I cruised the strolls last night. Saw one possible decoy standing most of the night near a parking lot near 4th and Broadway. Everytime I drove past, she gave me a look like I was an idiot for not stopping, but she did not move. There were a couple of guys walking in the area. Seemed like they were staying around the area. Probably UC cops. There was a guy in a body builder outfit standing by his bike for a long time near the bank just north of Broadway on 6th street. I saw him several times as I drove past, figured him for a fag, but then he was following the police wagon over to Broadway and 10th where a bunch of other cops were, so I think he was the fuzz too.
I scored with a girl named Annette (I think that was her name). Took me to the motel on S 11th street. $25 for 1 hour. I paid her $40. Nice relaxed cbj. I don't like the cover when I am horny, but after the deed, I always am happy We used one. She smelled clean, seemed intelligent, would have liked a phone number but she does not have one.

I got a call from Candy, the girl I had seen last time I was in town, about a week ago. I had given her the direct line to my desk at work and she had called after hours so she left me a message. Told me she was at the Kmart on Sanniallo Rd and would wait around there until they closed in case I wanted to come and see her. Needless to say I got the message in the morning so was unable to act on it.
Was wondering how long this board has been around. When I made my last report on Cady I got a lot of personal messages asking for her phone number- I had mentioned she had none. Most of these were from guys who had less reports than I have and I have only known about this for a couple of months, so was wondering if it is a new board or if it is just that most people make few posts.

Told me she was better than the regular SWs since she did not do drugs and had a palce to stay- she did however smoke a lot despite me asking her not to every time she lite up- she get apologizing then putting it out. Went to a short stay hotel on the far west side of town. We agreed on the price and the details- however she seemed to really not want to be doing this and was both rushed and hesitant about doing anything or letting me touch her, but knew that she had to. When we were done she had me drop her off not too far from where I found her- she said since I seemed like a nice guy I could have her phone number to see her again. Told me she hoped to find another job- when the college students all started leaving town- she had recently been laid off. Said I would be unable to pick her up on the street after she got the job but she would still see guys she felt comfortable with since she could always use more cash. Although she was real cute and nice to be around I did not really enjoy the time we spent together at the motel, I told her I was from out of town and had no plans on coming back anytime soon so I declined and wished her luck in finding a job.

Spent another evening in Rockford last week. SW action was slow, so I headed over west to see one of my regular stand bys. Best head in the world!

School has now started and I am now in a position in which I would have never guessed I would be in last spring. Angel has now moved in with me and enrolled in college out this way, luckily was able to convince school that she was a resident here to get the lower tuition rates they give to locals.
Never have I had a girlfriend living with me so this is a bit of an adjustment for me. I have been led to believe that girls tend to get bitchy and want to change things soon after they move in but she as been here for almost three weeks and it has not happened yet. She also ha not lost any desire to have sex, something else I had been told happens- but usually after a wedding. I can attest to the fact that a healthy 18 year old girl with a very healthy sex drive can keep a 33 year old guy worn down. I almost welcome the bit of a breather that I get when I have to take off out of town overnight for business.
I have really lucked out here. Her parents had told her that they'd pay for her college and are doing so. Not only are they covering the actual school expenses but her father also decided to pay me for putting her up, something I never expected or asked for but have not turned down. He did however told me she will become my responsibility if I wind up getting her pregnant, she drops out of school or I decide to marry her. It has become my understanding she and her mother never told her dad about the fact she has been on birth control for sometime. Angel has also told me that she has gone into detail with her mother about the fact we are doing it but has not let her father know, although I am sure that he suspects. She does not tell him and he does not ask her (or me) about it sort of like being queer in the military.
This shall be the last report I am making on Angel since she is now as far as I am concerned a live in girlfriend not a one time sw who took an interest to me. I may be making a few more posts here. With all the stuff she has brought with her includes a computer picture scanner- last time I looked at getting one of these was ~8 years ago when they were way too expensive for me. I do have a fair number of pics that I have taken of girls I have met over the years. Once I figure out how the thing works and how to get pics online I may start posting some of these. Some of the girls asked me not to post their pics on the internet, or not to show their faces or not use their real name if I did. A few however were disappointed when I told them that I did not have the ability to put them online. One girl who told me not to post her pic had someone else post a pic of her somewhere earlier and she learned of it, she told me she made life much worse for him since next time she saw him cruising he was in his company van- with company name and phone number on it- she decided to call his boss and tell him one of his employees was trying to pick her up as a SW which she wasn't she said she wound up telling his mother in law not his boss and never saw the guy again. I am thus inclined to honor the girl;s requests. It will be at least a week or two before any of these get posted since I do not know how the thing works nor have we been able to hook up her computer to the internet connection without disabling mine. I have an older top of the line Mac and she has a new low end Windows unit- neither of us know much about the other system so have a call in to the internet guys to come out and figure out. Although many of the pics are of girls from Rockford (I have had better luck here than in most other cities I have travled to) a fair number of them will get posted elsewhere.

Haven't had a Rockford adventure in a while, but stopped by to visit for the first time in a while. Visited my favorite - the Exclusive.
Nothing really different from past posts, but maybe some info you guys can use. Had a 2 girl with Devin - a cute, sort busty Latina/Italian. She really gets into it. Other girl was Tiffany who is hands down my favorite girl over there. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all - but this girl's body is curvy and kicking. Also good attitude and service. Went on a Wednesday night, here are some things I noticed you may be able to use.

This is a good spot for some extras. Pay for short time and then just a little more for all the extras. A blind will be used to block the open door. It is not the best method but it is effective. Stay away for walkers. This is a better choice. See Phoenix Arizona for better qaulity walkers.
Have figured out the scanner and uploaded first pic I scanned in Quad Cities. I am not sure it worked but if it has will do some more- quite a few will go to Rockford but decided to start a bit closer to home.
Did notice something of interest in one of the old newspapers whihc Angel had used to pack her stuff for transport. Noticed in the death notices a notice of the death of a girl I had seen a few times in Rockford. Her street name was Cinammon and she was 20. I recalled her real name since I chekced her ID when I first met her last year. I recall seeing at least one reference to her in the forum. No full obit in the paper and the Rockford paper does not let you view obits on line that are more than 7 days old, so I know nothing els other than She died last month. Kind of sad since she was a nice girl (as well as being one of the best looking SWs I had ever met). Like many girls out there she had a very bad drug habit although she wanted to get unhooked, last time I saw her she told me she was going to be checked into a rehab clinic down in Peoria and was trying to save enough money (not spend it on drugs) to get down there. Offered to drive her there and gave her my phone number but never heard from her or saw her again- that was last winter.

Picked Angie up once about 6 years ago on Broadway @ 7th. Told me her name was Angel! but later that her real name was Angie. she was 18 when I saw her and was still a senior in high school hoping to graduate in a few months- I did check ID- how I learned her real name. Her mother had died about a couple of years before I met her and when she turned 18 her stepfather kicked her out of the house since she was not his kid but had promised her mother he would take care of her until she was "old enough" she had figured that meant graduate from college or at least high school. She had been staying with friends- but was real short on cash. Was real nervous about everything and we must have driven around town for over an hour talking before she suggested doing anything. Although the drive did include a couple of stops at drive throughs since she told me she had not eaten since ay before. Then another couple of hours at the hotel before we actually did do anything- although it was worth the wait! Told me she had never been with an old guy before which at the time I did not really think I was since I was 27- but she did tel me I was much better than high school guys! Dropped her off at her friends's house about 5 hours after I picked her up- she would not give me a number to reach her but we made arrangements to get together again when I was coming through town next. She did not show up and when I stopped by her friend's house was told she was not staying there anymore. Would have liked to see her again but never saw her out.
This week picked up Cindy(I Think her name was). A few years ago she would have been very attractive or better. Probably 5' 6" slender, reddish hair. She was having some serious pain in her side from something she couldn't diagnose. I don't think she is seriously on drugs but she called a friend from my phone to ask him to bring her something for the pain. $30 for FS but when we got to her sister's place there was no way I was going to lie down anywhere in that pig pen. I did that once in Portland years ago and got a good case of crabs (helped to speed the break-up of a romance that was on the way out anyway). Settled for a BBBJCIM which was very good; excellent skills. She spit in a shopping bag hanging on a door knob and left it there when we left. Picked up Miranda last summer think it was. did not want any naked pics of her posted online so this is the only one I have. Her natural hair color is much darker adn she had it bleached out. Had real bad scar on her arm from wen she was attacked by a horse as a litle girl. Would have picked her up again. Samantha is another girl who I only wound up finding once. Most of the really good ones seem to be that way. Found her about 4 or 5 yers ago miday. Took several more pics that were more revealing (collar and cuffs did not match :( I prefer my redheads real) but flash on camera was losing juice and they did not turn out.
Saw Janice twice several months apart a few years ago. Both times she was pleasant. In between times she had started dating one of her regualrs a lawyer from Wisconsin and had move in with him. She told told me he had given her a place to live, bought her clothes, had helped her get out of some legal problems, sent her to drug rehab, bought her a car (but kept it in his name) and wanted her to go to college. (maybe it was Lefty?) Showing a lack of judgment which may have landed her on the street to start with she decided to have nothing to do with that since he did not want her out on the streets anyomre (he had also stopped crusing). When I saw her the second time she was waiting for someone to come down and collect the car.

I knew Cinnamon well. Knew her before she hit the streets, while still in HS there in Rockford. Before the drugs got her, she was a good kid, with a story like the girl who's stepfather threw her out after her graduation.
Cinnamon died about 9/1/05 of a drug overdose. She was still talking about going into rehab, but the pull of the drugs was stronger than anything else in her life, I guess. Sad story.
I was in the Rockford area last week and saw Sam walking on 15th mid-day. I was unable to partake because of business, but the tall, thin redhead that I saw was definitely her and she did hop into a mongers car.
Thanks for the pictures Ralph. I'll keep my eyes open looking for a couple
of them. It's nice to be able to separate the REAL thing from LE.
Last one for the day. Suspect I will have some more pics next week I have a box full of them. Already have some in QC and will have others in Peoria & Springfield as well as a few other areas. I don't pay for anything - no memberships in services via the internet, no monthly charges for anything, and no $ for this kind of service. The attraction to this website is that it is free and that it has always been very confidential. The value is in the ability to post - and my experiences are a value to anyone who wants that information - and vise versa. Once that starts being charged, I'm outta here! I can always lurk - unless that is also taken away.
With gas prices going up, natural gas bills going up, cost of living sky-rocketing, mutual funds and stocks barely maintaining or dropping, I don't need to spend $ to fund a hobby that is a simple pastime.

This is Darlene met her several summers ago and saw her a few times. She was a nice girl came from a town about an hour west of Rockford- who a bad case of the stupids in choosing men. I will NOT be posting any pics of Angel (despite several PMs requesting me to do so) nor of two other SWs who I wound up considering a regaulr girlfriend and wound up meeting mom and or dad. Driving through the Rockford 'triangle' I saw 6 SWs in about 5-10 minutes. Girls waving, yelling, stopping traffic. It was out of hand.
I can't help but think that this town needs to help get these girls off the street, either will real jobs, or by regulating the trade. They won't ever make it legal, but they could decriminalize it. As is the girls aren't being tested, and that isn't safe for either the men or women of that town.

I am in the Dallas Forum and it appears that no one there is all rowdy about the Membership Fees. I know that we do not have any fees in place here YET, but I am afraid that soon, that no longer will be the case.
I know that Senior members on the other International Forum do not have to pay a Jackson, compliments of Jackson. Nonetheless, the fee is rather nominal but I must un-willingly admitt that having my credit card on file raises many concers.
First and foremost, the main issue that I have is if this site is EVER under investigation by the FED, then my name will appear on the archives and they will seek all others that are involved.
I would hate to have such profile w/ the FED and hope that if a fee is a ever incured on this site, that we will have options on the type of payment that we want to make.

Was in Rockford 19/20 Sep. and decided to cruise the Broadway area. Tokyo's closed for sure and weird not seeing the lights all bright. Oh well. I cruised down the side streets and found a mini skirt that was hard to pass. In the car she came at a moment's notice. Would loved to do the world with her but didn't come prepared. Well, I gave it a shot yesterday. I cruised the regular strolls from about 4:30 to 7, and only observed a very few suspects. Picked up a possible provider near the IGA on Broadway, but was not interested in doing business with her. Talked to another on Harrison near the Mobil station east of Kish, but she was older than I am, and might have out-weighed me, too.
After dark, I gave up and called an old friend who has an apt. near Seminary street. We got together for dinner and some playtime at her place. Damage was three jacksons for FULL SERVICE, plus another jackson for the dinner.
On the way out of town about 10PM, noticed that there was even less street traffic than earlier, and that the storm had darkened many of the streetlights on both Broadway and on south 11th Street. That made it even more difficult to find any suspects. Maybe Leo has made progress on dampening the Rockford Strolls.
I am not the only one finding girls since I have not found any for several months now- have one. The pics being posted span about a 8 1/2 year peroid or so with a few breaks taken when I was not looking since I had a regular girlfriend. I have never picked up a SW when there has been a girl I was dating who was getting some from. Albeit sometimes that can be more expensive.
I think there are many more people getting lucky than are reporting judging by the number of people looking at the pics I have posted vs. the number of reports that have come in. The last pics I posted were 6 days ago and since then they have had ~1200 views each,meaning ~200 a day! But there have only been 9 other reports since then, less than 2 a day! So someone is not really contributing here. "The kids are at the bus stop with them, and we've had problems," Doris Hansen said.
Ask most residents living near 11th Street about their neighborhood's biggest issue, and the answer comes quickly.
"We're having a lot of problems with hookers. That's been the main thing for as long than we've been here," Hansen said.
Doris Hansen and her husband have lived off 11th Street for more than 30 years. Three years ago, they started up the Southeast Helping Hands Neighborhood Watch. It's neighbors helping neighbors, people fighting prostitution.
“They will come up and beat on the side of your car. They do a lot of things, they holler at us. It's terrible.”
And while Hansen says the city's police officers usually respond quickly to calls, she's often skeptical of which stores are for or against the prostitutes.
"A lot of them I'm sure that are OK, but there are some that I believe are associated with it," Hansen said.
Whether it's 4 a.m. or 4 p.m., these neighbors off 11th Street say drugs and prostitution are a daily problem. That's why they say they're always on the watch.
"The neighbors are a lot closer now. I would know if someone was sick with a block of my house and I think that’s a big plus," Hansen said.
Deputy Chief Theo Glover of Rockford tells us that 11th Street is a major concern. Glover adds that police often make more prostitution arrests there than most areas of the city.
The police ask for residents to call the departments non-emergency line for any suspicious activity. That number is 987-5800.

Visited Exclusive shop today for lunch. First time there. Very good selection. I choose Haley based on Call Me Goo’s report. She was the last one out for the line up and my draw dropped. Spent a few hours in Rockford Tues evening, checking out the strolls. LE has activity down, but not completly stopped. Had the regular shanks to chose from plus a few new to the area. Preferring 'fresh meat' I selected Kerri who I found on 11th Street, south of Smittys Pantry at about 15th Ave. She was walking south on 11th, and gave me the look as I cruised by. Decided to try out Exclusive yesterday. Walked in around 5:30pm and got a choice of about 5 women. All decent looking, but nothing outstanding. I stick mainly to 11th street, or two or three streets west of 11th. Never had much luck east of 11th. Occassionally I have found a 'gem' near the trailier park west of 11th street, almost to Sandy Hollar Road. It is a block or two west of the new MacDonalds on 11th. Also off Brooke, west of 11th. Also on Harrison, near the Mobil station, almost to Kish.
I had much luck 12-24 months ago around the big motel near 11th and Harrison. Town Pump, or something like that. Now they watch their 'guests' activities more, so it is now difficult for a girl to work out of her room there. Used to be, there would be a half dozen or more indepentant girls working out of their rooms there.
Much activity near Alton and 11th street, and for a block or two both east and west. Mostly shanks, but activity. Also that bar-take out store accross from the Penny Pincher.

Got the pictures back I took of Candy who I saw in Rockford a couple of months ago. Was not sure if they would develop them or not. I will be uploading one of them here to see if it works. Exotica is a retailer. They sell toys, lingerie, DVD's, etc. There is one or two clerks, who were nice looking when I was there, but there was no hint of any added services. There is not really any place in the store for extra-curricular activities.
Just to add to what Oddjob says about Exotica... when I went in, there was one dude working... which even more lessens the chance that its an outlet for anything more than merchandise. I gotta admit, driving by it had me wondering a bunch of times before I finally checked it out. Open late, lavendar neon, sex related.

Last weekend I went out to RFD after going to Executive in Belvidere. I got so wound up at Belvidere that I wanted more action. Anyway, did most of my cruising on 7th. I didn't see anything on 11th, but it just may have been a slow time. This was on a Saturday at like 4 pm. Anyway, saw possibly 4 girls. 1 was a crack hitter, I could tell just by her hands. Was out and about in beautiful Rockford last evening. Several new suspects on the track, plus a few of the regular shanks. Heavy LE presence, too. At one point about 9PM, I counted three squad cars in sight, when I waited at the light at 8th Street and Broadway.
Spoke to two possibles, but was not too excited by either. Elaine is a 28-30 y/o WSW I met near the Macs on Kish and Broadway. She is about 5'5" 140# and looked drug-free. But she was a little to heavy for my taste, and wanted 2.5 Jacksons. So I passed.

I decided to read through all the old reports in the several cities within a couple hour drive of home (Peoria, Bloomington, Quad Cites & Rockford) Noticed that the 2004-2000 reports seem to only go back to early 2002. However upon reading the earliest ones several reference older reports that I can't seem to find. So is this as far back as they go? Are older ones kept somewhere else? or am I reading too much into the reports and early 2002 is when this website was started? If it was the last of these I would have thought it would be 2002-2004 reports.

I was in Rockford Friday afternoon from about 2:30 to 5 and was amazed by the absence of street activity. Thanks to Master Quick, now I know why. Most of the regulars were "picked up" by LE. And it appears the balance of the regular shanks were hidding.
Visited again on Sat afternoon after playing golf at Aberdeen (sp?) off Spring Creek road. The stroll was again vacant, and I wasted alot of gas confirming that nothing interesting was available. Finally drive to Madison and made my contribution at RS.

Sure - one is a misdemeanor usually punished with a mere fine and maybe up to a year in the county jail, the other one has a prison sentence in excess of 1 year attached to it.

Did a little leg work, and found out a few details about the sweep last Thursday evening. Talked to three providers who were not arrested and one who was arrested and then bailed out.
Appears at least two techniques were used by our local LE. First there were many, many maarked and unmarked cars involved, and officers from outside Rockford. Unmarked older cars and visiting cops were used to stop girls on the street, and ask for services. Generally older white guys who looked harmless to the protential provider.
A new method (to me anyway) was to have two cars moniter the 'hot' areas and watch for a provider to be dropped off by a customer. One car would stop the customer, and one would pick up the provider. Keeping them seperate, the customer would be let go if he would confirm that prostitution had occured, and would testify if necessary. Knowing 99% of cases are pled out, most guys seemed to jump at the chance to go, even if they had to hae their name and contact info recorded.
Armed with that information, the provider would be confronted, and in at least two cases admitted she was hooking.
Wonder how much of our tax dollars were spent to protect us from those 18 girls? The nine felony charges almost gaurantee hard time for the provider, if convicted of that charge. To illuminate further on a previous question, Rockford's statutes provide a person only one misdemeanor prostitution plea, and then felony prostitution must be charged. The judge is NOT required to convict of the higher charge, of course.
I haven't been out in over a year and have a chance to head to Rockford soon. Things seemed to have changed considerably at the AMP's, which is what I really like. Are they still there and legit? Closed down and gone? Minimal play?
Would Chantily or Exclusive be a better choice?

I had something like the second thing World Wise mentioned happen to me in Rockford several years ago. Luckily nothing bad happened to either the girl or myself.
The young lady was one I had first picked up on the streets of Rockford, but wound up going out on several "real" dates with. She was from a town about a half hour drive from Rockford. I had picked her up from her mother's house in the early evening (her mother had no idea how we had met, I think she had told mom it was on the internet, she was 18 and had graduated from HS a few months earlier and not chosen the college route- I like college aged girls). Wound up taking her out to dinner, took her shopping and bought her some stuff she wanted, took in a film the went to my hotel room for lots of ex. She did not want to stay with me and instead wanted to be dropped off at her cousin's house who lived in the stroll area. This was around 12:30 - 1 AM. I did this and no sooner had she gotten out of my car then someone yelled 5-0 and I noticed a couple of cop cars pull out form hidden locations. I had no idea what they were up to but they did not put on their flashing lights, I figured it best to leave the area and did so. I did however notice one cop car was following me. I managed to get a few blocks ahead of him, since his flashing lights were not on he wound up waiting at a stop sign. Made several very quick turns in succession however the cop did speed up caught up with me and pulled me over.
Cop asked for DL and insurance card and then asked what I was doing in the area, said I had dropped a friend off at her cousin's house (truth). He asked me her name which I knew. Then asked what I was doing with her told him had picked her up at her parent's house and spent the evening with her. I am guessing the other cop was grilling her. At this point the Gods decided to smile on me and my phone rang. The cop told me to answer it and remarked that I was lucky that my friend had not stolen it. Turns out it was the girl's mother and she was wondering if I was bringing her back home or if she was staying with me at my hotel. I said I had dropped her off at her cousin's and was told that was not a good idea (mom thought the cousin was a bad influence on the girl- she turned out to be very right in a few months- and that I was a good one). She asked me if I could go back and get her, I said that may be a problem and when asked why I told her to wait, handed the cop the phone and told him to explain. He talked to mom for a few minutes and was convinced that I knew her daughter, she knew that her daughter was with me and did not want the daughter to be left at her cousins. Cop handed the phone back to me apologized radioed his buddies and a few minutes later the other cop drove the girl to where we were. She was told she was spending the night with me at my hotel and in the morning I was to take her back home. We left and did that, although she was complaining about it I told her it was better than winding up arrested. Albeit I did not technically pay her that night for sex, I just spent money on her. If it was illegal for guys to spend money on women to get laid I suspect every straight guy alive could get arrested. Was the only time I had any dealings with Rockford cops.
I encountered Meghan, one of the girls who was mentioned as being arrested a few years ago. Said she was 18 at the time she told me she was one of the first guys who had picked her up and acted like it. Gave me a number and next time I was in town called it and was told by her mother she was not living there any more and that she wished I would stop calling, and hung up. Had only called once so suspect she had me confused with someone else. Saw her out walking about a year or so later and called her by name. She came to my car asked how I knew her name. I told her I had picked her up once and she told me I was mistaken since she was not a girl who let guys pick her up. Guess she changed her mind.

Had to fill in for someone in a branch office in a small town not too far from Rockford and been staying at a hotel in town, instead of a 70 mile commute. Thus having ample opportunity to look for girls at night. Last Friday I had n luck, as I reported and found out why the big bust. Went to Wisconsin for most of the weekend to visit relatives and returned to Rockford Sunday night.
Sunday night the streets appeared a bit more active than they had been on Friday, although most of the girls were in my opinion too unattractive for my tastes. After better part of an hour of cruising wound up picking up a very young WSW named Teresa. I had seen her earlier but she refused to make any eye contact and was not acting like a SW. She did finally approach my car and when she did asked her if she needed a ride, she jumped in. Told me she was 18 and immediately started talking price. She did not want to go to a motel saying they were a waste of money, despite me telling her I was staying at one. She insisted on finding a place to park, which I was a bit nervous about although I did pick it. I remarked at how tight she was and she said that a lot of guys told her that although she was surprised she was since she had a kid who was almost two. She was working the streets hoping to get enough $$ to go back to high school and then go to college to become a veterinarian, although I do not think she will achieve that goal. She also had a kid to support along with "baby's daddy" who I am guessing is for unknown reasons incapable of supporting her and his kid- she told me he was older than I am. She had no contact info but said she lived in the house where I picked her up, I suspect this is not true since I dropped her off there when we were done and she dashed into a white car with several black guys in it and they hastily left the area. Figure call it a night and retired.
Monday wound up back in town ~6 PM and saw a fair number of the unattractive girls out again, I am guessing cute ones get picked up and thus do not stay out very long, ugly ones do not. Spotted a petite short haired blonde in baggy orange pants on 7th up in the area with a stop light every block. did not make eye contact so I decided to circle around the block to check her out, but by the time I got around the block again she was getting into someone else's vehicle :( Lucky guy.
Hour or so later picked up a blonde WSW who told me her name was Jenny by the Phillips 66 station on 11th St. She was all hyper about the cops saying there was a warrant out for her arrest for failing to appear in court on some traffic charges. She agreed to comeback to my hotel but complained at how far away it was (it was by the tollway). When we got there she did not want to take her clothes off all the way, was very rushed and had a favorite saying of are you done yet. Would not pick her up again.
Tuesday hoped to have better luck and as things first appeared that was to be the case. Saw a girl who looked like biker chic Jenny (or at least did from a distance in the dark). I pulled over and she jumped in, it turned out she was not Jenny and was most likely older than Jenny's mom. Said her name was Patty, I wanted nothing to do with her. Told her I thought she was someone I knew, she asked who, I said Jenny. She asked if she was a young brunette with an eye piercing and I told her yes. Patti told me she knew her but not very well but she had not seen her in over a month. Not sure what had happened to her since her relatives were looking for her and if I saw her I should tell her to contact home. I lied told her I knew and that I was Jenny's uncle and was out looking for her. Patti then realized I was not interested in dating her and she got out of my car.
A short time later I saw Teresa again. She however was oblivious to the world around her and despite pulling over and calling her name she failed to take notice of me. So much for that.
Things took a turn for the better when I spotted Lindsay a 22 year old WSW. Pulled over offered her a ride and she accepted. She was not having a good time, she had lost her job and her longtime boyfriend and father of her kids had left her for a younger woman who was still in high school. I always figured that guys waited until their GFs or wives were a bit older before going for the younger model (and often the younger woman would be 22 or older). She was from out of town and was staying with her mother who lived in the stroll area. Her mother from what I understood is a part time SW who had told Lindsay she needed to go out on the street to help pay the bills. Got to my hotel she proceeded to lie down on the bed and fall asleep! After some coaxing did manage to wake her up, she apologized saying she had not gotten any sleep the night before and since she was not a crackhead could not stay up for several days straight. She did say she wanted to do something and I did get CFS from her but she was half asleep and very out of it. She told me next time I saw her she'd be a freebie and she was planning on going home and sleeping after I dropped her off. Managed to keep her almost awake on the ride back to where I found her by blaring the radio and driving with the windows down. When I got to where I found her told her it was time to get out and she left my car in the half asleep mode, hope she made it to her mother's OK. She gave me her mother's address and told me to come see her the next day.
Wednesday I figured I would try Lindsay again since she was pretty good looking an did not appear to be a drug addict. She had to be more fun if she was fully awake. The address she gave me as her mother's however was for a place that did not exist.
A bit after coming to the conclusion that the address was a fake I ran into Candy, the girl I saw a couple times in the summer and whose picture I posted a bit back. She seemed happy to see me. Had told her I had tried contacting her but the phone number she had given me was disconnected. She said she had been away for awhile. I took her back to my hotel and spent most of the evening with her. Seems however since I had seen her last time she had not been keeping herself out of trouble, a friend of hers had stolen a car and taken her to Colorado. Details were foggy but appears they were caught somehow and she was allowed to go since she did not know car was stolen but it took her several weeks to get back to Rockford without a car or money. As soon as she got back to Rockford she wound up getting busted in the big sweep last week. Told her I had seen the newspaper article and did not see her name, at which point she replied that the ID she had shown me with her name as Candace was a fake. Surprised that she was not charged with false ID if the cops found her with that. This did not please her parents who learned about it when their friends started calling and asking about her, at which point mom came down and bailed her out. Her parents were having them stay with them until the court case was resolved and she did not want me contacting them there. Not sure why she was back out on the street, but she was annoyed that her parents wanted her to either go back to college, get a real job or get a husband. She told me she was going to fight the prostitution charge since all she had done was accepted a ride from a guy (who was a cop) while she was waiting at a bus stop. She refused to tell me what her real name was, but after reviewing the names in the article and her age (she told me she was 22 when we meet and does not look much older- and these girls tend to age quickly) I am guessing she is either Ursula Wenzel, Meghan Haiman or Elizabeth Holm- the last one although the oldest may be the most likely since she was not actually charged with prostitution.
While looking for the newspaper article I had posted I noticed a report I thought I had made a couple of weeks ago either did not make its way up or I failed to post it- and have since deleted it from my computer. I had picked up a young dark haired SW whose name escapes me at the moment. She was an OK date although she smelled like an ashtray. The thing that stuck in my mind about her is that she was complaining about the fact every guy she met over the past few days was looking for one of her friends and when ever she dated one of these guys her friend would get upset at her for stealing her dates. Her friend also had a copy of what I am guessing is a print out of this website (or another like it) given to her by one of her regular dates. Both of them were upset that another girl they knew had been mentioned on here, but apparently things about her were un true, while neither of them were.
Just learned that I'll get to be going back home tonite, since the guy whose job I have been doing up this way is feeling better and will be coming into the office tomorrow. The recent sweep in Rockford reproves exactly how misdirected the local constables are. Whatever happened to all of the hubbub about the city official who owned part of one of the lingerie shops? Why does he and his ho's get to skate?
That said, I still visit R-town and now do a modified version of The Stroll. It all began a year ago August - August 2004. I was robotically going through The Stroll motions on a hot Monday night. It was around 2 a.m. and apparently the bars were either closing or closing early.
I was on 7th near The Flame. I was doing the little neighborhood loop (by the red brick church to the east) because I had gotten unbelievably lucky with a WSW named Diana. She was having some domestic problems and had quit/gotten fired from her job as a nail tech. Whatever, she was hot.
She also wasn't out on the night. I was about ready to pack it in when I was on one of the side streets off of 7th. I looked to my right and there was an amazingly attractive blonde girl giving me The Look. I looked back, she smiled and suddenly she was in my car.
I couldn't ask the obvious - what was a great-looking chick like her doing working the shadows at 2 a.m.? But she asked if I was dating in a roundabout way - yes, please - and then told me it would cost $, at her place. Me and Willie said fine.
It was about a 12-minute drive to her place. She gave me a reasonably plausible back story - grew up privileged in Rockford (used to date Janet Lynn's cousin or something), started college in Madison, partied herself into a waitressing job in Chicago. Worked the south side of the boulevard in Chicago with a girl who use to be one of the maids at Hugh Hefner's old place on No. State. Blah, blah, blah. And wound up working for the old NightWorld escort service in Big Windy.
Trixie and I got back to her place and it was a typical older house in Rockford. Not quite The Munsters, but on the path. An upside-down plastic parrot in the living room, a huge Jim Beam bottle filled with pennies and a poster of Led Zepplin c. "Whole Lotta Love (1970)." Also Crest and Listerine in the bidet, a sign of upscaling in certain Rockford neighborhoods.
The bedroom we used was in the back. She really was good-looking. Porcelian azure eyes, nice cha-chas and reasonably stylish blond hair. A few stretch marks and a somewhat bored attitude toward the deeds but not half-bad. Looks - 8.5; general attitude - 7.5; happy surprise factor - 10.
When we were finished and got to the chat portion, she told me she never really works the streets and had just walked out of a bar - can't 'member which one. She said she won't approach a guy unless she likes his looks or his car and that's why she was giving me that come-hither stare.
Anyway, she wound up giving me her cell number and I kept in touch. I probably saw her three times last winter, including the night of the Toby Keith/Ted Nugent mismatch at the Metro. Same terms, same deal each time.
Turns out we were both into Frost, Swedish meatballs and reruns of "McMillan and Wife." Said that half the cops she knew in Rockford used both batter's boxes.
But I digress. She was all business. So much so that when I didn't call her from March on, she called me in July. Turns out she is running her own little enterprise in Rockford and environs now. She is working with two "lounge" workers and has three girls - and one college-age boy - on call. Gets most of her clientele from three bartenders in the area she has working for her. Assignations take place at a hot apartment they maintain - away from the usual Stroll region - or at local motels.
I have seen two of the three girls she has working for her. All are younger (21-27) and one is a veteran of the Executive in Belvidere. Had a three-way with Trixie and young Kim (23) at one of the motels near the Tollway. Introductory rate was 1.5 (thank you Trixie) and was well worth it. I think it would be 2.0-plus for anyone without connections.
I asked her how any of the endangered veterans of The Stroll can tap into her network. She said it's not easy, primarily because of the heat The Heat is being forced to apply right now. She has the word out and her bartenders - who get referral fees - are on the lookout for potential clients. She said a key is if anyone over a bartop is heard referring to "The Stroll" or to the old "Sturgeon Alley" by the bank between 7th and 8th.
Anyway, it only makes sense that a new underground thing has taken root to replace the AMPs and endangered Stroll. It's also rather heartening.

Fellows, I'm not in the business of passing out any contact digits for any enterprise in R-town that is against the lawn.
That said, I know of at least three bars and two restaurants in the area where you should have no trouble getting contact info if you use the correct terminology. And that terminology involves using "The Stroll" or "Sturgeon Alley".
One of the working girls also works as a hostess/server at one of the restaurants where contact info is available. If you saw her, you would contact her immediately. She is a 9.5 on a Rockford scale; 7.5 closer to River North in Chicago.
The service apparently has also added an Asian trannie who works at a local bank. I passed, but did check her out at her workplace. Not easy, because she is not in a frontline position at the bank. I would say she is a 5.5 as a trannie; a 7.5 the closer you get to 7th and Broadway. The girl who runs the service said a frequent client of the trannie is a major LEO official in the Rockford area.

Did the route a couple of times and saw one possibility sitting on a porch at a house on the South side of the gas station at 11th & 15th. I don't know if it was the look or if she was just curious. Visited Rockford Monday evening to see if there was activity since the big bust 18 days ago. Was surprised to see reasonable traffic on the sidewalks, and two new faces.
Early, at about 5:45 PM it was quiet on my first cruise thru. So I had dinner, and checked again. From about 7 to 8 PM I saw no less that 13 prospects on a cruise from 7th and 3 Ave all the way down to 11th and Alton. Selected a tall, thin WSW who claimed to be a dancer at Paridise Lounge on her night off. Might have been, but I doubt it. Anyway, we got to know each other at the local notell. No cell, but I know where she lives.
About 9 I checked again, and found the activity level still was reasonable. Found the girls to be more discreet than before the big sweep, but there still to be many possibilities. Not as much fresh young sweethearts as I would like, but a reasonable selection.
Gave a sweet thing a ride on 11th who I thought was working, but she insisted not. Margaret, about 21, lives in an upstairs appartment near Smithys Pantry at 11th and 15th. Will keep in touch. The end of the month is approaching, and Christmas too!

Even with the cold weather, the stroll was active last evening. In the 6-9 time span, I observed at least a dozen presentable SWs on the 7th street and 11th street tracks. Not many new faces, but a few. With the thick coats, it is difficult to pick out the prime canidates.
After careful consideration, I selected Tiffany, who was lurking near 15th ave and 9th street. A Jackson and a half for FS at the local notel. Blond, 30 or so WSW who is good at what she does, when you can shut her up for a few minutes. Never saw a girl who could carry on a coversation with a **** in her mouth, but this one can. No cell phone but is a new regular on the stroll.
I know there are other guys out there, cause I see you. Doesn't anyone else post here?

Sorry for the late info, but I was away from my cpu for a long, long time. Anyway, my last trip into Rockford was before the last big sweep, which happens more than people think (keep reading).
First pick up was this girl in a blue turtle neck. She looked cute enough, WSW, maybe 23, but the body of a 50 yr old. Face = 7.5; Body = 2. She said she just lost her baby, apparently, and her body looked weird. She was also very weird. The lies these girls tell is absolutely amazing. I meant to post it before, but I let it go as it never was anything so remarkable, but this girl takes the cake. I, for the life of me, cannot remember her name, I think it's Tiffany, she has a crew which includes some crack-addict looking bsw (skinny, short, like her, 4 mabye 5 by RFD's standards), and some pimp (which she says he isn't) called Baywatch. She says her hood is by the convenience store on 7th, but I've never seen her before. Anyway, some of the tall tales from this one include such highlights as: drafted as an NFL cheerleader, scholarship to Yale (before teen pregnancy), $400k (or was it $275 and that's 'k') waiting for her babies, modeling career. She didn't have any track marks and no other signs of drug use (from what I can tell), but man, this was one seriously whacked out broad. She wanted $40 for cbj, and I dropped her. I thought a fight was going to ensue, but I've been working out and I look like a cop so she figured better.
The next girl was named Brandy, but I'm not sure. Damn, why do I forget? She's the best thing I've seen in RFD. Man, if you guys know of good hookups, please help a brother out. She's a 7.5 in looks (would be an 8 but, heroin/smack/or whatever has rotted her teeth), and a 9 in service (who really is a 10 anyway?). I tried getting her something to eat, but she wanted to score right away, and I don't facilitate girls' habits (well, other than direct payment, and I wouldn't pay with drugs if I had any). She wouldn't give me a number b/c 1) I look like a cop; 2) she only does this if she needs a fix and she doesn't want her fix to b/c regular, like any john.
I found her on 7th near the lingerie shops. Man, how is the quality of the LS lately? I'm thinking that I'll just pay the higher price b/c street service is terrible. It's actually worse than the city, and I haven't been there in ages. Or, am I just getting unlucky. Those were the only 2 on my TR all saturday (4-9).
Oh, and she said that LE sweeps way more often than is reported. Both girls said that there is a murderer on the loose, though his strikes are infrequent. Brandy didn't say too much on it, though, and I'm less inclined to believe the whack job of the first girl.

I wound up picking up Shannon on numerous occasions I have always had a fondness for redheads. She is definitely a druggie, although she is a nice girl. Told me that she once had a job as an accountant paying $57k a year until a friend introduced her to the joys of heroin, cost her her job, her kids and her husband. I always got the feeling she regreted doing it. She once offered to come home with me for a week and be my girlfriend a no charge. But then said she would need some money for her meds for the week that would come to $600! Shows you how much these girls must make just to support their habit. Beat the snow earlier this week with a Vrrrooom through R-town. Picked up Kim - yes, I believe that Kim - right at Sturgeon Alley. All the stuff I have is memory lane type stuff since have not been out mongering for almost 6 months now. I do occasionally check here, and occasionally learn things about some of the girls I have "befriended" over the years. There are a few girls who I genuinely liked and wish well, even though I know life will continue to be shitty for them until they kick their drug habit. I resisted the urge to try contacting a girl whose pic I posted who seemed to be OK when I met her but have since learned is an adictt. I got her number from another member who warned me away from her, she left some stuff in my car when i saw her last December and kept it around in case I ever saw her again. I also seem to get lots of requests, via the PM system, for phone numbers of girls whose pics I have posted. The 1 I posted in Kansas City has had the most requests.
I have slowly been scanning in pics of girls to the computer and realized most of them are from Rockford. I do have a bunch more to upload at some point when someone else decides to post a few of theirs. Have decided to keep the photos of girls who weer really good looking or whom I really liked and toss the rest. Figure if I want to see them again can always check back here. There are a few who you wont get to see since I promised would not post them online or show them to my friends.
I sort of figured folks here did not want to hear about Angel, so stopped posting about her. Activity was light, but providers were out this afternoon in beautiful Rockford. Saw several on Broadway near 9th, by the 25 cent pop store.
Visited with Tiffiney and also Rachel. Spent some time with the girlfriend of Cinnamom, a 21 y/o provider who died in August of a drug OD. The girlfriend said she was with Cinnamon and saw her injest the H, and that she died in her arms. Sad. What a waste.

ThanksThe girl will always have a suggestion I do not know the names of any other than Flying Saucer which is something else now but have been to at least 2 others. I used the motel 6 one night that was clean and cheap. That was a long-Long time ago.
Nothing all that techy about scanning pictures in. I knew it was not a hard thing to do, but did not do it in the past since I had no scanner and last time I had looked for one they were just shyof $1k. This was in abou 1998 and I have not gone out and bought any cool expensive toys since around that time since that is wen my income began a five year slide where it went down almost $70k a year, it stopped the slide but has never gotten better. Scanners are under $100 now and using girlfiends (her whole computer setup was under $1k she seems to know more about computers than I do, she hooked up her PC and my 7 year old Mac to same internet connection w/o having to call satellite guys and pay them big bucks.
Do not really think correcting someone about the druggie status of a girl he found is totally useless curent nfo. Knowing about drugs whihc may be in your car is a good thing. I do not like the idea of starting a seperte thread since ths one does not generate huge volume and I find multiple relaed threads very annoying. Another forum use (totally unrelated to this one) uses the saem software and there are a few nimnuls there who seem to delight in starting a new thread when the old ones would do.
I do enjoy rading about some of the girls I have befriended in the past and learning that they are OK or else at least alive and getting arrested.

I've been lurking for the past month or so and am finally getting around to posting. Met Lisa about 3 weeks ago and had a pleasurable time, although I was unable to do the second half due to her extreme tightness. Gladly settled for bbbjcim. I give her a 7 on sw scale, 8 on cleanliness(-1 for full bush), 10 on attitude, over all an 8.
Thus, I was disappointed a week later when I happened to see her and decided to give it another try. I'm thinking I may have been the bookends on her week. Cleanliness dropped to 4, attitude to 6(hard to make a good effort when she keeps falling asleep with "food" in her mouth), over all a 4. She's a nice girl so I may try again but haven't made up my mind yet.

Someone recently said he had seen her and she had a bad odor, which makes me wonder if she ever got any treatment for the chlamydia that made her smell bad when I knew her 3 years ago.

I am glad to hear some of you have heen able to find worthy opportunities in the ol' Rock. Checked the stroll from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thursday and didn't see much in the way of activity. Rachel aka "Corby" (check CL for pics) was out but did not partake because past experience was below average. She looks fine but rushed performance...YMMV. Noticed the blond hair regular out too, can't remember her name, Maria?? Anyways passed on her because of the emerging boiler (a few years ago she looked much better). And the ubiquitous Dusty was hanging at the Philips which I didn't even consider.

I have not cruised R-town since last Saturday but I want to amplify one thought: The strollers, the women and even the puritans should all get together one night for a Ho2ho' Happy Ball. My suggestion would be the Tenstoppet on Super Bowl Eve, which I think would translate to the first Saturday night in February. And 6-9 p.m. would be just about right.
I am going to start talking it up to everyone I meet, including providers, the slugs at Cubs Tap and the old Grasshopper and even some of the searchers. Maybe the alderman from Chantilly Lace could host.

I had an afternoon meeting in the Rockford area that got over a bit earlier than expected so finished the trek to Rockford. To see what might be available. I had not goten lucky since my week stay in Rockford last month although did check out the Davenport stroll on a shopping trip to the Quad Cities a week or to ago.
Never having done this in the winter, I am guessing it is much harder to do. I wound up in Rockford ~4PM before it was dark, figured might find a few girls out. Everyone out seemed to be actaully walking briskly somewhere. Plus everyone was real bundled up so it was impossible to tell wether someone was a he or a she, let alone what they looked like. After a couple of passes through did notice that someone was waving at me so pulled over, opened window a crack and turned out it was a she, a black girl of indeterminite size and age who asked me if I remembered her Told her no, have never dated any black girls and have no real desire to do so. She insisted that she had dated me before and told me she would do anal this time for me, something else I dont want to try. She was getting jumpy so I pulled away.
Ibit later noticed a young blonde girl dressed in black on 7th St in the area of many stop lights, wearing way too little for the weather we were having so decided she must be a SW. Figured pull around the block and pick her up but LEO was right behind me so instead of making a suspicious turn back the way I was going ket heading straight until he decided it was time to stop following me. I did head back to where I saw her but she was nowhere to be found.
By now it was getting dark and traffic was building up. I had a 6PM dinner appointment so could not stick around too much longer. Decided to check out both the lingerie shops. Although knew I did not have enough spare cash to stay at either of them. Chantilly Lace had several girls there all of them rather young and attractive, if had had the cash I would have chosen a session with any of them. But from what I can cglean from old reprots ones chances of suxccess with these girls are sort of hit or miss. Went accross the street and they had more girls however they were all older (or at least looked so) than any of the ones from CL and a couple of hem were downright worn out and unattractive. Succcess here from what I understnd is much more likely. Is this a correct accessment? Maybe next time if I have some extra cash.
Saw no girls out on the stroll on the way out of town and was getting to the point where id not have time for one even if I saw one. Are winter pickings always so slim?
Picked up Lisa and had a so-so time at first. More my problem than hers, couldn't find a good spot, worried about LE, etc. Dropped her off and looked around more.
Connected with her later on and gave her and a friend a ride to her place and was invited in for a reward for the ride. The 2nd try was the charm. Got buck naked on a bed, sweet all over, gave her another $10 and had a very good time. She swallowed, which I always enjoy watching.
Nice girl and quite attractive once the 85 layers of winter clothing is off her. Nice figure, rings in the nips aren't exactly my style, but she was sweet and skilled.

Last week met Jodi(I think). She said she worked at Exclusive, and now I know not to go there if that is their quality. 6 on sw scale, 6 cleanliness, 2 attitude. Will not repeat.
If it is the girl I think it is, I picked her up sverl time,s late 30's blonde. She had been working at Exclusive when the rules changed and was making no $$$, so she started hitting the streets. When I met her she was studying to become a nurse (and had the books around her place), however the last time I saw her she had dropped out having failed chemistry twice. She had hooked up with Shannon, who taught her who crack could help her get over her failure and in the process had lost a lot of weight.

Well I know that someone out there is taking pictures of girls since many have told me I am not the only one and a some were convinced I had been putting them online (not sure where, since it was not here) but I have not picked up any girls since I did start putting them online, a couple girls were adamant that I did not post them and I have not / will not do so. I do not think I have too much time on my hands, although I know that I would have even less if I burdened myself with a job.
Someone was asking about Shannon, make no mistake, she is a I.V. drug addict. She is quite a sweetheart tho, one of those that really is a victim of drug abuse. I dropped her off once at her exhusband's house and saw her face light up when she saw her kids playing outside. She doesn't belong on the streets.
Last time I saw her she had told me she had not seen her kids ina very long time and I was under the impression that they were not even in Illinois. She told me she is not a native of the area.
Lastly, Jenny/Dusty/Jennifer was brought up. The girl is flat out nasty. Horrible skills and hygiene, and she will latch on to you if you give her the chance. I made the mistake of letting her know where I lived back then. That made for some unpleasant late night conversations.
Someone recently said he had seen her and she had a bad odor, which makes me wonder if she ever got any treatment for the chlamydia that made her smell bad when I knew her 3 years ago.
Too bad about Jeny. When I first met her she was a real nice girl, clean, fun to be with and no drugs or smoking. Actaully went out on several regualr dates with her, adn once just spent the day with her and did not do anything of a sexual nature. I do think she may have been the clingy type since she did have the habit of calling me and wantig me to come see her at a moments notice and seemed to have no concept of how long it took to drive to Rockford from Iowa. Sounds like life on the street has gotten to her bad. Life has in general not been good to her I know she was married briefly (divorced at age 19) and she and her mother had been abadonned by her father.

Tuesday night I was in R-town and decided to look around. ended up picking up a woman who went by "chocolate". Needed a little guidance in the "do not put your teeth on my cock" depatrment, but it all worked out. Actually, she has a nice little apartment east of ground zero, so I think I'll be back.
I drove into the one way parking lot at the liquor store a few blocks south of McDonalds on Kisawaukee. Many cars in the pk lot. Got a dirty look from some girl and about three cars followed me out. I did not like the way it felt, so did not investigate. I am guessing the drivers were keeping their hoes warm and looking for guys like me.

Decided to post a pic here, even though nobody else seems to be doing so. I have posted a few pics in other cities, that I did not frequent as much. Right now have about 40 more pics of Rockford girls to post and still have a few that have not been scanned in yet.
Forget this ones name although she was rather memorable. Only saw her once. Her mom was a mail order bride from the Phillipines and her dad had died a few months after hse was born. So life growing up for her was not real good. Picked her up near Broadway and 8th and took her to the notel, she was a really friendly girl but was way too obsessed with safe sex. Insisted tha I use 3 condoms in case one broke and then another broke, whihc meant I felt nothing. Also pulled out latex gloves to wear while doing everything else. Would not let me take any pics of her in the hotel room, but got this one in the vehicle when we left. She then proceeded to grab the camera and run off the rest of the role of film of pics of me while I dorve her back. She claimed she wante something to remember me by, and when I told her the camera and film were mine, she just sort of siad didn;t think of that. Nice girl although would not have picked her up again due to her paranoid attitude.

Had a quick trip yesterday, came off of Rt. 20 on 11th and decided to see what was going on. One prospect on 15th av near 7th St. who was heading for a car parked in a lot off 15th with the engine running. Went around the block but she and the car were gone. Went down 7th and saw no one. Had to go to Loves Park and was out of time after that.

Went to R-Town last night. Not much fer SWs.
There was an incident in front of McDonalds on Kisawaukee. Looked like an auto accident. ANYWAY, there was an unmarked LE car that I was surprised by. Smaller mid-sized car. The emergency lights were all flashing and I was amazed to see that the lights were hidden extremely well. If i was following this car or had it in my rear view, I would never thing it was a LE car. be careful.
