This Rx is no joke, works great. Heart issues can be a reason to be denied. I think they come in 50 & 100 mg. I cut it down to 25 mg and gtg. Only use them when I get with my mainly lesbian friend. I need the extra stiffness to get deeper than 3". Use with caution.

P.S. Not to be a dick but I don't understand why you can't get your regular doctor to prescribe them also, the generic ones are cheap also. There's too much messed up stuff going on to try to buy meds from some dude in truck somewhere.

So after cumming, do you stay erect or is it YMMV?That's not what it's designed for, so not necessarily. Staying hard after orgasm is all about pelvic floor control. Ie: Kegels, the muscles used to stop urine flow. Training those will do more for you than anything.
However, due to the increased blood flow the shrinkage period is also a lot longer. And the refractory period is significantly reduced. So if you're young enough (<40/50) or even half decent pelvic control you can probably power through the shrinkage / refractory period till it fully recovers. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. Without it, never. Think of it as going from 100% guarantee to 65% and riding a fine line that takes a bit of focus to maintain then back to 85%.

Took your advice and went to the website for Amazon. I already have Prime so it was pretty easy to click the link for "Medical Care" and then click on "Clinic" and start the process. First thing that pops up on a blue banner is "Discreet and affordable ED treatment". Couple of questions later and I was done. Got the prescription ordered and delivered by Amazon in 24 hours. $33 for the doc "visit" and then $22 for the prescription once the "doc" signed off on the questions. Just some general information for you guys. I hope you all find this helpful.
You can order this stuff online. Any place that sells SARMS will also sell cialis / viagra. Additionally, if you're in town and just need like a couple pills, goto the local sex shops. The Rhino sex pills have everything in them that you need. Ask the person at the front counter for their recommendation. I even think 711 sells sex pills.
If you're looking to get some viagra / cialis. Look it up vis Google by the generic names. Tadilafil and sildenafil. If you're uncertain of the dose you want, do the same google search for recommended doses.

Dosage matters. Everyone is different.
Timing of taking the product matters as well. Take it on an empty stomach. This matters.
Side effects can be different. From none to backache to headache to can't get rid of the erection.
Start low dose and go from there.

It should kick in by then. During and after our session I still had ed issues. I told my doc and she told me ok, well, then take a full pill. So, I did. I called a different provider. We started out in 69. Nothing happened at first, then, I after 15 minutes my junior was at full attention. That's most erect I've been a long time, I came almost right away. I get my meds for free because I'm a veteran, but, they give you the most generic ones known to man, which unfortunately is typical of the government. I'm using sildenafil citrate 50 mg. I'm out.You might want to try Cialis (tadalafil generic name) which takes a bit longer to work but lasts a longer time. I find it easier on my system (blood pressure, flushes) and works well for me. I split a 20 mg pill in quarters and that's enough for me. If you find a natural supplement that works for you, great.

Next time, I see my doc and will inquire about cialis, but, the way the va works, is they give you the cheapest meds available. I doubt cialis is available.
So, I will continue using the v, well aware of the risks. So far, my side effects at first were stomach ache and headaches. I've used it approximately 4 times now. The only side effect I experience now is just a minor headache, that's only achy and not pounding. However, with that said I will continue to do research and see what alternative methods are out there. Right now I subscribe to several doctor youtube channels, I'll see what they have to say regarding ed. If I found a good alternative method, I will gladly report back with the results. I get my meds for free because I'm a veteran, but, they give you the most generic ones known to man, which unfortunately is typical of the government. I'm using sildenafil citrate 50 mg. You might want to try Cialis (tadalafil generic name) which takes a bit longer to work but lasts a longer time. I find it easier on my system (blood pressure, flushes) and works well for me. I split a 20 mg pill in quarters and that's enough for me. If you find a natural supplement that works for you, great.I do the same. Pay cash for 30 20 mg pills, quarter them and take 1 each day. If I want to make sure I get up quicker and stay longer, I take 10 mg as well about 2 hours before. No side effects at all taking 5 mg and I can get up quickly.

Ok, guys, thanks, I appreciate the input. Like I said before I'm a vet, so, I get my meds for free. Next time, I see my doc and will inquire about cialis, but, the way the va works, is they give you the cheapest meds available. I doubt cialis is available.
So, I will continue using the v, well aware of the risks. So far, my side effects at first were stomach ache and headaches. I've used it approximately 4 times now. The only side effect I experience now is just a minor headache, that's only achy and not pounding. However, with that said I will continue to do research and see what alternative methods are out there. Right now I subscribe to several doctor youtube channels, I'll see what they have to say regarding ed. If I found a good alternative method, I will gladly report back with the results. Natural is the way to go. So, I'll end this post with this: If it's man made, evade, If it's made of this earth, take it for all it's worth. Happy hunting. Keep it safe.There is a generic Cialis called Tadalifil and basically you take it every day. I've been taking it but honestly the results aren't as strong as Viagra. Now my doctor changed my Viagra script to 10 mg pills so he said I can keep the daily Cialis and then take one or two Viagras as needed. Seems to work ok, but honestly I really need to lose weight and get back to the gym. I'm doing T shots also but I'm pretty high BMI right now so that is the true killer.

They work the same as the normal sildenafils but being a chewable tablet they work a lot faster.

Strips are a bit quicker to take effect but nothing significant. I do get headaches and flushed slightly majority of the time regardless of dosage I take. My local pharmacy works with a local doctor. You go in the pharmacy, he gives you the doctor's number, you call, the doctor asks a few questions, and sends the script right over. You walk out with 3 months worth of Cialis and Viagra for $350.00 or so.

I get a clogged sinus, headache, and makes me want to shit from viagra. Viagra gets junior hard but makes finishing difficult. Typically what do with cialis pills I cut them into roughly 5 mg sized pieces and I take 5 mg a night before and the morning of if I got something planned.
Got some PT 141 coming in soon. It is supposed to make you rock hard. A peptide. Also melotan 2 works. Cheap. They are both sub q injections.

Anybody ever use a pump? What were your results and experiences? I told my doc, that the v and c work sometimes, but, not all the time. So, she consulted with a urologist and they said to have me try a pump. It just came in the mail today. The brand name of the pump is called Encore vacuum therapy system. I haven't read the directions yet or looked at any videos. I'll report back after I'd had enough experience with it.

Dosage is a per person experiment. If you take cialis or viagra it can hit different than taking by itself. 0. 5 mg will be my start. Some are taking 2 mg. And getting 24 hr erections (priapism) so please read up on it and I will let you know how it goes for me.

I've had pretty good results with it and it stays in my system for approx. 36 hours. The side effects are minor headaches and sometimes it takes me too long to finish, otherwise I'm happy with it. A provider told me to take horny goatweed as well. I looked it up and it's not safe to take goatweed with v at the same time.
As I have gotten older the ability to maintain a hard on has gotten a little tougher. After a recent interaction where I kept going soft I decided to research Viagra and Cialis. I decided to go with a company called Friday Plans and get some generic Cialis. Let me tell you for the price and what is has helped me achieve it was worth every penny. I am so happy with the results. I get hard real fast and stay hard till completion and the effects can last for a couple of days. I take 10 mg a couple of hours or the day before I think I will have sex and it feels like I am teenager again. As always you will need to consult with a physician but it's been a game changer for me. Good luck in your own journey.

Thanks.I've used it before. No issues beyond the normal ED side effects like flushing or warm face worked well for what I wanted it to work for. They have a new gold version that is supposed to be better that I haven't tried yet but will shortly. I think it's supposed to mix the different types of ED medication together.

Its expensive compared to generic V and you get less doses. I've been doing TRT also. Idk about you but I just need to lose some weight and get back to the gym. Honestly not much of a different reaction but it def kicks in faster and doesn't matter if you ate before hand.

Seems like you could take 10 mg Cialis and an hour later 50 mg Viagra. I just don't know if that would be safe, but it looks like that is what the combo meds are. I am also curious about what Apomorphine does for you.

Oh, I forgot to answer your Q re: Apomorphine hydrochloride. I tried it a couple years ago, right before it was FDA approved (but had passed studies) and offered through prescription. Lots of nausea (the researchers were trying to craft a better drug to induce vomiting in animals when they discovered this compound). Making this worse, you CAN NOT take the most popular anti-nausea drugs (5-HT3's). Big, serious counter-indication there--don't do it. Good news tho is it has a fast onset. About 10 min after ingestion, things start to "thicken up" down there. It only lasts for about an hour after that, and you can't take more until about 24 hrs after initial dose. It's good mostly for men with heart conditions that don't allow them to take the stronger PDE5-blockers like ciallis / viagra, but the effects are roughly in the same class. The Vyleesi I wrote about just below is a whole different world.

Anyone trying to add nitric oxide as a supplement along with whatever pill you use or just as a daily supplement? Its supposed to help add pump. Started on creatine wonder if the NO would help more along with sildenafil.
