Cruised the Angier routes last Wedensday and Thursday nights. Saw several BSWs out but not to interested in hooking up. Did see a few cops. Since CR is shut down, seems not as many folks out around there.
BIII was in full force on Thursday night. Saw several BSWs working amongst the cars parked everywhere along Angier. Was going to stop by there must have been 100 cars parked around there and a line out the door. I cruised down to DGs instead. Will was right. DG has some fine ladies working there. You will not get much extra there but the eye candy is worth it. Plus with a full bar, you can relax and unwind and have fun. I talked to the bouncer some. It is his Uncle's club and they are very legit there. He said they are even cleaning extra hard since CRs shutting down.
Wish I could report some more fun and full times, but none were had.

It's good to be back in the Bull! I spent a week in Indy and Louisville. The 'ville was so-so. The law is under pressure from a bunch of religious fanatics to crack down on the clubs. They have been cracking down. I had two good experiences sandwiched between a lot of very low mileage runs to the clubs. Indy is pretty tame. Did see one of my Indy ATF's for a date. Durham still is the better city to cruise in the Triangle. Can cruise for hours without getting worried about cops. And there are more opportunities and places to go which is nice. The only problem is that the girls on average are meaner and frankly, less good looking. But, if you’re patient and fortunate, you can strike booty gold. Had a decent time in Durham my past 2 times there. I haven’t cruised Durham in several months and got the urge so decided to head out. Nothing really spectacular happened but had a fairly satisfying time.

Doesn't this imply that at the point she was arrested, she hadn't actually DONE anything? How do the police know the difference between loitering and loitering for prostituion?

Salty Dog and others, The intent to solicite laws in most cities are fairly similiarly worded to Seattle's which I will post here:
SMC 12A.10.010 Prostitution loitering.
A. As used in this section:
1. "Commit prostitution" means to engage in sexual conduct for money
but does not include sexual conduct engaged in as part of any stage
performance, play or other entertainment open to the public.
2. "Known prostitute or procurer" means a person who within one (1)
year previous to the date of arrest for violation of this section,
has within the knowledge of the arresting officer been convicted in
Seattle Municipal Court of an offense involving prostitution.
3. "Public place" is an area generally visible to public view and
includes streets, sidewalks, bridges, alleys, plazas, parks,
driveways, parking lots, automobiles (whether moving or not), and
buildings open to the general public including those which serve food
or drink, or provide entertainment, and the doorways and entrances to
buildings or dwellings and the grounds enclosing them.
B. A person is guilty of prostitution loitering if he or she remains
in a public place and intentionally solicits, induces, entices, or
procures another to commit prostitution.
C. Among the circumstances which may be considered in determining
whether the actor intends such prohibited conduct are that he or she:
1. Repeatedly beckons to, stops or attempts to stop, or engages
passersby in conversation; or
2. Repeatedly stops or attempts to stop motor vehicle operators by
hailing, waving of arms or any other bodily gesture; or
3. Circles an area in a motor vehicle and repeatedly beckons to,
contacts, or attempts to stop pedestrians; or
4. Is a known prostitute or procurer; or
5. Inquires whether a potential patron, procurer or prostitute is a
police officer, searches for articles that would identify a police
officer, or requests the touching or exposing of genitals or female
breasts to prove that the person is not a police officer.
I hope this helps. I find item number five particularly interesting.

DURHAM -- A Superior Court judge has shut down an East Durham strip club because city officials say it is a den of prostitution, drugs, violence and a host of other illicit activities.
Judge Ronald Stephens issued a temporary restraining order Friday against Brothers III at 2818 Angier Ave. The city filed a civil nuisance abatement suit that included affidavits from undercover police officers who described an atmosphere of sex, liquor and violence at the club.
After paying $10 to $15 to get into the club, patrons could pay as little as a dollar to touch dancers or as much as $100 for "everything," the affidavits said. One officer in August 2002 said he was invited by a dancer into the "VIP room" where he could get "anything" for $75. In their visits, between June 2002 and March 2004, officers described witnessing explicit sex acts.
Club employees carried guns and offered to sell patrons drinks such as a brandy and Pepsi or cognac and Coke, even though the club had no liquor license, according to court filings. The club also figured into a 1998 aggravated assault in which an ejected patron returned and shot a dancer and security guard, according to an affidavit filed in court by Durham police Sgt. Brett Hallan.
In May, Hallan investigated a case in which a dancer left the club with a patron for sex and drugs and then stabbed him to death when he accused her of stealing, the affidavit says.
The lawsuit names the club operator Benjamin Fletcher and the property owner Ezra Hayes. Also named are two men who have an interest in the property, according to the suit.
The defendants could not be reached for comment Friday afternoon.
The judge issued his order without hearing from the club or its owners. Later, the court will conduct a hearing on whether the shutdown should become permanent. The city also wants the club's owners to forfeit all money or property earned through the operation of the club. It also wants the defendants to have to pay the costs of the lawsuit.
Between June 1998 and April 2004, police have been called to the club 44 times on complaints including loud music, gunshots, aggravated assault, fights and drug dealing, according to court filings.
In a news release, police Chief Steve Chalmers said the lawsuit is a tool the department can use when other enforcement methods won't work.
In 1999, the city filed a complaint against the owners of the 14K Dinner Theater on North Alston Avenue after neighbors complained of drug and alcohol violations, according to a Durham police news release. The former club is now a day-care center.
In 2002, the city filed a suit against the Durham Inn on East Knox Street, after complaints of gunshots, assaults, fights, domestic disturbances and drug violations. The property is now owned by the Durham Rescue Mission.

I just read in the Herald Sun from either yesterday or Wednesday in the Durham section that the owners were trying to keep B3 around. I really doubt it will be the same as it used to be however. BTW, I thought that B3 was outside of the city limits and therefore outside of Durham city's jurisdiction.
I recall a few months ago how people were saying that prostitution would thrive because of Chalmers, well it looks like he's trying to cut down on some of it.

DURHAM -- Less than two weeks after a Durham strip club was shut down in response to complaints of prostitution, alcohol and drug violations and armed disturbances, attorneys indicated Tuesday that the city and the club may be able to resolve their differences out of court.
To make time for that to happen, a temporary judicial restraining order that recently closed the club for 10 days was continued until the end of the week.
But if the city and the club can't reach agreement by Friday, opposing attorneys will argue in court about whether the restraining order should be transformed into an injunction that would keep the Brothers III club, at 2818 Angier Ave., closed indefinitely.
The Angier Avenue property is owned by Ezra Hayes, while the Brothers III club is owned and operated by Benjamin Fletcher.
The temporary restraining order was issued by Superior Court Judge Ron Stephens and was the first step in a civil nuisance-abatement lawsuit filed by the city, acting on behalf of the state, to address numerous complaints against the club.
The lawsuit could result in closure of the club or restrictions on its use, fines or liens against the property.
The city successfully filed two previous nuisance-abatement actions in court. The most recent, in 2002, was against the owner and operator of the Durham Inn motel on East Knox Street. The property subsequently ceased functioning as a motel and now is owned by the Durham Rescue Mission.

I drove past Esquire Health Club last night, and although I couldn't stop (I had my family with me) it sure looked like they were open for business. The "All Girl Staff" sign was lit up and there were three cars in the parking lot.

Well, not really new, I've written about this before. It's always been very hit or miss. Actually, a lot more "miss" than "hit." But now and then a gem can be found.

I had a dream that I was in Durham Wednesday afternoon around 3 in the afternoon. It was my first time in the area, so I was driving around for a while trying to get my bearings. The uniform of the day for SW's seemed to be all black. I saw 3 BSW's on Angier, all were wearing black clothes.
The first was between East End Ave. (I think that's the name) and the railroad tracks that cross Angier. 1. Durham is not Raleigh. If you RTFF the Raleigh board, you might find a few mentions of worthwhile providers with an incall location. I've dreamed there myself.
2. Durham has a good crop of SWs working along Angeir, Guthrie, North Hyde and Spruce. Sometimes you can find a gem in front of the Coca Cola plant. I like to spot from the Arby's. Durham used to have a couple of outstanding clubs, the CR and BIII. Both have been closed recently for various reasons. Mostly because it's an election year and the Chief of Police can't think of anything better to do about the crime rate. (Now that his worthless boss has been given the heave ho, maybe Chalmers will give some thought to solving the murder in my neighborhood. But, I don't hold much hope. The PD didn't luck onto the scene with a blood drenched suspect in plain view.)

The EL is definitely open only Wednesday through Saturday. The owner is back. He leased the club out for a year. That ended and he's back in control. The crackdown continues. Now Dockside Dolls in Graham is being sued for being a "public nuisance." The story also says that four dancers were arrested at a nearby hotel on charges of soliciting, committing a crime against nature and selling illegal drugs. I think it's interesting that the law in Alamance is going after DD in a civil proceeding. They apparently cannot prove their allegations beyond a reasonable doubt, so they have decided to use the lower burden in civil court.

Riding through your town for the 1st time I think I saw something promising over on Fayetteville down by some college. I kept on driving however. I thought I was lost so I went in the opposite direction and ended up on Angier past Driver. All I can say is wow! There was some extraordinary talent out that night. I'm not a lawyer. But, the United States Supreme Court in Lawrence v. Texas ruled that: "Petitioners’ right to liberty under the Due Process Clause gives them the full right to engage in private conduct without government intervention." In Lawrence the court was dealing with two men engaging in consentual sexual conduct with each other. But, if the state cannot outlaw homosexual conduct that is consentual in a private home, I don't know how it can outlaw heterosexual conduct in a private home that is consentual. The NC law against keeping a house of ill repute is probably dead. About the best LE can do is hope to catch someone making a deal in a public place.

I guess a review of the SC scene in the Triangle is in order. In Durham there are four SCs. Teasers downtown is all eye candy. The Esquire Lounge near downtown is a black neighborhood club. Good mileage, but not great. Along Angier is Brothers III Next Door. It is a very pale imitaiton of the much missed Brothers III. No roach coach, no traffic jams, no lot lizards, no booze, no extras and a very irregular schedule. Farther out on Angier is Diamond Girls. This is a straight SC. A good mix of black and white girls. Upstairs the VIP rooms have tamed down a lot since the cameras went in. But, mileage is available on a hit and miss basis. Out of club dates are sometimes available.
In Raleigh, there are two SCs. Thee Dollhouse is mostly eye candy. I've gotten two out of club dates from TDH. One was way over priced, for mediocre service. One offered the ultimate GFE at a high price. However, she had the figure and personal skills to be a HDH. The other club, Foxy Lady is a neighborhood club. Low mileage and high supervision of the dance room. The plus side is, the beer is cheap. Basically, I treat the FL as a regular bar that happens to have some half naked girls around. Forget spending any money on LDs. Dates can be arranged, if done discreetly.
In Garner is Dockside Dolls. Things have returned to something approaching normal since the shoot out this spring. Still, keep your back to the wall, go heavily armed and prepared to return fire. I am in Henderson on Business, I appreciate the posts with information on where to find the girls, had no problem finding them. I traveled from Geer to Jupiter to Magnum or some M street from around 10:00 PM to 12:30 AM. I only picked up one SWS that I dropped back off after she wanted me to take her shopping and then propsed a very bad parking spot, she seemed pretty offended that I dropped her off. She was in her 30s I guess, not that attractive, not much in the way of personality and I wanted someone younger. There were a lot of BSW out, I wish I had spotted some of them earlier I would have looked into one or two of them. I was listening to MNF so I just crusied around and checked out the area. Both Cowboys and IHC are in NC, just south of the Virginia line. I think it's exit 233 and I believe that it is the "Wise" exit.
I visited IHC about two years ago and foolishly spent about $150 with very little action to report. You will most likely find a hj or "Russian" with breasts there and very little else. The ladies are very smart at upselling so you think the next tip will bring lasting happiness. The ladies are attractive but based on my one time visit, I would have to describe the place as a "tourist trap" to avoid. It's located on a frontage road that parallels I-85 Southbound and is confusing to find. You can see it travelling northbound if you really look for it on the other side of the road. I think it's probably a converted gas station.

Lol, yes there was something going down. But you'd have to be the biggest idiot in the world to be caught by a Durham police bust. They was so inept and obvious, it was comical. Seriously, they should be featurd on a cops bloopers show.
The operation was a prostitution sting on Angier, near Main Street. The takedown units was a UC white typical police cruiser with 2 obvious cops that was parked a block away, a white chevy suburban that was circling the decoy every minute on the minute, and a marked cruiser about two blocks away. The decoy was a white girl with auburn hair with a band tattoo just below her left shoulder. She fit the sw profile pretty good, maybe slightly better than what's normally found in the city. As I first noticed this, I was thinking who in the blue hell would fall for this set up. And sure enough, a nice looking half Asian dude in a sportscar gets taken out. I didn't see if the girl was in the car at the time of the takedown, but she was chatting with him for a long time just before.
It's easy as hell to avoid a john sting with cops as dumb as they are in Durham.

In any other city, I'd would of been busted for sure cuz the evidence was all there. But that Durham cop blew it. If I was his supervisor, I would of screamed at him for being so stupid. The cop first drives past, then he backs up with his flash light on, looking in the wrong spot. He then takes his time to get out and approach. He took so long from the time he spotted us to getting to my window, that I had time to put on all my clothes, get our stories straight, rehearse with the ho, and smooth everything over. And I'm a slow dresser, even when I'm trying to hurry, lol, not use to getting caught.
Anyway, a lady cop quickly arrives and takes my girl out to interview her. I already knew the girls name but the Durham pigs was so dumb, I could hear all the questions and answers cuz my window was down and they was standing just outside the window! She then asks the cop near me if he could hear, and he said no.
Still, that doesn't mean I will go home. They ask me a bunch of questions, and I know how to deal with cops, what to say and what not to say, at one point, even had them questioning themselves, lol. So eventually, they tell the girl to walk home and me to get lost. I just couldn't believe what transpired. Caught almost red handed and they fuck up so bad they didn't have a shred of hard evidence (mixed up story, visual proof, etc). I could see their frustration cuz they told me they knew what was going on and I am surprised they still didn't lock us up and make up some shit.
So right now, the record is Sarge 1 Durham 0, hehheh and if you count all my 'scores', the actual record would be much worse!!
Enough rambling from me, ooo, cept to say that damm, a few months ago, I couldn't miss a shot in D-Town. I even bagged a 9.0 on a real fine girl scale (an easy 10 on the ho scale). She was walking down Alston near Juniper. And damm was it pleasant cept in the end when I tried my old school game with her. I didn't succeed cuz I could see that even tho she was sweet as hell, she just as fearless and she has put up with a lot from her boyfriend. Still, it was worth it, even more really.
Oh, and before I go and while I'm thinking of it, another area to cruise is west on Dowd St where it intercepts Alston. Stay on Dowd until you hit Magnum. The block to cruise is Roxboro, Geer, Magnum and East Morgan. Also a few streets east of Magnum and then further west on Geer. There's not much but they're there for sure.

Just a quick post re: cruising at lunchtime today. Found this WSW named Betty near Juniper and Hyde Park. We went back to a house where she rents a room about 3 blocks from there. A Jackson and a dime. Service was a 7 (BBBJ, then covered doggy), and looks you can judge for yourself.
I read that Hillsborough is investigating the Esquire Health Club. Any news on that? Also, has anyone visited recently and is Shelley still there (40s, nice bod)? Left the area, but spend many "relaxing" hours there a few years ago. Any information on Esquire would be appreciated.

I have been going to Cowboys for a couple years now. Went on Saturday night and there was only one girl working there. I forget her name, but she was a Brazilian from south Florida. Looks 6 (fake tits drops her down, IMHO), service 7.
Driving through D'ham today, and thought I would patronize Tomcats. In past posts I have read, I assumed nothing more than a HJ would be available. However, as long as the establishment is open, I tend to go by time after time because people and managment come and go.
Unfortunately this was not that case. Although this was my first time, this was simliar to my experience with Quality Bath House several years ago. $.60 for the session and "adult" conversation. The press release posted on the Durham PD website talks about "Operation Wild Turkey" on November 24... that's what I heard on my scanner and posted about below. Sgt. I've run into a few "whites only" establishments and am wondering if this place is one of em. And is the above quoted price all inclusive or is there extras added on later?
And Anderson, those two guys in the unmarked white police cruiser were cops. The last thing anyone should do is openly interfere with an ongoing police operation cuz that'll get you arrested and charged fairly quickly.

Tried a mid-day drive through Durham again today and saw very, very little. I did see the skinny white girl who walks really fast down by Bingham before the first set of bumpy RR tracks, but she seems so wired I passed.
Anyone know about her?

Are Blatino's to only ones getting stung? I told you all of a near miss with myself earlier this year! Ya gotta keep it movin and be discreet. Don't be stoppin in the middle of the road blocking traffic. If you gotta park a 1/2 mile away and then walk over, then do that. Also have your papers in order!
The guy who owns EL had a stroke. The prognosis is guarded. It is unknown when, or if he will return to the club. ALE has visited the EL a couple of times since the owner's stroke and has shut down the dancing. Carry out may be on the menu.

Police charge 13 in prostitution sting

DURHAM -- Police working undercover Wednesday afternoon charged 13 men with trying to pay for sex or helping others, including a 15-year-old boy, sell it.
Officers conducted the sting along Angier Avenue and on Holman and Juniper streets, targeting the prospective customers of prostitutes known to operate in the area, a Durham police news release said.
The sting was in response to several complaints of prostitution in the area, the release said. Police also filed two drug possession charges, the release said.
The operation was the second sting targeting so-called "johns" in a month. In the last week of November, police conducted another undercover operation just east of downtown Durham along East Main Street and Angier Avenue that netted 11 men.
Their pictures, names and addresses were placed on the Durham Police Department Web site under a link titled "Prostitution Offenders." Police have said they plan to add more suspects to the site as arrests occur.

December 23 was not an entirely bad day though. Hooked up with one of my dancer friends. She and I had a good time in a local hotel. The streets are too hot for my comfort level right now. The clubs, especially EL, are under too much suspicion. Right now, I'm mining my contacts from the SCs and keeping everything else on the up and up.
