documents were taken away and they were forced into prostitution. In one night, more than 80 men paid two women for sex in a south Minneapolis house.
Some community leaders protested the Minneapolis Police Department's participation in those arrests because they said it violated a city policy that prevents them from involvement in routine immigration enforcement. Unlike Friday's arrests, the case in May was handled primarily by federal agencies.
Last year, the Legislature commissioned the first state report on human trafficking, which found that 43 percent of the 119 human service providers it surveyed had helped a victim of human trafficking -- and that they were helping about 200 victims at the time of the survey.
Snyder and Wente, both experts in prostitution policing, started to look into brothels and any related human-trafficking issues in March. They wanted to look at the organized-crime dimension of prostitution, because the majority of brothels and massage parlors operate like any other business. The owners deal with personnel issues, pay rent and advertise their services, Snyder said.
Traditionally, police would view prostitution as a neighborhood problem in which they would go after an individual prostitute. Now they go after the person who puts the ads on the Internet, rents the motel room or drives a prostitute to a call.
In this case, investigators went after cell phone records and e-mail accounts, often identifying customers through computer forensics. They also went undercover into the online subculture of the "hobbyists," which are what men who visit prostitutes call themselves, Snyder said. On Internet forums, they discussed places to go for action, "how to make sure you don't get ripped off and how to get your money's worth," he said. The officers even struck up relationships with prostitutes.
"On the cyber level, you can come and go pretty freely," Snyder said.
When surfing the websites for brothels, a red flag popped up when customers mentioned that the women didn't speak much English, he said. An undercover officer involved in Friday's bust said few of the women, who were Asian, spoke English and communicated mostly through hand signals.
"How often does an 18- or 19-year-old girl not speak English unless she just arrived to the country?" the officer asked.
Asian brothels can be particularly difficult to investigate because of the language barrier and because the Asian community is very closed, Snyder said. Some women and juveniles work in various brothels in Minneapolis and then might be shipped to another city, he said.
Besides the boarding passes recently issued from Tokyo, there were other signs the women hadn't lived in Minneapolis very long. Prescription bottles for two women were recently filled in Palisades Park, N.J., and Burlington, Ky. A videotape of an Asian movie played on television in one of the rooms that served as a dressing room for two women and a security camera surveillance area.
Undercover visits
Undercover officers visited the business, advertised as Method Sports Fitness Center, several times before Friday. The business was housed in an old office building renovated into a dozen private rooms, sauna, showers and massage tables. Music from Love 105 FM played on radios throughout the building.
Both officers said they were offered sex for money after paying for a massage. Several women were hiding when Minneapolis police and officers from the state's Metro Gang Strike Force staged the raid at about 4:30 p.m. Food cooked on the kitchen stove.
The customer from Woodbury, who said he was Vietnamese, was led to a bedroom by an officer and asked "if he wanted to be part of the problem or solution." He told the officer he had paid for sex there last week and had learned about the operation through an ad offering massages in a local publication.
Among bags from Victoria's Secret, officers found cash stashed in white envelopes and a bank deposit receipt for $2,600.
A couple who have lived in the area for about two years said they figured something illegal was going on at the office building. The window blinds were always closed, and only men seemed to be going in and out, they said. The couple didn't want to be identified for safety reasons.
When asked if news of the bust might scuttle the rest of their investigation, Snyder responded without hesitation.
"These people are too committed to this business to let this bust slow them down," he said.

No Midwest, I know about the ERS cl site. What is not working is the listpics site. Listpics used to give you a preview of every picture on any CL directory. Try it with a PG directory and you will see what I mean.

By the way, I had a chance to drive down Lake in the afternoon around 3 or 4 PM, and there were some nice choices, I saw are least 2 WSW looking around, and one BSW, but I could not confirm if she was looking. OK, despite the total lack of response (thanks, guys; sure hope for your sake nobody ever asks you a favor), I ended up going to the old Royal Knight (now "Kim Y's"). Tried the phone number for Oriental Massage, advertised on BP, but it was not connected. If you think I should have gone elsewhere, thanks for nothing. Doesn't do me any good to tell me now.

I didn't take the lack of response personally, but I do know there are people on this list with useful info who just were too lazy to respond. My personal philosophy on this is not to mention details in a post if the location can't move around like an escort or SW. While this is practically a text-book example of entrapment, try arguing to a judge that you saw her previously for paid sex and were just returning for more - and if you are brave enough to make such a claim in court, try presenting admissible evidence to that effect. If you are LE, it'd be nice if you were chasing dealers, thieves, predators, murders or somebody like that. And yes, I know the whole one thing leads to another deal. As long as man and woman have walked the Earth, the woman has been trading her feminine wilds for the things she needs and that's the way it will be until the end of time. Ever buy your significant other a new car, expensive jewelry, furniture, vacation? Did you expect to get something in return above the norm? Sure you did. Hmmmm, sounds like the same thing.

Me too. I have had two such inqiuries so far. One wanted to know specifics about a local establishment, another asked for digits on some activity that I had posted about in the past. Like Father Mike says, "zero posts and you want info... something smells." Everyone has to start somewhere and it is difficult if you are new in the hobby. Remember to RTFF to get as much information as you can freely, then go ahead and post away. Join in! It really doesn't take long to become a so-called "senior" member.
In the meantime, sorry guys - I am happy to share with senior established members - and even if you are designated as a senior, I will go back and read your posts if I don't already know you.

I went for a drive today around all of the usual neighborhoods and saw what war is good for (at least according to Edwin Starr). For those who don't remember the song, I saw "absolutely nothing".

I went by the usual Lake Street haunts after the fair. The Bloomington strip was busy. But most of the ladies had undesirables hanging in the wings. You'd think they would know that's bad for business. As such, I elected to pass of the offerings. Best supply I've seen in a while.
I drove around the bloomington area and it was completely dead. I wasn't really surprised as this was around 2pm. I did see an oriental in a pink sweat outfit walking by herself. I pulled over and around the corner. She walked up to the car and asked for a ride. We did the usual LE check and she motioned it would be 40 for a bj. I countered with 25 and she quickly agreed. I found "ashlie" on listpic and topkitten. I was nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rockin' chairs after reading all of the reports about LE in this area. Vague on the phone after a couple other gals were very forward. I figured she was either being safe or a real pro. It was the latter. A few guys with short military/LE type haircuts showed up just before she did at our meet place, so I was gonna bail, thinking they were all LE. Bordering on paranoia, I had to chill. She was cool and waited awhile in a public place, I got up my nerve and all was well.
