I was browsing the ads and for some reason the following caught my eye so I called:

Got to the address she gave in Anaheim (walking distance to the stadium) and pulled in underground parking of complex. Talk about a high security building. After you park outside the gates you walk to the far side of the building to the elevator and call on the speaker box thingy. She then comes on and tells you what apartment to go to. After you are buzzed through security (an electronic locking door). It took me 15 minutes to wander through the complex to find # ___. Cute Korean girl, about 24, 90 pounds, opens the door while standing behind it. I come in, she is dressed in a tube top and panties that come off at the same time as my shoes do just inside the door. Not sure what's with my luck lately but this is the 2nd time I struck out with MP's. Avoid 2299 S.Main, advertised on CL as Asian (visamc). No Latin. 1 45 yr old trailer asian lady, who has major attitude with No Happy End. Place is disgusting. No ventilation, just a disgusting table massage place with moist water all over, since its a shower bathroom also. Place is growing bacteria. I rushed home and took the hottest shower to cleanse myself from all the excess oil and disgusting remains of others. Headrest smelled like @ss. Almost puked. Thus, had to turn over immediately to my back after holding my breath and squeezing in air, while on my stomach. I was out in less than 15mins.
Totally legit place but sooo disgusting. Lowdown places in Tijuana look like paradise compared to this place.

I was checking that one out too. I am not sure you can assume a massage and mouthful of pleasure for the bottom rate. My hunch is that it is more like.... a get to it type session without massage. With Craigslist or Humaniplex do some cross checking. A girl you see on any of these sights also advertises on ********, backpage, should have a few theeroticreview reviews. Humaniplex is highly recommended. Remember that you are never going to be the first man to get to a girl, therefore she will have reviews somewhere. Additionally watch for her add and phone number, the girls I have seen will have the same number for years so be more warry of newcommers.
Another point is, LE doesn't have to work that hard to bust Johns. Oh yeah, I should have mentioned 99.5% of the replies are spam. You'll be lucky if you get one real reply, but the numbers are with you if you post daily or semi daily. Spotting out spam is easy because it's usually a gmail account, and it'll usually have "CL ad" or your ad title with your age and location as the subject title. Look for unusual subject titles and email addresses for the real replies. Also set up an aol account, it's the best way to filter out the spam. Don't USE YOUR REAL EMAIL ADDRESS or else you'll be flooded with spam.

Here are some research tips that have helped me out in the past:
1. Google providers # like so: 714-123-4567 or in the format that is listed and read the headers. You are looking for a review header or other listing that would indicate this provider has other postings in different cities or counties since they move around.
2. Call her and ask her if she has any reviews posted, this gives you a chance to get a "feel" for her on the phone and also ask her if the photos are recent because you have had a bait-and-switch before, she should understand.

i would respond to the "demand" (not voluntarily agree) of 22 states attorney's generals to remove ("censor") the content. particularly as some of these states would be inclined to detain/imprison (e.g. south carolina) any sr. management that passed through the state.
i'd wait until it was a little closer to the elections (that's the real reason most of the ag's care right now), and the sue each and every state in federal court for damages for lost revenue resulting from each of the closed sites and punative damages for an illegal demand and restraint on free speach.
this would further embarass the ags making political hey if they are now subjecting their state to multi-million dollar liabilities. and would, if cl wins, and it should, firmly establish that cl does not have to respond to this crap in the future, when each election cycle the ags get on cl's case about this.
legally, even if 90% of the ads were for explicit prostitution, the "safe harbor" legislation only requires that cl remove it once it becomes aware of it. in addition, even if only that 10% of traffic is legitimate (say a phone sex, or web cam operator - which is a legal business that should be able to advertise in that forum), then precidents (not withstanding the riaa and torrent sites), in the us legal system say that even that small fraction of legitimate traffic cannot be suppressed just to remove the otherwise inappropriate (but not created by cl) content.
it is the ags job to go after the individuals actually breaking the law. if anything, cl should help make this part of the ags job easier. and by all means, hang those involved in child prostitution or sexual slavery by their balls.
furthmore, i would, much like larry flynt did, (if i had the $) put a personal bounty to "out" (prove) any one of those 22 ags if they had ever been associated with pay for play (i.e. ny ag/gov what's his name - spitzer?).
and not that this victorian, fundamentalist, sex fearing nation has ever cared about such things, but ...
1. cl has probably done more (formally and incidentially) to reunite runaways as they are "milk cartoned" on the site's pictures,
2. taken more women who would otherwise be sws "off the street" so that resident's and businesses have less to complain about,
3. provides the women an opportunity to earn better money and to vet their clients before meeting them (unlike a car pickup)
4. and the site provides the men (even if done through 3rd party sites like this one) an opportunity to discuss the women for safety or disease.
5. it also allows the men to make a better guage of potential women to avoid child prostitution; on the streets, it can be very hard to tell.
6. (and along with being off the streets, probaby added increased revenues for many hotels and motels - vs notels - of this nation)
7. and wasn't cl already donating lising fees for this section to some "help the girls/runaways/abused" charity?

we all know that as soon as backpage has the media/public recognition that cl does, it will be next, and then moving on to any other site they can think of. and while this site (and some others), with it's out of country operator and servers is "generally" protected from a direct assault. tennesse's attempts to seize the domain names belonging to gambiling firms that allow it's citizens to "illegally" internet gamble (world trade treaties not withstanding), and similar harassment tactics will make our information gathering and sharing a lot more difficult in the future.

it is the ags job to go after the individuals actually breaking the law. if anything, cl should help make this part of the ags job easier. and by all means, hang those involved in child prostitution or sexual slavery by their balls.
furthmore, i would, much like larry flynt did, (if i had the $) put a personal bounty to "out" (prove) any one of those 22 ags if they had ever been associated with pay for play (i.e. ny ag/gov what's his name - spitzer?).
and not that this victorian, fundamentalist, sex fearing nation has ever cared about such things, but ...
1. cl has probably done more (formally and incidentially) to reunite runaways as they are "milk cartoned" on the site's pictures,
2. taken more women who would otherwise be sws "off the street" so that resident's and businesses have less to complain about,
3. provides the women an opportunity to earn better money and to vet their clients before meeting them (unlike a car pickup)
4. and the site provides the men (even if done through 3rd party sites like this one) an opportunity to discuss the women for safety or disease.
5. it also allows the men to make a better guage of potential women to avoid child prostitution; on the streets, it can be very hard to tell.
6. (and along with being off the streets, probaby added increased revenues for many hotels and motels - vs notels - of this nation)
7. and wasn't cl already donating lising fees for this section to some "help the girls/runaways/abused" charity?
* footnote, i realize not all providers are women, and not all patrons are men, however, that is what this forum is supposed to be about. the argument can be applied more generically.

and let us not forget, for a company with only 25 employees, cl sits on a lot of cash, and could afford to fight this, (and dig up the dirt). the only question is does cl care enough to do this on general principles of censorship - because at $16+m/year revenue for the adult ads, it's sad to say that for cl, this probably isn't worth the economic fight.
in the short term, many of the women will just move to the casual encounters section, eroding that section's value as even more of the ads become pay for play instead of play for fun (ok, maybe this section is already beyond redemption).
we all know that as soon as backpage has the media/public recognition that cl does, it will be next, and then moving on to any other site they can think of. and while this site (and some others), with it's out of country operator and servers is "generally" protected from a direct assault. tennesse's attempts to seize the domain names belonging to gambiling firms that allow it's citizens to "illegally" internet gamble (world trade treaties not withstanding), and similar harassment tactics will make our information gathering and sharing a lot more difficult in the future.

Good rant Genre! Too bad of course you're preaching to the choir, and the people in this country who really need to be exposed to the ideas you discuss will never or rarely receive your perspective. There just aren't advocates, organizations, politicians, et al. with balls and resources to bring this to debate before a wide public. The public basically hears one side.
I don't think this will happen to dedicated adult sites. IMO the key to CL's problem is that people who are drawn to it to buy used vacuum cleaners and hire babysitters are exposed to a world they would otherwise be insulated from. So adult providers may as well get used to the idea of limiting their commercial activity to media and websites dedicated to "adult entertainment".
Btw, at least so far as Los Angeles goes, this is pretty much a joke. A huge percentage of the ads in the "therapeutic" section are dressed up commercial sex ads, and I can see CL just allow the business to emigrate to other categories like this and just laugh in the face of the AGs. It's not what it is, it's what you call it. It's not about reality, it is perceptions that rule.

i would respond to the "demand" (not voluntarily agree) of 22 states attorney's generals to remove ("censor") the content. particularly as some of these states would be inclined to detain/imprison (e. g. south carolina) any sr. management that passed through the state.
i'd wait until it was a little closer to the elections (that's the real reason most of the ag's care right now), and the sue each and every state in federal court for damages for lost revenue resulting from each of the closed sites and punative damages for an illegal demand and restraint on free speach.
this would further embarass the ags making political hey if they are now subjecting their state to multi-million dollar liabilities. and would, if cl wins, and it should, firmly establish that cl does not have to respond to this crap in the future, when each election cycle the ags get on cl's case about this.

In theory, legalizing sounds great, but the cost WILL increase. Think about when you buy a sirloin burger from Jack for 4 bucks. Then you go to Denny's and basically the same burger costs 9 bucks. The answer: more overhead. It's the same with pussy. The brothels are nothing more than expensive pimps because they have way too much overhead in taxes, licensing, property, etc., not to mention benefits and healthcare services. This is why a solo gal will blow you on the street for .40, an mp girl will do it for .60 - .80 and a "legal" brothel girl will do it for 400. Black market rules on this one. Nevada is expensive because it's a small supply for a huge nationwide demand for LEGAL activity. Guys travel there to do legally what they wouldn't risk doing illegally at home. If it were legal everywhere, or at least a lot more places, Nevada would lose a lot of its attraction. Prices would fall.
Legalizing means the act itself is no longer illegal and a reason to target providers. Most would still probably be operating under the table. No more overhead there.
In Canada it's legal and prices can be under $200/hr for top notch providers.
Same in European countries or Australia where the law is similar. Private "call girl" activity is legal, but public solicitation is not.
All these places still have street ****** doing that illegally for cheap. Drugs and pimps are everywhere too.

Next morning emailed her asking if she's still up for it. Her response was she got cold feet and having second thoughts.
So I'm stuck and don't know what to reply back with. Well anyone have pointers to reel her in?
