Been away for a little while, and when I got back I went for a ride on the soutwest side. I don't know what was going on but in the area of Woodmere and Elmsmere there were serveral L.E. out and about. There were undercover and full marked cars. Went around the corner to Vernor and saw three more L.E. sitting near Lawndale. Went down a little further and two more L.E. cars moving in that direction from Springwell. They wern't running to an emergency but they were definatly doing something over there. I damn sure got out of the area and I'm sorry I can't report what was going on. Due to my getting the hell out of the area.....

I drove down to Fort and found the usual suspects in the area. Only one I was interested in. Small wsw with huge breast. About 5'1,5'2 at best, blond hair. Nice body mid thirtys, talked with her at the BP near the bank and she had to many leasions on her face and arms, huge fake breast though. Must be at least 38-D, seemed nice, said her name was Sue. I just wasn't that desperate, and just wasn't excited about it, so I left her for the truckers.

Went to Chix on Dix for the second time and finding that this is a nice little place. Got there about 5pm, girls looked nice. They all seemed to be friendly. Only one there that I remembered from my first visit. She told me that they got rid of the fish net clad uniforms for the bar maides and bartenders (Damn, Damn & Double Damn). I guess some kind of city regulation prevents them from wearing them in a strip bar, but they can wear that stuff in a regular bar if they want. Does that make any since? (Damn). Anyway they have the grill up and going now. I stayed about an hour, 2 beers and about 25 bucks total with dancer tips. VIP dances are still $20 bucks. Something about getting BBJCIM for that amount just appeals to me. That simulated sex with a girl jumping up against you just can't compare. On the way out I guess it was shift change and I saw three dancers getting out of a car. Of cource being the monger I am I had to wait and see them walk across the parking lot. One of the black dancers was a 10 IMHO. She was total package, plus amazing "BACK" in those tight jeans, gave me a wink as she was entering the door. Had me looking for $20 bucks in my pocket. I did resist, but I did get weak for a moment....

I got busted in Detroit a few years ago. I paid my 700 and did all the court requirements. After my probation I went back to the court house and the judge said since I did all of her requirments the case was dismissed.(she also told me I am lucky because a law was going to be passed were the case could not be dismissed)

My question is: If a employer checks my record what is it going to say?

I still cruise and look but I haven't had the balls to pick one up since I have been busted, but belive me I have been tempted.

FYI I was busted on Michigan ave and Livernois.

When I went to court my luck a guy from my job and his wife were there, their son had got into trouble. But he was cool never said anything except trying to get me to go to church with him.

I think it was Hoyt that told us that there was a possible sting on the corner of Elsmere and Woodmere. Well yesterday I did a stroll in the area about 3 pm and saw this gorgeous hsw standing in front of the apartment building. She was about 5'5-5'6, mid twenties, maybe 110-115, black hair and pretty face. Wearing tight white pants and a blouse, well made up too. As I was coming around the block she made eye contact and smiled. Well as I usual I drove around the block to check the area for L.E.. As I passed her there were two cars on Woodmere that I really didn't recognize as being in the area before, and I could make out if they were occupied or not because my attention was on the hsw. I came back around on Elmsmere down the block and saw that she hadn't moved from the front door of the apartment building, just standing on the sidewalk. I remembered the warning and turned away and never went back to her location. I really didn't get a since that she was U.L.E. But better safe than sorry right?

I went to the bar for about an hour or so and told myself that I would go back and check it out. Didn't see her but caught up with another hsw I had the occasion to meet before, Omrya. Picked her up in almost the same location as the other hsw. She recognized me and came right over. On the way to a safe spot I was asking her about the good looking sw who was there earlier, and if she was U.L.E.? She told me that she didn't know her but there are some new girls (Mexican) working the area. She told me that U.L.E. have not worked that corner but they have worked the corner of Woodmere and Elsmere at the gas station recently.

Omrya also told me that the neighbors in the Elsmere area have been calling L.E. more frequently lately because of the park behind the apartments. The doppers have been shooting up, firing up and what ever else in front of the kids over there. The heat is on in the park area to prevent the dopers from taking over the park. From all I can tell in that area there is still sw traffic and it appears legit. Omrya only knew of one sting by U.L.E. in the area. A lot of the L.E. activity is on the park. From what I can remember from my prior post when I saw all the L.E. cars in the area, it seems like a couple were stopped on the grass by the apartments and in the park.

I'd heard they were working the whole area. Last week I saw a couple of new girls walking down Woodmere, on the west side of the street though, seemed kind of odd, didn't feel right. The other night (late Sunday I think), I saw two girls, one a pretty blonde in black jeans and a t-shirt, the other I didn't get a good look at getting into the front seat of a black unmarked le car at the Vernor/Central intersection. I've also heard le has been hitting Fort street hard lately, not decoy operations, just a lot of patroling and hassling. MI ave last night was an awesome show, lot's of pimped hotties, but an unmarked brown Sheriff's car blew that apart. It's kind of sad yet funny at the same time listening to the pimps yell at the girls. Best to stick with who you know right now I think. Omyra's a nice girl, good find.

I'd still be pretty careful around there. A few years ago, Oakwood was crawling with SWs until the neighborhood got tired of having mongers proposition the local non-sw wives and daughters. They had the TV news crews out there and everything. As a result, you can hardly find anything on Oakwood any more. I don't think that will apply to Woodmere as long as the action takes place at night. Problem is, I see girls out there during the daylight hours too. We all have to be careful to not attempt to pick up the wrong girls LE or otherwise. Between neighbors picking up used condoms from the streets, in front of their houses and having their family members propositioned, they may eventually revolt. There are too many normal residents back there for this to last very long. It was good while it lasted.

Just wait till the girl makes a move or gives the look, there is absolutely no sense in approaching girls who don't make the first move. Another thing I've noticed lately is some of the regular girls moving around. MI girls on Vernor, Fort girls on MI. It also seems like the pimps on MI are working hard on recruiting and even hassling the girls and each other in the process. I've also seen a pimp or two cruising Vernor. The MI east of Livernois area is completely dead lately, it was hopping, even on Buchannon about a month ago.

What time of day or night do you guys usually monger? Usually a take a quick trip down fort from Livernois to Clark in the mornings on the way to work. That'd be 6:50- 7:00. Same thing on the way home, anywhere's from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Swing up to the Fenkell/Tele to Grand/7 run from there then home, if I don't see anyone or chicken out. I might venture back out around 10:30-11:00pm and check the Fenkell/Tele to Grand/7 again.

MI east of Livernois seems absolutely dead, it was rocking for awhile, even the side streets.There was a (dope, I think) house on 35th that a lot of girls were based from -- it got firebombed about a month ago and they all scattered.

Was all the activity interupting the local thugs shaking down people for $ while trying to get gas? Cutting into time for admiring all of the burned out buildings, or the oportunity to set fire to more? Maybe it was all the traffic interrupting the very small children (3 to 10yrs) from playing in the middle of the street at 3am. Local students are unable to study all the gang graffiti in peace? I always think of what a nice area this is whenever I stop for gas or at Church's and order through 6 inch security glass or notice that within a wk of opening, the new Family Dollar store already had a broken window. I'm also certain the local businesses hate the added business since the roads were so promptly and wonderfully repaired. There are just so many reasons to stop in beautiful Detroit like uhhh, and then there's, oh and err. Sorry for the rant, I just think they have such bigger fish to fry. I confirm that the bust was covered by channel 7 news last night. Apparently based at the Star Motel area. Manager quoted as saying he just rented rooms to guys who said they were with their wives or girlfriends. Too bad all of our wives and girlfriends don't look like the chicks being rounded up.

Just caught the news, 150 L.E. gone, no new hires. No more precints, districts. Putting guys on the streets who haven't been there for years. Some may like the decision, I hope its not the beginning of the end. All the dope, all the thugs. I know what we do pushes the envelope for L.E. but if you guys are still monitoring the board, i'm sad to see you go.... Thanks for putting it on the line so we could do what do, safely.

ForresterI agree. I'm not anti-cop. They do their job, they don't write the laws. But the hypocritical part of it is this, while it might be a field day for real criminals, the police will be busting johns as much as ever. It brings in a lot of revenue.

Spent time in Detroit this last weekend. I was on Michigan Ave Saturday night and couldn't believe how quiet it was. I blamed it on the construction. After reading the board, I find that I escaped a close call. Like someone all ready mentioned, I too am a sucker for those short-shorts and low cut tops.

After being shut out on Michigan, I found my way to John R and found a fruitful of choices. It still amazes me how good they look walking down the street, yet up close...

I got up early Sunday morning to do some photography work and took the John R stroll again to see what it looked like in the daytime. I still found 4 different young ladies to talk to. Two of the ladies I would give and 8 to on the SW scale. Not bad for Sunday morning at 7:00 am.

Detroit Police Chief Ella Bully-Cummings announced her plans Monday afternoon to restructure the city's police department

Bully-Cummings said that the department would be reduced to six precincts with the second, fifth, seventh, eighth, 10th and 13th precincts slated for closure. Some of the old precinct buildings will remain in use, while others will be shut down entirely, Local 4 reported.

She added that the restructuring plan reassigns 102 more officers to street duty and decreases the number of officers with desk assignments.

With the bust on Michigan I think they are turning their focus onto this area.

Sometimes there are deals to be had if you just shut up....

Today at about 6:30 I had left the neighborhood bar and was watching the news about the high price of gas. So I thought I top off the ride before the price went to 3 bucks a gallon. Drove down to Fort to the bank atm to get some money. While driving from Fort & Junction towards Springwells BP (2.79 today) for gas came across a nice looking wsw walking near Green. She had a blouse and skirt set on and didn't look bad on the first pass. Did the tour around the block and came back again, all appeared safe so I did the pick-up. She got right in with a big smile, no missing teeth and introduced herself as Sharice.

It was raining lightly and we spent a moment or two just talking. She told me that she needed to make some money. It really wasn't my intent to pick anybody up, just to get gas. It was more instinctive to pick her up so I could had put her right back out if I wasn't pleased. Well, she is wsw, 5'4" or so, 120-125, maybe late 20's, early 30's. Dark hair and brown eyes. I would give her a 5-6 on the sw scale. Anyway, a bj was on the table as far as services requested. She told me she was on her monthly and that was the entire menu. She asked how much? Sharice gets down to business and delivers another steller performance bbjcimws with plenty attention to the family jewels and lots of enthusiam. Afterwards I told her that I remembered her from before and she told me that I was familur to her too. She gave me a contact number and told me she wanted to get together again. I drove her back to her spot and she was smiling and pretty happy. I dropped her off and I couldn't believe she never asked for a tip. The service was good but I wasn't going to give her a 20 for a tip. Just told her that I will get with her again.

I must say, service was a solid 10+++, I will certainly be repeating and including a tip next time. Maybe not, don't want to spoil a good thing....

Hello to all my fellow mongers. I havent posted in a long time but my hunt will never end. I recently made 3 trips back to my home town. All 3 trips have come up unsucsessful. All of my usual spots seemed dead. Woodward, John R from 6 to 8 all empty. Im not even gonna coment on the construction.

I guess im gonna have to start listening to he forum and start traveling deep west. Im not too big on leaving my confort zone.

Well since I've been having such bad luck I decided to post some of my more memorable experiences.

1. After fs im my car a sw proceded to open my door stick her bare ass out and take a piss. My mouth hung open in amazement.

2. took a sw to the no-tel and instead of her leaving the room to go to the bathroom she hops up on the sink in the room and takes a piss. Once again mouth hangs open.

3. Once again in the notell instead of using the room towls this chick takes the pillow case off the pillow and begins to clean herself.

4. Made the mistake of allowing a tv in my car (guess i got a little too close to six mile). As soon as it sat down i knew something was wrong. So I gave it my Oh im sorry i thought you were someone else line. Didnt work dude wanted 10$ just for getting in my car. I hadnt even pulled off from where I picked it up. We got to arguing for a while, I didnt threaten violence I thought he might have a weapon on him. So I told him if he didnt get out of my car im driving to police station. He said ok so we were off.

I pulled up a block from the police station and gave him one last chance to get out. He stayed silent about a few hundred feet from the police station dude pushes open my door and hops out. (Im still moving at the time) How he stayed on his feet I dont know but he was out like a roach when you cut the lights on. I went straight home and had to rethink my mongering ways. IT DIDNT LAST LONG :)

5. This one a few of you might remember this from the old board. I picked up the nice looking bsw. We get to the no-tell. Before we start she says she has to freshen up. She goes in the bathroom, I start taking off my clothes and lay down on the bed. Next thing I hear is a loud fart and splashes coming out of the bathroom. This chick is taking a serious diarrhoea dump. I hop up I guess she heard me because she pokes her head out and says it will be just a second. I say sure and procede to put on my clothes, grab the money off the night stand put five bucks down and leave the room. I left without saying a word. Waved at the no tell people on the way out, and went home. (To rethink my Mongering ways).

THAT DIDNT LAST LONG either!! I saw her the next week i dont think she even recognized me.

Last week I was reading the Metro Times and saw that Lava Life was giving a special for 80mins for 20 bucks. I thought it was a pretty good deal so I tried it. I havn't used one of those services for years, but my luck and selection of women have really gone south lately. I go through the registration process and try to disguise my voice on my ad. I was pretty direct on what I was looking for. I think within the first 20 mins of time I had three telphone numbers. Mind you this was a afternoon that I had off and I had time to play on the telephone. I really didn't care if I scored or not, I was just in it for the entertainment.

To my surprise all three of the numbers given by women were good. The first two were professional providers which I didn't even give the time of day. I guess they would be in the escort category. Both described themselves as black providers and were young. The third was a female that desribed herself as having a body like Kim Fields on T.V.. We talk a while and she sounds like she has some since and not out for a scam. After more discussion of a sexual nature we decide to meet. Instead of meeting at a public place like the game is usually played. She wanted to meet at an agreed upon motel.

Well I refuse to rent a room until I see her so I am sitting in this motel lot by myself looking stupid. I call again and she is still getting ready, damn. I think i'm getting played on, so I leave and get something to eat and come back and she still isn't their. I give it five more minutes and as i'm about to leave she pulls in, about an hour late. But with a nicer and newer car than mine. I Knew this woman was being kept by some man.

I get out and approach her car to check it out the package. Well she definately wasn't a Monique, but not a Kim Fields body either. She was about 5'5" or 6", 180lbs. Usually a little to big for me but hell. I'm standing in front of a motel room door. She is about a 4-5 on regular woman scale and I know I have done worse....Much Worse. I haven't been out in a while. 1 reason) Me and a couple of friends are planning on doing some mongering down in the Dominican Republic 2) My non-pro action has been on the rise lately.

But...like many of you guys mongering is just in my blood and I can't help it..

Anyway now for the post.

I decided to try the 8 mile run on Labor Day since I had the day off. I'm not a big fan of the 8 mile run because you have such a wide radius to work with (forces you to burn a lot of gas). Have to say I have never been into the SW thing but had major experiences with some of the local chatlines a few years back. Last night around 6:30 I was driving South on Gratiot between 7 and 8 Mile I saw what might have been one of the better looking WSW I have ever seen. Took a stroll several times back a forth from Vernor to Oakwood between Shaefer and Miller where there used to be great sw action the late 90's. It was after 2:00 am Sunday morning. Tonight after work, around 6ish, I was DEFINITELY in the mood, and set out on the hunt. After reading Creepy Guy's report below I am compelled to share my story.

It was mid afternoon one day last week. I had just received a bbbjtc ncim from Keisha, a slight 20 something BSW that I had seen before. I tried to start my car and it would not turn over. I have seen it all, and I am proud of the state of "affairs" that I witnessed last night.

Anyone that was out last night on the "strip" (Michigan Ave. , between Livernois and all the way to Wyoming), should have been a witness to true Mongering Heaven. I mean, and seriously in my many. many years of the hobby, I have never saw the multitude, and class, and just plain atmosphere that went on last night around 1: 30 a. m. till almost 5.

I started out over at Fort St. , and saw only a few scragglers hanging around, nothing more than a 4 on the "ho"dar, and was a thinking to myself that this is about to be a sorry night for finding anything. Drove next up Clark, hung a left at Vernor, thinking there should be something; but noooo, nothing again, zero, ziltch (between Clark and Junction anyways), about to call it an early night, but said, "what the hell" and decided to try and fight the construction on Michigan. I am so glad I did.

Was anyone else out there last night, it was absoluetly phenomenal, I hit Livernois right about "Beer": 30, and started hitting bumper to bumper traffic right away. Thinking how stupid an idea this was (Hundreds of drunks on a bumpy ass/no marking/ two lane piece of sh*t road, kinda thought), when low and behold, struck the motherlode of all streetwalking expierences. I counted 26. yeppers, said 26, fantastic looking (definitly the "hollywood types"), 9's and 10's, all within a few blocks. And the coolest thing was, the traffic jam was working to everyones favor. all the women were struting there stuff, and giving a monger almost a headache from all the choices that literally came to your window and gave the "menu". (Just a side note, in case any of you lovely ladies actually read this thing, and to those that have spoken badly of some of the ladies. I have to say, without exception every lovely lady I talked to that evening was polite and actually helpful to a "T". I got into a debate with a fellow monger a while back, I would be interested to see your (and other) responses.

We all have our own system. When I drive around, first I do a ho sighting. After ho(s) are spotted, I circle around and ignore the ho to check for LE. I will usually check anywhere I think LE might hide, so even more than one pass in funky spots just to be sure (check for followers, etc).

Ho must come into car if she passes the ho-meter check up close. Inside car, I talk as little as possible until at least 3 blocks away, no followers, and show me yours routine.

At that point, it is time to park or the no-tel. No-tel is easy. Park is tricky.

Here is my point/question: I ALWAYS leave the car running, doors locked, and lights on in a parking lot / spot after making sure there is no LE. The reason why (which has saved my ass on more than one occassion) is that if LE pulls by, you put it into drive and take off.

I have found that LE and your average homeowner/apartment dweller takes more notice of a car pulling up, turning it's lights off, and sitting there. Also, with no external lights, it is easier to see in the car. A parked car in front of my house with people in it, lights off, engine off will get a call to the Po Po everytime.

Just my 2cents. Every situation is different.

I found that if you find your sweet spot on a public street and are conducting business in the front seat (won't work in backseat guys). Find a level street or pot hole and put the transmission in neutral. Leave it running and if there is sometype of suprise that you have to leave quickly just pull the stick down and your in drive moving away. I'm glad you made it out of that night unscathed. In all honesty, all it takes is one crap Vibe on the night and I am done until next hunt. There is alot of excitement when it comes to the hunt, which stems from the love of the hunt, the thought of getting a GREAT nut, and the fear of being caught or robbed. If any of you guys ever go to Dallas Texas or anywher near there you will appreciate this info. Last night (Monday) I stayed at a hotel near Harry Hines Blvd. HH runs sort of like Grand River (Northwest) and for the most part runs pretty close to I-35E. I had been there a while back (and did not pass the test) and it took two screeners this time, but i finally got to the next phase. Cliff is right about Dallas and Harry Hines. I have been to Dallas a few times and have struck GOLD on Harry Hines Highway. HH is a road simialar to Fort Street or Gratiot here in the Detroit. There are a couple of strip bars and few Mexican type restraunts pawns shops and other commercial buildings. Girls drive up and down and talk to you at traffic signals or you poll over in a parking lot for negotiations. I have often wondered why the ladies don't do something similar here in Detroit.

Berru, I think but I am not positive if the lady is LE she will never get in the car with you a real sw will hop right in. LE always has another LEO in a car close by covering the undercover with more marked cars around. As soon as you mention any type of cash or cost they swoop down on you and you barely know what hit ya. I was driving Telegraph between 6 and 7 yesterday about 4:30 (not mongering, on my way elsewhere). I saw five wsw and no sign of LE. It's been a few since I have been out but from what I have seen of late the S.W. side is very slow. Don't know if it's weather related or L.E.. I have seen more L.E. traffic but it is spotty at best. Some of the popular strolls like Fort & Vernor were empty. Don't know if the sw's were picked up or not. Well had a chance to cruise Telegraph from Schoolcraft to 7 mile and down Grand River yesterday late afternoon (3 - 4). Was suprised there was very little talent out. If it looks like a *** and oinks like....... no disrespect intended, but aren't there far greater problems in Detroit? I can't even get gas safely half the time, and I know quite a few people who have been jumped and robbed and/or assaulted, none by hookers or hobbyists. The Police car in the party store is normal but the tow truck isn't. Occasionally you'll see a tow truck parked at the owners home, but you'll usually see it there so it's not out of place. Check to see if it says Police towing or recovery. Red's does a lot of the towing in this area. Between odd girls (especailly if there are no known ones around, they'll usually sweep them first) and the tow truck you did the right thing.

On 11-26 at approximately 10:30 was strolling on Dearborn near the I-75 bridge when I saw a ULE stop a pick-up truck just past the Citgo gas station on side street near Melville. As I passed saw driver was spread eagle on hood of truck. Turned east on Melville and turned left at next stop sign going back towards Fort St.( not sure of street name). As I was turning there was two flat bed wrecker trucks on the shoulder and at least 4 marked LE cars sitting. I couldn't go that way because the street was so narrow with the wreckers and L.E. cars. It didn't look like a raid, it looked like the L.E. was holding down the area. I did not see any activity on Dearborn when I passed through.

Drove over to Fort and it was dead of any activity to Junction. Vernor was also dead, I did miss out on a cute little wsw hanging on the corner just west of Central. Passed by before I saw her and looped around the block to come back. When I got back she was getting into a Explorer monger mobile. From what I can see she looked pretty nice. Did the southwest stroll and I saw no L.E. activity other than what was on Dearborn.

Depends on the program you're using.

I use Paint Shop Pro for image editing.

You can resize them physically. In PSP I go to "image", click on "resize" and reduce them by a percentage, or by the width & height in pixels

Or you can reduce the number of colors, but with the reduction in colors, you'll get a reduction in quality.
