Here's why, the absolute min is $50 for the house and $50 for the girl. But I've never paid less than $150 and I often times will get very little for that. You really need to spend $200 to be fairly sure you will have a good session. Also, if you like DATY, they will sometimes require something like a female condom. Another thing I don't like, the girls will do one of three things before starting a session:
1. Will not tell you anything about the session.
2. They will lie to you about what they'll do.

I have noticed that some of the girls at Flashdance have dropped their prices for VIP and some are more open to negotiation than they use to. The breakdown at Flash is usually $100 for room for 30 minutes, $20 for waitress (tip more and they leave you alone for the 30 minutes and sometimes give you more time), and then the dancers start at $100 and up. When the economy was doing well, there were dancers asking for $300. Nowadays, some are asking for $200...I usually tell them that I dont pay that much and that there are alot of other dancers that will take what I am offering. Here is some info.
Prepare to see nothing and be surprised if someone is out.
I don't have exact names of streets, but area is so small it is easy.
ON US27 after the Popeyes in Clewiston -- at the corner with the Walgreens take a left. You can only go left. This is a mexican area at first, then you will see a few rows of very open trailer park area. Check around there. WSW's from time to time.
Then continue straight towards the Sugar Factory. Go to the very end and just before the entrance to the factory take a right. __ You can really only go right at the point- the road curves. Follow this road straight for less than 1 mile and you will be in a town called HARLEM- The church is the first thing you will see and there will be a Welcome to Harlem sign.
Take the 2nd right - even with the factory-- onto HARLEM ACADAMEY DRIVE.
Follow this street down passed the residental houses till it opens up alittle and you will find 2 bsw's that are usually out of there.
After you reach the end of the "downtown type area" turn back around and go back to the stop sign. Hang a right and follow till the shopping center on the left-- Check the pay phone-- Then get back on the road and keep heading South till the next 4 rows of trailer parks and circle through there.
Special note about HARLEM-- It is a strange town. Sometimes if the sugar is really burning all of the drug dealers, locals, sw, etc. walk around with face masks on because of the smell. Also the whole town has a strange erie, quiet feel. Ride around there alittle, go to the very southern edge-- just keep following streets south-- it gets strange by that trailer park at what seems like the end of the world.
Once your done go back the way came and head West on Harlem Academy RD and when you reach the end make a right, then a quick left. Follow around and you will be back on US27. When you reach 27 make a right and the WALMART will appear less than 1 mile on your left.
This entire cruise will take 7 minutes or so. Just long to type out. The town of Clewiston is a blink and it's over type of place. But not as small as the next town up -- Moore Haven- there is no action there and it is only 1 mile long-
If your driving South from the Orlando area you will see the Walgreens first.
Also before entering Clewiston you will see a sign on the right side of the road- before the railroad tracks for Harlem with a turn lane--- Just realized Jethrow1 is an Orlando Monger so my directions could be reversed in that situation.
Happy Hunting--- you would do better in Belle Glade or South Bay.

I finally got around to talking to the former owner. It did burn and during a hurricane. So it seems your suggestion is correct. Not sure if it was during Katrina or Wilma, but it was that year. 2005 I think.
I only knew one and that was destroyed by the hurricanes. Maybe it burned too but I dn't know about that. It was on Mil. Trl. just north of Southern Blvd across the street from where planes landed at PBI.

Yeah I think it was Wilma in 2005. Just can't understand why they didn't rebuild it. They must have had fire insurance. It was a great place with nice chicks except the back room was cramped and the chick usually had her own blanket to lay on for the main event.

Although I was happy to find this (and I could not believe this site does not have more postings about this) I was a little worried that I saw NO LEO and not many mongers. Something did not feel right so I just looked around and did not partake. I will have to check it out and report my findings. One more thing, I have seen some postings about Lake Worth. Hey Guys this is my first post, hope this helps if your looking for street action in Palm Beach. I've been trolling Military Trail between Lake Worth Road & Southern Blvd for the last two years. Most of the action is north of 10th up to Purdy Lane & then between Forrest & Summitt. Most of the SW hang out by the publix just North of 10th, in front of the KFC next to the publix, in front of the Eckerds right off Purdy Lane (at the bus stop) and then just north of the pep boys. Pretty much any chick walking between Lake Worth & 10th after 8-9 pm is a SW especially on the south side. I like to go between 1130 am. 1 pm and then again between 630 pm. 900 pm, I've never done the late night so? It had died down for a while cause the LEO had hit the area hard but lately it seems to be coming back. LEO seems to usually harass the SW and give us mongers a break but watch for stings, they do them about every 3-4 months. Most of the SW are white, ages vary but you can definately find 20's, if you want to check out the quality, go to http://www.Pbso.org/index. Cfm? Fa=blotter which is the Sheriffs booking blotter, you can go back 365 days, type in this statute, 796. 07-5420 (prostitut) and search it that way this will give you all the SW busted for soliciting, usefull if you don't know the area and will keep you away from any LEO sting. $20 is the going rate for a BJ, sometimes the younger ones will ask for $30 FS is $40, $60 for the younger better ones. I then did 2-3 runs on Military between Lake Worth & just north of Summit.
