In all the massage parlors in the greater Seattle area, I have yet to find a amp that has women that are younger than 30 and the majority are in there mid thirty's to 40's but in Vancouver BC there are some massage places that have younger ones.One question have you tried toyko massage on 164th in Lynnwood across from wall mart? I heard a while back there were a couple young hotties working there but the info is at least 6 months old.

Sounds like you've had bad luck at the AMPs. Since the weather started getting better about a month ago I've had my fun on the streets. But during January and February I was finding very good looking Asian chicks at King's, Euro and Healing Hands. I'm as picky as they come and I had no complaints. Maybe things have changed. King's had a really nice early 20's chick that I enjoyed twice back in March (see post 3/9). Also, I had a fine young thing at Tokyo Spa which is a short drive off of Ext 183. But then again, that was several weeks ago.
Was out yesterday late afternoon and only saw one possible near Cost Cutter on Evergreen. If she was legit she was too damn scarey for me. Skinny, pizza face, short dark hair, leather jacket, looked like she was tweaking. Not worth it. Went home and got back in the hunt about 8pm. Stopped at Taco Hell on Broadway to eat. Game, I spent a few years in Korea. I know what your talking about. Sorry to say I doubt you will not find anything like you had overseas anywhere in the entire U. S. Service or Quality will never be the same. You will have to learn to live with it or move to another country.
If your up to travel you could try Vancouver or Victoria Canada. Prices are about 1/2 of what they are here and you will find American as well as Asian 10's working in many places. Quality will still be less than enthusiastic.

San Fran and LA have some real quality AMP gals, especially SF. I was in DC a few months ago and was really impressed with the talent there. Unfortunately that doesn't do us any good here but a cheap ticket to SFO may be the best way to get your fix.

I wanted to chime in here. A number of years ago I picked up a really nice looking WSW, young and with a pair of nice, firm ones in a halter top. She tells me she has a place we can go, so I say, sure, let's go.

Try Lake Serene or Healing Hands. I haven't been to either in a month or so, but they have had some young cute, SF/LA type talent.
Not the quantity that GF, Lee's, Empire, etc. have, or the Santa Monica or Inglewood AMP's, but the last two times I have been to Lake Serene, there have been young pretty Korean girls working there.

Went out for breakfast this morning and picked up a copy of the Everett Herald newspaper (Sat. 4/10). In the Local section there was an article about a prostitution sting. Seems some idiots were trying to run a ***** house and weren't very smart about it. I mean, get this... these guys were illegally in the United States to begin with, were bringing girls up from Central America, and soliciting customers by walking up to guys in very public places asking them if they wanted sex. What led to their down fall was one of the guys who ran the house walked up to a man at a gas station and asked him if he wanted "pizza." The word pizza is a slang term in Spanish for sex. The man took the information (phone number & address) and went staright to the cops. BUSTED! Geeeez, what are people thinking just walking up to someone they don't know, at a gas station no less, and soliciting sex by handing out what amounts to an information sheet about their business! I suppose after they get deported they'll be back in Everett within a month.
Just wanted to post this LE sting in case some of you didn't see this article in the news.

Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Last night I had my first really bad experience with a street chick. I was mongering on Hwy 99 south of 196th St. This was about 9pm. I picked up a WSW named Gina. Blonde, 30ish, skinny, and the moment she got in my car it was obvious she was a veteran drug user. And she stunk!!! She must have been cracked out because she couldn't complete a sentence, yet she was chattering like that cartoon character, Porky Pig. And when she'd look at me I could tell she was in a different zip code. I didn't bother with the check because no way was I going to mess with this one. The smell was so bad, and at one point I asked her to stop talking because her breath smelled like an enema. So I pulled into a small unlit parking lot to let her out. She just sat there. "Get out!" She just stared forward. It was almost spooky because she wasn't talking anymore. I said, "Look, it's not going to work out. Give me your number and I'll call you." No response. Then she leaned forward, put her fingers in her mouth and threw up on the floor of my car! I pulled my car keys, got out, went to her side, flung the door open and dragged her out. She was screaming, and tried to hang onto the streering wheel, but I'm no small guy and yanked her out. Then she started spitting at me and cursing. I pushed her back and told her she was lucky I don't beat the shiht out of her. I have never been rough with a woman before but I was almost beside myself. I locked the door and shut it. Got back in and as I drove off she kicked the right quarter panel real hard. I stopped at a gas station/pantry store and bought some 409 cleaner, rubber gloves, and tried to wipe up the floor. Man, did my car ever stink!
Does anyone know this chick?
The girl's name is Gina. She was wearing blue jeans, jean jacket, black t-shirt (Jack Daniels logo I think), maybe 5' 7" and sandy blonde hair below the shoulders. She actually looks pretty good, but can't handle her drugs. Severe attitude problem. And she hadn't taken a bath or brushed her teeth in weeks. This one is bad news.

Cruised through Everett thursday morning, nothing on Broadway or Rucker south to Casino. Went further south and hung around 100th looking for the one I missed three weeks ago. Didn't see her anywhere. So cruised on south. Saw a older skanky one crossing the hiway in front of me just a little south of 112th, but too much skank for me so passed on that. Nothing at all down to 164th so I turned back north. Just a few blocks from 164th I see a pair of nice khaki pants, collar length black hair,looked kinda native or asian maybe, come from around a building on the southbound side, she looks south and then turns north and waits, no bus stop there so I should of turned around but didn't. Kept going north and saw an older skinny brown haired gaunt faced one around by 112th on the southbound side, too used for me. (I've seen her before down there before) I quit cruising at this time and went and got my older brother who wanted to go look at cars, while we were test driving one he turned east on Airport Way from 99 and lo and behold there's a halfway decent lookin dark haired wsw working her way up the hill I turn and smile and wave and she waved back. My brother asked me who she was! Going back to the car lot I saw the older skinny wsw again on the other side of the hiway now. She looks like a picture a famous woman photographer took of an migrant woman back in the depression. Well that's Everett pretty dead.

As for the problem of getting recalcitrant ho's out of your vehicle, has anyone tried using a fake gun or stun gun? It seems that few ho's would hesitate to exit when looking down the barrel of cold steel or sparks of high voltage flickering between two metal posts. As for the possibilty of them firing back, I consider it remote: Most SWs are hard drug addicts, and would quickly pawn
for dope money any gun they somehow acquired. I know some johns carry real guns, but the legal consequences of misusing them freak me out, and I've never cruised with one.

As for the other night when that chick barfed in my car, I've spent some time thinking of ways to handle SW's that don't want to get out of the car. Un_Circumcised wonders if flashing a gun or using a stun gun would do the trick. I'm still very new in this state. Are stun guns legal here? And what happens to a person if they get zapped by one of those? One thing I would worry about is zapping an SW who's really, really wacked out on drugs. People on heroin have been known to go into epileptic convulsions. I would assume some of the street chicks around here do heroin, crank and who knows what else. Would shocking these chicks possibly do great harm to them?
I gotta tell you, my experience with that drugged out girl the other night got me wondering what I would do if I encounter a chick who's really crazy or violent. The reason I monger is because it's fun. I like the thrill. But I'm also reminded that sometimes it might present a serious situation. Do any of you guys carry stun guns?

I used to have a stun gun. I believe it has to be under a certain wattage or voltage to carry around and there probaly are more rules on them. The problem I have with them is a lot of SW in Everett area are always high on something and will actually go to limit to make you use it. And then you might actully kill one of these girls with just a stun gun because of the mix drugs and stuff. But that is a very rare case. I have never had a girl try that I don't want to get crap yet. So I don't know what I will do. So I think I need to think of a plan.

IMHO I would do neither! Do not get me wrong I am a strong believer in the 2nd Amendment, and all of our Constitutional Rights! Washington state has some of the most permisive regulations for obtaining a concealed PISTOL permit (it used to be a concealed Weapons permit, until a few years ago), and if a person were to carry a weapon I would strongly urge you to do so legaly!
It is just that a weapon is only of use if You have quick access to it! However, since some of the young women we invite into our cars may be, let us say, Less than trustworthy, I would be aware that someone besides yourself might get their hands on that pistol, stungun etc., it might give a few of the bad ones the idea to rob you, and since we are talking about "Bad Dates" here.
It can significantly add to your problems if you have an encounter with LE while out cruising, even just a traffic stop. And if you do not have a legal permit, and if for some reason a person is not supposed to possess a weapon, Bad News!
Then there is the issue of what do you do once you threaten someone with a weapon, and they still do not comply? The skank that was referenced recently was described as very out of it, they may not comply. The other possibility is an over reaction, by her, or she may have a fellow SW, or a pimp, or LE, or just a passer-by sees a weapon! If anyone calls LE and describes you, your vehicle, and your weapon, it is far more likely to get a rapid responce from the autorities! Your "Bad Date" could even report you, at minimum you will have a LOT to explain, and neither you, nor your fellow mongers want additional attention.
I do have a STRONG opinion that if you have a Leathal Weapon, and all guns are; THEN YOU MUST BE WILLING TO SHOOT TO KILL!
Not wanting to kill, but whatever your intentions, any bullet, even a "warning shot" is going to land (or ricochet) somewhere. ( I have been struck by a bullet (or fragments of a bullet) some 2000-3000 meters from a firing range (thats 1 and 1/2 to 2 miles). It is extremely difficult to "Shoot to Wound", and if you ever get in a real crisis situation, well let's say your nuts will join your adam's apple, and your asshole will pucker-up to near there as well! Or in technical terms your fine motor skills will deteriorate, your vision will narrow, breathing become eratic. (i.e. aim for center mass and employ the magazine!)
If you feel you MUST go armed I strongly suggest you equip your vehicle with a secure storage device for your weapon (whatever type of weapon you choose), they have keyless devices that you can access just by touch and/or if she snatches your keys from your ignition. And it is safe to leave your weapon if you go into a bar, or other location where bearing arms is prohibited.
Because of the special hazzards of what we are doing; if you carry a weapon, make sure it is something you are willing to be the victim of, it might get taken from you, even if you are an Airborne / Recondo / Special Forces / Ninja / Ranger !!! (It's a l-o-n-g story where that came from.) But even the best trained can be supprised, not to mention that there are likely to be times when we are, shall we say distracted!
I am careful that I am NOT carrying a weapon when I go crusing. If I get into a situation where I want someone to exit my vehicle I use patience. If that fails bribery, usually ten-to-twenty bucks does it (occasionally five bucks sympahty when a gal turns out be be skankier than I thought, even when she is no hassel). After all how much would it cost to clean up some skank's vomit?
Another thing, I try to bring a "travel wallet" with me, not my everyday one. For ten bucks or so you can get a "replacement" driver's licence, possibly even an ATM card for a seperate account that you only keep a little money in, and definately no large amounts of cash. No family photos (even though I am single), or other compromising information, spare keyes, etc. I also use a "spare" key ring, with no house keyes, work keyes, etc.
Perhaps we might create a sperate forum for safety and security measures? I have some thoughts on personal and vehicle security too! Perhaps Jackson will consider it? Unfortunately, although some facts apply everywhere, others, are regional, or even local, most importantly the Laws!
If you Must go into "the Danger Zone" then bring a "Wingman", I have done so on a very few times I just Had to try some girl! I have heard what I susspected to be the girl's pimp in the background, wondered how many people were going to be at a meeting sight. Not on one of the strolls, and always a well lighted and public place (say a Denny's P/L for example). Your buddy does not even need to know the details, on one occasion I told a friend that I was meeting a young woman and afraid that her ex-boyfriend might be a dangerous if he turned up. Although it is probably better if your friend knows (most) of the truth.
Your "Wingman" should have a cellphone, and if absolutely neccessary, a weapon. No one else need know you have back-up, it's best they don't, some of these girls talk. And your wingman should only show himself if YOU are in physical danger! And that especially goes for your friend displaying his (her???) weapon. A weapon should only be (displayed) USED TO PROTECT A PERSON FROM DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY HARM!!! It's not just the LAW, it's a Good Idea!

I don't carry a stun gun but I carry a browning semi-auto, I hope to never need it but it's always there. generally though I'm pretty good at reasoning with people and can talk my way out of just about any situation before it gets out of hand to the point where I'd need to defend myself.
I have a stun gun that I bought at Butch's in Seattle on Aurora. It's 200,000 watts. Completly legal.

Here are my thoughts about stun guns:
1) LE could possibly stick you with a felony assault charge. They kind of frown on zapping a SW who won't get out of your car. You also open yourself up to a civil suit.
2) A SW who just smoked some crack could have a heart rate as high as 200 beats per minute. Zapping her with a stun gun could push her into cardiac arrest. Manslaughter?
3) If they catch you with a SW and find the stun gun they may just imagine they pulled over the next Ridgway.
Bad experiences happen but usually nothing a ten dollar bill won't solve.
Sure they are completely legal to purchase and carry. But you open yourselves to all kind of liability if you actually use it.
Unless of course you have witnesses who saw her assault you first and will testify to that fact in court.

I pick up a wsw with blond hair today at about 12:00 noon today. She said that her name was chrissy and she usually works 148th and 99. she has a big butt and med size rack. her face is ok but has a lot of pimple scars. Realize that OJ got away with murdering two people. You zapping, or even ***** slapping a hooker is not the crime of the century. Furthermore, hookers are not fond of turning to law enforcement to right their wrongs, just imagine "So this John I picked up wouldn't give $10 after I stuck my tongue in his ass like he promised. So I puked in his car, then he pulls out this stun gun..." You get the point.
Not to encourage beating women of the night, but if you were to slap or punch one, I promise it wouldn't be the first time it happened to her. I've had to get rough with a girl or two that wouldn't get out when asked politely. Never to my detriment.
I'll leave you with a story...
This SW takes me back to her place for 1/2 & 1/2 for $30. I've never met her before but I check the place out and no one is there. I'm 6'2" and over 200lbs so I generally feel safe unless surrounded by 3 or more guys. We start going at it, do the deed start to finish. As I'm getting dressed, the door bell is ringing non stop. She told me originally that she had another working girl roommate. Turns out her roommate is her black pimp. He busts in as I'm buttoning my shirt back up and pulls out a knife. He proceeds to tell me I've taken too much of her time and owe him more money. I rarely panic, so I proceed to open up my wallet and give him another $20. He sees there's another Jackson in the wallet and demands that too. No problem. I give him the money and walk out. This isn't the first time I've had someone pull a knife on me. I walk to my car, open the trunk and get my .40 Glock, and walk back to the front door of the apartment where I calmly ring the doorbell. This piece of shit pimp answers the door and tells me to leave before I get cut. Well my friends, this is where the old maxim of 'you can get more done with a kind word and a gun than a kind word alone' rang true. I told him that he shouldn't bring a knife to a gun fight. He backs off. I make him get on his knees. I tell the hooker to give me the money I gave her, plus his wallet. She complies. I can tell by looking at her she's half worried that I'm going to kill him and her, and half hopeful that I might just kill him alone. So, in the end I got paid about $60 for screwing this chick. I never heard anything of the incident again.
The moral of the story? Having a gun and not needing it is better than needing one and not having it. These people are the on the lowest rung of society and will not turn to law enforcement for help. I don't advocate going around raping SWs with a gun, but these people also live by the rule of always trying to make a score, by whatever means necessary. The same girl that won't get out of your car is the same one that would steal your wallet when you aren't looking. She understands that sometimes there are bigger fish in the pond and you cut your losses to fight again another day. Don't be afraid to come out on top. In the above story, I won. Maybe next time, I win again.

I gotta tell ya, Play A Pimp must have some Clint Eastwood DNA or something. Going back in the house to face that pimp took some big ass balls. I'm not sold on the gun idea, though. Maybe it's because I've never shot anything more lethal than a b-b gun. Actually, when I was a kid I had a sling shot made out of that surgical tube stuff. Now that thing was deadly! Anyway, I think I'm gonna keep mongering unarmed. I mean, it's sorta like that old saying, "If you point a gun at me, you'd better use it." What if that pimp hadn't backed down to Play A Pimp? Well, I don't want to think about it. Call me a whimp if you want to but I would have walked away from my money knowing I'm still alive.
Went down north Broadway last night. Nothing. You'd think a warm Saturday night would have attracted some action. Took the usual cruise on Rucker all the way to 164th and back. This was about 11pm. Saw a short haired hispanic looking chick hitch hiking by VIP AMP. I passed. She looked over 50. I know in the dark it's hard to tell, but my 3 second impression didn't cut the mustard. Saw a WSW get picked up by Safeway (south of the over pass on Hwy 99). Thought about stopping at Euro Touch AMP, but there were four cars out front. I didn't want to get stuck with the ugly one. That's another rule of mine with AMP's. I never stop if there's more than two cars in the lot. King's was busy too. I wound up with a big zero on my scorecard for Saturday night.

LOL! I love that story, Play A Pimp. I've never carried a weapon, and don't know if I ever will. I was just curious about johns who do, and what their experiences have been. I'm also over 6 feet and 200 pounds, and have long thought that being big is a definite asset in this hobby: At the very least it probably causes ho's and their vermin "boyfriends" / male "roommates" to think twice, and I suspect my bulk has deterred a number of rip-offs. I prefer nonviolent tactics, though, and my stun gun suggestion was more for intimidation than actually zapping a ho into compliance--and Civ's cautions in that regard make sense. Another thought is pepper spray, but that stuff is so strong that it could also affect the sprayer to some degree if he had to use it in his vehicle.

Wow I am glad to see that more than a few of you guys have the same experiances that I have had. Luckily though I have only had to fight my way out of one situation, the rest of the situations all have involved me either being pick pocketed or scammed, thankfully though I have grown smarter with the help of you guys, but as the old addage go's when in Rome do as the Roman's do. I applaud Play a Pimp good story:):):). I am a solutions to problems type of guy so here is how I handle the Vancouver BC scene as I rarely go anywhere in the greater Seattle area anymore. Me and a buddy go up usually once a week sometimes every other week and we get a hotel with double beds for $70can. thats $35 each. We cruise until we find him one and then go to the hotel where I wait outside and he takes care of his business then its my time or vice versa the advantage is that most sw's trying to scam will know that its not a good idea to get in the car with two guys and two that most if they are trying to scam and they get in the car they know they are screwed when one of us is waiting outside the door. I know everyone does not have this option but it is nice. We also take copious amounts of levitra so we can get 3 or 4 each its a lot of fun with few risks. All in All fun as this hobby should be for everyone.

I just read Play A Pimp's posting and he is absolutely right! If you can legally carry a firearm, do it! I'm a resident of AZ and come through WA often. While in WA I sometimes don't have the luxury of having my firearm with me, but I can tell you that when I am in AZ and out mongering, I've got my Sig tucked away somewhere near me.

A felony that is compounded by the fact that is was comitted in the comission of a crime(s) ie; prostituion, assault, strong arm robbery? OR..risk getting shot by a friend of the pimp rolling up behind you? Foolish foolish behavior. The ego is a too much thing my friend. Be careful. Sitting in prison reflecting on how easily you've adapted to prison punk/***** BBBJs might not be too far off in your future if you continue acting like a cowboy.

It would have taken a 1 in a million scenario for a white collar guy like myself to get convicted a manslaughter against a knife wielding pimp. I knew what I was doing. Take the voracity of a pimp for instance. By definition, this man makes his living by preying on women and beating them. Not rocket science. Very few people test the conviction of a man with a Glock, especially if you've just robbed them.

It's difficult for people to talk about ego in here considering the fact that we discuss and brag about our illict illegal activities here on the 'net for everyone to read. The crime I chose to commit was no more than the ones we talk about on this forum everyday. Again, the point of the story was to illustrate that you can win with these people, you just need the right tools and the right talents with the will to use both.
Cocksmith, I bet you're the kind of guy that crosses the street when someone of only slightly darker pigment than yourself is coming down the sidewalk towards you. Maybe the opposite of ego is complete cowardice?
So to answer your question, am I willing to risk prison time? I would have to say I take bigger risks everyday and certainly everytime I stick my dick in a hooker. If you're so unafraid of the cops you should have called them and had him put away. That would have really cramped his style.
And about slapping or beating a SW who won't get out of your car, I disagree. Most of the crack ho's I know actually have a pretty good rapport with the police. They've been busted so many time the cops know them by name and will often pull up just to see how things are going. Most of the ones I know wouldn't hesitate to give a license plate number to the cops. The first question the cops usually ask is if any dangerous Johns have picked them up lately.
Also, the chances of someone seeing you hit her or the scene that is created tossing a hooker out of your car in a residential area is bound to attract attention. Now days if there is any type of fight or struggle, both parties get taken to jail.
If a monger uses his head and follows the advice of people on this board, for example never going to the SW's room or home unless you know her well and make sure no one is following you, there should never be a need for a gun. I had a SW pull a knife on me once and it was as simple as quickly grabbing her wrist, twisting her arm, and pulling her out of the car. I shudder to think what might have happened if instead I tryed reaching under the seat to grab a firearm. I might have been stabbed, she might have been shot, nothing good would have come out of it for sure.
Just my .02 cents worth. Over a thousand SW's picked up with narry an experience warranting a gun. Those are pretty good Vegas odds.

I'm amazed that all the debate lately was caused by a chick who barfed in my car. But maybe good things can emerge out of a bad situation. Just to let you know, my car doesn't smell like the back end of a garbage truck anymore.
Lots of good points and ideas are flying around here. The issue here is risk. After reading all of this, I'm convinced that simply walking away is the best policy. Who cares about 40 bucks? Walk away. It keeps you out of prison. It keeps you alive. Yeah, pulling the gun on the pimp and having him back down might give the impression that an honest monger can win against these dirt bags. But it's that one time when it doesn't work out that could either land you in jail for murder, or have your family and friends weeping at your funeral. White collar v.s. pimp scum in court? Maybe you wouldn't get convicted, or maybe you get three months... well, you just lost your job, pal. Going to court for murder, or attempted murder would lose me my job faster than a quicky in broad daylight! Even if you're NOT convicted. Companies don't mess with bad image. Mine doesn't. I mean, if you go to court for anything related to assault or violence with a gun, you're finished.
Minimize risk. Screw with a rubber on and don't point guns at pimps. You'll live to fuhk another day.

Read my follow up post again. The point I was making is that what I did was neither foolish, nor brave, it was simply a matter of playing out probabilities. Foolish would be pulling a knife on someone and trying to rob them when they know where you live. Brave would be running into a burning building to save a child. This was neither. Just playing the odds.
As far as what hookers tell you their relationship with law enforcement is, don't buy it. I've never practiced law in the state of Washington, but I've seen my fair share of criminal cases and LE risks losing credibility when they buddy up to hookers. On top of that, a hookers word is worth less than Jackson you give her for head. People with long rap sheets have NO credibility in the criminal justice system, even when they tell the truth. "Isn't it true that you and your boyfriend had a scheme where you lured unsuspecting men back to your apartment for sex and then your boyfriend proceeded to rob them at knife point in the hopes that these men would either be married or engaged in a relationship and too worried to inform police? Isn't that true?"
Concerning slapping a hooker around in a residential neighborhood... Of course that's stupid. But do you also do your business in a residential neighborhood? Decided to give an AMP that I have seen for a while a try as to what is was like. I have heard a lot about J's in Woodinville and the ones off of 99 but have never heard of a report of Tokyo Spa.
It is located in the shopping center on the NE corner of 164th Street SW and 13th Ave West just east of the 164th street exit of I-5 in Lynnwood/Mill Creek.
I was greeted at the door by a very attractive Korean woman about 5'5 with long hair, just past her shoulders. I would say mid 30's for age but it is difficult to tell with asian woman. Regardless, very attractive, at least by my standards. Maybe a 7 or 8. She said her name was Sheena or China, couldn't really understand her but it was close enough. Asked if I had been there before and I said know but then asked if I had been anywhere else and said I did.
Settled for the hour massage which included time in the sauna and a bath for .60. The bath was very nice and thorough. We then proceeded back to the room for the massage.
The massage was so/so in my opinion. She gave me a complete rub down with light pressure. It was nice but I always prefer deep tissue myself. I do believe this is my fault since I should have said something but I also wanted to she what this place had to offer as well.

Based on the defensive response by 'Play a Pimp' to all the intelligent feedback regarding his post, it's obviously an ego thing.
Going back to the room for revenge, the ripped-off $20, or whatever reason you can come up with is totally lame and selfish IMHO of course.
The bottom line is this: Regardless of who gets in trouble for whatever goes down in the heat of the moment it's just another statistical notch against our freedom to possess firearms. I for one appreciate my right to bear arms, and it will be attitudes like play'n pimps that jeapordizes MY freedoms.

I was out of commission for a few days suffering with a bad springtime cold. Took me forever to get back to my old mongering self. But went out today for the first time in about two weeks.
Hey Sniped and Pariah, listen, maybe we haven't had any 10's walking around in Everett, but I've had three solid 8's with Myra (whom I've not seen for a long time) Jeanie and Jen. Jeanie, as far as I know, still works North Broadway and Jen sadly left for New York City with friends. Now that was a girl who was enthusiastic about her work! So, Everett has had a few hotties on the street.
I have a theory as to why some SW's vanish at the start of each month. Some might actually qualify for welfare, and the first of the month is when the checks go out. Talk to any bar tender in one of Everett's taverns and they'll tell you their business is great for the first week of the month! Maybe some of the girls are in no need of money for a few days.
Another reason that SW's might not be out as much is there are fewer mongers driving the streets. You can't buy gas for under $2.00 a gallon now. I know I'm not excited to joy ride just to burn up my money. And since that cracked-out chick put a puddle of vomit on the floor of my car, I've considered buying a junker just for the sport of mongering, something I won't care too much about. But a beater car will most likely eat gas worse than the car I have now.
If I do get a monger beater mobile my top choices would be:
1. Late 70's van, royal blue shag carpet and wet bar.
2. 1972 Ford LTD, no hub caps.
3. 1969 Chavel -- a true muscle car.
4. Mid 80's Chevy Suburban -- the huge one!
5. Harvester International Travel All -- Humvees fear them!

I've always noticed it's harder to find people around this time and there always seems to me more LE out (probably trying to meet their "quota" that they all deny having).

RE: Why a person who normally cruises Seattle would check out Everett.
I used to go to the lower mainland of B.C. to induldge, however, increasing border hassels, and the pre-Olympic crackdown up there, as well as better quality and availability of the streetwalkers in the greater Puget Sound area have induced me to shop locally. Of course since I used to drive up to Canada, and then cruise around up there, makes the occasional drive up to Everett litle bother.
I am occasionally in the area on business, althougth not usually at a good time for mongering. I also have some friends who live up there (or have moved there over the last few years), so I check out Hwy-99 as I head home. I also occasionally stop in at Sugars (a strip club), and the nearby Royal Casino (I think that is the right name). A friend of mine hangs out there a lot, and it is not infrequent that some of the strippers come in there before their shift. I do not know if any of the strippers are likely to turn tricks, but they make nice eye candy in any case, along with some other cuties that are often there during the extended "happy hour". I prefer to make longer cruises, rather than the frequent circling of a block or two of some of the hot spots.
btw Pariah even though you may have posted the info on some of the skanks before, their descriptions can be useful for confirming where some of the women work, and gauging the likelyhood that other stollers in the area may indeed by SW's. It is also handy to know who to avoid, sometimes moreso than knowing who is a good date.
Thanks for the good information, and the discussions on safety! I have been checking some of the other states where I may be travelling in the next few months. This seams to be one of the better regions for communication and information.

I was wondering where that April 30 john sting was, and figured it was somewhere on the northern stretch of Broadway. What you describe, Pariah, sounds identical to what I saw there last July: I decided to stay and observe it as long as I could, and noticed that the Rite Aid / College Plaza parking lot was full of plainclothes LE. Some were walking around, some were in parked cars slouched down with their eyes on the decoy. I saw what appeared to be 3 or 4 johns talk with the decoy (I think all of them pulled into the lot instead of stopping on Broadway). The decoy never got in the vehicles, and she talked to one of them for a good 3 minutes. I'm not sure if any of the johns I saw were busted (if they were, it was well away from the parking lot and beyond my field of view). At one point a SUV pulled up to the decoy, she got in (so it was obviously LE), and they drove to the back of the lot and circled around for a few minutes. They were coming back to the sting spot when a couple of vice goons walked up to where I was parked and told me to get the hell out of there. There were at least two decoys, but they only had one out at once. Like Pariah saw, the decoys I observed looked oddly stationary, and usually kept gazing at oncoming traffic. Their movement up and down the sidewalk was almost nil, and there was no bus stop or other excuse for them to be standing there--very unlike real ho's in cop-paranoid Everett. This was on an early Thursday evening. The odd thing about the recent sting is that it took place on a Friday: From what I understand, LE prefers the mid week for stings because
they need more personnel on weekends--when there are more calls for assistance, DUI patrols, etc.

did a quick pass through the Everett strolls this morning and was surprised to see all the actvity.

Standing at the corner at Home Depot, there was a wannabe pimp and his girl. she was thin with long stringy brown hair. I made eye contact as I drove by and he looked back hard.(I passed.) Guess I'll check with the regulars!

Prostitution sting nets 22 arrests
The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office made 22 prostitution-related arrests during a sting Saturday night along Highway 99 in the southern part of the county.
Working with sheriff's reserve deputies, they also handed out several criminal traffic citations and made an arrest for unlawful display of a weapon - a sword that a man was holding in the air while yelling toward a mobile home nearby, sheriff's spokeswoman Jan Jorgensen said Monday.
I read the same article Big WA. They were obviousily talking about 99 and 128th. There seems to be alot of activity there these days. they have that rundown Airport Inn there and there's acouple of SWs that stay there. I was in the area that night but didn't see anything that looked like a sting. I checked the Snoho. Co. booking reports and didn't see alot of prostitution related items.(I guess that doesn't mean anything if they weren't booked, but the # was probably inflated.)

Anybody catch the girls down around 47th and Evergreen way tuesday evening around 7:30 or so. New poster here, just a quick note to let you know that I cruise the regular stroll from the north end of Broadway all the way down to 196th a couple times a week and the pickins have been pretty slim lately. I immediatly pulled into the backside of the cookbook and parked while I ate my Taco del mar.

I'm new to this forum and I thought I'd introduce myself. I strated mongering back in 1978. Nico, can you describe the vehicle the undercover was using--including any telltale signs like odd antennas, exempt license plates, etc? You did the right thing by not buckling to his pit bull routine. I've been through a few of these verbal assaults (they were a big part of the motivation for creating my site) and it almost feels like you've been physically attacked afterwards, and I'm not surprised that you subsequently locked your keys in your car. That north area of Broadway is one of the hottest (in LE terms) strolls in the region, and I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution there: They use virtually every anti-prostitution tactic known: Ho stings, john stings, no-cruising ordinance, police surveillance cams mounted on poles at intersections, SOAP, vice goons in unmarked vehicles, and a prostitution loitering law--which gives them wide latitude to bust people who only appear to be engaging in prostitution activities. Here is Everett's loitering law (notice the 10-day mandatory minimum for a first offense--the stiffest such penalty in the region):
10.24.110 Prostitution loitering—Acts designated.
A. A person commits the offense of “prostitution loitering” if he or she remains in a public place and intentionally solicits, induces, entices or procures another to prostitution. Among the circumstances which may be considered in determining whether a person intentionally solicits, induces, entices or procures another to commit prostitution are:
1. Repeatedly beckoning to, stopping, or attempting to stop or engage passersby in conversation; or
2. Repeatedly stopping or attempting to stop motor vehicle operators by hailing, waving of arms or other bodily gestures; or
3. Being a known prostitute or panderer. “Known prostitute or panderer” means a person who within one year previous of date of arrest for any violation hereof is known by the arresting officer to have been convicted of an offense involving prostitution; or
4. That the actor inquires whether a potential patron, procurer or prostitute is a police officer or requests the touching of genitals or female breasts or requests exposure of genitals or female breasts with the purpose of establishing that the person is not a police officer.
B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a gross misdemeanor. Upon the first such conviction, the person shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than ten days and a fine of not less than two hundred fifty dollars. Upon the second conviction, the person shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than ninety days and a fine of not less than five hundred dollars. Upon the third or subsequent conviction, the person shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one hundred eighty days and a fine of not less than one thousand dollars. You did exactly the correct thing by keeping your mouth shut. Washington State law states you only have to provide the officers your ID and state your name and address. Beyond that you have the right to have a lawyer present, even if your not under arrest. I received this very good advice from a former cop and a prosecuting attorney a long time ago about this type of situation. If LE has enough to bust you when they pull you over they'll go ahead and bust you and nothing you say is going to improve your situation. However, if they don't have enough, they are likely to engage you in conversation until you put yourself away.
I have been through this situation twice over a number of years. The very first time was before I received the above advice but the SW told me the same thing. As soon as the flashing lights came on she told me to say nothing, that she wasn't going to give me up and if I didn't get talked into giving her up we both would be fine. She was right, the cop on me started out by telling me they had no problem with me, but wanted to get her off the street so all I had to do was tell him that she was soliciting and they would turn me loose with nobody the wiser. I gave him my ID, told him my name and address and that was all. He got totally pissed at me, threatened to haul my ass in and call my SO. I was scared shitless but tried not to show it and the main thing that gave me courage was watching the SW 100 ft away getting grilled by the other LE and she just standing there with her arms folded under those beautiful breasts and saying nothing. They turned us both loose and she had the balls to come over and get back in my car with me. They followed us for a couple of blocks and then took off. She rubbed my dick through my pants the whole way back and I dropped her back at her spot and she told me, "you did good out there tonight, thanks for not giving me up and f**king your whole life up."

If you watch Cops or Cops-type programs, you notice how many people don't know their rights--or at least don't exercise them. There was a prime example yesterday when a Fort Worth cop stopped a vehicle leaving a known drug house, turned on his pit bull demeanor and BS threats (If you cooperate, I can be lenient...), and intimidated the male driver into admitting that he is a crack smoker and consenting to a search of his vehicle--which turned up a crack pipe with cocaine residue (a felony). Then the cop searched the passenger side, found a couple of rocks, and arrested the female who had been sitting there. Now if these two people had kept their mouths shut and refused to consent to any searches, the cop would have been angered and probably would have called a drug dog to sniff the outside of the vehicle. But it's possible (perhaps even probable) that the dog wouldn't have hit on the tiny amount of crack from outside the vehicle. I've seen countless similar scenarios on Cops--cases where people could have avoided arrest or at least minimized the charges by refusing to talk and consenting to searches.
As for only having to provide ID to cops, this applies to the whole US. There was some controversy about whether one even had to show ID on demand, but the Supreme Court recently affirmed this.

From criminal defense associates web site When records of an arrest or conviction are sealed or expunged, a notation is made in the file that the records are "off limits" to all except law enforcement personnel. For some purposes, you can treat prior arrests or convictions as though they had never occurred. The benefit is that if you are applying for school, a job, an auto or home loan, or perhaps a professional license, you may be able to answer that you have had no arrests or convictions — assuming no others exist at that time.

If you want a job with the federal government be aware that is against the law to lie on a job application. It is also against the law for a federal employee with a security clearance to go insane or file bankruptcy. "USC Title 5, 7311 around page 821.

Most of the jobs that people apply for are only looking for felonies. Yes, getting a security clearance is difficult and I doubt that anyone that posts on this board will be able to get one.
When I was a corporate guy and I hired people, I told them at the first step of the interviewing process that I would do a criminal background check on them and if they were ever convicted of a crime they would be disqualified. About 50% never showed up for the first interview and I never did a background check.
In a job a few years later, when I would send a hiring packet out (after they were hired) I would enclose the standard criminal backgroud check authorization form that the Washington State Patrol makes them complete. I then told them that if they had been convicted of a crime, their employment would end immediately. About 20% never showed up for their first day of work. Again, I never actually did a check.
I did a job for the state a few weeks back and they went to check for convictions before they signed my contract. I stood over the person as they typed my name in the computer. They came up with 160 matches for my name, they checked the first 20-30 to see if I matched the description (luckily they were all white and the one black guy was 6' tall). She finally got bored and asked me if I ever committed a crime, I said no, she signed the form,and gave it back to me (love those State Employees). I asked her why she didn't just type in my driver's license number and she said that many people that are arrested don't have a driver's license on them or even have a driver's license. If I was arrested and not driving a car and didn't have a driver's license to identify myself they would only have my name. So they do their searches by name.
My point is, if you have a conviction, apply for the job anyway and fill out the forms (then cross your fingers). I'm sure I wasn't the only one that used that trick to weed out employees and someone could always make a mistake.

Yes, It happened to me. I have documents to prove it. LOL. Not only that. Years ago I was given a court martial for giving an officer the finger. I was in a mental ward of an Army Hospital at the time. I was diagnosed with an acute schizophrenic reaction and given an honorable discharge with severence pay and full pension buy the Army. LOL. 20 years later as a civilian I lost my security clearance bacause of my record. The thing is I was hired as a disabled Vet because.... You guessed it.... Because I went insane. The last I heard about Portland is that they had to stop the vehicle seizures for prostitution soliciting (or at least greatly limit them) -- I think because of an initiative that passed. This tactic hasn't been (and isn't being) used in WA or BC to my knowledge, but I've read of several calls for it in BC in recent years. The only way you can currently lose your vehicle in WA is if cops find illegal drugs in it -- but be advised that there appear to be no quantity restrictions, so a detectable amount of any controlled substance (with the exception of less than 40 grams of marijuana) could result in a seizure. A lot depends on how much your vehicle is worth, and LE is clearly bounty-hunting for the more expensive ones because police agencies usually get a percentage of the auction moneys. I think there is cut-off point where they won't bother to seize if a vehicle's worth is below a certain amount, but I don't know what it is, and it probably varies between jurisdictions.
You are correct that forfeiture law operates completely differently from criminal law--where you are presumed innocent and provided an attorney if you can't afford one. These protections don't exist in the world of forfeiture, and various levels of government have callously used these laws to screw and destroy countless people who were only marginally or minimally involved in the drug culture--let alone trade. It isn't uncommon to hear of someone losing a vehicle worth thousands of dollars because the cops found $20 worth of cocaine or heroin in it.
They've been grabbing the vehicles of busted johns in Anchorage, Alaska, and I posted a link to a newspaper story about a recent sting on the Anchorage board. It makes me wonder if some john with a smart lawyer can't figure out a way to challenge the confiscation of the vehicles, which usually happens at the arrest and not after the trial, as a violation of the innocent until proven guilty premise of American justice.

Oosikman, this "civil forfeiture" shit has been going on in this country for at least 20 years, and I'm sure all the legal arguments have been tried (I think some have even gone to the Supreme Court). The only hope at this point is to change the laws. There was an anti-forfeiture initiative in WA a few years ago (it wouldn't have ended the practice, but would have been a significant improvement), but it didn't even make the ballot. I think the idea of confiscating vehicles worth thousands of dollars for some petty consensual crime began in the drug realm, then was later applied to prostitution soliciting. The Canadians have also picked up on the concept (Manitoba and I believe Nova Scotia seize johns' vehicles), and I've noticed more mention of forfeiture in news stories from BC in recent years.

You're spot on about the legality of forfeiture. There was a US Supreme Court decision three or four years ago from Illinois. Husband had gone cruising in wife's car. That great advocate of private property rights, Justice Rhenquist, penned the decision upholding Illinois' forfeiture and sale of the car, talking about how important it was that police be able to grab any property that wasn't tied down whyen they were out fighting "evil".

They replayed the sting segment on the 10 PM KONG news and 11 PM KING news. Here's the transcript (read of course in an ominous, dramatic tone, with emphasis on the word year):
An undercover sting netted 19 arrests last night: 25 deputies worked behind the scenes while 5 others posed as prostitutes. Once the john offered up money for sex, other deputies swooped in. They made 19 arrests. Those convicted face a $500 fine or up to a year in jail.
The sting location sounded like and appeared to be the unincorporated stretch of Hwy 99 between Everett and Lynnwood (the Snohomish County entry in my guide). They showed a marked cruiser with lights flashing busting a motorist in a parking lot. As for the potential penalty, the county code still says the maximum jail time is 6 months, and I'd be surprised if a first offender gets any time behind bars. They showed the face of one decoy up-close, and she wasn't bad-looking: Blonde, late 20s or early 30s.
I'm regularly reading about how Snohomish County doesn't have enough cops--yet they managed to find 30 with nothing better to do on a Thursday night than sting johns. Your tax dollars at work.

EVERETT - Karen Lewis was popular Thursday night. Men lined up around the block to get a date.
Men also were arrested for offering to pay Lewis for sex.
Lewis and four other undercover female Snohomish County sheriff's deputies walked along Highway 99 in south Everett as part of a "john sting."
The women didn't dress up. A pair of jeans, a tank top and steady eye contact was enough. Deputies arrested 18 men in nine hours for offering to pay the women for sex.
There probably were about 100 more who waited nearby, signaled for the women or stopped, master patrol deputy Larry Cole said Friday.
"It was like a drive-through," he said.
The men were cited for patronizing a prostitute, which carries a $500 fine for the first offense. Police also cited some for drugs and traffic violations, and one man was found with a weapon.
Others had criminal histories, including one who had been arrested for unlawful imprisonment of a juvenile. Another had been shot a decade ago after pointing a gun at police. Others were repeat offenders.
"A lot of these guys have no respect for women or law enforcement," deputy Brad Walvatne said.
Prostitution along Highway 99 has been a problem for years, deputies said. The sheriff's office conducts stings a couple of times a year, trying to "keep a lid on things," Lewis said.
Prostitution is not a victimless crime, Cole said.
"One time there was a Green River killer out there," he said.
A majority of the johns they arrest are married, and put their wives and children at risk of HIV or hepatitis, deputies said.
Business owners, families and children in the area don't like finding used needles and condoms, Cole added.
The windows of Jimmy Jack's restaurant at 13428 Highway 99 look onto the street. Employees, including the owner's wife, Debbie Soule, said they've noticed suspicious activity picking up this summer.
On any given evening, women could be seen hanging around, making eye contact with passing drivers, they said.
Jimmy Jack's is trying to be a family restaurant, Soule said, and doesn't want that kind of activity in the area.
The sheriff's office expects to set up more stings in the future.
"We're going to continue to make arrests, and men will continue to embarrass themselves if they contact prostitutes in Snohomish County," Cole said.

We have to be as cautious as airline pilots. Have a set check list like
step 1- get her in the car.
step two- drive two blocks away and check for following vehicles.
You get the idea. Never go to the next step until the current has been satisfied. This has served me well on several occassions. I talked to a decoy one time by mistake. She would not get in the car so I left. About two blocks away a patrol car pulls me over and harass' me about did I know I was in a prostitution area seen contacting a prostitute, blah blah. I told the office that I saw a pretty girl and offered her a ride and she declined(which he knew, because the decoys wear wires). He wasted my time but that is all he could do. Stings work because we et careless.
Well all this talk about a John sting and news broadcasts makes me realize that the camera and news lady I saw on the west side of Hwy 99 about 2 blocks south of Airport Road/Home Depot as I was crawling by about 4:45 pm Friday night might have been the scene of this horrific crime. A cameraman was set up right in front of the RV sales business and as I was crawling north in traffic I saw two news vans parked on a gravel road right by the storage unit business. I did not see any LE in the area but Im beginning to think this sting was really just an elaborate public relations gimmick.
I would be interesting to see the truth about how many bad criminals were removed from the streets for a consensual business transaction. I wouldnt be surprised that as soon as a legitimate bust was made some precinct captain was on the phone tooting his own horn to the news about the dangerous criminals he was taking off the street, oh wait these criminals are sooo dangerous they just get a ticket to appear in court and then lectured to not insult the morals of decent Americans. Well Im sure this looks good on someones books, like the precinct captains books when its time to ask for a raise or promotion.
I saw the WSW Thunder Banger reported, named Krystal. About 11:30am she was on N Bdway across from Safeway. LE was behind me in traffic so I had to be cool until it passed. By the time I got turned around someone was picking her up by the Schucks store. Darn, I could have used some TLC today. TB was right, she looks nice. I'll looking for her again soon.

They ran the sting for 9 hours and caught 19 johns according to KING (18 according to The Herald). That averages 2.1 stung johns per hour (most of whom were probably ticketed and released at the scene). When you consider that 30 cops were used in this farce, it becomes more than absurd. But unincorporated Snohomish County has a severe shortage of deputies, we're regularly told.

I asked her if she'd ever been "picked up" (meaning arrested) by LE and she explained that she had an "arrangement" with an officer once or twice a month, but she'd never been arrested. I also know that when Pike Street was in full operation in Seattle in the 1970s that some of the officers had understandings with a few favorites to let them know when vice would be operating. One provider told me that her officer would even provide pictures of any new undercover vice cops. Working Pike would have been a really good detail for LE; given how Pike Street was, if a cop wanted five or six 18-year-olds with 34G tits, he could get them. Hot and sweaty stuff.

The state vehicle impoundment law that Seadreags posted looks more ominous at first glance than it actually is, in my opinion. I've read the related links, and there appears to be no minimum time hold placed on vehicles owned by arrested repeat johns--so theoretically you could retrieve your vehicle (or have someone do so) as soon as you were able--probably the same day you were busted in most cases. I'm not aware of any additional state-mandated fee beyond the tow companies' charge. This law was passed in 1999, and my fear was that it was the first step toward forfeiture or ransoming vehicles for outrageous amounts, but it's been 5 years now and the issue hasn't been revisted in Olympia. Of course I agree with Seadreags and others who are angry about this and other LE tactics, and things like last week's sting add fuel to my fire and keep me motivated. There are so many layers of this anti-prostitution crap that it's almost beyond belief, and it tends to get worse every year.

had an interesting (though uneventful) trip to everett this week. an associate being with me sort of limited any mongering activities. i stayed at a hotel near everett mall drive and evergreen way, with a window facing the street.
i will not say i have never seen activiey on evergreen before, but i not being as familiar with the area as i would like, i have historically just ran down to airport massage to see mia (not the best looking, but does give a nice body shampoo (with prostrate massage) and service.

I went out at 8pm tonight and saw only one possible on Everegreen near Fluke but didn't make the effort to swing back around. I miss those long summer days when we have good light even after 9pm. Last weekend Sat I did a cruse for Tacoma to Everet druing the early afternoon. Not seeing anything that I could get to or would do I payed a visit to Healing Hands.

Gentlemen,
Because of my crazy work schedule lately I've been heading home well after midnight. We're finishing up with the holiday rush and because of the later work hours I've been able to see a part of Everett I never saw before. Last night, for example, I saw three SW's on Evergreen between Casino and about Madison. This was just after 1am. But none of them were even remotely worth swinging around for. But they're out there. And several other nights when I work late I've noticed chicks on the street. I'm just too darn tired to really check them out.
