I decided to check out the Dewey area on Sunday afternoon, between 5pm and 7pm, and I spotted Kelly (who's looking pretty rough), and umm, the one I reported previously who was so nervous was hanging out on the corner of Dewey & Dunn, on the east side. She tried to flag me down, but I was having none of that.
I saw a couple of others, one I'm pretty sure was working. I spotted her on Brevard, and again on Dade St. The other two may have been civilians hanging out with their fellows. The first was on Alabama St, across from the convenience store with the now removed gas pumps. I didn't get a good look at her, tho but she seemed young, maybe mid20s. The other was spotted several times along Old Bainbridge and on Georgia St. Older, larger, not too bad looking in the face but she wasn't checking out traffic, either.
Spent the last few days trying all of the spots mentioned recently and only had one sighting. Would really like for this to change. Saw a lot of blue shirts.

In fact, if you text somebody it shows your phone number. I don't get this. Do these women want to see your ID too? I kind of thought this was an anonymous business and they want your phone number! Surely this doesn't prove your a "LEO" or not. A cop can get any phone or ID he/she needs to present themselves as somebody they aren't. So what's the point?
I may be behind the times, but actually had text messages cut off from my phone because of too many people sending me text messages and I didn't like looking at my phone all the time and having to type messages. Trust me, you'll love the freedom it gives you to not be able to get text messages!

One reason is so that they can track, and keep up with who is coming to see them. The name you give goes on a sheet of paper next to your name so that when you call back and show, they can cross reference - to some degree.
Also, many guys end up on the "no call" list for one reason or the other. If all numbers or blocked, no such list would exist. For them, it is much safer if the number is revealed.

Unfortunately one of my friends learned this lesson the hard way.
This was years ago and cell phones were very expensive. There was a local woman named Coral running a string of girls that got busted. The cops got her phone and the democrat published names and descriptions of her clients. I don't think any of them were arrested, but a lot of them were involved in government/business here and it was very embarrassing to say the least.
Also remember that these ladies are usually associated with other unlicensed activity that you don't want to be involved or connected with in any way.

As for the "no texting" request, I suspect that many of these phones are of the pay-as-you-go variety, and that the user incurs an additional charge per text message. Additionally, calling a provider shows adequate amounts of interest on your part that you're serious and a potential client. I know I don't pay my cell carrier the addition $5/month to get X number of text messages/month so I have to pay $0.15 or $0.20 per message. I get somewhat cheesed off when I get texted, especially if it is about dumb ass shit.
Never knew about Coral until she was busted and it was all in the papers... They even tried to take her house. Ends up, her house was a half mile from me.. and I didn't even know!!! Where was this forum back then when I needed it... LOL

I've been by there a couple of times since then and haven't seen anything to report about. Sorry for the false alarm.
Was working in tally and had to cross town several times, so i took the frenchtown short cut. I was suprised at the activity. Around 7 am wsw on dewey by the 4 way stop, dark complection, long dark hair and a little thick. She looked pretty rough.

Yeah, I've noticed a definite difference in LEO presence in the area lately. I'm never down there at night so that could be when they're patrolling. It seems like the ladies are getting out early before the afternoon heat and rain.
I have seen a lot more traffic enforcement, especially with the new seat-belt law taking effect. Out-of -state mongers should beware. A ho not buckled up would be a stupid reason to get pulled over.

And I've seen a serious uptick in providers who look good, but have few or no reviews. And I am mistrustful of such providers. It maybe irrational, but my spidey-sense tingles. And I've learned to ignore that sense at my peril.
They could be newbies. They could be such lousy providers they got run out of their area codes, and took up new names and phone numbers to beat a lousy reputation. They could be trying to avoid the long arm of Uncle Leo and bouncing around on the road away from home, also with new aliases and numbers.
The truth? could be some combination of the above. But the risk/rewards ratio isn't favorable enough for me to TOFTT, IMO.
Also, I'm always highly leery of any provider on CL or BP until proven otherwise. After the busts in Jacksonville using a decoy on CL, my antenae have been up. At the end of last month, Jennifer D of Tampa Bay (her ads are still there) was here for at least a week and posted every day. I almost TOFTT. Gamble St & Lake Bradford Rd to the south and east of that intersection
I've seen some action along South Meridian
Pretty much any place with second and third (or lower) tier motels
The poorer parts of town
Now, if you're unfamiliar with these places, take a gander at Google maps, and maybe take a peek at their street-level view. Also, you should, and I can't stress this enough, you should do one or more recon runs during the daylight hours so when it gets dark you know your way around. Not all of these neighborhoods are particularly friendly to outsiders, and some can be down right hostile. Best to have an exit strategy if things get hairy.
Speaking of which, there are trannies just south of Gamble, on the side streets leading to Floral, which runs parallel to Gamble. So be careful in that area, you may not be picking up the chick you think you are...

Due to Frenchtown Storm Water upgrades, Dewey Street from Carolina to at least Brevard is closed. This includes Georgia Street. It may possibly extend north of Brevard, but my last drive in the area was to just transit thru, not sight see so I am unsure of how much blockage is going on.
Downside: it is now a pain in the ass to get from one side of Frenchtown to the other. Upside: now if you get pulled over on one of those side streets and asked what you're doing, you're simply "getting around the closed roads, officer".
Came to see how things were and the board is pretty dead! Is this reflective of the action on the street?

Never, ever, under any circumstances pay up front. You will either be ripped off or have a less than optimal level of service. If she does not agree, walk away. More times than not, you will avoid disappointment. Legit providers will not insist on up front payment. Once paid, some no longer have motivation to provide their end of the bargain, unless they are an established, long time provider depending on repeat clientele. Many are not. Anyone notice the police mobile camera unit at the loyalty inn next to hustler?
Driving by this morning and noticed the blue flashing lights and thought WTF happened again at the ho-no-tel and seen the mobile camera unit. Guessing with all the hookers and bad things at that location and the HOJO next door guessing the local LEO had to do something?

That being said yes there was one this morning "local masseuse" giving nuru and happy endings and extras so I said WTF I'll reach out sent message and was given prices and area and I asked for a photo to verify with well photo came back of a hottie with some birds tattoos on her collarbone that I know I have seen before and yep did a tin eye google and pimeyes search and hahah damn it was a chick that just sold pics and vids no intentions of meet ups.
I told the scammer and called them out told them next time try not to use photos from someone plastered all over the net. 5 min later account gone and posting gone.
Hopefully something good comes out of Reddit for tally but the ones there just look similar to skip ads and not needing a bbw or cracked out hooker.
