Here's a report on my results at the new Aqua Day Spa on Convoy that opened about a month ago. Basically I think it's legit, but here's what happened if you care to read further.

I talked to the receptionist and asked how much and how long. She said it's $10 for using just the spa/shower/sauna area, but it's $80 if you also want a 1 hour massage session afterwards. She pointed to a pricing table but I didn't really understand the English and I couldn't read the Korean. Anyhow, 1 hour seemed to be the minimum. I paid and went to the male section. They have lockers there to put your stuff in so I did. I used the sauna/spa/shower facilities and they're okay I suppose. (I don't have a reference of what is "good" and "not good" although everything was very clean.)

They have stacks of towels, bathrobes and boxers which I grabbed and walked over to the massaging area. (A living room area separates the spa/sauna/shower/locker area and the massage area).

A friendly FOBy old (as in late-40's/early-50's) lady named Lina greeted me. Her English was limited. She was covered quite well on top and wearing polyester-looking slacks and funny-looking shoes. She wasn't all that attractive either. Watch out for her muscular hands though; I think she specializes in the Vulcan death grip!

I laid face down on the massage table which had a hole for your face. I also noticed that in the room, there was a metal bar up on the ceiling (I presume for stabilizing a technician to walk on you). The door had horizontal slacks but no apparent lock. Also, Lina didn't close the door all the way, using a wooden block to prop
the door open. My impression of the door was that you'd easily hear people going-at-it if you walked by.

During the session, she used a thin bed-sheet like thing to keep me covered at all times. Also, I guess there's a heating machine in the room because she used some hot towels on me during the session. I suppose she had a lot of training because of how effectively she used her hands, elbows and knees to beat me up.

After finishing, she put the bathrobe on me again and gave me an envelope that said something like "Thanks for coming... -Lina" which I presume is for a tip.

So anyway, that was my experience. Considering the spa/sauna/shower area is nude, I think it'd be fun if we were allowed into the female area (although I'd imagine someone might complain! ;)

I have seen the action in El Cajon has faded away, I have been to some amp's a couple years ago and the one I went to was minatos. At the time it was a good place a bit pricey but good service. I have heard about a midget at a hair cut place by minato's never been there though. I was wondering which amp in town has good service because the street scene don't look good.

Well, I was well traveled to day. I started in El Cajon off Main. I saw quite a few sw, but only one or two I would consider. Then El Cajon Blvd to the 163. Saw a couple of trolls at the east end and one heavy but very attractive wsw just west of 15. Then Hill St in Oceanside. Saw a very cute BSW and one who looked to be going on 60.

They're still out there. All this was sighted off a single pass.

There is 1 or 2 ok looking girls working in El Cajon city. There was this one blonde who wanted 40$ for a bj. She was about a 7 or so.

I was out on Wednesday, but there the action has slowed a bit. Talked to this one brunette who was about a 6.5 or so. Asked 40$ for a bj so I decided to pass. Like I said the best thing is to hold out and these girls will drop there prices. A lot of the girls are not getting that much business.

I am little suprised that the EC ctiy cops have not cracked down much.

Well, I have been reading about the blond & brunette sw's in El Cajon. They must be working for the same pimp that works the girls on Figeuroa in LA and Harbor in Costa Mesa. It is difficult to get them to come to your car and then they demand high prices with lousy personalities. One of the guys mentioned passing on them so they will bring the price down. That works in normal commerce, but not sure about this group. They seem to have been trained with the "Pretty Woman" rule. " I decide who, where, what and how much." Problem is, there are too many non-forum hunters who will pay the price because they don't know any better.

I saw some previous postings talking about how awesome the San Fran AMPs are compared to SoCal AMPs. Being a long time veteran San Diego AMP commando I had the chance to check out the SF AMP scene first hand.

I have to say it is true. A visit to the Golden Lotus was an eye popping experience. Young, firm and totally hot by the dozen all lined up.

Downside as in all things you get what you pay for and compared to SD and more so to TJ a trip to an SF AMP is not only eye popping but wallet popping too.

In this hobby it is important to be smart and not get ripped off but at the same time with all things in life you get what you pay for.

If you think that a Pamela Lee look alike is waiting just around the next corner to give you a BBBJTC for $30 you are a moron.

While SF was a real treat SD isn't all that bad. There are some real gems and you don't have to spring for hotel, car and airfare or a 10 hour drive. If you are really tired of SD go to TJ and grab a few tacos, one carne asada and one tuna.

Well, Christine and I took a trip down El Cajon together to spot sw. We saw two possible bsw but nothing much to speak of. LE was out in full force, so be careful.

Later that night I drove through Oceanside and saw two beautiful young wsw (couldn't have been much over 18) and one rather large wsw. They were not right next to each other but definately from the same stable (crude, but I didn't know how else to put it). I think that with the Marines coming home the pimps are bringing the girls in from out of town to work the track. Oceanside used to be one of my favorite places to monger and I hope it gets back to what it used to be.

If your wondering if Christine is a sw, the answer is no. We started chatting one day and I thought I'd show her what it looks like goin' huntin' in San Diego from the john's viewpoint. She is just a nice girl who likes to watch others around her.

Did the drive in El Cajon City on Friday afternoon around 3:00pm. Saw only one WSW on Main near F St Video. She didn't look that good so did not partake. Just thought I would pass the info along.

Also I have noticed we never here anything on National City or Blvd. Anyone with any news? A bit more of a drive but may be worth it. It seems all we hear anymore is how dead ECB is. They must be somewhere guys. It is the oldest profession and I can't believe the San Diego has somehow figured out how to stop the business when no one else has for thousands of years.

Was driving on Main Street near 32nd street naval base on Sunday afternoon around 2:00 pm and saw about 6 SW. They were congregated in the area near Pete's bar, between the adult bookstore and the auto repair shop. Did not see any active LE. One WSW (she actually was using the hitchhiking trick) who looked nice, 2 BSW (one of whom looked about a 7) and several LSW. If it's one thing you don't want to do, it is to take advice from people on here who are not known legit users. XTorchX... You have my respect. I hit up Baltimore a while back and nothing worked. Places like PPark and that dumpy little town out in the SE of the city had so much roaming LE that I felt like I was in Beirut. Only AMP worth while was all the way in Jessup. My SoCal skills were crap in Balt. If you're planning on giving seminars anytime let me know... ha ha

I took a trip to Baltimore a few years ago and I agree that it is much different there. Girls were offering in the block right in front of LE and they didn't seem to care. The only girls I saw jacked up by LE were outside the block. I also had an absolutly beautiful girl spend the entire night with me for 120. I don't know if I'd rate her a 10, but it was damn close. Pops all night long and at the wakeup call the next morning. I don't think you will find that here. It would be nice, but I've never seen it happen in So Cal.

Guys, I can't restrain myself from jumping in on this thread. I started hobbying in San Diego over 20 years ago and it was great then...but no more. So Cal tang got so scarce I had to move!

Tired_D, Take this in the spirit of mild chiding, but if someone can't score in Baltimore and Philly they can't score anywhere. I hit Baltimore several times a year and I've never come up empty, no matter the season, no matter the weather. And I'm old and grey! But you need east coast street sense and you have to do your homework. Re. Philly, the street atmosphere is more sinister and I go there less often, but it's been good every time I've been there. Philadelphia has some beauties on the street. I've never failed to find a beautiful, respectful tweaker eager to spend time with me for 20. They're not wall-to-wall, but in a half hour's cruising under the el I've never been disappointed. Baltimore takes me more like 15 minutes. There were times in Baltimore I had a pretty face bobbing within 2 minutes of pulling onto a stroll, no exaggeration.

XTorchX, you screwed up. Get thee back to Baltimore :-).

Thought I would give a needed update on local action on the East side of town. EC city has been dead the past two weeks. Nothing except a few older unattractive WSW on Main or second. Also have done the drive on ECB a few times and saw nothing. Of course I do my cruising during the afternoon and maybe it is just getting too hot now.

Wish more of you would share info about where you are finding the action if you actually are. Otherwise some of us out here are just going to explode.

Now I have to defend myself. The SW scene aint my thing. I prefer the AMP scene, less risk and frankly I have much to loose. Things like having a rental car confiscated or locked up while on a business trip is a nasty business. Professionally damaging and personally as well. Philly is a slam dunk. Kensington Ave is a fun place and the Philly AMP scene is awesome, better than anywhere I have been in the states.

When I was in Baltimore LE was on a binge and it was winter time. I would love to give Patterson Park, Washington Ave and that town way out at the SE end of the county during the summer.

If I have to choose between SW and AMP I will go AMP everytime. When the SW scene is being leaned on by LE I wont deal, just aint worth it for me.

Some of the girls have been moving over to ECB. Seen this one pick ***** up near 70th last wed's I believe. She was about a 8 or so.

I have not been there for a few months, but every once in a while I stop by and there seems to be a decent selection. Thursday and Sunday nights are cheap drink nights and pull in a pretty good crowd, or at least it used to. Fridays and Saturdays seem to be hit or miss, you just have to stop in to see what's up. I've seen her two times. I think she is Korean (that would be typical) but I didn't ask. Not much to look at (late 30s, maybe 40, a little chunky) but pretty good service. I cruised University, ECB and Market on 3 evenings and at different times. NADA! Saw a couple BSW's on ECB but didn't do it for me. SD has really become bland territory. Ues to be able to find a okay looking homeless WSW who appreaciated a hot shower, warm bed, TV and some descent treatment. I quit AMP's long ago because they became rip joints with pressure sales. SD used to be a nice place to visit. The cops may be successful but the Chamber of Commerce needs to know that guys like me won't be dropping the bucks I used to, coming to SD.

Hey guys went out to El Cajon City last Thursday night after work around 9:00 p.m.. I was surprised at the number and quality found there. There seemed to be a number of girls out. Saw at least two BSW and three WSW along Main. Picked up a WSW, Lucy, who asked for $ and got her down to a more reasonable amount. Took care of business on the street in a dark area of town. Hi All:
I was in SD for a few days for business and had a chance to check out ECB for any action. Overall it was pretty quiet:-(

The first day, i was out around 5pm, and it was completely dead.

The second day, not the next day, I was out around 7-8pm (can't remember what time exactly). During this time, I saw 4-5 girls ranging from 4-7. Most didn't look that motivated and seemed stand offish. I didn't get a chance to hook up as my timing was off and there were at least 5 mongers for every 1 girl. Every time a girl approached a corner, there was a line. Made it hard unless you timed things perfectly.

The third day, I had some time to kill before my flight. This was mid day and was the first time I tried at this time. Things were initially slow, but by 1pm there were again 4 girls out, not the same ones as the other night. There were a couple of girls that were really pretty cute- almost too cute. But again here lots of hobbyist trying to pick them up. Given the time of my flight I decided to pass.

One thing I did consistently see was LE. They were thicker than flies on dog poo!! I saw them hassling fellow hobbyist, pulling them over etc. Didn't seem to bother the girls, makes you wonder if some of them were undercover. Regardless, there were a lot of them out curising. One good note, I heard that the city is having financial difficulties and budgets are being cut back in SD while crime is increasing. I've been to Asia Spa 4 times on 2 separate business trips to Escondido. I didn't see any dog doo in the massage rooms and last time I was there they replaced the broken handheld shower head.

EL CAJON Ð Prostitutes here rarely had pimps and were mostly middle-aged women working along El Cajon Boulevard, but authorities say that has changed.

Now the corridor is Main Street, the women are much younger, and many work for pimps who are predominantly gang members from other parts of the county.

And the numbers are up.

"There is no question that it's worse now than it has been in years," said Pete Faubel, an El Cajon police agent. "The sheer number of and type of prostitutes have changed 100 percent."

A spate of complaints recently prompted City Councilman Gary Kendrick to call for more police enforcement and tougher sentences for convicted prostitutes and the johns who solicit them.

Since January, El Cajon police have conducted 13 undercover stings targeting pimps, prostitutes and their customers. The District Attorney's Office has won convictions or guilty pleas in all of the El Cajon cases this year, and it has imposed tight probation conditions for first-timers, and jail time for repeat offenders.

El Cajon police arrested 86 suspected prostitutes and johns between Jan. 1 and Aug. 31 Ð more than double the arrests over the same period last year, according to statistics from Police Chief Jim Davis.

The arrests are also netting younger women than in the past, the chief and Faubel said. Most are between 18 and 25 years old, but some are barely teenagers. Police picked up a 13-year-old runaway from San Diego who was selling sex here, Chief Davis said yesterday in a report to the City Council.

Another new aspect of the trade is that many of the women working here aren't local. They are from as far away as Los Angeles and Northern California, Faubel said.

"Somehow, the word is out there that El Cajon is the good place to come work," he said.

Kendrick wants to rid El Cajon of prostitutes by adopting tough new punishments and to "make life as uncomfortable as possible" for hookers to do business here.

"Getting the prostitutes out is the first step to cleaning up all of Main Street," Kendrick said. "We have to think .Ê.Ê. what would it take to make them leave our city."

He said publishing the names and photos of prostitutes, johns and pimps in newspapers would shame them out of town. His plan also calls for court-ordered service by offenders in hospitals that treat AIDS patients. The plan would also enlist community volunteers to follow known prostitutes around town with picket signs, drawing attention to their illicit activity.

City Attorney Morgan Foley is researching the legality of Kendrick's plans, and whether the District Attorney's Office and the court system would adhere to city-mandated sentencing guidelines. Foley and Davis said they are looking for other ways to strengthen the city's anti-prostitution laws, but did not elaborate.

Deputy District Attorney Gordon Paul Davis says punishment for prostitution, a misdemeanor, and associated crimes has gotten tougher recently.

He helped develop a geographic probation program that forbids convicted prostitutes, johns and pimps from gathering in areas known for such activity, and gives police the authority to contact them if they do.

Police had started to seize the cars of the johns they arrest as evidence, but Foley said a judge determined that practice is unconstitutional.

That was disappointing to Faubel, who said it would be a great tool to curb the demand.

"The problem is, there are so many guys out there looking for it," he said. "A lot of these guys are married. You want them to have to explain to their wives why the car was impounded. .Ê.Ê. You have to have some laws with some teeth."

Despite police accounts of the problem, downtown merchants and business groups say there is less prostitution than in the past.

Before redevelopment took off in the mid-1990s, prostitution downtown was prevalent, said Terry Saverson, president of the East County Chamber of Commerce. Prostitutes regularly worked among the homeless people sleeping in doorways around the area now known as "restaurant row."

"It's nothing like it used to be," said Daryl Priest, who built the Albertsons shopping center at Magnolia Avenue and Main Street. He has several other projects in the works including a townhome project at Main Street and Magnolia Avenue.

"Believe me, I would be the first one to complain if I thought it were a problem," he said.

Priest, and other downtown merchants, say redevelopment and the creation of the El Cajon Community Development Corporation, pushed many of the prostitutes farther east down Main Street.

El Cajon CDC President Claire Carpenter, a driving force behind those efforts, said the same thing can happen in other parts of town. Hiring guards to chase away loiterers, and installing security lighting helped reduce prostitution and other crime downtown.

"There has to be a constant patrol," she said. "They have to know that someone is watching. The cleaner, brighter and the more people watching, the better the community."

a couple of comments and suggestions, compiled by my observation and a friend's first hand experience with SD LE. These are general thoughts, and specifics may vary, so always be on the look out.

First off, you must always be aware of your surrondings and what cars are around. This is especially true if Le is in the 'hood.

Most SWs will be walking not just standing on a corner. If they are just standing at one corner without really moving you want to becareful as it can be a sting. Decoys usually hang out at one corner so that they can be watched closely by "legal pimps" i.e. SDPD.

Secondly when approaching a girl, never, ever, EVER talk business while she is on the sidewalk. Offer a ride or whatever, but never discus details when she is not in the car. Most decoys will not get into a car, too dangerous.

Thirdly and this is important, if the girl on the sidewalk tells you to pull over in a specifc area and that she will meet you, DRIVE AWAY, in the opposite direction of where she says if you can. This is Clearly a sting. The reason is that under relatively recent laws, Le can arrest johns just for doing what the decoy asks, specifically drive to a location and meet her there. This shows intent to solicit and is enough to warrant arrest and prosecution. If you don't go to where she indicated, you supposedly can't be arrested, although they can still pull you over and harass you.

That brings up #4: DON'T be supid and be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. They are just as happy to nail you for those things as well, so don't give them any opportunity. Also, be careful when driving to follow all the rules of the road. Any excuse they can find to harass, they will use. Don't give them any.

Fifth, when the girl gets in she may want you to prove you are not a cop. Common, don't know how legally protective this is but a real SW will be made at ease by you showing yourself. Make sure you touch her as well. This should make this easier.

As for what can happen, in a sting, LE will arrest you. Most likely throw you in jail until you can bail yourself out Bail usually 2000 or 200 bail bond fee. You will need an attorney to fight this shit but most likely will lose. There are a lot of cases most get pleaded out without a trial. Fines and classes are required. Your car may be impounded, SDPD has been doing this. As you can see from the posted article, you may get your name and photo in the newspaper if youare in other cities. So becareful.

If you just picked up a girl and she is not a decoy, there is a chance you might get pulled over, very slight. In this case it is important not to be DUIing, or other offenses. LE may talk to you, pull the girl out, but always say you were giving her a ride, she was going to show you where to drop her off. There isn't much they can do as long as they don't catch you doing something.

Finally, watch carefully the cars around you and get away from the pickup scene as reasonably quickly as possible. Take side streets if possible. The key is DO NOT draw attention to you or your vehicle. Find someplace quiet and secure and have fun.

I saw an interesting thing on a recent visit to an AMP. I won't say which one for reasons that will become obvious.

I noticed, at a place I had been to before, the addition of rather sophisticated digital surveilance cameras. In fact one was active infrared (0 lux, total darkness infrared assisted nightvision). They were the type used with a digital video system (records live to disk in PC, motion activated, etc).

If you are curious as to where you can back channel me for information. If I dont recognize you as a regular here don't bother.

As a vet of the AMP scene I have to say this is the first time I have seen this or anything beyond a light beam/door chime.

I'm not sure how to feel about it. Opinions?

Unluck dog really seem to be unlucky. I live in Ohio and post on those boards regularly. I was in San Diego for 4 days in November 02. I'm coming in next week. The last time I went to Tijuana the two evening out of the 4 days. I was driving through San Diego about 9 last night and decided to spin down ECB. I was very happy with what I saw between the 805 and Texas. SW of every size, shape, and color. Thanks for the feedback. I like the teamwork and support here. I love TJ, but live in Escondido - pretty far trip. I used to go all the time when I lived in Mission Valley. Loved it. Promoted it. After relocating to San Diego this summer, I've tried the local AMPs and TJ. Me, I think I'll stick with Tijuana.

My SD AMP experiences locally have been with Minato on Friar's Road and Hong's on El Cajon Blvd.

First trip to Minato was with Adelaine (sp.?), who spent a long time wondering whether I was a cop. (I'm a stocky 33-year-old white guy with a near military haircut.) I convinced her otherwise both verbally and by waving the puppet a bit, and she gave me a dry friendly HJ. I think she approaches her work like she's at a dairy. But the massage was good. Entry fee was $60, and when she asked for a tip, I flipped a $20. She's a very pale, thin Filipina, late 30s.

I drove up and down ECB last night after Monday night football trying to decide where to go. It was getting late so I knew I needed to make a decision quickly. Shanghai parking lot was empty, but there was some LE activity of a different sort a couple blocks down (dead pedestrian) so I drove by Chai on Univ. I tend to agree with you except that you don't consider the time factor. From where I am I could probably knock one out in about 3 hours, door-to-door, but on my four total trips down there I've taken no less than 4.

By the nature of the setup at places like Adelita's (which is the only place I've been BTW) I, at least, need to factor in a drink or two for myself and maybe one for the girl. So, without being argumentative, you could probably add $7 to $15 to your estimate.

For those reasons, AMPs in San Diego remain appealing to me. There is zero effort on my part. I am not expected to do anything in return in order to get aroused. Just get in, get a decent massage, tickle the root, flip me over and whack me off. Done. All for $50 + $10 tip, and it's on the way home.

Believe me, it is through your thinking that brought me to TJ in the first place. But it has not been a substitute for the occassional manual release.

No Driving For Those Who Solicit Sex, Buy Drugs

People caught soliciting prostitution or buying drugs in El Cajon could lose their cars under an amended city law that goes into effect next month.

Police will be able to seize the vehicle of a person arrested for either crime. The owner would have to pay a price equal to the value of the vehicle to get it back.

"The intent is not to make money. The intent is to stop the availability of these crimes on city streets," City Attorney Morgan Foley told The San Diego Union-Tribune.

Offenders can request administrative hearings to object to the seizure and forfeiture of their vehicles.

Cars, trucks and SUVs that aren't claimed will be sold. In most cases the proceeds would be distributed to the City Attorney's Office and to law enforcement agencies to cover costs of vehicle impounds.

In the first eight months of the year, El Cajon police arrested 86 suspected prostitutes and their customers -- twice as many as in the same period in 2002.

The SD police are usually pretty low key with john's unless they see you pick up a girl. Most of the time the cops will see the cops stop the girl and give her a ticket. It's pretty rare that you see a cop pull over some guy with a girl.

Occasinally the vice squad comes out cracks down. On Saturdays there is a lot of cops out so you have to be more careful.

I saw that place and stopped by to check it out. Do not waste your time. The place is full on legit. There was a middle age looking asian lady working the counter when I went in. I talked to her for a bit, and then she actually persuaded me to go in and check the place out. There was no one there, but I tell you what, if this place were an AMP, it would be awesome. Very nice facilities. Saunas, jaccuzzi, showers, all done up with nice tile work. Lockers and benches in the dressing area. They even have a room just off all of this with couches, TV going, newspapers and magazines. Stacks of clean towels, and sandals to use if you like.

Funny you mention this info. Just last week I was strolling ECB, I noticed a younger looking girl dressed to impress. I was unable to really get a feel for her age from 1/2 a block down, but she looked way too hot. I waved, pulled over and waited. She walked up and jumped right in my car. The very absolute first words out of my mouth were........."how old are you, I hope you're at least 18?". she assured me she was, swore up and down. Well, my bigger head got the better of me and I insisted she quickly tell me her birthday. She hesitated, and mumbled off two separate years, one making her 20, then next 22. At this point I was 100% certain she was not 18. I gave her lecture about not only being way too young and perhaps stupid for doing what she was doing at her age, but that fact she was going to get some poor sap of a John, busted with a statutory rape charge. I really sort of let her have it. I dropped her off, drove around the block only to see her climbing in another John's truck.

Be careful bros. Sure they are sweet, fine girls, but if they are under 18, it does not matter what the circumstances are, yes even if she lied, you're going down in flames with a rape rap forever if you get caught.

I'm serious about this. I have noticed some young girls walking ECB lately. You better make them show you an ID, if LE pulls up on you and she is under age...............May God have mercy!

Hello everyone!

First I have a warning for those that are into the street scene. SDPD did a major sw sweep on ECB on thursday 12/11/03. I'm not sure if they were picking up jons but a lot of girls went to jail. They may be cracking down so I would advise everybody to be careful. I also would like to inform everybody that I will be providing service to the San Diego area very soon. i think the recent report about ****rs working as sw may have had something to do with it. that kind of thing is serious business and will usually draw such a reaction. public outcry, political pressure, media pressure, etc.

consenting adults is one thing. if there are kiddies out and the weirdos that attract them then i can't find much fault in their taking some action.

Diego are being recruited for prostitution -- and officials are
worried that the problem may be spreading.

Local officials say that the more and more girls -- students by day,
prostitutes by night -- appear to be getting involved. Authorities
told NBC 7/39 that that they recently have noticed a disturbing trend
developing among high school and middle school students.

Now, officials said, they are afraid the problem -- which has jumped
about 50 percent in the last year -- is spreading throughout the
county.

Many of the girls are recruited by fellow classmates, according to
Sgt. Mark Sullivan of the San Diego police vice unit.

"They're not strangers coming to the campus and recruiting them out
in the parking lots," said Sullivan. "These are actually
acquaintances, people they know in the school who introduce them to
the activity."

Police believe a lot of the recruiting is done by the so-called
tennis-shoe pimps -- teenagers themselves, some of whom are not even
old enough to drive.

Some of the pimps, however, are surprisingly sophisticated, sending
local girls as far away as Las Vegas to turn tricks.

Police said that many of the girls were recruited from schools in
South Bay, including Montgomery High School and Montgomery Middle
School, but investigators say that no community is immune to the
problem and that girls of various racial and economic backgrounds are
being targeted.

Sullivan said that most of the teen prostitutes have two things in
common: low self-esteem and a need to belong.

"They're looking to be part of a group or caring environment -- as
they see it -- which is never the case when you get involved with a
pimp," said Sullivan.

Police said the girls do not make very much money, maybe $20-$40 a
day, and the pimps get all of it. Officials are asking anyone with
information to call the vice unit at (619) 531-2452.

Police said it's difficult to know how many students are involved in
prostitution, but they do know that there have been 36 arrests in the
last eight months."

i know this might be kinda late, but about two weeks ago in escondido, i was leaving the parking lot of a supermarket, and was watching two obviously **** girls solicite guys. they both had super short mini-skirts and stripper shoes. after i had seen them talking to a couple different guys in cars, i drove out of the parking lot as they were walking thru the driveway. they both turned around and headed for my car. they wanted to know if i wanted some fun and if i could give them a ride. i asked them if they had run away from home, and they both said yes, and that they needed some cash. they said they knew what they were doing, but i told them to go home to they`re moms instead! they were both under 16, and maybe younger.

Cops Dress As Streetwalkers, Snare 20 Men

SAN DIEGO -- Police arrested 20 men Tuesday after they offered to pay for sex acts from undercover cops posing as streetwalkers.

Vice officers confiscated 15 vehicles during the operation. All of the suspects were booked into County Jail.

The operation was conducted by the department's vice unit in the city's western division, which includes the neighborhoods of Hillcrest, University Heights and North Park.

Yes, i did see the sting that night(tuesday night), i was lucky so. First, i saw two girls standing right outside of the motel by Texas street, and the other two walking east to the restaurant, i came from west bound of ECB. I made a u turn by the restaurant go around behind the motel on the ally, there i saw a cop car with head light on arresting a jon and a black step van on the parking lot of the furnitures store, i pretending passing by, slowly passing cop car, made a left turn to ECB, by the conner of the motel there was another cop car and black step van waiting. I said that it's, let get the fuck out of this area. Guys careful out there, make sure rounding behind the area once before pick up a girl, that was my way of picking up SW for the last twenty years.

No offense to anyone on this board, but anyone gets busted by LE for attempting to solicit a prostitute probably deserves to get caught in my opinion! Think about it, us experienced mongers all know the simple rules.

My basic rule of thumb is simple. I make eye contact and smile, maybe a wave. Not a damn thing more until she sits her ass in my car! PERIOD! If she won't get in your car then leave! I don't give a damn how hot she is, LEAVE! Drive off. If you find yourself caught in a conversation with a girl standing on the corner and she won't get in your car, then ask her a stupid question like directions to some place. DO NOT EVER DISCUSS ANYTHING SEXUAL, NOT EVER UNTIL SHE IS IN YOUR CAR AND HAS DRIVEN WELL OUT OF THE AREA~! Get it? Once out of the area, still do the LE check, do not discuss anything about money or for what until these things have been done!

Now when you pull up on these undercover cops, they will try and talk sex with you and then ask you what you want to pay, etc,etc, just ignore them. All real working girls know this too. They know Johns are well aware of this, therefore chances are, if she does not hop right in your car, she is LE.

Man this cracks me up, when I read these reports about 20 or 30 guys getting burned this way. I really did not know there was that many stupid people out there.

Now even if you pickup a real working girl, you still need to make absolutely for sure that no one followed you, or pulls up on you. You can still be busted if you get caught in the act.

I have a real problem with the way LE conducts themselves regarding prostitution. It's my OPINION they break way too many laws themselves to catch people. They get frustrated because more and more Johns are cautious and don't fall for their silly traps. So they end up breaking the rules themselves. I read a report about one motorist who was arrested for just driving by an undercover LE hooker. He drove by her slowly, checking her out a few times, but never stopped or asked her anything! They busted him. The case was thrown out, be he had to get an attorney and everything else.

The cops like to ASSUME things when running these stings. "well you drove by twice, you were checking her out, you talked to her, you must have been intending to proposition her" etc, etc,

I have even heard of cases where they have attempted to arrest guys for simply picking up a working girls. People get pulled over and harassed all the time, even if their not actually in the act of sex!

So all in all, you must be cautious and remember LE sometimes likes to cheat! So be careful!

I did a fly by of ECB last evening. It was in the 7-8pm time. There were a few girls, a couple of WSW between 805 and Texas that looked too young or methed out. Just looked too skinny. There were some pimps on the corner acting like fools by the Blockbuster. A lame scene.

Frankly I am not a street monger. It is too whacky, weird people, etc. I partake from time to time but it's not a regular thing. Frankly as jammed up as the traffic is on ECB in the evenings I don't see how anyone could tolerate cruising in the first place.

I've spent quite a bit of time reading reports of stings around the country and in California and there's one thing I've noticed from reading the names of the Johns: about 90% of them seem to be Hispanic. But its my opinion (and I have absolutely no data to back me up) that most mongers are white. So I think we've done a good job of informing some of the hobbiest's but somehow need to get the message across to our brethern from the South. I don't like to see anyone get busted. Maybe its a cultural thing (I don't know) and they think since it's not a big deal down there it must not be up here. In fact most of the world probably can't believe the lengths our police force in America will go to to prevent a working stiff from getting a little pussy.

What I find most annoying about these busts are the way the go about it. I'm all for cleaning up gangsters and gun toting drug dealers, but I honestly see no harm in a guy paying for a little sex. I think major cities across America should allow designated areas for the trade to legally take place. I could ramble on for hours about this topic, but I won't.

The old wife, for some reason aint giving it up anymore. Rather then dump his wife leave his family, he goes and and pay for a little SAFE sex. Drops a C note for a much needed release. No harm...........oops, he gets busted by some rookie over motivated cop. He losses his car, then his job, wife dumps him, gets an attorney sues him for everything he ever worked for. she turns the kids against him, he can't get work anywhere because his name and photo was on television. All for a "crime" that hurt absolutely NOBODY!

This is absolutely disgusting, in my opinion. That is just one of a thousand scenarios! It's simply wrong. We all need sex, we were made that way. If two consenting adults want to trade, or be paid, or just have sex for the sake of sex, it should not be the governments business! Sex is personal, private, natural act, it is not a fricken CRIME, that warrants all the above happening to you!
