The night I was driving around, and walking, I did see a lot of LEO's, and it did scare me off. I also saw more SW's than I expected to see.
But after talking to someone whom just might be a bit in the know, its possible the LEO's are out there just to keep things "controlled" and not to put a complete stop to business.

Just got back in town this morning and thought I would take a little stroll.
What I found was more camera's, I first noticed them on Main by BHS which is to be expected by the high school but I also saw more on Main going towards JC, I spotted a couple on Clinton also.
I would suggest you guys hit your main stroll areas and check the light poles for camera's especially around intersections. Be on the lookout for domed type camera's and smaller ones that look like a cigarette carton only a bit bigger.
I don't think BPD has the manpower to keep an eye on video monitors 24/7 but I bet they could do an instant reply of the footage if they needed to.
