The picture in report #1002 looks like Lisa, though I could be wrong. If this is who I think it is, she would have a "fuck you" tattoo on her neck. Her attitude is okay, better than what the tats would seem to indicate but she seem paranoid. Other than that, take care of her and she'll take care of you.

Wow fellas, I met a gem of a broad a few days ago. Her name is Sarah. I had just been doing the recon photos lately and hadn't actually picked up a Cbus chick in a while, but she was too good to pass up. Plus it was raining and I'm a gentleman. So she hopped in and passed a quick check. This girl is tremendous. Great attitude from start to finish. She loves to talk dirty. We were sitting at a light and she leans over and starts kissing me at the light. She starts fingering herself. The lady in the picture labeled cbus3 may be Mitchell Blazer, but I can't be positive without seeing her face in the picture. She was great a couple of years ago, but her willingness to properly serve mongerers appears to have declined. She is about 25 years of age. She is a widow with one son. If you pick her up and if she reacts to you positively as she was a couple of years ago, then in that case take care of her and she'll take care of you.

Thanks for the info. The last time (last year) that I drove Sullivant my Midnight to 2 a.m. drive (down Sullivant and the road immediately north of Sullivant, since 70 is to the south) didn't pan out at all, I saw NOTHING.

Well, that is to say that I DID see one or two girls who were hanging around outside a convenience store (liquor store?) -- I did the slow drive-by. I pulled up to the curb about 50 ft. away and left my car running. I drove back by and looked at them. I even pulled onto the side street and left my car running. They did NOTHING. (I can only assume they weren't working and were simply out late on Sullivant for who-knows-what reason.)

I hope my experience this time around yields better results!

Ok, I just got back from the bottoms. Things were slow so I hit a few side streets. I get to West Park at about Town and see this girl about 20yrs old, blonde (curly) hair, and thin. Police say 46-year-old Robert McFadden of Dublin also used the Internet last September and October to recommend or warn against certain prostitutes and to offer suggestions on how to avoid arrest.

He entered his pleas Thursday in Franklin County court and faces up to 10 years in prison when sentenced Aug. 20.

He's guilty of two third degree felonies, right? But, then, the judge can decide to have them run concurrently or consecutively, right? If I'm right about that, he could get 2 to 10 years, but if he got two 1 year sentences that are concurrent, he would only have to serve 1 year. So there's a pretty wide range. Of course I could be totally wrong in everything I'm saying here, bear in mind! I'm just posting as a lay person.

I happen to have once looked up a prostitute/drug addict because I learned her full name and was just curious what her rap sheet was. She had been convicted some years ago of Attempted Compelling Prostitution. She had a couple drug felonies before that, but not a long record (of felonies, anyway). For one count of Attempt, a lesser offense than Mcfadden's, she got a full year in prison and has been on the registered sex offender's list ever since.

That's one thing that we haven't heard about yet. I assume he'll be registered as a sex offender. That is a big deal and would be a big problem for him after he gets out.

Anyway, he probably has an idea of what his sentence will be from the plea bargain negotiations. I think the judge then waits for a pre-sentencing investigation report to be submitted to him with recommendations or something. Then there's the fact there is media scrutiny here. Then there's the fact that he was involved in politics so the judge doesn't wanna appear to be going soft on a Democrat. And there's the fact that the judge knows he was pretty obsessive about his activities and probably won't view this as an isolated moment of poor judgment.

I don't think he'll get 10 years (we do have over-crowded prisons), but I think he'll get multiple years and some stiff probation and sex offender status after that. And then he'll have trouble living in a good neighborhood or even getting a job. Has his wife already left him? Frankly, at this point he may WANT to hide out in prison for some years, so long as no fellow inmates decide to compel HIM into prostitution.... :o

you gotta use your own judgment. go over all the prostitution-related sections of the revised code (there's more than just compelling), and err on the side of caution. especially make sure you're not doing anything that could get you charged with felonies, because you're no longer a small fish then. again, the reason they decided to hunt sully down is because he had some involvement with people running a brothel and a prostitution raffle. the noose started tightening around his neck after real world arrests of other people he was mixed up with (the two dudes running a brothel and involved in that raffle, that woman who worked for family services or whatever who got arrested and was apparently one of the girls being raffled, and they had taken the teenaged girl into custody). also, everyone knew that police were cracking down on craigslist at that time, particularly looking for images of **** girls. so he was invovled in various things that were big targets for the police, and they were felonies.

Have you ever looked at things from the perspective of the cops? First of all, when neighbors see a SW constantly on their corner, they file complaints and demand that the police do something. Secondly, all these SWs are very involved with drug dealers and drug houses, so busting them is related to cracking down on bigger problems in the neighborhood. Also, sometimes they get these SWs to become informants. Additionally, even if a SW isn't gonna do much time in jail, they want them to be "in the system", for example, on probation. Additonally, each time a SW is arrested, it gives them a chance to withdraw from drugs and perhaps (however unlikely) decide to go in a different direction in their life with the help of the programs the courts offer. As far as SWs worrying about "paying for their busts", don't make me laugh. These SWs never worry their lil heads over paying fines, court costs, etc etc etc. They never pay any of that stuff! Well, unless they find a sugar daddy to do so. They don't care about all those costs. They're in the criminal underworld. How is anyone gonna collect money from them?

The way I see it is that the police are just trying to keep things somewhat in check. It's their job. I don't have a beef with police for doing their job. What it tells me is I should be very careful, and try to be as inconspicuous as possible. If you think the cops are wasting their time, imagine how things would be in certain neighborhoods if they didn't keep things somewhat in check. It would be way out of hand! Furthermore, I happen to believe the cops let us get away with a lot of stuff, by often turning a blind eye, so long as we're not being a menace to the neighborhood about it. I believe I'd have some arrests on my record by now if the police were hardcore about things, so I actually feel grateful that cops don't seem to be out to ruin my life over small fry stuff, though I know they'll arrest me if I go about things in a dumb way, or if I'm unlucky enough to get caught up in some media-event sting.

Now, do I think prostitution should be legalized? Yes, I do. But if it were, it wouldn't be the kind of prostitution involving mongers looking for bargain basement BJs on the streets. Also, no points go on your license from the cameras as they would if a LEO popped you for it. It's just a way the city is trying to make money.
