I agree man. 20 years ago gulf to bay was hopping. I never ventured much onto Ft Harrison, but would stroll for the scenery. My two favorite spots were Gulf to Bay in Clearwater and 4th street north in St Pete, unfortunately now its just a waste of gas.

I didn't find recent reviews of Incheon so I decided to stop by in the late morning and see for myself. Coco was the only one working.
