John Bing, I thought long and hard about my last post because I hate to alarm someone needlessly, but I figured I'd sure like to know if it were me. And actually it has been me because I've recieved bbbj from her as well. And I'm not the least bit worried. I think the odds of contracting anything fatal from bbbj is extremely remote; especially HIV. On the other hand, since I found out, I don't even pick her up for CBJ. I've recieved over a thousand bbbj and have never caught a thing.

That being said, I find it interesting that anyone on this board gets freaked out and scared to the point of leaving the game because they find out a bbbj provider has HIV. I strongly believe that any of us who has picked up 10 or more hookers has probably been with someone who is positive. If you had a teenage daughter that was sexually active you'd warn her about STD's and HIV and suggest condom use. Yet, when we as mongers pick up needle sharing prostitutes like Carmen and Nikki in the sleaziest stroll in Seattle, we act surprised that someone might have HIV. Not to mention Herpes, which condoms don't really help prevent, and Syphilis and Gonnorhea which are easily passed by BBBJ.

There are so many hazards associated with picking up SW's that a monger needs to re-evaluate his hobby all the time. Diseases are a definate possiblity. Another major hazard is arrest. A solicitation arrest is a definate bummer and some of us would lose our jobs or marriages as a result. Accidently pick up one of the numerous minors on the strolls these days and even doing the checks will turn a monger into a registered sex offender/felon who can't get a job at Burger King. And they all say they are twenty.

Then you have the robber SW's, pimps, and other mongers to deal with. And if that's not bad enough, it seems lately like every other SW I pick up provides bad service and I wish I'd stayed home with a dirty magazine and my hand. LE presence and enforcement is at an all-time high. Get caught with a hooker in the car who is carrying drugs and you could lose your car. It's not a good time to be a monger. You definately have to intelligently and thoroughly look at all the risk factors and make an informed decision on whether or not the hobby is right for you and if you have a high enough tolerance for risk.

So why, you might ask, do I still monger. That's easy to answer. I'm addicted to the hunt, addicted to the action. I very simply can't stop, and I've sure tried. Its every bit as addicting as drugs. Now, you might think I'm crazy and that's okay by me. You may or may not be feeling addicted yourself. I guess some signs might be say: feeling terrified all the time because some hooker you picked up might be HIV positive, and then picking up yet another one. Struggling with finances because you pick up lots of hookers like I do might be another. Sometimes avoiding friends and family because you'd rather be cruising Aurora. I could go on and on. Anyway, I guess I'm not ready to quit.

was coming back from a live band show DT, and made an excuse to drive up Aurora (had the SO with me, but just wanted to check it out). I was anxious to see all the activity that has been written about lately. I was surprised at the lack thereof.

Between 11PM and midnight, between Winona and 130th, spotted 4 SW's. One that looked intriguing was a WSW crossing the street at 99 and 105th/Northgate Way. Wearing black top and pants, white belt, dishwater blonde curly hair pulled back in a ponytail.

Usually when a SW is experienced and has been working awhile, they just hop in the car and start asking dollars for services. They know that 99% of the time if they get in a car with undercover vice they are going down regardless of what they do.

I did see a Cops episode once where the SW walked because she didn't mention sex or price or anything. She kept asking the cop what he wanted and when he wouldn't mention a sex act or price she just asked for a ride. Now this was a known prostitute and she walked. Fourth of July weekend is notoriously bad for picking up SW's. Seafair weekend is even worse. I was out today and saw nary a SW in the northern stroll.

Thanks for the info, I'll probably stay home then. I saw a cutie on the corner of Denny and Aurora off ramp at 8:30 this morning. She was there with her sign. I swung around and motioned her over. I had an opportunity to spend whatever portion of the entire day on the northern Aurora stroll on Sunday. I noticed an interesting schedule to the available SWs which I would appreciate others verifying. Virtually nobody out from about 7:30 am to 9:30 am. I took a break until noon and still very little action from 12 to 2:00 pm, only a single large BSW near KK. Then at about 2:00 pm I spotted no less than 6 SWs between 145th and Winona. One very nice curly-headed blonde in some kind of shiny sliver top and tight white pants. By 3:00 pm they were all gone and I didn’t see a repeat stroller from the group. I noticed these ladies were repeating several times. LE showed up about midnight and the action stopped. This worries me about the check and al. l thought that was the sure fire LE detector? am i wrong ?The "check" is absolutely worthless. I have it from good authority (a well-established TRB escort who's been arrested in the past) that LE are allowed to do lots of things that most people assume they're not. They're allowed to lie about being cops (which most of us knew), and they're also allowed to essentially grope and be groped, expose themselves and allow the girl to expose herself - anything up to (but not including) putting any part of their anatomy inside the female. (And my guess is, some cops do that anyway, just for kicks.)

I'm sure the rules are a little trickier for female decoys - I doubt they are going to be very willing to expose themselves or let anyone touch them. But I'm sure they're going to let YOU whip it out.

Oh, and the simple act of asking "Are you a cop?" - by either the customer or the provider - is basically a sign of intent that you plan on doing something wrong. So not only is it useless in determining LE, it could also backfire on you.

Innocently offering a ride is apparently okay, but don't discuss business or do any "checks" until you're several blocks away and positive you weren't followed. Female LE sting decoys simply will not allow you to take them very far from their nearby backup for safety reasons. So if she's wanting you to do or say anything incriminating before she's in the car (or just after she hops in), simply say you're sorry for the confusion, that's not what you were looknig for, and let her out IMMEDIATELY. Better safe than sorry.

Just Some Guy, Actually female decoys won't enter your car, period. Too dangerous. The john could hit the accelerator, pull a weapon, any number of things really. Got serviced by Erica tonight. I did the northern stroll from 12am - 1:30am ... and saw a lot of activity in the Hostess/AAA area shortly after midnight. There was a regular Ho'vention on the east side of A-ave, but there was way too much competition by the shoppers to make things comfortable. While we're on the subject of wanting too much money... allow me to share my experience Sunday night.

A little paranoia is a good thing, but all of us have super-jitters sometimes, especially when we're starting out. It sounds like the LE following you was either: 1) a coincidence; or 2) just trying to make you crazy and/or guilty.

I've heard stories about some occasions when police departments would mail letters to the registered owners of cars, telling them that their car was spotted in an area known for prostitution, and so forth. I've never heard of that happening here and I'm pretty sure it's an urban myth, anyway.

Aside from that, I don't know of anything that can happen to you. If they don't arrest you at the scene with the --er-- "goods" in the car, there isn't anything they can do. Remember, what we do is a misdemeanor: Slightly worse than a parking ticket, not so bad as taking a car without permission.

Sounds like you had a very active first week, though. The blonde you picked up on Sunday at 120th for the half/half -- Was her name Linda by any chance?

Peepers, I like your idea of using binocs to check for public servants. I always make it a practice to drive around an area just to get an idea whether any of Mayor Nickels's law enforcers are nearby doing their important work. I change Trashmobiles every year or so and I always like to walk around; it's good exercise.

And it seems like the Newbies turn over every couple of weeks around the AAA stroll (By the way, I assume we all know that AAA has moved its offices, but it will always be the AAA stroll...) High prices, bad attitude, lousy service. Shit, it sounds like a couple of marriages I know about.

I have picked up three girls in the last week who have fallen victim to the reportedly well-known Asian undercover vice cop mentioned here recently. They all said the same thing: he's clean-cut, of average height, kind of young, and very convincing. I tried to get some kind of ID on the car he's been driving, but you know how most b*tches are with cars -- especially hos on the rock -- they couldn't give me anything except that it was a nondescript sedan. I realize undercover vice cops riding around in cars stinging providers is not a direct threat to hobbyists, but increased LE presence is a BAD THING for all of us. If the "Asian Assassin" is cruising the same strolls we are, he can witness our hobby activities and radio sh*t in to his marked patrol car buddies for the stop. So stand forewarned, guys. If you read this board and participate here, you almost certainly have a computer.

Cheap, simple, basic digital cameras that will let you take a nice ID photo of a girl (or a picture of her giving you a BBBJ(!)) can be had less than a pair of Jacks now, and surprisingly decent ones with a TFT LCD screen for snapshot review have finally fallen to under $.

So why don't we all have one in our cars when we cruise?

We're not talking about National Geographic-quality photos here, guys. You won't have the latest, greatest 5+ megapixel model, but then not all of us want to leave something like that in our rides to get broken or stolen anyway. Just something to help us share information about the girls who are good dates and the girls who are rip-offs -- as well as spreading the word on nasty LE hiding places. AND get yourself a nice little souvenir of your experience. It IS supposed to be a HOBBY, after all, right? ;)

So I want to suggest and promote a new standard here on the board. It may not happen immediately, but I think it's one we can reach eventually. In addition to holding the line on price, especially, for BJs, I'd personally like to see the majority of the date reports here include at least one picture (even if it's just a drive-by) and some minimum mandatory information on the girl in question:

* Name(s)
* Approx location of pickup
* Physical Description -- approx age, race, height, weight, tit size, build, hair color/style

* Contract -- service(s) and price

Yes, talking about the era on both sides of 1980 sounds like a bunch of old monger BS, but it didn't get any better. The girls who worked the My Place were all way past 10 on the looks scale and about the same for attitude and service. I got involved with one of the dancers, named Beverly. I saw a couple of SW's today in front of Rite Aid on Barton Street. That is right there in front of Westwood Village and the McDonald's/Target right there. They were late twenties/early thirties and were definately doable. One was at the bus stop and the other was coming out of McDonalds.

Jimmi, I have several reasons for not posting photos. First, I don't want the SW to be able to link me to my screen name. I want to be able to objectively post my review, without having the girl get upset with me the next time I see her. A good example is Carmen. I really like her, but as her addiction progresses, her service is up and down, as well as her hygiene. I want to be able to post what I see without her being livid next time I see her.

Second, I don't want a photo record of me breaking the law. By writing about my exploits, I can always say I made the whole thing up (which I do by the way).

Third, Some of the SW's may have phony ID. I definately don't want to keep a photo record of something that might really get me in trouble.

Fourth, A real monger really doesn't need this board or any of our information in order to be successful on Aurora. I tend to believe that most of us fared just about as well before the advent of this board as we do now. I don't have anymore good or bad experiences as a result of anything I read here. To me, its merely entertainment value.

I love the pictures you guys take, but its just not my thing. I don't want a camera lying around for my GF to find, or anyone else for that matter, especially LE.

Drove thru AAA this pasat Friday night and it seemed to be hopping with all sorts of decent SW prospects. I mean, yes, Dan Ring was a piss-poor excuse for a cop, and yeah, he was paid $80K a year to investigate us, but then I think... imagine what it would be like to pull in $80K a year to spend full time banging hoes, driving phat rides grabbed from drug dealers, and, in return, filing a report EVERY FOUR MONTHS with about as much detail as one of our reports.

From reading where he was working and when, I wonder how much of my jizz got mixed up with his in some sweet little honey.

Oh, and it took the Sheriff's Department SEVENTEEN FUCKING YEARS to catch on, and then when they tried to fire him, they blew it!!

Did a rare cruise of the Denny Park area. After around two rounds by the north end of Denny Park a SPD car came straight at me from the park like a bat out of hell. Followed me for a short while and broke off. He must have been hiding in the park someplace. Cop car came out of the park at John on the Northeast corner of the Park. Hey, long time no post.

Picked up Jimi Hendrix's Bobbi on Danny Park stroll today. 0.5 for half and half in the car. Service was okay, a bit rushed. Saw her out there about 10:15.

Sorry for the delay, but I moved xcountry and just got the box working again.

I rode into town at about 7pm and wanted to stay in Seattle before heading to the Puget Sound area. What an area!!! There were SWs all over.

Finally at 430am, Allison and Julie came back to the room and knocked. I told them to leave and not come back. Two more women came by to see if Julie was there and I finally left the room before daylight.

Next time, I'll opt for the SW favorite ho-tel.
