FatsoNot I was relating story from a couple months ago, in regard to question of why pimp's & their SW's and SG's in general are Cum And Gone.

Greetings all. I finally joined the brotherhood. My first car date!
My evening started at the strip clubs. I checked out the new juice bar downtown. Damn if I didn't feel like a king in the place. I was the only customer in the place for over an hour and a half on a SATURDAY night. Was groping and being groped by 18yr old dancers. I couldn't take it any longer and left. YES, they are working nuns! I felt them both up to prove I wasn't. I gave 50 for both. It was kind of funny watching them get out of my car to take turns. One worked on me for 20 minutes then the other in the back seat switched and I got another 15. All in all, a great experience.
I now know why this can be addicting. Its not so much the act itself, but the chase to find one.
My question to the forum is....has anyone picked up 2 nuns at the same time? or... was this just a once in a lifetime?

Thanks for the info. I was out checking the scene yesterday. 4:30ish til may be about 6. Despite good weather, not a girl was in sight. Tuesday night. I guess the warm dry weather brought out the nuns. Also brought out alot of Portlands finest?. I hooked up with the duo again, but now they turned into a trio. Another nun is in the fold. Info on them. Well, they are a rainbow coalition. 1 black, 1 white, and 1 hispanic. They usually don't work the streets so you may have a hard time finding them. No pressure from the dancers either while I was there and I was the only one there for quite awhile.
Thanks for the input on the 2 girl thing. I knew I took a heel of a chance and am glad I did. Brother Nut, I was thinking the same thing after they got in my car. I might get robbed. But it turned out that they are totally cool and the only thing I had to worry about is to find a place to park.
Crackdown
Our favorite strolls are getting a heavy LE crackdown this week. Recently I have seen several live SW shakedowns taking place in different parts of town.
Seems like no single, attractive woman is safe from harassment by these cops. Must be a tough job, "fighting crime" in between donut breaks. Of course it's not about cleaning up a public nuisance - since they rarely bother older, haggard eye sores. Much more fun to haul around in patrol cars & unmarked, chasing down younger suspects.
Clearly the Mayor wants to raise money - so the orders are given, to aggressively prosecute any minor offense where the city can either steal, ( impounding ) or levy fines in court for traffic offenses. Parking patrol has also been stepped up with 100's of new meters, including the fancy credit card machines, all over town.
Yet bands of "homeless" punks drunks and vagrants - loitering, spitting and cussing at passerby - are allowed to continue hanging around on downtown sidewalks. While the remaining restaurants disappear in favor of Starbucks joints or taco trailers. Downtown is slowly dying under the watch of Mayor Katz.
But I can understand our cops' not wanting to deal with the real problems out there... much more fun & easy, safer, and more politically correct to hassle girls rather than violent, gun toting, crack dealing negro pimps.

Brother pdxboy, you are doing well in your quest for the Holy Grail. The good Lord has rewarded you. Let us pray for the failure of the county tax measure next month. As Brother Whose Nut Hangs has reported, they are out gathering funds through making low level busts. I believe that if the tax measure fails they may have to reduce their staff and will be unable to have cruisers aimlessly driving the strolls. I wonder how many SWs actually pay their fines anyway? It can't be a reliable revenue source.
There is no law against giving away sex for free. We need to have a free sex month to protest the zealots. During this month, all SWs and potential customers will carry absolutely no money with them. When the "busts" go down, there's no money! No crime has been committed. Imagine the embarrassment of the police force having wasted an entire month. By enduring one month of financial hardship, the working girls may win their freedom forever. The cops might just give up and stop trying to prosecute for prostitution.
Remember when ex-police Captain Mike Garvey wiggled out of a prostitution conviction by sticking to the story that he paid for a massage, and the sex which occurred afterwards was consensual. There must be a way to end the gestapo tactics.

Close, but no cigar!
Been checking the NW stroll the past couple of weeks and have had seen two that looked pretty good but haven't been able to close the deal... yet.
Saw a tall slender brunette by FM early evening last week, crossing WB, I had to circle back to catch up to her and by the time I crossed WB I saw her hopping in another car waiting down a side street. Damn! Nothing else caught my eye so I headed home.

Friday night report.

CC Sorry to hear about your fortunate "adventure". However, it DOES give us some words of caution about doing something like this without having spent some previous time (more then 1-2 times) with the lady in question. I HAVE done this in the past with Escorts that I had already seen before with good results - albeit more costly (or not based on your report). The way I figure it is if they are on the street then there is going to ALWAYS be some sort of trust issue for me until I know them VERY VERY well and even then I might still be a little suspicious of them. I guess the thought of having a 24 hour "prayer session" with a relative unknown - while sounding exciting - is less appealing then the initial finding, praying and leaving.
Well I hope your credit card company honors the $50 dollar limit for transactions that you did not make.

Sorry to read of your experience (I have never posted here, but am a regular poster on the Tacoma, WA board) in attempting the 24 marathon f*ckfest with a SW. I have long wanted to try the same thing, but always avoided it because of what I have come to know about why SWs are, well, SWs.
Most of them, as you know, are addicts and 24 hours is a long time to go away from their drug(s) of choice. Unless you allowed that in the mix, you were playing with fire. If you added it to the mix (drugs and sex), then you were adding gasoline to the fire! To them, you were an easy mark and the amount of time you gave them let them put their best hustling and theivery skills to work.
On top of that, many of them do not confine their illegal activities to only prostitution and drug use, so property crimes are common (to feed a ravenous habit, the habits of others (friends, boyfriends, etc), or just the thrill of "rolling" someone: you got rolled). I mean imagine the story they get to share with others about the john they rolled for $4200.
I have thought a marathon would be possible with a SW (or 2) that I have had numerous encounters with and even then avoided the activity.
Maybe you should rethink the marathon notion into a number of different encounters (at different locations) in a 24 hour period.
I hope you are able to reclaim the credit fraud, but I wouldn't want to be filing that report, truthfully at least.

I’ve been thinking about writing a story for Penthouse Forum. How does this sound?
I haven’t had any success the last few times I have been out but this afternoon made up for all the dry runs of late.
Was cruising the stroll when I spotted her at the bus stop. Haven’t seen her before. She looked hot. Pretty, thin, slender body and nicely dressed. She looked too good, if you know what I mean. I have regained my self-dignity (somewhat) after that horrendous experience with the below mentioned SW. I feel it is my duty to describe this person in detail in hopes of preventing my fellow poon hunters any unnecessary grief, and maybe an opportunity for retribution on my behalf (kidding!).

Backtracking my steps from the moment i last had my dearly departed wallet, I thought to myself...there is no way in hell she could have gotten my wallet. Then one question came to mind. Why would a SW give me a "HUG!!"? There was no way she could have gotten my wallet, EXCEPT when she might have hugged me (a show of her appreciation in doing business?? - a nice gesture??). YOU *&%# IDIOT!!
When i got home, i quickly called my CreditCard Company and they said they were trying to call me and wanted to inform me that there were peculiar transactions occuring which prompted an alert. When things were under control and credit card was reported as stolen....the damage: 3700 (estimated). Thankfully, my card was insured by the company for unauthorized transactions and they were going to get some of the liabilities from the stores that honored the transactions. But damn, I feel soooo STUPID!!
Lesson learned? Never - Ever initiate a "all-nighter" with a SW you met for the first time. I may have been lucky in the past, but my luck sure ran out this time around. Awwww - DAAAAMN!

New member here. I have been lurking for a little while, but have not posted before.
I want to respond to El lobbo about Gabrielle. When you posted I knew the name, but wasn't sure if it was the same girl because the gabrielle that I know left town a while back. Just a word of caution my friend, LE usually has to follow up and investigate stolen items reported including credit cards. Many people on this board most likely agree that LE lurks on this board.
Having said that – not that any of this is likely, BUT I caution you as you have revealed a lot about yourself that LE could put together a separate case against you.
Armed with the right information, some overzealous LE could take all the people from Tacoma reporting a stolen card, focus on dollar amounts exceeding 3K, and all of those with a recent transaction at Portland “Prestige Inn” and through a process of elimination figure out who you are. Just a word of caution. I don’t want to see a fellow hobbyist being kicked while he is down.
Credit card fraud over $750 is investigated with a bit more scrutiny than other petty offences. Assuming that they eventually catch up with the thieving SW, it may make things a bit awkward resolving this matter.
Hopefully you did not have to wash dishes at the Denny’s.

I ran into a gorgeous blonde in the fall of 97 wearing a red vinyl miniskirt with the curves in all the right spots. Your story reminded me a lot of her. I did manage to see her a couple of times after our first encounter. Miniskirt was replaced shorts and soon just jeans as the hassle of LE became too much to bare. Soon thereafter she was gone with the other hoes wherever they go perhaps to another town, jail, or just go straight.
Sometimes I wonder about those SW who stand at bus stops, make no eye contact – preoccupied, sometimes stand there for hours with no pickups and they are the ones who always wonder why but are usually treasures if and when you can pick them up. Sometimes inexperienced GFE.

I guess I should start contributing here, although my sad tale is not much to tell. I like to spin yarns so any parties having a legal interest in this document should take it as such.
As I've said, I live about 100+ miles outside of Portland. There has been a concerted effort to crackdown on vice in this city. I guess they've solved the bigger issues of personal and property crimes and now can focus their attention on consenting adults!
I started my cruise about 11am. Eugene has two main strolls , one in Eugene proper and one in Springfield. I began a drizzly day roaming back and forth across the tracks in Spfield. But if you hear a bunch of guys reporting busts on the forum, or something over the radio or newspaper that there was a sting operation, wait about a week. Also if you have not heard about a bust in 4 weeks or so – it may be an indication that one is looming. End of the month Sunday afternoons, Monday and Wednesday early evenings are usually good. Busts and Crackdowns sometimes are invisible. LE may follow vehicles picking up girls and follow them for ˝ mile before picking making a bust on some back road. To someone driving on Sandy, this may not be obvious.
Same goes with crackdowns against girls. Many times there is an officer in a white minivan with a roofing logo going around and busting girls. LE intentionally drives off the beaten path to avoid the bust being in pain view of the main stroll thus tipping off would be johns and SW.
Much of my education is from talking to the girls. Usually talking to the girl after the ‘act’ will give you more information about what is going on whom to watch out for.
I believe that you will get more success if you try going out earlier (4:30pm) and staying out later. Since you probably only come to town once or twice a month, your vehicle probably will not be one on the hot list. Plus you are among more vehicles at that time of day and sort of blend in with the crowd.

Exclusion zones or PFZ are numbered 1-4 and their main geographic significance is the specific street. If you get thrown out of one zone – you are thrown out of all of them and cannot return for 90 days. If you are caught within the zone before the 90 days are up, you can get thrown in jail for trespassing and/or excluded for a year.
Girls will tell you that they avoid certain areas because LE patrols certain areas harder than others. Certain cops work certain boundaries but has no significance to the zones. Several girls have told me that LE sometimes just tells the girl “not to stroll in my territory – my territory is from 85th and Sandy to 82nd and Glisan” My guess is LE is rewarded and reprimanded based on how “clean” they keep their zone.

99% of the time busts happen when the girl is being picked up and shortly thereafter. This is the most dangerous time. If you are stopped they will separate the male and the female and interrogate each separately. I have yet to hear of them busting a passenger when a cop has pulled the car over for speeding or a broken taillight. I am sure it has happened.
When dropping the girl off, it should be done so you are not on a zone or known hot spot. LE can bust you while dropping the girl off but as not likely. Don’t be mistaken – they will do it if they see you and it is a known girl or looks suspicious.
You can get busted for driving around a block over and over again – they can find some excuse to pull you over but if you confess what you are doing you will be busted.

Well you may be right about the reason(s) price tripled over the years; howeverm what goes up must eventually come down. Your most rewarding search pattern will be to continue along 82nd Avenue southbound. If no appetizing selections materialize, turn around and go back the way you came. If you reach Sandy Blvd. again without making a connection, turn left and cruise Sandy Blvd. If your search is still unrewarded by the time you reach the 3 way intersection just past the Salvation Army, turn right on Burnside and cruise this stroll, go over the bridge up to NW 23rd Ave. Keep going back and forth between NW 23rd Ave and NE Sandy until the Lord God smiles upon you with rewards of the flesh. I'm sure an experienced traveller such as yourself will be able to instinctively find a Holy Parking Spot for Bible study with your selected pupil.
This is the best advice I can offer, as there are NO massage parlors in Portland, nor any business establishments that have proven to be reliable in providing Bible Study companions.

The BEST Strip Club for what you are seeking IMHO is Sugar Shack on Killingsworth (not too far from PDX Airport). There may be other clubs that offer the same but I am not aware of them.
For HOT (legal) dances try the Dolphin II in Beaverton. I suppose some of the dancers may be willing to meet up with you later for fun; but, expect it to be pricey and you might actually want to see an escort for less money then a dancer will want for the same time.

Brother Poohbah, what you describe sounds like the Pop-A-Top on NE Columbia near 60th. Dancers from the club also work the Oh Zone lingerie modeling place, which is just across the parking lot. Similar setups exist on SE McLoughlin (Dillingers and Sugar Shack II share a parking lot), and on NE Killingsworth there is some kind of "adult supercenter" where I think the original Sugar Shack is located.
Brother Water Breeze, you can try the above places; and I also recommend checking out the Backswing and JD's which are about a block apart near NE 60th & Prescott, also Tommy's (formerly Harpo's) and Doc's on SE Powell. Also Rooster's on NE Lombard and the Pirate's Cove (formerly Sandy Jug) on NE Sandy near 70th. Tommy's is a fairly standard strip club but dancers have been overly friendly to me there in the past. The other places mentioned in this paragraph are "dives", but these cheap dives hold the best odds of finding what you're looking for. Very sleazy and friendly girls.
You're not likely to get any action at the "nice" and semi-nice clubs (Dolphin, Acropolis, Club Cabos, Mary's, Magic Garden, etc.)

As you probably know, your odds of success increase if you visit the club and visit with the girls on more than one occasion within a week. Unfortunately if you are blowing through town this may be impossible.
If you are going to initiate any sort of rendezvous, I would recommend NOT waiting until 2:00am or closing time as many of these girls have prearranged rides or arrangements to be picked up. Latch onto whoever catches your eye, between sets. Get cozy and if things are going well, just ask discreetly. Are you doing anything after work? etc.
A couple more east side dives - Sassy's on Belmont across from bowling alley - just OK. Union Jacks no good, too dark, too loud. Dino's Inn on Hawthorne, was just remodeled. Tiny little hole in the wall, I've met a few nice ones there over the years... ugly ones too. I decided to take a drive during lunch time to see what might be out and about with this fine weather we are having. The NW stroll had a few but nothing worth stopping for. · MLK is the most dangerous in my opinion of the 4 PFZ. The likelihood of trouble is much greater in this part of town. There are bars in that part of town I would not send my worst enemy to. Even if you found a knockout girl in that part of town, finding a spot to park to do the deed is not only dangerous, but LE patrols the back roads and overall the heaviest.
· If you are seen by LE the other 3 PFZ and the fourth MLK – you are #1 more likely to be fingered by LE as a hard-core john, and #2 more likely to be a target of harassment. Being on MLK you will probably notice that LE looks into your vehicle with a little more scrutiny.
· It is the least popular of the 4 main strolls. Very seldom do you see a WSW there.
Heck! I drive a cab and I do not like driving in that part of town and I really hate picking up customers in those parts. Nothing against any particular race but there are a bunch of hardcore felons in those parts and even as a minority myself, I really do not feel safe. It has gotten better over the years.
Alternative Strolls in no particular order:
1. Lombard from 1-5 to Colombia Park and again on Lombard in downtown St. Johns.
2. North Fesident from Lombard to 5 points and thru the Columbia Villa.
3. Killingsworth from 82nd to Cully
4. Prescott from 82nd to Sandy (Sort of a shortcut behind the Bingo)
5. Fremont from Sandy to 82nd (Again a shortcut of sorts)
6. Powell from 50th to 82nd
7. Foster from about 52nd to 82nd
8. Powell from 122nd to 136th
9. Division from 82nd to 105th
10. Stark/Washington from 80th to I-205
11. Sandy from I-205 to 122nd and possibly further to 148th (As reported some time ago on this forum)
12. 122nd (As reported some time ago on this forum)
On the above areas I have seen SW activity in the past but not very often. I would not cruse these strolls but have seen SW or possible SW while in my taxi. No guarantees. But if you are in these areas keep your eye open, you might find something.

Brother Whose Nut Hangs, I have heard that Pioneer Square girls can be taken home overnight.
Brother Taxi's list of alternate strolls is good. I think the standard equation is cheap apartments/motels + high traffic = possible SWs.
The strip of old motels on Interstate Ave. is another alternate stroll but just as dangerous as MLK.

Pioneer Square ... ahhhhh I remember 2 years ago I hooked up with a college (or so she said) cutie of the tender age of 21 (yes, I saw an ID to prove it - I am not stupid).
She was HOT with a smoking body and long curly brunette hair, about 110-115#s and nice 34-36C tits (natural).
We met at the coffee shop where she was looking like she needed a coffee fix but had no money. I offered to buy here a cup and she accepted. I was on 82nd Avenue from Killingsworth all the way to Flavel and back again last night and saw several WSW (about 5) all along the way (both sides of the street) and scattered up and down 82nd street. Several of them I had seen before and reported on and there were a couple I had not seen previously there. Action was pretty hot and lots of guys were stopping trying to pick them up. I did not partake as I was busy with things to do. Just thought I would say that the nice weather is absolutely helping bring them back onto the streets. Also, only saw 1 police car the entire time.

Very interesting reports. Coincides what I have seen on the streets the last few days. All sorts of blondes on the strolls I have noticed. Looks like “racial harmony” are still at it as well.
Looks like the government employees who do not have to pay taxes and the college students have voted to increase all of our taxes. Thank you very much. Good thing though that tips are difficult to track and tax.
Hopefully this tax hike will drive Oregon deeper into recession. Recessions are typically accompanied with higher # of SW on the streets. The converse is true with economic recovery and prosperity as witnessed in the mid to late 90’s, which is still evident today.

NW Action:
I was downtown at lunch and decided to check out the NW stroll and saw zippo, nadda, zilch. I thought that with the good weather, there would be some eye candy out but not today.
I was back later in the afternoon and was heading down Everett when I spotted a slender brunette walking south towards Burnside on one of the side streets. Hmmmm... maybe... so I drive around the block and sure enough, its that same hottie from before. I pull over, she gets in and away we go.
We find a nice quiet spot, hop in the back seat and get down to some 1/2 & 1/2 action for 0.7.
She's a hottie but I like variety and I haven't seen any other hotties out in the NW part of town lately.
Anyone have any luck finding a hottie on the eastside part of town or anywhere else? What's the best time of day to find them?

One Item that came up the other day, about girls on out of the "regular" strolls, got me thinking about a gal that hangs out along Killingsworth/Lombard and 60th area. Seen this HSW a few times but never stopped.
Last night, I picked up a gal hangin out near 82nd and NE Going! Off the beaten track! WSW in her 30's.

Nope, It wasnt that Crystal/Stacy, Although Ive seen her Every time Ive been out cruising - Saw her last night walking on upper Burnside at 1230am! You can't miss her, thunder thighs that is, she does get around! Really surprised she doesnt get hastled by the LE more.
The Crystal girl that I picked up was in her 20's, around 5'3" or so, blonde, not slim but not average, the one thing that stood out on her was a arabic tatoo on her leg. She was not a newbie to the game, and very much knew was she was doing. No digits, so made me think she was "just passing though" portland. If you see her, give her a try, just dont pay what shes asking, she talks down very easily if you act like its too much for you to pay..

As far as the mystery woman with the red coat, I saw her at around 10pm or so. I have seen her a couple of times. Perhaps she just frequents the bars in the area. Every time I have seen her I have had a customer in the cab and could not stop.

The mulatto looked ok from the distance but I got a closer look at her face and her double chin and realized she is a behemoth.
For those of you traveling in from out of town, this is an ideal time to see some SW action. Rose Festival in town which attracts SW looking for sailor action. Weather is getting nice also. LE is also spread thin trying to cover all the action with the festival and related activities. Plus all the rowdy high school kids are out for the summer.

Friday Night Report:
OK, I was out and about from 7:00pm until about 8:30pm and here's what I did and saw.
Stopped by FV store first on Sandy and saw nothing but guys. I waited around for a little bit hoping that some females were busy in booths; but, eventually got bored and tired of waiting and having guys check me out (I am sooooooo straight that the thought of that kind of really bothers me). So anyway, I left FV and headed down Sandy Blvd. all the way and finally around 20th I see a WSW. I pull over to let her pass me so I can look at her. HOLY SH*T she is a real SCABBIE mess!!! She smiles at me and starts walking over to my vechicle and I split ASAP!!! I continue on Sandy into the single digits and find nothing else so I do a U-TURN and go back up Sandy until I hit 82nd. NOTHING all the way up Sandy. I turn on 82nd and head North towards Stark. I see a FUGLY WSW on 82nd by the bus stop (by 84 overpass) and keep on going. I am seeing nothing until I get near Stark and then I see what may be a WSW (short black hair and thin) sitting on a bench at a bus stop. She looked cute so I turn around and pass her again (no eye contact). I try one more time and BINGO eye contact and I think alright she is cute so I turn down a side street waiting for her. She does not come. I think I may have not shown her my interest and circle back and see her getting on a bus. I follow the bus for a little while hoping she will get off in a couple of stops but she does not. I continue on 82nd all the way to Flavel and turn around and go back down 82nd all the way until I can get onto Highway 84 and saw no other SW at all so I went home, rented a couple of movies and chilled out wishing Saturday would get her sooner so I could bang my Ex.
I thought for sure that the Rose Festival would bring them out in force but perhaps I was too early and Saturday was better. By Saturday, I did not care about the SW as I had my hands full and my sack emptied (many times) and was quite the happy camper through the rest of the weekend.
So that's it for my report. Sorry I did not discover any new Hotties walking but perhaps next time I will go over to PSquare and see what's going on there.

Unfortunately, after cruising Everett and Burnside, moving to Sandy and then down 82nd, I came up with a big fat zero. I made a second pass through the entire route and had to call it an afternoon. Brother Taxi is correct... SWs from the Seattle area often visit Portland during Rose Festival week. The weather reports are also predicting sunshine through the weekend, the strolls will be busy.
Agree with previous postings that the strolls been really quiet. Even more strange, I don't even see lots of LE patrols. Therre are some hispanic or black SW after 8pm but the picking is really bad. Not interested. 4-6pm timeslot used to be pretty sensational picking but in the last two weeks been bad. My experience is, Sunday nights around 7-9pm are the best time but haven't check this theory for a while. Any comments from the group?
Also, any play spots in Beaverton, Hillsboro and Vancouver areas? Thank you.

You didn't do anything wrong. It was early June - only a couple of days after payday. Most girls get off the streets for the first week of each month - and again after the 15th. Best times of the month are the 10th-14th, and the 20th - 29th.......traditionally!

I say bad weather because Johns may not go out and thus leaving “die hard” SW on the street. You can sometimes strike up a favorable deal or longer sessions on those dates.

Undercover Agents!
Was checking out the NW Stroll yesterday afternoon and noticed two BSW’s sitting at the bus stop on Everett. Nothing to write home about so I drove on. Noticed a group of 4 WSW’s, again, nothing to write home about, so I keep going. Came back around about 10 minutes later and there was a dude with a badge hanging around his neck talking to the two BSW’s. He was writing on what appeared to be a citation pad. Bald head, dressed casually. Would not have taken him for a policeman. Probably early to mi-30’s. Was driving an older Ford Explorer, dark brown or burgundy in color, OR tags WUAXXX.

Those of you who are not finding any SWs, perhaps you are moving around too much. Try going into the Burgerville on 82nd, Wendy's on Sandy, Subway or Taco Bell on West Burnside; get a large drink or coffee and just sit there awhile checking out the action. You may spot some that way. The Navy ships started arriving yesterday, this should attract more SWs but also brings sailors looking for action.
I read that one of the petitions to recall Vera Katz will begin circulating at the grand floral parade Saturday morning. They need about 30,000 signatures to force a recall election. The mayor of Portland is also the police commissioner. Lets get someone who is not frantic about victimless crimes into the office.

Beautiful and HOT HOT HOT evening. By Hot I am talking about the weather and NOT the SW scene.
Drove up and down Sandy Blvd - NOTHING - NADA - ZILCH
Drove up and down 82nd from Sandy to Flavel - NOTHING - NADA - ZILCH.
Tried calling Gabrielle and got no answer.
Was thinking of trying Burnside and then thought - "Heck just call the sisters Sheri and DeDe" (see previous post).
Well Sheri was there and DeDe was not. The little head was talking me into some action and I agreed.
Had a nice oral prayer session first that ended in Sheri taking all my sins away. After a little bit, with her paying attention to my little head she and I decided that she really need to kneel down and have me show her the way of praying with me standing and her bent over on her knees. That too was a great prayer session and I quickly unloaded all my sins and left with a smile on my face.
Quick word about the place of worship where the Sisters practice their religion... it is FILTHY! If you can get past that then you too can get some of their religion and have your sins forgiven.
After I left I did a little more driving around just to see if perhaps my timing was off and as I drove back to the highway I was amazed that I saw NO SW or for that matter LE around. Perhaps the heat is too much for both to be outside on the streets or the are all down looking for sailors.

Was out looking for action last night 6:30pm – 8:00. Strolled downtown, down Everett, down Burnside – up Sandy did not see much action on the strolls. Then went up 82nd at about 7pm and saw a 2 or 3 SW between Division and Powell. None looked good to pick up.
Stopped at 82nd and Powell 7-11 and picked up a cup of coffee. Came back outside I was summoned by a hottie for a ride in the cab. Very good looking but unfortunately she was not looking for a date – she was just heading to her BF’s house. There went 35 minutes down the toilet.
Returned to Sandy at about 7:30, hit the FV spot – saw nothing. Sad situation :( Headed up Sandy and off to the airport for regular customers.
Apparently in the effort to recall the mayor, there are 2 sets of petitions circulating. Make sure to sign both sets of petitions. Some people may sign the first petition, not realize which one they signed, then get approached by a 2nd petitioner and not remember which one they signed already and refuse stating ‘they already signed it.’ Or one might sign one set of petitions twice thinking that they are signing “the other one.” Hopefully both teams will gather ample signatures so compensate for any redundancies.

Last I read about the recall effort, the petitioners have combined their efforts and are just circulating one petition for the next 88 days or so.
I think I saw your cab near the FV, Brother Taxi. I also left but came back around 11 PM and was rewarded with a private confession in my favorite booth. SW activity has been slower than expected but perhaps it's been too hot for them. I think the sailors are leaving tomorrow and the temperature will be cooling down, maybe better luck!

Sunday Night
I was downtown after 9 PM and cruised the NW Stroll. Saw several regulars, all not worth stopping for. Then I saw a possible BSW walking towards Freddies. She looked under 21, tight top with jeans and heels. Short hair. Body was smokin’! So I circle around to check her out again and – poof – she was gone! Somebody must have picked her up.
Saw two more BSW’s walkin’ by the pub on the corner across from the video store, one was wearing a white top and she waved at me, body looked decent so I circled around and - poof – damn if the two of them had vanished as well!
I drove down the back side and as I was coming back up, I spotted a ‘possible’ hanging out by the bus stop near McDonalds. On the drive by she looked pretty good, a possible 7.5, maybe an 8. Slender, short dress, legs looked decent. I pulled onto a side street and she caught up and hopped in. My rating instantly dropped down to a 5/6. Body wasn’t bad, small boobs, but she wasn’t as pretty as she seemed from a distance. A bit spacey. She asked for a ride and I dropped her off near Broadway. I made one more pass thru and spotted a blonde on a pay phone. I turned off the main drag and she got in. Said her name was Crystal – I’ve read that name before on here – but couldn’t remember what I had read. Was it good or bad? Blonde, about mid back – not a bad body, just a little thicker than I like, but not cute enough for me to ask for a date so I dropped her back off.
There were probably six to seven out during the time I was out. I did not check Sandy or 82nd.

TD - I think the undercover heat you're seeing around FM NorthWest, are store security guards. In fact these idiots are being told to hassle SW's at the 20th & Everett bus stop you mention... I have witnessed it happening. The girls do not enjoy plain clothes rent-A-cops from a retail store - bothering them off store property!!
You'll notice them patrolling the block. Meanwhile as always, any butt-ugly babes are allowed to hang around all they want. Only attractive SW's are questioned, naturally because that's how these self important "Security Dudes" get their kicks!
Over the weekend I spotted several common, garden variety street hags from up Sandy to the NW stroll. There's the former blonde who now has long red hair, always wears a scowl on her face, been out there forever... there's a real fat fugly one who gets all animated when you look at her and laugh. Or how 'bout the 60-ish prune faced gal who leers at every car that passes. Yuck!!!

Last Night

One way to avoid this is to drive far enough away from the stroll where either it is too far for a reasonable walk, and/or she is confused where she is.
A good test is to ASK her if she will perform on you while you are driving. However – make sure you know where your valuables are and have them locked in a safe spot out of reach. Otherwise, stay at the front of the store, dial your phone and pretend to make a phone call. Poke your head out to look for the address like you are reading it to a dispatcher. Chances are she will just leave. Stay in the store as long as necessary.
If you are looking for a less confrontational approach, and a way to get her to go with you somewhere, just tell her you will pay her but you need to go into the store to use the ATM. Again, walk into the store, toward the ATM and just take a long time. In a few minutes she will realize something is up. There was a historic ruing in the Supreme Court today regarding sodomy. Although this has no direct impact on us straights, hopefully this will lead to future legislation changes including changes in how LE imposes on our lives. Hopefully this is the beginning of a bigger message.

I'll be hanging out in your room this week before my first trip to Portland. I'm pretty excited about cruising a new city for an evening. I haven't read all the posts yet, but I will before the trip.
Too bad about the previous few posts stating that things are slow. I was hoping for a sw parade while I was there. LEW, the SW action has been the slowest I've seen in years but if you are determined you will find them. If you don't know the procedure... just keep driving the circuit which is SE 82nd Ave & Powell (and often farther south) north to Sandy Blvd, west to Burnside, over the bridge to NW 23rd Ave & then go back again. It's about a 10 mile cruise. Also worth investigating is NW Everett (2 blocks north of Burnside) between 23rd and 16th and NE Sandy between 82nd and 122nd.

So, the report is actually slow - when I am down there I often do the strolls for many hours. I Did them on Friday night then Saturday night and a bit on Sunday the weekend I was there.
Friday - my only connection was with a young 20 something girl with dark hair - probably about a 6 that I met on Sandy not far from FV. She said she was going to nursing school and working her way through. Service was fair - cbj... Think her name was something like Shayla but really not sure.
Saturday - was really tough. I think I saw cutlip. If it was her then she has changed her look quite a bit - Way more sluttish... Got to respect that in a girl. I saw her talking with LE for a bit. They left and I parked on a dark street off of Sandy - not far from where Cutlip usually hangs out. She came to the car but did not get in and I did not wait around to have a conversation. Nothing after that for hours - finally met Sandy on Sandy - around 122nd. It was about 3 am by that time. Service was fair and Sandy was about a 3 or 4. Hard to be choosy at 3 am.

Brother Lew - there are a few motels along Sandy Blvd. between around 12th Ave and 45th Ave. which appear safe and inexpensive, and are right on a stroll.
There are lots of motels along 82nd Ave which are inexpensive but may not be so safe. The "nice" hotels near the airport are close to the 82nd and Sandy Blvd strolls but only if you're driving. If you want a nice hotel and be in walking distance of a stroll, downtown is your only option. This one is just 2 blocks off the end of the west Burnside stroll http://www.parklanesuites.com/ and might be a little cheaper than the others since it's a mile outside of the city center. Okay guys I no longer live in Portland but spent twenty years there up until a few years ago. I keep up with the local business through this board. Portland is no different than any other city. This business is the oldest profession for a reason. As long as their is demand their will be supply. And as bad as things seem now, I cannot believe that after thousands of years, Mayor Katz has somehow stubbled across the solution to rid the city of SW's.
We just have to be smarter about all of this. Instead of spending money of ridding the city of the business why can't the Govt just regulate it like they do anything else. Make the girls get a license and take mandatory health exams. Come on people, does anyone want to continue spending money on something that will never go away?

Cut lip has been brought up several times on the forum. Since the streets are apparently dead and revisiting this topic given probably overdue given her probable return, I will address it now.
The cutlip wench you describe visits Portland every 18 months or so. She probably makes her rounds to all the northwest cities and stays in Portland 3 – 6 months or longer and moves on to another city as Johns soon recognize her and she realizes the gig is up.
Rumor has it that she has done away completely with the “Cop Impersonation” routine and instead will have you park in a predestinated spot, you pay her and pull your pants down, meanwhile a big black man (her pimp) walks up to your window with a gun (or something resembling one) and knocks on the window demanding your wallet and your money. They both split the scene with your shit.
From what I have heard the initial cut lip conversation is quite friendly, although asking somewhat intrusive questions. My guess is to assure her that you are not a cop and see if you are a good target.
Given the reports I have read on this forum, and SW riders in my cab, Cut Lip scam is as follows in this order: A) Determine the John is not a cop. B) Get John to park in prearranged spot (prearranged between cutlip and pimp.) C) If John fails to park in the prearranged spot, resort to “Plan B” and impersonate a cop and scare the John into paying cutlip off in her ‘bribe deal package’
According to several of my regular customers and reading the forum, the cutlip rap - shakedown goes something like this: (the john's name in the blank)
“Pull into that parking lot over there. Good, ok - go ahead and turn off your car. Ok, what is your name again? Ok ________, have you ever been arrested for prostitution before? _______, are you familiar with how the State of Oregon defines prostitution? How often ______ do you pick up prostitutes? Does your wife know you pick up prostitutes? You are a pretty good-looking guy; you could date just about any woman you wanted, why do you pick up prostitutes. If you are arrested for prostitution, you will have your vehicle impounded and most likely taken away for good, you will have to go to jail and you will have to pay a $700 fine to get out. Now _______ - I work on a task force that works in conjunction with police to fight prostitution. _____ - I used to turn tricks just like all the other girls out there. Do you see this mark on my lip? 3 years ago a trick bit me on the lip during sex and I turned away from this way of life. I am not a cop but I work with a cop and he’s a real asshole. And on and on something like that. If you don’t give her the money, she will begin shouting “10-40, 10-40” into her sleeve or some strange shit like that. She will also tell you she has your vehicle make, model, and license plate number and if she sees you return to the area she will have you arrested. This step is probably to insure that after the shock wears off and you think about it and realize you got robbed, you won’t return to the area looking for her.
The change in appearance may be a disguise. She has been pulling this shit in Portland for at least 5 years or so. I am sure a majority of the johns recognize her or have heard of her. I have heard that she is a drug addict and definitely is not affiliated with LE in any manner. She often will try to recruit others to participate in her scam often with no avail.
Cutlip has been seen in all of the strolls mainly 82nd and Sandy. She especially likes to hang out in the Hollywood District. If you happen to pick her up, drop her off and kindly tell her “Go home cut lip, we all know your scam, get a real fucking job!”

The hotel behind the 7-11 on 82nd and Sandy (I think it is a Quality Inn) is spread out as such you do not have to have your room in view of the lobby go to your room. My guess is that many hotels frown on you for bringing hookers into their establishments. The kind Father’s list is good but I am not sure how many require going through a lobby in order to get in your room. I don’t know if this is a consideration of yours.
There used to be a group of SW that used to hang out at the pay phones at that 7-11. Some overzealous anti-sex pervert armed with a notepad and a pencil sat in his car night after night writing down the license plates of the johns picking up girls and was rumored to hand the information over to police. She swarm and anti-sex pervert have since left.

Brother Lew, per Brother Taxi's comments you may want to try http://www.parklanesuites.com/ since it's a motel setup, with parking spots in front of each room. The place on 82nd and Sandy would also make a good home base, being at the intersection of 2 strolls.
Any one of the bars you pass on Burnside, Sandy or 82nd will fit your description... except for Dugo's, which is a getting hit over the head with a pipe kind of place. At a few bars you can get a window seat right on the stroll and watch for SWs while you drink beer: Katie O'Brien's on NE Sandy at 28th, the Bitter End on NW Burnside at 20th, Marathon on NW Burnside at 18th, Kingston on SW Burnside at 20th. On 82nd there are some good fast food SW watching spots: Dairy Queen, Wendy's, Burgerville, and Arby's are in the heaviest SW territory. There's only one bar in that area, Buckley's Catch, and they don't have a SW watching window.
If you have no luck on the main strolls there is another, NE Martin Luther King Blvd. I didn't mention it before because it sucks so badly. Crack heads, gangbangers in Cadillacs and lots of cops. If you want to take a tour, turn onto NE Grand Ave from Burnside, get in the 2nd from the farthest left lane and it turns into MLK. The action is mostly between Fremont and Lombard.

First of all, I had this scam pulled on me a couple of times and just paid the toll and went on with my business. A couple of years ago, I had a SW try to pull this type of scam on me.
Here's a couple of suggestions:
Rule #1: Never go where the girl suggests. I never let the gal dictate where to park to 'converse'.
Rule #2: Never turn the car off unless it's to leave the vehicle. In this circumstance, the working girl can take your keys and demand money for their return.
While I don't recommed this to you guys, I've ''heard'' others have done this: A gal gets into car and started pulling the "are you familiar with the prostitution laws..." questions. At that point, the person in question starts driving and turned onto the freeway. In no uncertain terms, he told her that he had just gotten out of the joint. was on parole and that I couldn't afford a bust under any circumstances. From what I've read, she nervously completed the date.
Doing this could put you into danger and possibly make you liable for a kidnapping and menacing beef so I don't necessarily recommed this. Just food for thought.

I've cruised the NW stroll the past two or theree weeks and haven't seen anything worth circling around for, so I haven't posted anything.
The hottie Mia has vanished. We need more like her.
I checked W. Burnside earlier today and it was empty. Cruised on over to the east side and counted over 7 hanging out on the side streets just south of E. Burnside. Two caught my eye...

I was in the Priestmobile Monday night and witnessed the following:
NE Schuyler & 82nd. 2 decoys, one working at a time using the motel just north of the Halsey overpass as their headquarters. One decoy worked at a time. One was an overweight dirty blonde wearing brown sunglasses and jean shorts and white top. She had a tan. The other was a very skinny blonde (likely a wig) wearing all blue somewhat out of norm SW attire. Neither worked at the same time.
There were a couple of unmarked LE and one marked in the gravel pit on the access road to Halsey across from the Days Inn. There was also a suspicious car in the veterinarian parking lot – looked like undercover LE. Brother Taxi's source is reliable.

Definitely saw the decoys out on 82nd. Sunday and Monday nights. It just seemed suspiscious. None of the SW mannerisms so to speak. Also noticed a guy watching from across the street...supposed to homeless or just hanging out looking directly at the girl. Didn't stop at all.
In NW stroll saw a couple of girls last night. One blonde woman that I wasn't interested in seemed to be out for periods of a time. Never saw her before and was concerned about a possible thing going on in NW on top of what was happening on 82nd. There was a large amount of LE out in the NW area just cruising around which added to my apprehension.

Interesting that The Oregonian is not reporting these stings. Usually there is some sort of report on who was busted after a sting – if it was in fact a sting that you guys reported. This lack of reporting would lead one to believe that the sting has not yet concluded. Be on the lookout for future stings throughout the week if this is in fact the case.
Alan - Someone once took a photo of Cutlip and threw it up on one of the photo sites. It may have been on the Dr. Katz page. It has been reported that she is about 5’6” somewhat heavyset, dirty blonde, and smokes cigarettes. It has been reported in the past as recent as a year ago she has a blond patch of hair that is visible when she pulls her hair up.

Yes, that was I, enoying what Portland had to offer Thursday evening. Her name is Carmell, she has very large and very soft breasts, and she was wonderful! I wasn't in town 30 minutes and found this gem walking the track. We went to fantasy video where we spent about 1/2 hr enoying each others company. Don't pass this tall bsw up, she is a winner.

This is not the first time I have heard of these high price – price fixing hos. Apparently some of you guys are paying these prices, otherwise they would not be out there quoting and expecting these high prices. They would go elsewhere.
One benefit of high prices is an overall wider selection. Many times new SW will be enticed to the profession, as prices are higher. Plus it is a sign that SW are cool with jumping in and out of cars all night long as sensible johns refuse outrageous prices – as they should. I think everyone on this forum agrees that laws for victimless crimes don't make ANY sense. It probably costs the government more to police, capture, prosecute, and execute sentence than its worth from any fining that goes on. I think that this is a great idea. After some thought, I think this whole project lacks something very important. A start date. This will give everyone a chance to discuss this amongst ourselves, deliver a specific uniform message to SW, and start a new stroll. Otherwise this will not be a success. I think this is much overdue due to PFZ. If we all work together, we can set a date and go with this.

There is good reasoning behind the need for new strolls. PFZ's are a hassle for everyone! However IMO, "moving" to other streets would be very difficult. Not to be a naysayer but - the #1 reason why the existing tracks are, where they are... traffic.. Lots of traffic.
So #1 you're not going to convince girls to move - where there is less traffic! For example, there is no comparison between Sandy Blvd. a major arterial from 12th Ave. out to 82nd... and NE Glisan. Sandy is also State Hwy 30. Still a main road between Downtown and the Airport.
NE Glisan is more like a residential street, with a few small businesses here & there... until you get near 82nd where there is a row of junk shops. Honestly - can you picture SW's leaving Sandy around FV... and moving to the Circle at 39th? Or 28th & Glisan... with less than half as many cars?
Glisan Circle at 39th would be cool. They could just stand inside the circle and guys could drive around and around. :)
Or how about the NW stroll. NW is there because of several locations at corners: (1) McDonalds on 19th + Burnside. Heavy traffic on Burnside, up to (2) FM and the covered bus stop, down 21st to (3) the 20th & Everett stop, down to (4) covered double bus stop at 19th Everett, across from church parking lot.
These 4 corners are ideal because of the covered bus stops, the stores, restaurants, and again... the TRAFFIC. Nobody is moving to NW Glisan where there are no stores, no bus-stops, no restaurants, no parking lots, and less cars driving by. No way Jose.
NW Glisan: where are the prime corners, covered bus stops, McDonalds, stores, supermarkets, and adjacent parking lots ???

You bring up several valid points. However, I would like to elaborate on a few things you addressed.

Girls used to walk other strolls in years past, these are not the only ones ever in all time. The Everett stroll is a child of the PFZ. Girls migrated to Everett as they got busted on Burnside and told they could no longer stand 500 feet from Burnside.
I would be willing to bet “PFZ Exclusions” are the #1 reason why girls get out of the profession in Portland. I personally while driving my cab around town seen SW on all the strolls mentioned once in a while without any type of organized effort by anyone.
The thing is you do not see these excluded girls anymore because a majority of them either go home and not come back and continue to just suck off welfare. (not that they don’t do so otherwise) Or move to another one of the other 3 or 4 main streets, hope a different cop is working those strips, again risking further penalty and perhaps jail or a fine for trespassing. For example, there is no comparison between Sandy Blvd. a major arterial from 12th Ave. out to 82nd... and NE Glisan. Sandy is also State Hwy 30. Still a main road between Downtown and the Airport.

Foster was not addressed. Foster is an extremely busy street, shortcut connecting Powell (Hwy 26) to SE 82nd (Hwy 213). And Foster goes clear out to Boring, Oregon. Foster is full of the businesses you speak of, plenty of bus shelters, a Safeway, smut shops, 2nd hand stores, sleazy bars, parking lots, used car lots, and yes a nearby Mc Donald’s.
The busiest streets are not necessarily what attracts SW. Take for example again Everett, or Davis behind the McDonald’s. Do you remember the stroll on NW 13 from Burnside to Everett? Those streets used to be somewhat heavy strolls and the traffic is so slow, many of the intersections controlled only by stop signs to this day. The 13th stroll went by the waste side as construction and new buildings went in along with a stoplight on Burnside.
NE Glisan is more like a residential street, with a few small businesses here & there... until you get near 82nd where there is a row of junk shops.
On NE Glisan from 82nd clear down to the Fred Meyer (65th?) has a ton of junk shops, bars, parking lots, and bus stops. It also has bus 19 which runs from Gateway Max, intersects 82nd, and continues down NE Glisan clear to 28th, then jogs and makes it way downtown down Sandy continuing onto Burnside then continues across the Burnside Bridge clear to the bus mall.
Again on NE Glisan from 33rd clear down to NE Sandy you have again more bars, coffee shops, dumpy businesses, banks and ATMs, movie theater, a plaid pantry and a bunch of other things.
For all you guys who need parking lots immediately off the track to do the deed in, these are the last place you should go because they are the first place cops check.
Sure there are hundreds of houses between 65th and 33rd. Heck if they show up there too let’em. Perhaps the people in charge of enacting PFZs will realize that displacing SW off of the main highways is a bad idea.
They would be welcomed at the Glisan Circle too. And all the other traffic circles too around town. Hey! There’s an idea, forget the strolls, all traffic circles will be the next meeting place. We can all just drive in a circle until the SW show up. If you don’t like one, keep going. Plenty of bus shelters there too! :)
I think everyone is right, we do need new strolls. I think the people on this forum would welcome them if they were to show up tomorrow. If everyone comes up with some specific streets we can all hash them out on the forum. We can use this forum as a tool and organize something that works for everyone.

Whats the difference if you have 100 cars a minute cruising Burnside with one out of ever 20 being a monger, or 25 cars a minute cruising Glisan with one out of every 20 being a monger? The amount of traffic is not important to the SW's, its the number of potentel customers. Our choices are limited. We either put up with the PFZ bullshit or we decide to move. THis is how shit gets started. A few people show the way and the rest follow.

New Girl – Crystal
She’s been in town for 4 days.
Found myself stuck in traffic yesterday afternoon on W. Burnside. Traffic lights were out and traffic was a mess. Hopped off Burnside and cut over to Morrison when I spotted this young, cute hottie walking up 16th, past the Commodore Grill. Dirty blonde, mixed race (?) light skin, tight pants, tight top and nice hooters. Either I”ve been doing this too long or I’m psychic but something told me she was working… I cruised by and we exchanged ‘looks’ – BINGO. I pulled over a little ways up but she walks by. WTF?
I pull out and she is just a few parking spots up and I pull into the curb, we both nod heads and she hops in, saying that she ‘wasn’t sure’. Better safe than sorry.
We clear the area and chit chat a bit. She’s from Vegas and I start thinking ‘she ain’t gonna be cheap’ I’ve been to Vegas and the CG’s (Casino Girls) normally open at 300. Sure enough, she wants 100 for some French lessons. Whoa, baby. I tell her that the going rate is about 20/25 and that ˝ and ˝ is 40. She won’t budge so I drop her off.
I cruise the area and don’t see anything worth stopping for, a few others were out but nothing to write you guys about. About 15/20 minutes later, I spot her just off of Burnside. I pull over, she smiles and hops in again. I ask her if business was slow… she laughs and says ‘yes’. I said my offer still stands, she thinks for a second and says ‘ok’. I tell her that I won’t tell anyone she cut me a special deal, she laughs again. (Now remember fellas, what goes on in Sex Club, stays in Sex Club!!)
We go off and find a nice private, quiet spot and let’s just say that the lesson was superb.
She has a GF also named Crystal, I know, I know, confusing (Hey, didn’t Mia have a GF named Crystal too? I think she did. Too many Crystals!) Anyway, her friend was also suppose to be out but we didn’t’ see her. Her friend is blonde and a bit heavier than her.
One other note, she says that she knows girls that work NW 23rd !!! She was there earlier in the week. Lots of side streets for guys to pull off on. I’m going to include 23rd in my NW cruising. Might be a higher class of SW’s there, it being the ‘upscale’ part of town. I hope they don’t all have ‘upscale’ pricing…

OK you have some good ideas here. Foster does actually make sense, this would be a natural move. There are plenty of stores and even a couple of strip clubs or shacks, between 52nd and 82nd.
Glisan NE, would probably work closer to 82nd. Still hard to picture the stretch from Sandy to 33rd - I know there's a Plaid Pantry right, at 28th? So that is good. However traffic is still light and a SW could get discouraged strolling here for hours.
Probably the hardest switch would be NW. When Everett started years back, it was a short hop from Burnside and there are several features - covered bus stops, shady spots, etc. Strolling around the FM store they have cover of blending in, just a high traffic zone in general. At 19th there's the big parking lot, then a short walk to McDuck's.
That 18th & Couch is the #1 crack dope dealing zone in NW. These dope fiends live at the drug house Apts there, or have friends there. And of course the sleazy Apts across Burnside at 19th too.
The stretch from 18th to 21st, on NW Glisan is just nothing... no stores, I don't think there is one covered bus stop? There is no shade. There is nowhere to park along that big Synagogue there or the School up at 20th.
So the idea sounds OK on the East Side, but I guess I'm a wet blanket in NW - would be pretty tough. How many SW's do you think are currently fighting the PFZ's... who would take advantage of the new strolls? Probably quite a few.
Maybe we could start one in the Pearl district - NW Glisan at say 12th? Lots of guys with money driving fancy cars down there. You could do the Art gallery and pickup a SW! :)

Without rehashing the features and benefits you guys mentioned Foster seems to be the most practical choice if you are going to tackle this. I agree most of the good looking girls leave because of exclusions. Guys get excluded too. What I would do is say after each date is that there is a bunch of guys on the internet that are pushing to have Foster as a new alternate stroll. After hearing this from 5 guys and get flicked a bunch of shit by cops day in and day out they are likely to give it a try. Cops will likely stop handing out exclusions to everyone because they know they will more on to the alternate ‘Foster stroll’ – not to be confused with a ‘foster home’

Blessings upon the new strolls! Foster is a good move from 82nd, but there still has to be a place for anyone displaced from the other strolls. SWs who live in NW/NE are not going to commute to Foster to work. The Burnside stroll moved up to Everett because Everett is the next closest busy street. The logical progression is up to Glisan, the next closest busy street. That Glisan continues all the way across Sandy and 82nd, two existing strolls, is a bonus. I don't think the number of bus stops or surrounding businesses is an important factor. If you've seen the HBO "Hookers at the Point" series you know that. Those girls work in an industrial area.
Perhaps not many are interested in a new stroll now but it's good to have a plan for when/if the need arises. Like if LE decides one day to assign a special PFZ detail to do stings every day.
Guys, as promised, I would update you with any local, relevant info. I'm staying in the Portland City Center area at a fairly nice business hotel. Street scenes have been ... what one word can I use to describe? "Confusing" at best since I got here late last night. Maybe because it's mid-week? Or maybe because all the pedestrian activity appears to be average, ordinary every-day citizens (college students on summer break?) hopping from bar to bar? Granted, I'd LOVE to help out on a few of them's tuition fees! But I didn't get any sense that any of them were looking for company. And to top it off, LE was practically everywhere. I'd casually glance to my left or right, at any given stop sign or traffic light, then suddenly realize there was a blue light special just waiting for something to happen.

BTW, I checked the "Williamette Week", which is Portland's "cultural" and liberal arts free publication, HOPING that maybe I would find some kind of delivery service that looked enticing. Nope. Every ad was predictably deceptive, and those that had a website were (at least honest) candidly announcing NO FS. The others, then, are obviously a ruse, just as I suspect are the Yellow Pages "Escort" ads. I met a former acquaintance Thursday at about 7PM at Sandy and 23rd. She is mid to late 30’s, a Native American with long nearly black hair. I hadn’t seen her for 3 or 4 years. She is now going by the name of Chris, last time she was Leigh. Chris just got out of detox, and was clean and sober. Her body definitely a little more used (probably another child). $0.80 for FS was well worth it. She knows what she was built for!!

LE is watching those hotels and checking the guest registers. They are also looking for out of place vehicles parked there. I have heard rumors that they go and knock on doors of ANY suspicious guests hoping to find a KNOWN SW (or suspected SW) and then they will just begin their paperwork on BOTH the lady and the guy.

My personal feeling is that it needs to MOVE completely out of Portland (anything in Vera's control).
If it moved to say Aloha or Hillsboro then it would NOT be so intense to find good SW since the budget is not there for patrols.
Anything else and you simply are playing the shell game with LE and they will adapt and move their patrols accordingly.

Your post reminds me of the SE Ankeny stroll (one block south of E Burnside) several years ago between Grand and Sandy.
Adding alternate strolls does not necessarily mean that you have to stop cruising existing strolls. It just means that the girl is looking out for her best interests, your best interests, and making a statement that she is sick of PFZ and willing to do something about it.
Avoiding a law or ordinance is not a crime. It shows that you are wise. For some reason we are reluctant to make changes that will make things better for everyone.

Interesting you point out a new alternate stroll on NW 23rd. I don’t know if this is the best location for a stroll, but this just shows more evidence that the girls are sick of the bullshit on the existing strolls and are willing to do something about it. Unfortunately these efforts will be short lived as a lack of organization on everyone’s part will lead to these women getting frustrated and returning to the regular strolls. If different customers of these women all suggest a specific new stroll instead of this scatter shot method, everyone would enjoy more success.

I saw her standing on the front stoops of the house as I was cruising by. Cutie, nice, tight body, tight capris with a tight belly shirt, hair pulled back in an attractive bun, small purse, red lipstick, smoking a cig. She looked too good to be true, but as I drove by she looked at me and smiled and I smiled back… BINGO!

Ahhh, I remember the Ankeny stroll. I think girls still use it to avoid LE. I've also seen them on all the numbered streets between NW 16th and NW 23rd, NE Fremont between Sandy & 82nd, and SE Powell off 82nd. I don't think these are conventional strolls but rather temporary side tracks they use to duck LE and to commute to and from "work".
I understand Brother Vee's confusion. While the SWs on 82nd, east Burnside and NE Sandy are fairly easy to spot because these streets don't have a lot of foot traffic; the NW area has very heavy pedestrian traffic in the summer since there are about 100 bars, restaurants and taverns within walking distance of each other, plus several grocery stores, Hollywood Video, Blockbuster Video, etc. When there is an event at PGE Park there are hundreds of people swarming all over. Families with kids and shit. It takes years of practice to pick out the SW from among all the women walking around. The summer attire makes it even more difficult. The girls who are NOT SWs look more like stereotypical SWs than the SWs themselves.
Brother Vee is wise to not submit to the attraction of the escort ads. I recommend he try cruising 82nd and NE Sandy where it is easier to pick out the SWs. If he cruises the west side he should keep in mind that eye contact is the main giveaway. Non SWs won't make eye contact with you as you drive or walk by. Typically they will go out of their way to avoid eye contact because many of them know that they're on a "stroll" and don't want to be mistaken for a SW. If she locks eyes with you and smiles, that's the signal. Non-smilers are more likely to be ripoffs.

The objective is to move the stroll out of a PFZ but still close enough to accommodate both SW and Johns. Moving outside the zones takes the teeth out of the law, in fact eliminates the effectiveness of such a law and ultimately makes the law worthless. Sure they can expand the zones, but that takes time. NW Everett has been a stroll for at least the last 5 years and they just recently incorporated it into the PFZ.
Unemployment is at all time highs in Portland and there is no signs it is going to get better anytime soon. Under these conditions, the less experienced, younger, and less desirable employees are laid off first. A fraction of these now unemployed workers become SW increasing the SW : LE ratio and further lessens the probability of girls getting busted as there are more of them. Competition between the girls allows for #1 lower prices, #2 better dressed women on the streets and #3 makes getting busted less likely as there are more SW activity to watch by the same amount of LE.
Expanding these strolls taps resources, adds an additional 2 – 3 miles of track to patrol and will further dilute LE efforts. Why you guys insist on trapping girls and yourselves in these zones is a fucking mystery. Giving girls an organized alternative shows insight, planning, courage, and a certain frontier element. Yes these existing tracks are the preferred track for all of us. But these tracks are outdated, and burdened with laws and when compared to the similar uncontitutional Drug Free Zones which have already been struck down as unconstitutional.
Soon your servants – the boys in blue will have to power to take your vehicles and whatever they want away from you again. And there is very little you can do to stop it from happening. PFZ was invented in part because Measure 3 some time ago.

Saw a slender white SW today at 82nd and Powell wearing baby blue sweats and a white top with baby blue sweat top. She looked like she could go into stealth mode if LE showed up on the scene as if she was jogging on 82nd or had been on a vigorous workout. She was smiling and looking back at traffic. It was very obvious what she was up to with makeup on. She was heading northbound and I was heading southbound. Somewhat heavy traffic at that intersection at about 4:30pm. Kinda strange for a Sunday. She looked attractive but not enough so I would stop or make any effort to get a 2nd look.
It looks someone has been spreading the word to the SW. I saw one at about 76th and SE Foster walking with traffic while I was heading home. She was in the usual SW attire wearing jeans, a white low cut top, late 20’s, slightly curly dirty blonde hair to her mid-back. About a 6 – 7. She was making eye contact with traffic. I circled back and only 2 min. went by she had already gotten into another guy’s car. Better luck next time.

I started out about 10 tonight doing the high stroll on Sandy. About 114th, I saw a brunette SW. Looking good and making eye contact. Easily an 7 or 8. Early 20's By the time I turned, she was gone.
Oh well. Decided to hit the NW stroll. There were several out. There was one about 5'4". Blonde with a gymnast figure and a sweet ass! I kept missing her though.
Another brunette. Turn, park....she kept walking. Not sure what her story was. She was walking like a SW. Kept making the rounds on the street. But wouldn't get into anyone's car. Hmm.
Overall, I saw about 6 good looking SW. I couldn't catch a cold though! On the other hand, there was a ton of LE out. I wonder if there was a sting happening.
By the way, for the NW stroll. Has anyone considered SW Morrison by PGE park?

I did hear a report from a red headed girl about 8 months ago or so in my cab that someone had posted a review on this site and 15 different guys had picked her up and said, “Yeah, I think someone reported about you on the Internet!” I was amazed to hear that 15 guys had said that to her. What is the earliest hour in the morning you find SW? This morning while en route to work around 8am ish, saw a pretty decent SW on Everette. Another hobbyist was chatting with her then she hopped into the vehicle. This is the earliest time I saw SW in that area. May be I am wrong.
Today I spotted Stacy/Crystal using the pay phone on the corner directly north of the Taco Bell on NE 82nd near the transit center. She looked like a housewife who had just spent the day cleaning out the basement. She even had one of those old lady handkerchief things on her head.
At the same time, a super hottie in a pink jogging outfit was standing next to the entrance to the Taco Bell. An old guy (older than me, about 70) in a beat up piece of junk cruised through the parking lot, stopped in front of her and yelled "Hi!" out his window. What an idiot. I wouldn't have got in the car with him either. I'm not sure if Pinkie was working or not. She and Stacy/Crystal were both gone when I came back around a few minutes later.
Interesting action on NE 43rd and Sandy, a black pimp working two girls. One kinda fat and ugly but young, the other looked Hispanic and OK overall but I never got a close look at her. Mr. Pimp stood at the #12 bus stop pretending to wait for the westbound bus, while Ms. Chunkette looked longingly into the eyes of single men driving by. She hooked an old guy (this one was about 80! Buncha horny old guys out today!) who drove past her, turned right, and parked in the Rose City Post Office parking lot. He parked way in the back of the lot, she had to walk about 3 blocks. I mentally congratulated him for his sneaky pickup and her for recognizing that he'd taken the bait. She got in the car with him and they drove away. When I came back around past the same spot, Mr. Pimp was with girl #2, the Hispanic. You don't often see activity like this in central Hollywood.
The girl in Hollywood 6 looks like a dude with a mullet. Look at that chin hair. Either that or it is a shadow.

Fatso I have seen SW's out at every hour. 4AM to 7AM is probly the deadest time but they are out there. Sometimes early in the morning you see girls who have been working all night and are still at it. on weekdays some SW's target rush hours in particular so they can catch guys on there way to work 7AM to 9AM and then there way home 4PM to 6PM. Some dont start working until it gets dark, some start when the bars close around 2AM.

Blessings to the Forum! On my way back to church this evening I saw kind of a comical scene. This black guy was working this super skinny meth-freak looking blonde chick (she looked ravaged but was dressed in a fairly nice looking white pants outfit) at the west Burnside McDonald's corner. Brother Who is Not Fat, I think some girls work the morning commuters on their way to work. I think a small percentage of SWs recently got fired from regular jobs and are used to working day shift.
I will pray for better luck for you, Brother Vog. SW Morrison seems a logical choice for strolling but for some odd reason SWs don't seem to even like the south side of Burnside. Possibly because of those weird 3-way intersections.

Most of the girls you will see will be out in the afternoon hours to early evening. Rarely you will see the same girls working early morning as in the evening. Sometimes the amount will vary according to the patrols and such. I have seen the midget blonde out in the early morning but never after 4pm. Crystal/Stacy is the exact opposite.
Special caution when picking up the girls late (or early.) Usually they have that not so fresh feeling.

Quiet night on 82nd on Tuesday. A couple of 4,5s on the high Sandy stroll. Nothing worth a second pass. Didn't hit NW.
