A previous post had reported good things at Ginko, so i wandered over a week or so ago for a little recon. Talked briefly to Tiffany at the door who was attractive with a nice C+ rack.

Fast forward to Wednesday where I made an appointment to see her. Met by Mamasan upon arrival and identified myself and my appt. with Tiffany. Only upon getting in the room, I was informed of the 'confusion' and Tiffany was on break. Hmmm, ok.

Accepted Lee who was mid 30s as a guess, nice body, A+ chest. Ok TS then off the sauna for a warm up, which was nice. Not much of a massage. As we were about 1/2 way into our time, I asked about the menu. Saying that I looked nice, she offered the full buffet for 1.25. Nope, sorry can only handle 1.0. She accepted but then wanted the $ up front. Well, with time dwindling down and the fact that the doors are just pull shut screen types, I declined. Just didn't feel right. Alas I was out .70 (they adverstise .8 for the hour), I let her finish up with a neck massage and called it a day. Went off the the ole standbye Sakura for the late Korean lunch buffet.

VAMA couple of tips.

If you really wanted Tiffany, you should have waited, or taken back the money from the mamasan. Who knows, maybe she would have brought the entry fee down to .6$. If you feel like it is bait and switch, take back the money and go somewhere else.

If you like the alternative as much as the scheduled girl or more, tell the mamasan that you'll give it one shot, and that your opinion of the establishment will be changed by this one provider, either for better or worse.

If they tell you .7$ door fee, tell them last time it was .6$. If they argue that it's always been .7$, act bewildered as if you don't remember which spa you're in. Hey if they can't remember you as a customer, why should you remember them as a provider. Act like you're going to leave to find that other spa that you thought was this one.

With the girl, lay out the $ ahead of time, when she asks what you want, say everything. If she trys to raise the price, get up and find the mamasan. Complain, and if that doesn't work get your clothes and leave. Tell them you'll write bad reviews. Most times, as in the example you created, the provider will lower her fees to a normal amount. Don't think this won't sour the mood though, it might. When you got to the point that you had to negotiate, and then you tried to haggle, there was something lost in the experience. That she wants the money up front seems legit to me as you asked for extras. If you'd laid out the money ahead of time, she might not have asked and just provided. You most likely feared that you would be ripped off, and she probably felt the same way.

What I really don't understand is why on going to a place that has been reported on favorably, and having been offered the extras you asked for at the price you asked for, eventually, you consider it to be taking one for the team. There are several mistakes in your approach, and I wouldn't blame the location or provider for your experience. I have no affiliation with the spot, but after reading what you wrote, I'm more inclined to believe that someone following optimum strategy would get what they wanted from this place, than I am to think someone should steer away.

Well, not exaclty a dream, but not really a nightmare either. I may get the initials wrong, but it was on rt 1 next to a mexican place. The building looks old and run down to the point I thought it might have been closed. This was on Wednesday.

Very attractive lady answered the door, but of course she isn't working :(

Ended up with a younger but too thick for my liking girl who didn't give her name. Gave 40 for the house and a 20 tip. She insisted that "this place only......." while doing the hand job motion. She did a good job at it, but I was hoping for sooooo much more. Anyway, on the way out she says "next time, you pay 40." I nodded while thinking "not likely to be a next time here."

I have been reading this forum to get me acquainted with the area. I must say, it's a very active board and lots of good info is shared (the NJ board is mostly dead). I am going to be in the Dulles/Herndon area most all next week, and I had a few questions for you guys:

- What's a good newspaper to look for MPs?

- Are there any RMPs around here? I read all the way back to May and did searches and turned out zippo.

- That HWC in Woodbridge sounds interesting, is Woodbridge anywhere near Dulles? The only Woodbridge I could find in VA was 10-15miles south of the DC area, off of 95, is that it?

The Washington Post has a list of some AMPs in the sports section. Frinday and Saturday the list is usually a bit longer than weekdays. The list is NOT all inclusive and some of the better places never advertise. I think that all the good places have been mentioned in the past couple of months.

HWC I've never visited and if you don't know the area, is a real pain the posterior to find. It took me three different trips to finally locate the place only to have a bunch of people, with kids, standing around outside of the office next to HWC.

Kinja is in a single building that it shares with no one. It is on a fairly busy street, but the parking is in the rear. My luck with Kinja has always been FS, but the quality of the ladies started going down, so I went elsewhere.

Sakura is very easy to find, right on Route 1, on the second floor of a strip mall right over a Chinese resturant. When I've gone in, I've never left unsatisfied. Just the last time I was there, on a Saturday, the place was closed, though the posted hours said they should have been open.

There is another failry consistent FS AMP another four or five miles further south on Route 1. Soo Goo something or other. I found it once, but the mall it is in a a bit more up scale and busier than the Sakura location. Lots of traffic around, so I did not partake.

From my visits to the NOVA area, the only consistently full service AMPs are in the Woodbridge area which as you have rightly guessed is a fair distance from Dulles.

If you are going to make that long a drive, I would suggest visiting the DC board and checking out the AMP action in DC. BTW, the majority of the AMPS listed in the Post are in DC, followed by NOVA and then one or two in Maryland, and even LONGER drive for less service.

MPs of other varities are really not available. I've heard stories of locales for the Mexican community, but unless you look and speak the part, your visits are strongly discouraged.

Don't recommend much in the Dulless/Herndon area. You'd be better off taking the Toll Road all the way to D.C. for better quality and choices. Just about any AMP in D.C. should be worth the trip over the ones in the Dulles area.

Despite anything you might think about action in Northern Virginia, the truth is that it tends to be very hit-or-miss. Many places are HJ only, and even the ones that do provide FS often will not do so on your first visit. And I don't think there are any in the Dulles area that provide FS even to regular customers.

If you check the sports section of the Washingtron Post you will find ads for lots of AMPs. It varies by day, but there are generally about twenty to twenty-five ads each day.

You will find that it is much easier to get into Washington from the Dulles area than heading for HWC, and there is far more action. It's about a thirty to forty minute drive in the Dulles Access Road connecting to I-66.

Depending on your tastes you will find almost anything in DC (although I don't know of any RMP action - I assume you mean Russian).

I guess I'll troll the review websites for outcalls and I'll definitely get a copy of the Post.

As much as I like it, I will stay away from the street action, not being local and all, would not like to call undue attention from LE.

The Mexican MP's are very underground. It seems the only time we here about them, is when they are busted. From what I have heard, these places do good business at what we would consider great prices. Good Luck!

Sorry, I cannot help you with locations. I've seen reports on the boards, but as I don't live in the area and I am not Hispanic in appearance or ability to speak Spanish, I really don't know anything else.

There were a couple of guys who had posted their comments, maybe they will jump up and help.

I understand not wanting to get lost in the area, which is easy to do if you don't know the roads. However, Kinja, Sakura, and to a lesser degree Soo Goo whatever are fairly eash to find. The last two are on route 1 about a mile off of I-95. Kinja and Sakura (my recommendation) are accessed from exit 160, take State Route 123 to the east. Get to route 1 (US HWY 1) and turn south. Next light and Kinja a right turn a hundred yards and on the left. Low key building. Sakura is in the strip mall just past the traffic light, over a Chinese resturant.

From the Dulles area, take the Dulles access road to I 495, head towards Richmond. When you get to I95, head south, about 10 miles.

DC has better facilities, but the road system is a nightmare. Distance is also a bit closer than Woodbridge. Good luck.

Why risk driving in a city you know little about?
If travelling from Dulles Airport, and you want a FS AMP experience, going to DC is pretty much your only option (actually it is your only option).
There is a bus route that goes from Dulles Airport and the Herndon-Monroe park & ride (near the Dulles Toll Rd.) that will get you to DC in about 1 hour for $3 each way. It is the Metrobus 5a express route. I've taken it several times when I've flown out of Dulles, because I live in Maryland, and it's cheaper & easier than driving and parking. If you take it from Dulles or Herndon, it will put you right at the L'Enfant Plaza Metrorail stop in DC. From there you can get on the one of 4 different lines that are served by that station, and head up to the DC AMP's. Many (if not all the best ones) are within walking distance of the stations.

Had to travel through Rt 1 several times today. Nothing early pm, then a few WSWs were at the 7-11 about 3. Both were working but not getting much interest. About 4, a thin, blond WSW was walking up the median, and waving at trucks and cars. No close up, but she had the strut, thin young bod, and confidence. Swung around to offer a ride, but she was gone in a flash. Any report?

A middle age BSW was in the area, but literally was off to eat her lunch from 7-11. The stacked, solid BSW up on the hill by Target was out, but very obvious. Any reports on her?

Longtime nervous lurker here- I apologize to all but I was always leary about this board - it seems that after a few "more detailed" reports about my favorite spot in nova (TK Therapy), it was busted. I had posted under the old board / gntlmns review, under the moniker of stinky - I was a regular with mimi, than moved on to Hanna and finished with Jeanie. What I liked about Mimi, Hanna and Jeanie, was that they all made a genuine effort at a real massage and the service afterward was superb. I am not a consumer of full service - only HJ / BJ's and DATY(limited) - I feel comfortable in NOVA, but I have not found anything like it since. In my search I went to the "new" Star in Annandale shortly after they opened a few months ago and the place was very clean and nice but the massage was pathetic, and the finish was nothing to write home about. I went to the old star in Main Springfield twice - and the facilities there just did not measure up to the quality of most of the other places in town, although I did have two different masseuses and the first one, "June"? was quite good - but she is gone now. The next up to bat was Backlick - I remember it being HWC and Cherub and having some nice looking girls at one point, but it has since become the old folks home for massage providers. I have seen Joy there and another woman whose name I cannot recall. Joy gives a fair massage and HR but I do not think I will be heading back there anytime soon.

Last week I was across the river in Bethesda and got a massage at a "non asian" place. No shower and the backrub was real different - some oil or some kind of lotion and a gradual increase in pressure over time.... I bet I will be making the trek over a few more times.

I will pick up the posting as I head out into the Nova landscape - would love to hear if anybody else out there is more interested in the massage than the average post would suggest.

I made it out to Kinja the other day. Didn't find Sakura, but I don't know the area well, and was in too much of a hurry to hunt around. So, I parked down the road and walked in. The same girl (she didn't say her name, and didn't ask mine) that answered the door was the one who gave me my massage and all the extras.

She did negotiate the price up front and initially asked for 140 bucks. I couldn't get her below 120, but settled for that anyway. She was cute and had the tiny perfect little butt that I like. It's possible that she was going for the extra 20 that she would have gotten had I paid for an hour, but as I say, I was in a hurry.

She doesn't speak Greek (anyone know one who does?) and was only up for mish and doggie. Not a GFE by far, but it got the job done. I may try to wonder back to find Sakura next week or so.

Time is growing short so I will turn the reins over to those more capable than I at this point to lug the very heavy flamethrower I carry. In fact, I would be willing to bet that their treatment of you will be far less pleasant than mine, so if you're sitting there in your greasy underwear and Armani suitcoat eating fried chicken and liberally coating your keyboard with slime thinking Oh Boy, TrashMan is gone I can be an even bigger asshole than before, you have another think coming.Faithful readers will recall that the Trashman was the Don Emeritus of this board, DC and Baltimore until his passing about a year ago. At that time, he "passed the torch" to Robux and myself for the DC & NoVa Boards (and yes, careful readers will realize he got it backwards, probably due to the meds). I had been flirting with retirement ;) and so Robie really did the job for this board. Since Robux has announced a really serious effort at retirement, I am left with the quandry of to whom to pass the torch (flamethrower) of Trashman. Several screen names come to mind: Jim Rob is significant as the poster child for spanked newbie groomed to a respected senior. Randy Farang, Motorback and Myonos Lover are offering great advice and wisdom, so they come immediately to mind. I don't need to tell you that these USG Seniors have earned my respect and admiration; however, unless he declines, I would like to pass the torch to Seva Lurker, the senior senior here ;). Seva is no Lurker, he is consistantly present, always level headed, and a firm believer in a good balance between RTFF and the free dispensation of intel. Don Slezey, continue to do what you do best and remember...

You may have to fire up Mapquest, but if you are really a monger you should have the raw intelligence to do that. If not, quit the hobby before you get yourself killed. BTW, reading this fucking forum will probably help you stay alive...

I must truely thank you for your words of wisdom, if all the members thought like you, then the board would not be what it is today, In the past when people have asked me for directions or any other info, I gladly forwarded them anything they needed, not taking the small minded way out in which you did, I find it better that if I told a person, they could spend less time looking through old reports and more time out making their own. I too was a senior member before the forum was having problems and I could not receive e-mails fromJackson and the crew, which made me had to come back with a different name and start all over, but I never had a problem with sharing info, and it made me no nevermind if I had to repeat it more than once. So I too have a saying which may not be listed in the abb. And thats FU.

Damn, I don't know if I have big enough shoes to fill the great Trashman's shoes. Trash was able (until near the end and even then he still tried to keep it up (in more ways than one)) to actively monger in the NOVA area. Right now my NOVA mongering is lurking.

I visited the Wellness Center in PWC recently. I had tried several times to make it there but always ended up at Sakura, or other such located places. The place was very slow and Mimi immediately came to my aid. A good TS with slight play was in order, and she seemed to enjoy her ability to make sure everything was really clean, a good sign for things to come.

Once back in the room, she immediately gave a great massage with rubbing her nice pert nips over my back. She readily gave AR and was very good at it. I have seen ads on CL as well. Blue Moon used to be the ones advertising, and I'm pretty sure these are the same phone numbers. Older posts about this place said it was 160 for massage and HR, but that might just be the first timer rule. I really can't imagine anyone staying in business under these auspices, but it looks like someone will have to TOFTT to give confirmation. A lot of the prices on CL are insane, but posted with the idea that SOMEone reading is bound to pay the posted rate. If Blue Moon IS like OS or SI or the old faves I'll definately have to make a stop or 3.

Next I go out to Herndon spa for the Hell of it, since it's on the way home. I go and it's open again after being closed. I'm greeted by someone who can't only speak but a few words, but just like angel she's old and not sexy. Since we are having a problem communicating, she goes and gets another girl. Who is older and dressed nice. I ask her what are the rates and who's working. She told me an half hour is 60 and an hour is 80! I"m thinking you got to be kidding me you old ladies charging those rates. I said I got to leave and get more money and I would come back. The old lady tells me rent has gone up and girls want more money so they charge more. I"m like sure let me run to the ATM to get more cash, but I ran my ass out fast.

Alright I wanna monger and my wife will be home soon, so time is on the clock now. I head out to K's or best and see what gives. I call K's and ask how much is the rate she says 50 half hour and 70 hour. I ask her if the girls working are young and the lady on the phone gets really mad that I asked that and pretty much hung up on me after giving me a lecture. I'm like thanks for answering my question, is you only got old bags.

I then go into Best and meet the mamasan go to the room and she tells me I have to wait 20 mins, at this point I say forget it and leave and wait for another day to monger. What sucks is that too many of these asian places close to early. I need some places like open at midnight or later that are not in DC.

Hello folks,

As a relative newcomer to the mongering hobby, I thought some of the veterans of the forum would get a chuckle at a few of my misadventures. The first massage parlor I visited was in New Orleans last August. Rookie that I was, I paid an exhorbitant $ for a HJ, then $$ for FS the next night. I thought it was a naughty New Orleans thing until I discovered these places are as prevalant as McDonalds, with far more agreeable menu prices closer to home (only adding to my suspicion that the Big Easy is both over priced and over rated). And to think, all these years of reading of the Post's sports page every day and I never once noticed the classified ads! Ah, well, live and learn.

One of the first local amps I visited was Kinja in Woodbridge last September. I drove by twice around lunchtime before noticing it and found the small parking lot awkward and cramped. A middle aged woman greeted me and provided a decent massage. She stood on my back and ground her toes into my shoulder blades, which felt pretty good (something an actual masseuse might do). She then finished up with a HJ. I was in and out in forty minutes. As I walked to my car, though, I spotted a man and a woman getting out of a van in the parking lot. The woman had a clipboard and appeared to start writing down the license plate numbers of the three other cars in the tiny lot. Alarmed, I drove off like a bat out of hell. The next day, I noticed on the missed call list of my home phone that the Virginia Dept. of Health had called. No message was left, there was no follow up call from them, nor did I return the call.

To this day I don't know if there was a connection between the people in the lot and the subsequent missed call. For all I know the Dept. of Health may have been conducting a random phone survey that coincidentally came the day after the incident at Kinja. Regardless, I was spooked, half convinced that some nosy health workers had tracked down my home address. I won't go to Kinja again as a result and now make sure to park my car a safe distance from any amp I visit. I have had a couple of other weird amp experiences which I will relate in future posts. Have fun out there, but be careful.

Out by Ashburn your choices are limited.

Angels Therapeutic in Cascades (near the Home Depot) has one provider (Michelle) working. K Accupressure and Best are located next to each other in Chantilly, about 5 miles south of Ashburn as the crow flies. HJ only until you're very well known.

You won't find any SW action in the area. Too suburban, too affluent. Any SW you think you see is more likely to be ULE than real.

I was a 3-4 a month man until my regular AMP (ATMB) asked for $70 vs $60 and I got into an argument because I thought as a 3 year regular they should have given me a break-it wasn't the extra $10 it was the fact that they didn't give a rats-ass about the fact I was never any trouble and always treated the ladies and management (a guy) with respect and friendliness-just goes to show that if you ever think you are kinda a buddy to your regular providers-think again-you're just wearing a dollar sign on your forehead or someplace lower. So I've been on the wagon since February (I'm not sure if thats a good or bad thing). Anyway I'm ready to get back in the saddle. But I hate hearing about these "out in forty minute" stories. I want to stay in NOVA so I'm asking if there are any places still left where you can get a good massage and get to stay at least 50 minutes and of course get at least a HJ. I'll accept the older ladies and the $70 house fee but would sure like to get something for my money-I'm familiar with all the other tipping guidelines. There hasn't been any reviews lately with many details - all I see is HWC or SW or independent info. I'll post all my experiences once I get going again-promise. I stopped by Sakura around 3 p.m. today and it was again closed. This is the second time in two weeks that I have found it shut down. Maybe the mongering gods are hinting that I get my "therapy" elsewhere.

After seeing the beaties of this agency online and the great reviews, I took the plunge and ordered up Rose. Location is in a very nice place in McLean.

Not worth the visit, time, or money, IMHO. Take it to DC.

I was heading south down Route 1 today around 1 p.m. and saw next to nothing, perhaps not surprising due to the awful heat. Back on Richmond Highway, I saw a definite SW walking along the access road almost directly across the street from the MVC. She was blonde, in jeans and a skimpy white shirt, and had the strut. I couldn't tell her race - she may have been white or light-skinned African-American. A guy in front of me honked and did a u-turn at the light. I moved on, finding nothing going on at Wal-Mart or the Target down the road. I next spotted a BSW in front of Pizza Hut (?) walking towards the Michaels parking lot. Of course, I was again in the far left lane. I decided to head up the Days Inn and turn around. I pulled into turn lane at the traffic light by the clinic that connects to the Days Inn access road. I looked over to the right and saw what appeared to be a WSW in a very short skirt standing in front of the Virginia Lodge. She was hot! Maybe too hot. She only glanced at me, then walked over and sat down on the steps of the Kyoto sushi restaurant. I was sorely tempted to head over, but chickened out. I thought this might be too good to be true. I don't know - some of you veterans with more developed mongering radars could have assessed the situation better.

Anyhow, I swung back to the Michaels parking lot thinking I could still try to find the other girl I saw. Naturally, I found nothing. The only females I spotted were some kids leaving Chucky Cheese and a bag lady. I did one last stop at the Fairhaven 7-11. A guy was walking from the parking lot talking with two black girls. One girl was chunky and nothing to look at, but her friend was hot. I went inside to buy some gum. There was only one other customer in the store. The chunky girl suddenly came back inside, her hot friend looking at me and the one other guy in line through the window. The man with whom they were speaking when I arrived was gone. I thought the evening might not be a bust after all. I was wrong - two carloads of shady looking young Latinos pulled into the lot. They were very loud getting out of their cars, and the two girls took off. By the time I paid for my gum and got out of there, the girls were nowhere to be seen. Though my luck didn't pan out tonight, I hope this scouting report will at least be of some value.

I've gone down Huntington a few times since then, but have seen nothing. I have always cut through Kathryn Street to get back onto King Street rather than going all the way to Telegraph Road, obviously a mistake. I will keep my eyes peeled.

Also, I discovered the amp on Route 1 near near Mount Vernon Highway. No one on the forum has reviewed this place since last summer. Is it still open? I didn't have enough cash tonight to check it out, but will try to go back some time this week and will post a review.

I was surprised to see what looked like a BSW today in Fairfax City. I was on Lee Highway, in the left turn lane for route 123 heading towards George Mason. Walking with a strut between the Exxon station and Dennys was a black girl in a skimpy yellow outfit. This was around 3:30. I have never seen any streetwalkers in Fairfax before, though there are a strew of suspicious hotels down that stretch of Lee Highway - the Breezeway, the Anchorage, the Hi-Way Motel, etc. If you are heading through the area, you may want to keep an eye out.

I'll tell you nicely before someone else hurts your feeling. The standard answer when someone (especially someone new to the forum) asks a question like this is RTFF. You can probably find what this means in the "Abbreviations" section (link above). But I'll give you a freebie here and tell you that it basically means to do your homework and read the "f*&^ing" forum. You will notice that there is a "search" tool above which will allow you to find any info here about the place you mentioned.

Why don't people just answer your question, you may ask. There are a number of reasons. I'll give you just a few.

1.) The other members don't like to promote laziness, especially since they have worked hard and spend lots of money learning the lessons which they share here. They would like you to utilize the forum and it's tools in order to find the answers to your questions.

2.) As a new member with a low number of posts, it is entirely possible that you are LEO (look in the abbreviations section for this) and are just fishing for info to allow you to make a bust.

3.) You may be a dilletante and not serious about our hobby. You must prove yourself by contributing before you will get any answers to your questions.

So welcome to the forum. Please go out and dig up some firtsthand info and then share it.

There is no threat here, explicit, implicit, or of any other kind except the imaginary. Lex merely tried to state the truth. You are correct that this is Mr. Jackson's sandbox. And Lex is fairly certain that Jackson would prefer to see truthful, accurate reports rather than the kind of fictitious ones that newbies sometimes post in a misguided effort to get promoted to senior status. This is one of the reasons that the Senior category exists, to promote truthful reporting. There is a certain amount of regulation that goes on by the seniors and this probably makes this a better forum for everyone, even for those who lurk but don't post.

Lex saw the humorous request from a newbie for info that he could easily have found himself and he (Lex) tried to set this guy gently on the right path before he got his feelings hurt. Whether you are able to see this or not, there was a subtle attempt at humor in much of what Lex said. But at the same time, Lex was trying to get him pointed in the right direction.

It's possible that you should read back just a little further than the one post you saw and which provoked your undeserved ire. Maybe you'll see what Lex was trying to do. In any case, you're welcome to attack Lex, or anyone you wish. But in Lex's humble opinion, there is little point in saying that the seniors as a group are dishonest, especially based upon the one post which you quoted.

It seems to Lex that you may be taking this hobby or your participation in it (as a regular member) just a bit too seriously. You should relax, chill out, enjoy the forum for it's purpose of promoting truthful information about our beloved hobby. Go out and get laid if you can. That's what most of us do. Many of us (including Lex) even have girlfriends.

Try to find the humor in life. For instance, Lex finds it amusing that at the end of your own unprovoked verbal attack against himself and all of the seniors, you express the fear that you will be the focus of attacks yourself.

Try to develop some other aspects of your personality and your life. For example, you could learn a language. English might be a good one to start with. It's fun to learn how to express yourself using complete sentences, and to use correct grammar and spelling.

If you come upon some interesting, truthful information which you think the members of the forum would benefit from, please share. If you have some good advice for any of your fellow members, let's hear it. If you find any cat turds in the sandbox, please scoop them out. However attacking people verbally is not going to get you anywhere in life.

Hi Folks,

I've read through many of the N. Virginia posts, and would like to especially thank those who left AMP info including addr. and #'.

I'll be in the Arlington area in the next 2 weeks, staying at the Hilton on Courthouse (I hope that name doesn't have too much meaning for me) Street. It is near the Orange metro line, which I'll use to see a couple of ball games at RFK (the Expos were suppose to come to PDX, but this town sucks for sports and SW's both).

As a lurker who in a past life was an active member of an "inside" Los Angeles community of "seniors" (had more "disposable" income then), I for one would like to say thanks to the sr's. In LA, we started on a very public board and later took it private based on all the hassles of being public. There was a whole process of approval, etc. It was a great experience, but made it awfully tough for newbies. In the case of DC, I've browsed other boards and been very lucky to have Sr's here who post valuable info. When the finances allow it, I'll monger once again and hope to post some valuable info of my own.

BTW: Any recommendations? I'm new to town and don't want to RTFF. ;-)

You might want to check out a stretch of Route 1 that goes from the Denny's near MVC south to Wal-Mart. A few days back, I saw a WSW walking by the video store across from MVC (actually, it is a combination adult video store in the back, drug store, and check cashing place - the clerks stand behind glass windows). I had an interesting dream that was both disappointing and fulfilling the same evening. First, I dreamed that I was at HWC with a nice lady named Kelly. Holyone, you might have had better luck today. Around 2 p.m. I saw a BSW walking along the access road in front of the Mount Vernon Plaza (the strip mall next to Wal-Mart). I drove by and tried to make eye contact, but she ignored me.

Sam Says, my own experience is the further south you go with the NOVA amps, the better. I first started hitting the local amps a year ago. After wasting money at two Fairfax amps, I discovered that much more than a quick HJ finish was available down in Prince William County.

As for the two Fairfax amps: the first one I visited was the Herndon Spa. I read about this place on the NOVA board and drove out to investigate. It is on the second floor of a small office complex on Eldon Street, around back. I was attended by Young, who has gotten a few mixed reviews on the board. She gave a great massage and a HJ finish, promising much more on the next visit. No shower was offered, which was a disappointment. I went back a week later to see Young again. I paid for far more than a HJ, but again that was all she provided, telling me that next time more would be offered. There was no "next time", as I didn't plan on getting ripped off again. I then tried out the joint on route 29 by the Merrifield post office (which was recently trashed by a senior poster). I felt strange walking in, as it sits next to a women's health clinic (or at least it did when I visited). Overall, it was o.k., with a table shower, decent massage, and HJ finish. The girl put me in a steam room for fifteen minutes, which I felt was a waste of time. Originally I was looking for place called Golden which had an ad in the phone book, but it was shut down. I found this particular amp purely by chance as I drove around looking for Golden.

After discovering the amps in Woodbridge, of which there are ample reviews on the board, I haven't bothered with checking out any of the other Fairfax amps. I did once stop by the Port Royal amp at the end of the industrial complex by the intersection of Braddock Road and 495, but it was closed (this was around 9 p.m.). There may be some gems hidden in the Fairfax/Alexandria area, but I don't know about them.

Depending on where you are going to be in the NOVA area determines the adequacy of Metro. The DC AMPS seem to be more consistent than the NOVA AMPS, but the pricing is the same.

Most, if not all, of the NOVA FS AMPS are south of the beltway and east of I-95, more accurately, Prince William County. Kinja, Sakura (my favorite), HWC and Soo Goo Yung (or something close to that) seem to be the few remaining AMPS in the NOVA area that offer FS.

Metro to DC from NOVA is pretty limited, more prevelant inside the beltway than outside. Driving in DC or NOVA is pretty rough, but not too bad after rush hours.

There is also a better street scene in DC than in NOVA, so going to DC might be your best bet, but do your home work and check out locations in relation to where you are staying.

There is NOTHING near Dulles.

I tried to go there sat afternoon and it was locked, must have just closed cuz the other day i saw the usual cars there. sat afternoon, next door was having a garage sell so i fifgured ahp decided to open later, but who knows.

Rev333I've been to AHP several times when the flea market is open. With all the cars around it's easier to blend in, and get in and out of their location without being noticed.

I passed through the Route 1 loop around 1 p.m. today and saw only one possible SW. A white girl in pink pants was walking along the median near the intersection by Target. I've been to AHP several times when the flea market is open. With all the cars around it's easier to blend in, and get in and out of their location without being noticed.

After bemoaning the loss of TK in my last post, I have set out to find a similar experience with not much luck at the local establisments. I have been to Port Royal twice and have found that the providers are much older than they were prior to their last closing. The last masseuse that I had was Mola and she did the best of the two where massage is concerned. Typical Nova finish and for you serious mongers, I doubt you would want to pursue anything else given the age issue, and my bet is that it is not available. The first woman I saw gave a very soft massage and she was even more prudish than Mola - I think her name was Gina.

I also went to Sunstar and the Sue metioned in the post below - probably 15 minutes of a weak massage at best and then she wants to get things moving - not my kind of place and so I probably won't be back.

Long time lurker, first time poster. More on a whim than anything else, I've been checking out RT1 lately. I usually go to spas downtown, but as well all know, the street is its own type of thrill.

I have been pretty positive about the ladies at Champs, since they reopened. Although they are often a little older than HWC, the service has been consistently positive, even very good. Had the first slot of my HWC VIP card filled today with a visit from June.
