Sorry to seem a little un informed, since the close of the great AMP's of Waterbury, I,ve been to the New HK, Star, and the Sauna with no name on Rt 5 in Wallingford. Can someone tell me where Lucky is ? Would like to visit.

Looks like it's all done. Drove by Friday night and the lights were out. Drove by again this morning and the neon sign is gone, the windows are all whited out. Temporary or not, it's closed currently.

Went to Best today. Have not been there since reopening. Spending time down south and on the West Coast. Same Mamasan. She remembered me. Gave me a hug. I always liked her. Anyway, went to the room. Standard house fee. Some small talk with Mamasan. We always spent a couple minutes talking. Maybe the girls are busy. Who knows. Maybe someday. That skinny little thing in her long dress. This post, as Sarang wrote, long in forthcoming, is one of his best and most entertaining writings, and I felt he deserves having it posted in the Connecticut general reports board as a ' report of distinction' Cudos and compliments to you, Sarang.
Having read the reports and a post about "lame AMPs" I felt obligated to return to my roots and give a report on a FS place as none have been forthcoming from me since I joined this site.
I can't believe I read that whole report! But finally some useful information from that spammer/troll. Maybe I'll take him off my ignore list and actually read some more of his posts from now on (probably not).
Still, I don't see how my comment about lame Meriden AMPs is contradicted by a report about an AMP in Wallingford. I couldn't find any other posts about lame AMPs so I guess he's taken me out of context (again).
Meriden AMPs that I was referring to:
Best- I've been been there plenty of times. Gave them enough chances. LAME
Japanese- Several reports of gross overpricing and rushed service. Possibly now defunct. LAME
I used to feel the same way about the Star though, and now I consider it the best one around. That took a little over a year, so I guess if Japanese is still going to be open and manages to stay that way there's hope for them, but only if they bring their rates down to the standard AMP fare. Best has been lame for a long while; I doubt that's gonna change. I guess I've had good times there but none that were very memorable. I'm sitting here trying to think about them and I'm drawing a blank.
And though it's not an AMP, Meriden's other establishment, Tubs for Two, probably qualifies as LAMEST. Definitely one of my worst P4P experiences (in America that is, not nearly as bad as the African girls by the Old Church in Amsterdam); I really just wanted to get the fuck out of that nasty joint! Meriden's not a bad place really and from what I read here the SW scene is better than New Haven's, but at least for the last few years its MPs have been just plain lame. And if I lived there I'd make the trek to pay for Asian poon!

Always like trying new places, so stopped by yesterday, it's on rt 5 across from Walmart, in between an office and a D'Angelos sandwich place, so if you're looking for inconspicuous, it's not here, but me, I just pull right up and park, who gives a f**k.
Walk in, ring bell, and out come little miss rolly polly mamasan yung, grabs my hand, walks me in, all happy and giggly, lifts up her shirt and plunks my hands on some humongous natural tits. Berlin Police Capt. Larry Schubert said no women were arrested during the sting. One man, Kenneth W******, 27, of New Britain, was also arrested for an outstanding warrant in an unrelated case. Widdecomb was held until his appearance in court Monday.
The other four, Paul W********, 40, of Wethersfield, David C***, 48, of Amston, Daniel M*****, 70, of Madison, and Mark S*****, 50, of Hamden, were scheduled to appear in court Sept. 21, police said.
Guess the place has changed in attitude since the last time I visited back in early summer. Mamasan wanted $7 for the hour and the girl she brought in wanted $1.20, was kind of rushed back then and have not returned. May give it another try.
I had heard from a friend that the L.E. was at tubs this afternoon. I hope no one from these boards were there.

I say this simply by the number of guys picked up and the article in the New Brittian Herald is written in a way that it would seem all of the arrests happened at same no-tell. The thing that blows me away is that one of the guys picked up was my high school history teacher! Nicest guy you ever wanted to meet. Well liked in a very small and very upscale town. I say. If he's hittin' girls at 70. Good for him! Too bad he and others got caught though.

I'm shocked, shocked to read that there's prostitution on the Berlin Turnpike. Who could have imagined that this was possible on such a conservative, clean-cut, family-friendly road?
On a serious note, this is total b-s. Has LE nothing better to do? "Reacting to complaints of prostitution" - there's been prostitution on the Turnpike for over 40 years! Haven't the police ever noticed the ladies renting rooms at the USA Motel, the Atlantic, etc.?
Curious how the guys got caught. Did they get arrested as soon as they walked in the door, remaining fully clothed? or after they dropped their pants? strange... I hope that the guys plead innocent instead of copping a plea and doing community service, so they can get their cases thrown out of court.

The last couple of times I stopped at Centerfold’s I opted for the older and experienced Daniella instead of the usual young and tights. I guess it was her large enhanced top that caught my attention. This warm and cuddly Brazilian has rewarded me with some very pleasant lap dances.

Nothing has been heard, but my thinking is that there might have been a disturbance or something there unrelated to any illegal activity upstairs.
They've been around for more than 20 years (at least 16 of them under the T42 name, all under the same ownership) with nary a whimper or complaint from the locals or LE. I'll bet that's the safest place in the state to go to these days - IF you're willing to part with 200+ for a substandard experience.
This was the second place I ever went to (first was in Norwich), and probably frequented it the most for 5-6 years. Women and service AND price were top notch, it's been going down hill for at least 10 years.
Safe LE-wise but not worth wasting time on.

I work in Meriden. Today I passed TFT twice and saw one of Meridens finest parked in the Jacoby's parking lot while making both passes. He was in the far corner, close to the street. His cruiser was parked diagonally, facing directly toward TFT. Don't know if it means anything but thought it was worth a mention on the board.

Went to Centerfolds with a buddy for some drinks and scenery.Haven't been to any strip place in many moons.Not my thing.Spent about $60.00 on beers and a crap load of the $5.00 Heroine Shots.One real cutie.Angel. They open at 9:30 and close at 11:30.
They are operating out of a house.Pull into driveway and park out back then enter through back door.
Had the pleasure of Tina.Lovely young lady and very good at all aspects of the experience.

Ok, I've read the past posts about Lynn. I'm guessing that's who I picked up this afternoon. She had long Reddish/blond hair. Wearing I guess what this board refers to as a belly shirt, (tight tank top) with a pot belly sticking out the front a little bit. Definitely seemed a bit "off". Stoned perhaps. Picked her up just sount of 2041.
So my first question is. What's her deal?
Now here's why I ask.
I'm a good looking, very athletic guy approaching the middle years with a short cropped hair cut.
I pulled into some dumpy motel parking lot and waved her over. She approached and I offered her a ride. She was walking southbound. She told me she wanted to go to D&D up the road. So I took her where she asked me a few times If I was a cop. Of course I told her no and asked her the same to which she replied no. On the way, she told me I shouldn't smoke because it was bad for me. She ordered a pizza and an iced coffee. She also told me she had a room on the pike. We headed back southbound for her room. No mention of any deal has been made at this point. We pulled into her room at the Holiday motel (what a dump) pulled around back where she asked me for a cigarette. I obliged and then she said that she can't go in her room right now because the cleaning service is in there and she's waiting for her mother to bring her some money to pay the rent. Her stories didn't really add up. I asked her if she was "working" and she laughed and said "do I look like I have a job" I said, "Do you do any work on the side? " and she said "no. " I said alright then, I've gotta get heading back to work. She thanked me for the ride and the D&D and said she'll see me around some other time if she's out walking!
So, in someone's expert opinion. What happened here? I've never seen her before and with all the sting op's lately I didn't want to be to forward and put myself in an incriminating position.

Yes she has a very strange affect.
I think she was being a bit cautious because of the heat on the BT, but her mother IS around from time to time and I believe helps her out. She would likely have been more receptive had you offered to help her out with the rent. Nonetheless, not much of an experience anyway; her performance is usually as bland as her affect.

Lynn is a pig anyway. I am surprised she did not spill in your rig. Why would you pick her up at all? (why did I, for that matter?). Avoid her. I concur that her services stink as much as her cigarette odor does.

Thanks for the advice Novice and Garthy. You know, I thought about that "rent" comment after the fact. I wondered if that was a cue. A way to ask for money without asking for it in the name of cautiousness. But then I thought to myself, she might not be that smart. Then again, when it comes to street smarts, these girls are probably as sharp as a tack. I truely don't know why I picked her up at all in the first place. My GF is beautiful and gives me all that I want and more. But. I guess there's something in the excitement of it all which drives us all here. Who knows.
The people at D&D know her well, especially what she's all about. She always draws way too much attention to her self. Was going by the name Rose at 2041. Always a waste of money and time. The brothers of the board have her down.

Great report, you probably saved some guys a hassle, or at least forewarned them what to expect. She sounds unbalanced.

I went to Lucky Spa in Wallingford late last week, for the first time.

I figured I would try the new rug&tug in Middletown (Excellent Spa) on Main Street. I was there just before 9pm and it was closed. So I figure I would shoot down 66 and go to Best. The Lucky Sauna, World Sauna and New Spa in Wallingford were all busted for prostitution.
Police began their investigation after businesses near the Lucky Sauna on North Colony Road began complaining. The women who work at a beauty salon across the street also wanted to know what was going on.
"Did you wonder for a long time about what was going on across the street?"
"Yes and sometimes a couple of guys would go over there and check out what was going on over there, but we never found out what was going on over there," Yvette Byrd, a hairdresser from the salon, said.
Police armed with search warrants raided the store fronts and seized evidence. In all, 10 women from Korea and China were arrested, two of which are not in the U.S. legally. Police say there are indications that the businesses were managed out of Flushing, New York.
The raids took place after an undercover investigation which police say produced evidence that prostitution was taking place at the businesses.
"We seized a number of pieces of documentation business records we also seized a good amount of cash we also seized all the fixtures and furniture that was in there," Marc Mikulski of the Wallingford Police Department said. Police say they did that to make sure the parlors don't re-open under new management.
Byrd, summed up what she was thinking. "It's a good thing. Wives could sleep easier wives could sleep better," she said.
Police are continuing their investigation. "We're dedicated to solving quality of life issues this was a definite quality of live issue we realized that we took pro active steps to abate the issue from town and we have," Mikulski said.
And here, after a long (minus M-L-K day) aggravating week, I was planning on heading down to Lucky spa, til I saw on the news (Wimpy-F***ing-S***-Bags) about the raids & closings.. There just ain't any justice for what comes natural..

I've been with the same AMP girl for 3+ years and am married to her. I know all of her friends who are in the AMP business. There isn't one of them who didn't know what she was getting into when she came here.
Your implication that there is someone who holds the girls' passports is pure BS. The girls either carry the actual passports or copies of them to use as ID. In my wife's case, she had a copy of her passport, visa AND our marriage license just in case. The originals were in our home. The girls that are here illegally may have in fact been smuggled across the borders but in no way were they told that they were going to "work in a nail salon". If they were smuggled in, they paid a snakehead an exhorbitant amount of money and have to pay that debt. Another reason they may be here illegally is that their visas simply expired.
I spent a full day in Waterbury Superior Court after the raids there watching the girls I unsuccesfully tried to post bail for (the bondsmen wanted to attach my house; no fucking way) receive their sentences. Lee from Avalon sat in my truck because she didn't want to get caught by the TV cameras outside the courthouse. I talk regularly to the one girl who got deported.

To my mind, there has been too much evidence that I have seen that have led me to a contrary conclusion about how AMPs are run, and if you don't agree or like my conclusion, then that's fine. I don't post any info about AMPs because I don't go to them and I have my reasons for not gonig to them just as you have your reasons to going to them.
But ask yourself this, if your perspective on the AMP industry is that of an insider who's married to a current/former AMP worker, then aren't you just as biased in the opposite direction as a Federal Prosecutor (a little but more than a bureaucrat since she's actually out there working the investigation with a team of federal agents)?

I think SH did a very nice job of giving insight into the REAL deal with how the AMP's are working so I won't get into any of that, but this constant mention of human trafficking always makes me laugh. I guess people need something to justify their actions.
I've been around the block and I think I have a pretty good idea about AMP's and how they operate. This whole trafficking thing 'based out of NYC' is something a lot of us have probably heard over and over. Ok, is there some sort of organized way that AMP's get their girls? You would be ignorant if you believed there wasn't. The mere mention of 'taxi drivers' should give you the hint. The reason why the Waterbury busts were so huge was that the Feds had a couple of famed taxi drivers in their pocket who supplied girls all over CT and the East Coast. Is that organized? You bet it is. This famed trafficking ring does exist in some form or another, but it is NOT what they are making it out to be.
The real question here is, 'do they girls know what they are getting into?' I have yet to meet anyone who didn't. They're the ones who picked up the phone and contacted one of these taxi drivers inquiring about openings here and there. The taxi drivers may not be as prominent today as they were only a couple of years ago, but people still know people and it's pretty easy for any girl to get in touch with someone who knows the deal. It is completely voluntary, as voluntary as someone going to a Temp Agency wanting to be placed in a job. Of course, each girl has her own reason for making the leap, but it was still her decision. There is no one holding a gun to her head or was holding their passport, ID, or whatever else.
As I think of it, this job placement agency analogy sums it up almost perfectly.

For the most part, it seems if it was a slavery situation, they would have ample oppurtunity to run out the back door, at least in the places i've seen here in Connecticut.

Human trafficking is legally defined as the interstate transport of a person for the purposes of labor against that person's will. It doesn't necessarily mean illegal entry into the country, a lot of people who end up trafficked are sponsored and have a work visa but when they get here their papers are withheld or they are quickly moved somewhere else where they are not familiar, but most commonly the person is told that their transportation and sponsorship in the country has to be paid off and the wages they make doing whatever they have to do gets taken from them and they are told that if they don't pay off the "debt" then bad things happen, whatever the threat du jour may be.
In northern CT there is problem on tobacco farms where workers, particularly from central america, are being trafficked into CT to work the tobacco fields.
When the term human trafficking is used, it definitely is meant to conjure an image of modernized slavery, but it so much more subtle than that where many people who are trafficked are not even aware of it. In any event, human trafficking is very much alive and well all along the I84, I91 and I95 corridors in CT while the rings are usually based out of westchester county.

Anyone can have an opinion, and it may be widely held, but unfortunately the facts and common sense do not support what you are saying.
You will always hear the DOJ, FBI, local police and media constantly include things in their stories like "human trafficking", "slavery", "organized crime", "Korean mafia" - all in the tone of promoting the existence of sinister, all-powerful conspiracy. It sells, it sounds like a Hollywood tale, its an easy whay of explaining the unknown. You speak in the same tone.
AMPs are an industry. These these sorts of charges cannot encompass the complexity and depth of it. They could not hope to adequately explain what is happening and why. They vastly underestimate the capability and worth of those do business in it - mostly women. As if there are no circumstances, from the wide-ranging to the personal, associated with them.
1 1/2 years ago, the DOJ got three huge breaks in their favor and actually brought their charges, including the one you did a good job summarizing. But when it came time to put their cards on the table in the courtroom, these charges turned out to have been a bluff - on the public and in the court. The charges actually brought and the results of the trials were very minor compared to the ones initially sought and promoted. The reasons why were too blatantly obvious in the government's own evidence to make their claims believable. And the "slave labor", "trafficked" women, as they have almost without an exception, had nothing to do with their supposed rescuers.
And it is available to anyone who wants to read it. Some of it was posted or linked-to right here on this site!
I would expect the government to continue to spout lies that have already been proven false by a court, because it serves their agenda. Nothing that hasn't been done before and doesn't happen all the time. But for those who are not part of the government to still spout these allegations sounds like someone still claiming that the world is flat.
On a couple of side notes, I do not know why this stuff was even brought up yet again, since this bust was by the local police, and turned out like most similar ones have.
And it is unfortunate and a drag on the board that pointless flaming and personal insult contests have taken away from the useful posts and reports.

and our therapists need to unionize. When you get a nice place, leave information on the Internation Union of Sex Workers. It protects managment and service providers, and can help educate girls on their legal defenses of "entrapment," help them to "supress" statements or evidence siezed in violation of their 5th, 6th and 14th amendments, properly challenge the issuance of the search and seizure warrants, and cross examine the cops who exploited them.
They can also help with arranging a legal defense via the ACLU, for those allegedly "enslaved" in the profession through fear and/or intimidation.
For my part, I have contacted both the ACLU and IUSW via anonymous emails and asked them to look into Connecticut's recent "crackdowns."

As long as prostitution is illegal; and I fear it will always be so in the overwhelming majority of the US; the measures you would like your lobbyist to push for will be frowned upon by our government. HB, let's beat the other horse. I do agree with SH. The fundamental issue for mongers is the law that is in effect around here, not the people who have the job to enforce it. And by any measure, the current crackdowns notwithstanding, the law is actually not being enforced very often or very strictly...
That being said, even though many people do find the relevant laws conservative, antiquated, whatever, I don't believe they will change significantly anytime soon, given the prevailing cultural, moral, and political trends.

I just want to say, that I have only received legitimate massages at these Massage Parlors, and I am truly disappointed they are shutting these places down and or raiding them.
Seems like all these places are good tenants, probably pay their rent on time, pretty quiet, etc etc, girls working hard to make a living.
I am getting physical therapy at Sports Physical Therapy place, and part of it is massage, and they are all using similar techiniques, as far as back massage goes.
Everything is fine at Best Sauna, called and vivited Saturday 2/2. There were 2 cars in the back lot, wrang the bell and asked for Anna. Mammasan said they busy, 1/2 hr. to 45 min. wait. As you may recall, less than a year ago, Best was closed. The article I read about Posh in Cheshire quoted officials as saying Wallingford and Posh are related, and this isn't over. To me, it seemed like Best was next. It is killing me to stay away, but I am not going back for awhile.
I went for probably my last farewell visit last week. First in a year. Mamason looked distrustfully at me when I had said I had been there 10 times before even though true.

I decided to throw caution to the wind and went to best. I just returned and I'm pretty sure I just had my all time best AMP experience. I've been there many times before over the past few years as well as the Wallyworld and Ansonia establishments but this was different.
I met with Anna. She's definitely a bit older and doesn't quite have the body that I like but everything was a 10 all the way around. TS was extremely thorough and absolutely the best I've ever had. The sauna was way too hot and I'm glad I didn't have to sit in there too long (my only complaint).
Once back in the room, the massage was amazing. She literally worked from the top of my head to my toes. She paid quite a bit of attention to the backside which doesn't really do it for me but I enjoyed it none-the-less. After the flip and before the package was wrapped, it was licked from top to bottom for about 5 minutes. About as close as you can get to an uncovered BJ.
The deed was done in many different positions. She seems to like being in control which I only allowed for a short time. Once I was driving the bus, she seemed uncomfortable when the sub went into a deep dive and that kind of turned me off a bit. I suppose some amount of understanding the circumstances of their daily grind (pun intended) is required. Every guy would like to think that he's hung like an elephant and the girl can't bear to take it all but I'm sure the milage on the vehicle plays a big part.

I have not been there in years. Decreased quality and increased prices. At least it is a sure thing and safe.

Like Bulldog said, most of the girls at Tubs want an additional tip on top of the $200 entry fee. Expensive, IMO.
Theres nothing good there. Do some reading and move on.

Made my way to Best today for the first time. Been keeping my distance with everything going on, but figured I'd take a chance. Early afternoon, great time with Elle (Ella? ). Wasn't very clear. I, too, was asked if I had been there. Wasn't completely honest and said I had. A bit rushed, but still enjoyable. I didn't realize how great the mirrors at the old HK were back in the day until this place (or at least the room I was in) didn't have any.
Odd part. When I got parked, there were a couple other cars there in the back. Some guy was just sitting there, backed into a space. I didn't see until I was already walking up to that little side walkway. When I was on my way out, heading back to my truck, that same guy was there and got out and approached my passenger side. I barely put the half down, but he was like "is it safe? How many are available? Who did you see? " I basically played dumb and he went back to his car as I left. This never happened at any of the places I used to visit. Has anybody else been approached like this? Did anybody else see this guy?

I did notice the guy sitting in his car next to a truck as I was trying to turn around to leave... I got the impression that the place was full and he was waiting his turn but then again who knows.
Never, glad you did not say anything, either the guy was new and afraid to go in (1'st timer) or undercover and trying to collect cheap info. Best is also one of the last amps open, sure gonna miss it when its gone.

I did a drive by at Best yesterday (Sunday afternoon) around 4:30. Parking lot was empty, their front light wasn't on, it didn't feel right, so I left.

Went by Best today around 4; lights out, 'open' sign turned off, no answer when I called. No round 2 for me. Are they normally closed that early, or did something happen that I missed?

After getting disapointed with an overpriced massage in MA, headed back to CT for what I hoped would be the Best part. Nada. 6 pm Wednesday the sign was off, building was dark, like Tailchaser reported. Don't see anything from the on-line local news, maybe they (wisely) decided to lower their profile for a while.

Ditto on Best- I did a drive by at 10:00 AM yesterday (busy time of day in the past). No lights, no cars, no activity; looked deserted. I didn't ring the bell or try a phone call. Even if someone had been there, the feeling wasn't good.

Just got home from Best. Don't know what was going on yesterday, but I had a half day today and figured I would try and call. Take advantage of the down-time. They were open. Was the only car in the lot, spent some quality time with Yung. Oldschool HK quality, easily a 9, cute little thing and seemed into it. Upon exit, mamasan asked if she was 'ok'. Like the ear-to-ear grin wasn't enough?

Door charge posted below is $160, not $60 - that's $110 more than the last time I was here (admittedly a long time ago) It started going downhill maybe 14-16 years ago, especially once the Garden of Eden almost across the street went out of business (owner died of cancer) Guess competition kept the prices down and quality up.

Place is relatively discreet - there used to be a couple of parking spaces behind the building, but others are behind a heavy fence. Safe? It's been open for at least 20 years with nary a hint of a bust, I'd say the owner pays big and regularly to stay open.
Overall, it's probably not worth the money unless there's nowhere else available and you need something.

From where I used to live this kind of stuff was a dime a dozen and there was no difficulty finding exactly what you wanted, I guess these are the trade offs we make to live in the burbs.

There was one big sweep about two years ago (or was it three?). Everything got shut down and never reopened. Since then a couple spas appeared in other cities, but most have also been shut down.

LE decides to pick up all thoes "dimes" a year and a half back. It netted them about $1.20 in profits, BUT we are all safer now!
As for Tubs I will be eagerly awaiting your report.

That would be great if Tubs went back to a $60 house fee. Last time I was there, they wanted a lot more and then you had to tip on top of that. My theory is that the owner knows that if he provided a great product/service (like Alpha did), he would become to popular and law enforcement would be forced to take action.

I was a frequent visitor 10 yrs or so ago. The place was a dump, but at that time there was a decent selection of ladies (Cary and Liz in particular were very enjoyable). GFE and doubles were available. There was a connection with a place in Danbury called "Genesis".
The door fee when I first went was $60 and tip in the $1. 0. $1. 5 range when I started going. The owner (Wally? ) had a bad rep with the girls, and got greedy. He was very observant of the "time limit". Door fee went way up and the selection tanked.
If the owner had a brain (given the current lack of alternatives), he would spruce the place up a bit, keep entry fees reasonable, and treat the ladies well. He might do a lot more business.
Awaiting TOFTT report. If ok I might have to make a visit for nostalgia's sake.

The grouchy prick at the door was as accomodating as the doorman at a Holiday Inn Express!
There was a selection of 5 ladies, I chose Mya, for what it was worth I should have listened, but instead cast caution to the wind. $.6 at the door to start then the cast of characters hanging out all had long faces, Mya was the only one with a smile so I took a shot.
Guys this was a $$6 TOFTT experience that went down quicker than the Titanic. Without getting overly specific.
I was told for starters - I don't do this, I don't do that so I candidly asked her exactly "what do you do"? And as I am sure you can imagine not much of what I was looking for.
Money not well spent and a long drive for nothing, basically $$6 for a rub down body to body contact and a hand release. Shit I could have gone to any local AMP and got twice as much for half the price.
So anyone having nostalgic ideas, just relish the momories because this place is a F*&$in nightmare!!
