Just curious what some have tried with success for ED Issues .One thing I have found that really helps me is the day I am having an appointment is that I DO NOT take my blood pressure meds until afterwards.
I also have these chewable Cialis. 40 MG and I take 1/4 of it daily (10 MG). There are days that everything works fantastic and then there are days (once in a while) that I need more encouragement.
When I am with a woman that I am in a relationship with I always get more excited and harder during the foreplay than I do when it is a paid experience. I know there is a psychological effect for this because a lot of the times the provider is much hotter than the relationship girl. The SP has to really work for her Roses sometimes.

Currently, my insurance covers a portion of the expense for 5 mg Cialis which I use for BPH medication. However, as of May 1, it is no longer going to be available through my medication provider nor covered by my insurance. Has anyone had any success with Canadian prescription providers? I would like to continue buying the Cialis, but not at prices charged in the US. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The generic Cialis, Tadalafil, does not work for BPH problems.

First week, took one Saturday morning on an empty stomach — don't do this. It came on too fast and was like a head rush from high blood pressure. Eased up after a while and was fine. It did good for that day. They say it's good for 4-7 days but it didn't seem to help much on Sunday.
This weekend, took one Saturday morning with food and was great all day. Took another this morning (against the precautions on the package). Took it with food but still got the rush since I still had it in my system when I took more. It eased up again but I was a little shaky all day. It still helped me get hard but, after 3 times on Saturday, the poor girls had to really work to get me over the top two times today. I tossed an extra 20 to one for the extra work. The other roped me into helping her out next weekend.

I went back to pills and now get sildenafil which is generic for the little blue pill. But cost on insurance is $12.50 for 30 5 mg. Works the same. Problem now is it only gives me a head ache.

I do occasionally get a slight headache a few hours later, but an Aleve takes care of that pretty quickly. I also feel a little flushed about 15 minutes after I take it, but that goes away shortly as well. If you're taking meds for an enlarged prostate, it's recommended you not take it the same day you take the Sildenafil. Like anything else, YMMV.

After working to get my A1 C and blood pressure under control I have been able to switch back to the sildenafil taking the max 5 20 mg at once. I allow 30 minutes and fill flushed after 15 to 20 minutes. While not as stiff as on the injections, but less painful and cheaper and ejaculations issues. Runs $19 for 90 with goodrx at meijers.

During a regular check up I just asked my doc for a script for generic V and got it. Now these little blue pills are not magic like the advertising would have you believe. You do not get an instant boner nor does it necessarily last forever. You must be aroused before they work. I find most BJ's are not to my liking, not enough pressure and in those cases I will lose interest whether I took a pill or not. They make it more possible to get a boner by helping your vessels dilate to flow the blood but they do not give you a boner. If your not attracted to someone they still won't help, if your not interested in sex they will not help and if you are "up in your head" they may not help. Don't get me wrong, they do work, just not magical, at least not for me. If you take the blue pill take it on an empty stomach for best results.

Cialis sublingual. Make sure it 'sublingual' . It melts under the tongue and absorbs through the mucus membranes. Last between 24-36 hours.

You guys should get what I have. Top of the line penis implant. My insurance covered the entire cost. Had prostate cancer in 2000. After surgery, Pills didn't work. I'm with JoeNavy on this. Viagra didn't do it for me. Had a penile implant done about 2 years ago. Pump it up about 50 squeezes, stays hard as long as you like. There is a release button. Won't go down until you press the release button. You can hang a towel on it. I won't lie though, the surgery is a mother and the recovery time is about 2 months. It looks like somebody took a baseball bat to your junk. But now its all good. Dial it up and then dial it down.

When I got to my late 60's the blue pill was working for a do it yourself project, but if I wanted to penetrate a tight pussy it was a hopeless task. At the time I was making frequent trips to Cincinnatti to visit the EE girls. Normally taking a 50 mg or adding a 25 to that. Maybe once my diabetes settles down a bit I'll have a different experience. Typically found the yellow ones didn't work quite as well, but had no side effects. Urologist said maybe it was time to try something more extreme and I think he meant shots.

Hi guys, saw your posts so I thought I would reply as I have been using injections for about 3 yrs or so. Immediately below is a post I put up not long after I first started using it. Just read it for some basic info.
So, my Rx for Trimix ran out. I got this Rx from a local Urologist. I had been using it for about a year. It was a 22.5/1/25 mix, a tri-mix. It worked but it took 60 to 80 units to get real good results. The Dr told me to use 100 units on that mix. I did once or twice but found it to be too much. My dick got so hard and for too long so it hurt. I had to use sudephed for boner relief. Then, I got an Rx from Olympia a mail order pharma in Florida. Talked to their Doctor, got a script and bought a 5 ml vial of a stronger tri-mix. Total cost was $184 I believe. The mix I now have is 30/3/100. About 3-4 times more potent than what I was using. The last number is the key ingredient I was told to start at 20 units. I saw a girl the other day and used about 25 units. I got a decent boner and it lasted for 2 hours. I may try 30 to see if my boner is bigger and more rigid. By the way, I switched to 29 gauge needles awhile back. They don't bend and I didn't see a difference as far as pain. There is none. Olympia did not have 29's, and sent me 30's instead. I got 15 of those in the shipment included in that total cost of $184. My old Rx was $130 from a local compounding pharmacy. I would like to hear comments concerning the strength and recommend usage.
Fast forward to today. The tri-mix was not working as well as it used to, so Olympia bumped me up to their Quad mix. This is the last straw guys. When this doesn't work, your done. So, I have been using it for about 9 months or so. It is slowly losing it's effectiveness on me. I am having to increase the units I inject to get the same results. I buy 5 ml for $148. At 20 units per shot that's is about 25 injections per vial. There is waste so lets say 23. There is $40 for shipping as well. Yes, they rip you off there. Total cost is $184 or $8 per hard-on. Now I'm using 30 units per injection. So now I am at $13 per hard-on. Still well worth it. I can pound away for about 90 minutes. I am trying to get my Rx transferred to a local compounding pharmacy to eliminate the shipping cost.

You can definitely take it if you have high blood pressure. It's blood pressure dropping too low that is the cause for concern.
My doctor recently put me on a daily low dose 5 mg of Cialis. So far it has been very effective. And using GoodRx.

Now up to 80 units. So I thought I'd try tri-mix. Their price is $95 for 5 ml bi-mix includes syringes and alcohol pads.
I got a set of ten pre-filled tri-mix syringes front Dr. Aziz in Castleton for $149. This was where my PCP suggested. Label said to keep frozen, not a problem.
I called Custom Med and asked if they did tri-mix. They said yes, $95! My next tri-mix fill will be from them.

It comes on faster than Cialis and I didn't get the Viagra side effects. Find that I have to take a high dose of Cialis the night before and then the next morning to be certain that day or evening.
After my first ever dose of tri-mix at. 10, I had a magnificent stiffie that lasted a couple hours. Too much "fun!" For the next use I got a pack of 30 mg Sudafed. I took four after an awesome session with my Sugar Baby. Still stayed up hard for over an hour after happy finish!
The last two sessions, I took the Sudafed 1/2 hour before the injections. Still had a great session, and my soldier went mostly at ease within 1/2 hour.
Note that I'm almost 70, type2 diabetic, and have used bi-mix successfully for over 7 years and over 400 injections.

Any other mongers out there with Peyronie's Disease? I assume so. I was concerned the MTs might be turned off by my misshapen unit, but if they are doing any snickering or derisive comments, it's after I've left, which doesn't matter. I don't have trouble getting hard, it's just bent almost 90 degrees. It almost seems like its a challenge to them to get it in for FS, and so far they've all gotten it in. Only issue being loss of condom a couple times. A woman friend with occasional benefits says the bent unit makes it feel bigger, FWIW.

Now I still have two bottles left. I asked and was told I could take it as needed. So I only take one about 2-3 hours before I'm planning on going out for some "fun".

I'm also taking Oxybutynin and Tamsulosin to help reduce urinary frequency and urgency. Quite soon after starting on them I noticed there was almost nothing "coming" from my shot/load. Sensation was definitely there and I know I wasn't "faking it". Searched on the internet and kind of got my answer. A month or so later on my follow up visit at the urologist office I got a female. Hum how am I going to bring that subject up and was that correct? I kind of hinted around, said I know you're not supposed to believe everything on the internet, etc. She says Yes, it sends more of the fluid into the bladder. Or something like that. And she said...shouldn't be a problem unless you want kids. LOL! NO.
I've had a few females give me "the look" afterwards and seeing very little in the cover. I just tell them the truth. And their face lights up with a smile and giggle or laugh about "unless you want kids".
So with all of that and a few changes on my part I seem to be able to last/hold out much longer than I did before.

But none of my online prescriptions show up, which include Viagra tri-mix, etc.

Prescriptions are only reported to a central database if they are controlled substances, which is required by law. Vaccinations are uploaded into a statewide registry. Test results, appointments, etc are only shared within the same health system.

Been using Custom Med Apothecary on West 71st since 2020. Thought I'd try Dr. Aziz in Castleton, since it's closer to where I live. Two disappointing fills out of two.
