They only other way to tell if they have the red/blue lights mounted inside the car. They are usually mounted on the rear view mirror or on the inside of front grille. I am uncertain if it is standard procedure to mount them in both locations. It's very hard to spot them in any case.
In most cases vice is a non-issue. If you drive a good distance from where you pick up the SW on empty streets it's almost impossible for the cops to follow you.

How is it impossible for vice or anyone else to follow you? Keep in mind folks, LE can stop you if you pick up a KNOWN working girl. She is considered a KNOWN working girl if she had previous charges or was stopped earlier and admitted to be a working girl.
The black and whites are getting more aggressive. I usually sit and watch. I've seen them many times just scope out a girl from over a block away and wait for someone to pick her up. Once they see this, they move in for the stop. They know all the tricks. They weave in and out of ecb onto the streets north and south; I've watched them do this many times during the last 2 months.
Anyone see the accident near JitB tonight? The parties might have had their eyes on the girls.

I was in need of some action so I decided to cruise last night. Got out to ECB around 10:30. Saw about 6 bsw's and 2 WSW's. Talked to that one SW named Becky. She wanted a ride to her hotel in Mission Valley for free. Becky is ok, but did not interest me so decided to pass. Around 12:30 am I met this new blonde named Sky from Houston. Got a fairly good cbj for $30. Sky has this bad acne problem, but she is still attractive about a 7.8 or so. Sky told me that she was headed up to LA to work on last night. The odd thing was that she told me that just got out to ECB around 12am. Sky also said she was going to Orlando to work. I am kind of amazed how much these SW's travel around the country. Seems like all this traveling would eat up their cash. LE was fairly light as well. I did not see Kristal or Christina so I am wondering if they ares still around. I was hoping to find that one hot blonde that Ed Williams took a pic of. My guess is that she has left town by now.

Last night I met some brunette wsw from Colorado. She said her name was Terreria (sp?). I didn't really care since she was kinda thick. $ was asked but I denied. I think she was negotiable. Her pimp drives a white Ford Fusion. I'm not sure if it was a rental.

What are the advantages to SWs compared to escorts and AMPs that make it worth the risk?
Picking up SW's is fairly low risk situation. The main thing is to take the proper precautions and be aware of your surroundings. Read the 22 rules for street mongering (http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/announcement-mongeringrules.php ) and take my advice about driving a good distance and you will not have any problems. The cops do run decoy sting operations on rare occasions, but these are easy to spot.

JoeLol. I was thinking th samething. They must have a GREAT plan or a GREAT battery. LOL But all of them do it. Long Beach Blvd is very spreadout of alot of sws everywhere. By it being L. A. And alli guess LE have other things to do besides bust SW's all day. I saw LE pass numerous SW's. Cars where pulling right up and picking them up like they where public transportation.

SW I know tell me they do it to appear busy thinking maybe cops won't stop and bother them if they're walking down the road occupied. Maybe they think it makes them look like they're headed to a destination and are talking to whoever is at that destination. Other SW who don't have cell phones have stood at pay phones and just had the receiver up to their ear, not even talking on it, but appearing as if they are. I guess it makes them appear like their not loitering or something. Also, it could be past dates who have their number setting up a potential rendezvous. Look at them, I know I'd be calling them, lol.
But those girls posted below, someone would have to be either blind or stupid to not know what they're doing, on the phone or not lol.

Got back out to ECB around 8:45. The action had slowed since 6pm and was a bit surprising. There was very few cops around. LE presence has been very low the past 3-4 weeks.No sign of Christina or Sky this tonight. I believe they have left town since they both not on CL or the other online escorts for the SD area.
I am still hoping that we will see a real hot new SW like Amy that is willing to do a facial. But I think we have to wait until next year.

Had to take care of some business downtown. So I decided to cruise ECB around 1pm. There was a heavy down pour so I was not expecting to see much. Only saw 1 possible BSW. I still have very fond memories of finding Ashley in the rain about 3 years ago . So it just goes to show you never know what you will find.
Update:
I was still in the Mission Valley area so I decided to cruise around 7pm. The action was still quite slow only saw 1 bsw and on thick LSW.
Tues night:
The only WSW I saw around 9pm was Kristal and she left.
I have seen this blonde around, but for some reason she is a bit picky. I don't really care because Kristal or Christina are way hotter.
The SW's are like most girls they just love to talk on the phone. A lot of the SW's work online so they business that way as well. These girls use up minutes like crazy so now you know why their phones go dead so fast. In most cases their phone numbers is only good for a few weeks. This is one reason why if a find a hot SW I try to see her as often as possible. A few weeks back Kristal got a Iphone and now the the other night I saw her using a pay phone.

The action started picking up around 8pm or so. Met this one hot young blonde named Jessica by 33rd & ECB. Jessica has shoulder length blonde hair and she is about 21 years old. Jessica is about a 9 or possibly 10. We agreed on $60 for a bj and facial, but she then asked if had the money. I told her that I needed to go to the ATM. Jessica told me to come back. I believe that Jessica may have been trying to scam me a pull a cash and dash. I went to the ATM and naturally someone else got her. I kept on cruising till around 11pm and she never came out again. grrr................ If anyone has seen this blonde please post....!!
Also saw 5 or 6 BSW. There was also 2 other blondes out, but they were both about a 7 or so. There was also this tall thick brunette as well. The cops cracked down very hard around 11pm. At one point the cops started questioning most of the SW's. I saw this one cop cross Illinois by Hollywood video and shine his spotlight to look for some SW's I believe. Around 10pm the cops pulled this one guy over and another undercover tan Ford Explorer was stopped as well. The UC did not have his red & blue lights on, but this was probably because the patrol car already had stopped him. So be careful, the lull in LE has ended..!!

Decided to take a lunch time cruise in the hopes that new blonde Jessica would come out. There was quite a few SW's, but I did not see any WSW's about a 7.5 or so. Saw Becky and talked to Tatianna. There also a few other petite blondes but they were not above a 7 or so.
It's nice that the SW's out in the afternoons. It's a bit of a hassle to have to wait till evenings to cruise. There seems to more SW's during noon than early evenings. The other good thing is that there if few cops during the day.

Went back out on ECB around 6pm. Took another long cruise in the hopes of finding that blond Jessica that I met last night. Saw Kristal in front of Hollywood video. Did not see any other SW's worth picking up.
Around 8pm I headed up to east ECB and saw only 1 BSW. I also saw more cops on ECB than I have probably ever seen. There was at least 10-15 cop cars. The cops were not cracking down on the SW's since there was not that many after 8 or so. This might be the start of the Christmas Holiday crackdown. So use extra caution all..!!

Saw 3 LE last night about 10ish. 2 on utah st with parking lights on and one by wendys with parking lights on. They sat for about 30 min. Oh yeah any info on this girl in the pics. Never seen her before.
Went to a friends house for dinner so I took a short cruise on ECB. Cruised ECB for about 30 minutes around 9pm. There was some action, but did not any new SW's. I was still hoping to find that new blonde Jessica. Jessica has probably left SD in all probability. Also met this one new high priced brunette named Isis. Isis was asking $100 min for anything. There was a few LE. Will probably wait until Tus to cruise.

Cruised about 11pm-mindnight. Alot SW's out I saw at least 12. LE drove by 1 or 2 times. About 30 minutes later I saw at least 3 LE cars that had pulled some SW's over for questioning. Hi All,
Recently moved to the North Park area so thought I would go out and cruise ECB from 9-10 tonight. I've never picked up in San Diego before, my career makes it too much of a risk but when if I'm bored I pass through and take a look around. Here's what happened tonight.
After a quick trip into the "ten's" strip club (see that report if you wish), around 9 pm I saw several SW's out including two decent WSW, both 6-8 depending on your own scale. I was very nervous about doing a pickup right there on ECB when viola! Some lunatic decides to run away from a police cruiser by going the wrong way down ECB, did anyone else see that? Besides the initial concern that he was going to plow into my car (I was parked at the front of pack at a red light) it was awesome. He headed east down ECB drawing off every damn cop out there (most of which I hadn't seen in two passes down the strip). I figured now was a good time as any and swooped down on on a WSW walking past the poker place. Actually, I ended up having to get in front of her and park until she went by.. She gave a name, but I was so nervous I forgot it, sorry. Anyway, auburn hair (prob dyed) little bit of a belly, but a much nicer body that the LSW and BSWs that were out. Quoted 1.0 for FS, which I thought was crazy expensive, talked her down to .5 for BBBJTC. Off we went to the alley a block south of ECB. Wasn't too crazy about the location but figured it was safe enough with the cops out chasing down the runner. Anyway, services were pretty good, nice and sloppy.
Not a bad night, although with the high costs (compared to FL and MD, the other places I've mongered) and risk of LE I think I'll stick with the occcasional trip down to TJ. Anyone have any ideas about better places to park or a short time hotel to do the deed let me know. The other WSW out there was younger looking in black tight pants and white boots. In hindsight I wished I had gotten her but opportunity knocks when it does.
Taking a SW so close to ECB is a mistake. One problem is that the cops sometimes drive through the alleys or pass by on nearby streets. The big risk is that it's simply to easy for a cop to see and follow you. It's important to minimize the risks as much as possible.

"Chiron " I saw that as well. Actually I was a the light and I heard sirens so I looked I'm my mirror and ZOOM this greyish towncar "I think" came hallin ass through the redlight. A few seconds after at least 8 cop cars folllowed. I don't think they caught them because for the next 45 minutes on both sides of ECB were LE at least 15 units were combing the side streets of ECB from the 805 to the 15. Perfect timing to pickup a SW. Too bad I'm broke. LOL. I did see a short burnette maybe a 8 WSW wearing tight blue jeans and a black top. Nice looking.
Out on ECB now. Decided to take a noon time cruise in the hopes of seeing some new action. The action is fairly disappointing. There is only 2 BSW's so far. Went back out around 2pm and the action still quite slow. The rain and the recent LE is killing off all the good action.

How far off ECB is considered safe? My expierence has been the farther you get away from the pickup spot the more nervous/annoyed the chicas are. You can PM me if you want.
Edwilliams, the was definetily the guy. Hard to beleive he actually got away.
I like to go at least 1/2 to 1 mile away from ECB and find a quiet neighborhood..Some SW's will complain, but if you explain that lessens the risk then they are understanding.

Went out from 6pm-7pm. Very weak. Saw maybe one or 2 WSW's out.
Just got back from a cruise of ECB. Saw one very fat and ugly lsw that I wouldn't even let my blind friend touch. Other than that it was a morgue out there.
The action has been fairly dead this week. I don't think the action will pick up till next week. In many cases the action will not pick up till late January.

But I did see one bsk with gold braids down on the east end of ecb by the chevron station. Didn't know if she was working or not. Got my xmas bonus today so I will use craigslist

I was noticing on CL that blonde Barbie is back in town. Barbie is going by the name of Virginia (http://sandiego.craigslist.org/esd/ers/969251828.html ) on CL. According to past reports Barbie was in SD 2 years ago. I am not certain if Barbie has been on CL in SD since then, but I have not seen her. The CL ad also indicates that Barbie is staying in El Cajon City. So there is a chance she may be working the streets there. If anyone else has any info on Barbie please post. I called up Virginia and she denied that she was Barbie, but a I am certain that this the same SW. Let's hope Barbie decides to work ECB again. So keep a your eyes out for Barbie. I think there is a reasonably good chance we will see Barbie out again. I believe she arrived on Monday so she may have been avoiding the rain.

Yeah that the blone I saw walking ecb I took a few pics of her. Took a quick cruise about 2pm I only saw 2 BSW's, but not worth picking up or doing a u-turn. Might checkout the action tonight.
Cruised for about 3 hours around 3pm. Saw a few BSW's and this other ok looking blonde. Around 6pm I saw Kristal and got another lame bj. About half way through the bj Kristal tells me that she won't suck it anymore because I touched the condom. Kristal finished me by hand and I was irritated. I did not see any sign of Barbie (Virginia). This will probably be the last time I go with Kristal.
Kristal also said she got out of jail a few days ago for violating her restraint order. She then tells me that she got a prostitution citation for up in Anaheim. The cops stopped Kristal with some guy and the car turned out to be stolen. Kristal admitted to prostitution because the cop threatened to charge her with accessory to GTA. In my mind this was a ploy because the DA would have to prove that Kristal knowingly got into a stolen car. This just goes to show how dumb a lot of the SW's are. So in less than 2 months Kristal has racked up 3 convictions not including these 2. In a strange sense I feel sorry Kristal. If she had any brains she should have left town and traveled across the country. My guess is that Kristal will end up getting a long jail term.

Can you give a description of the WSW you saw last night..? My guess is that she probably was not LE. If the blond had long blonde hair there is a good chance you saw Kristal. Decoys are fairly rare on ECB.
Seems as though the hot WSW's are only coming out on Sat & Thursday evening recently. The problem is that the good WSW action is very hit and miss. I cruised last Saturday and did not see much, but about 3 weeks ago there was a few good WSW's.

Will cruise tomorrow, but it looks as though 2008 is going to be washout. 2008 has been a fairly disappointing year. The quality of SW's was fairly medicore and the few good ones were high priced. The action started to pick up in August, but the cops chased off the SW's.

Police out in force. Well, people whose main goal is to be the top poster on certain sites show that their contributions aren't necessarily worthwhile. I wonder if this 'cnshoes' isn't even a real poster at all, but a 'poster' Jackson made up so the post count would be so high that no one could reach it even if they posted 40 posts a day for 50 years. It would make all of these posters who visit every forum in the country just to add two word comments to the current local chat have no need to do so. If you 'know' you can't catch the post leader, then maybe things you post might actually start to mean something, and not be baseless and antagonistical.

So, I travel a lot and have developed a sort of "side-hobby".- that is, I like to try to figure out the main stroll for cities I visit (when I have a rental car anyway) and then go siteseeing. So I did that this evening with the ECB. Figured out the outline pretty easy (that's right, I read the forum) and here's what I saw.
First off, pretty heavy LEO presence. I did the circuit (texas to I-15) about 10 times, and each pass saw at least one B&W, often 2-3. Didn't see any actual take downs of any SWs.
From the forum, it seemed like the fast food places were the places to look, but I didn't see *anything* happening there. My unscientific observation is that the girls were constantly moving, and tended to stay in the rear areas of parking lots (like the one at CVS, for example).
Saw 1 WSW, 2 LSW, and 4 BSWs. Also a very tall BSW at the liquor store that I'm pretty sure was a dude, but not 100%.
I was there from about 8:30 to 11:00; didn't see much until after 10. There may have been more out there, but if so I didn't recognize them as such. Lots of really shabby-dressed folks waiting at bus stops.- hard to tell.

Cruising for SW's is fairly safe. The main thing is to observe and get a feel if the cops are cracking down or not. There are times when the cops crack down hard and stop you for talking to a SW. There are times when the cops do not appear to cracking down and pull you over. So avoid pulling over directly for a SW, especially at night. Also drive a good distance on empty streets when you pick up a SW. This makes it almost impossible for a cop to follow you.
The going price for a bj is from $30-$40. You will often find many SW's that will try and charge $50-$100. Don't pay these high prices. Keep on looking and get some ph #'s and you will find a reasonable SW. Believe me I got a bj the other day from his how LSW named Angelique for $40. Actually, I've seen LE cracking down aggressively withing the past 2 weeks. I've parked in my lookout spots and watched the girls and LE play the cat-and-mouse game. The girls would be walking and LE would scope them out from 1-2 blocks away and move in once she made a turn off to one of the side streets. I've also seen them talk to a girl and tell her if she doesn't leave, the cop would, "find a reason to arrest her." These guys were stopping every girl out except for the extremely nasty ones; they figure all the walking up and down the track would help them trim their weight.

Cruised this evening for a few hours and the action fairly good today. Met this one tall blonde named Jennifer. I think the girls from out of town are fussy because of the relatively low rates they get here in SD compared with Vegas, Phoenix, and NorCal.

I don't know when things will pick up. I do know a lot of girls are now banned from ECB and other high action areas due to their arrests. ECB is really the only place worth cruising. The best cruising times is from 4 till 10pm. A lot of the SW's tend to leave around 9:30 or 10. A lot of the SW's do work later on the weekends however. There is some action good action during day, but the action changes a lot. Most of the good ones seem to be working nights now.
